Indonesia is renowned for its rich tropical flora diversity, and Kalimantan Island stands out for its exceptional fruit variety. Three fruits, ramania, kapul, and ihau fruits, have drawn particular interest due to their potential health benefits and possible uses in the food and pharmaceutical industries. Nevertheless, these fruits are rarely explored comprehensively. So, this study offers a better understanding of the diverse fruits found in Kalimantan through a comparative analysis of literature data. This literature review aims to provide valuable insights into the nutritional and bioactive properties of these fruits and highlights their potential health benefits. The results from various previous studies exhibited that the exotic and indigenous fruits from Kalimantan, including ramania, kapul, and ihau fruits, are packed with essential nutrients like proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and bioactive compounds that act as anti-aging, anti-bacterial, anticancer, antioxidants, and other bioactivities. Moreover, Kalimantan's exotic and indigenous fruits also have great potential as ingredients for functional food or pharmaceutical production. However, further research is necessary to fully explore their potential and innovative applications in various industries.

One of the critical elements affecting nurse performance and impacting the quality of nursing services is the implementation of the head nurse's functions. This role must be effectively integrated into the healthcare system to motivate nurses to provide optimal patient care, thereby improving community health quality. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the head nurse's functions and the performance of bedside nurses in the inpatient wards at RSUD Palangka Raya. Method: This study employed a quantitative method with a correlational research type and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was total sampling, involving 34 respondents. Data collection was performed using a questionnaire, and statistical analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank Correlation test. Results:The results of the Spearman Rank statistical test showed a significance value (2-tailed) of p = 0.00 with a level of significance of p < 0.05, indicating a relationship between the head nurse's functions and the performance of bedside nurses. The correlation coefficient was 0.685, reflecting a high or strong correlation. This positive relationship indicates that as the function of the head nurse improves, the performance of bedside nurses also increases. Therefore, the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning there is a relationship between the head nurse's functions and the performance of bedside nurses. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the head nurse's functions and the performance of bedside nurses. It is recommended that the hospital provide training for head nurses on management functions.

In contemporary Indonesia, Neo-Sufism has emerged as a significant paradigm for Islamic social da'wah, particularly in response to growing spiritual disorientation, religious radicalism, and socio-cultural fragmentation in urban contexts. This research explores how institutionalized Sufi orders, especially those rooted in traditional tarekat such as TQN is redefining their spiritual missions through transformative, socially-engaged practices. Using a qualitative library-based methodology, the study analyzes primary and secondary texts to trace how core Sufi values—such as ikhlas (sincerity), sabr (patience), and zuhd (asceticism)—are applied within modern da'wah strategies. Rather than functioning as apolitical or inward-facing traditions, these Sufi orders have implemented socially responsive initiatives including pesantren-based empowerment, Sufi clinics, and ethical microeconomics. The findings challenge stereotypes of Sufism as detached from social realities and instead position Neo-Sufism as a framework for moral reform and community development. This rearticulation of Sufism not only addresses urban spiritual crises but also contributes a sustainable and values-based model of religious engagement. To ensure continued relevance, the study recommends strengthening urban Sufi literacy and institutional collaboration among tarekat networks.

The transformation of organizational structure from mechanical to organic form is a strategic step in adapting to rapid changes in the business environment, especially in the marketing function. This study aims to examine the process and challenges in this transformation using a qualitative approach. The study was conducted on five companies in the technology and consumer product sectors that have adopted organic structures in their marketing teams. The results of the study indicate that organic structures increase market responsiveness, cross-functional collaboration, and team creativity, but require strong leadership, supporting technology, and changes in organizational culture. These findings provide important insights for the development of more adaptive and innovative modern organizations.

Purpose– The objective of this research is to develop an integrated operational management model for Smart & Green Villages (SGVs), combining the principles of smart villages and green villages to promote sustainable, inclusive, and adaptive rural development. This research emphasizes operational efficiency, environmental sustainability, digital technology utilization, and community participation as key pillars. Design/Methodology/Approach – A mixed-methods approach was adopted, involving surveys of villages in Indonesia that have begun adopting SGV principles, in-depth interviews with village officials and key stakeholders, and case studies of villages that have successfully implemented smart technologies and environmentally friendly practices. Data triangulation was applied to strengthen the validity of the findings. Findings – The study shows that integrating functional organizational structures, optimizing digital technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and village information systems, and building participatory community mechanisms significantly improve public service delivery, reduce operational costs, enhance environmental management, and strengthen socio-economic well-being. The study also identified new operational variables, including cost-effective innovation, digital local governance, inter-village shared resources, and socio-environmental audits as a multidimensional evaluation tool. Practical implications – These findings provide a practical framework for policymakers, local governments, and community leaders to implement and evaluate SGV. The multidimensional indicators proposed in this study enable continuous monitoring and adaptation of village operations to local conditions and resource constraints. Originality/Value – This study is one of the first to propose a concrete and replicable SGV operational management model by introducing new variables and multidimensional evaluation indicators. It enriches the theoretical discourse on smart and green village integration while offering actionable strategies for sustainable rural governance.

The development of digital technology has brought about significant changes in various aspects of life, including one’s faith and how the church functions. In this article, we discuss the concept of Missio Dei (God’s mission) in the context of the digital age. We also explore how this concept can be applied to the church’s strategies and roles, particularly those of specialised ministers. This article identifies the challenges and opportunities facing the church as it proclaims the Gospel in the digital space, including the risks of digital fatigue, the spread of false teachings, and excessive reliance on media. Specialised ministers play a crucial role in maintaining theological integrity and ethical standards while bridging the Gospel message with digital culture. Conversely, digital media opens new doors for creative ministry, global evangelism, and the formation of bold faith communities. It is added that digital ethics are essential for maintaining the integrity of the Gospel and the dignity of the congregation. Overall, this research asserts that the technological era is not an obstacle to the church’s purpose. Rather, it is a new field that requires faith, wisdom, and innovation to be utilised.  

This research aims to determine the role of the Sound System in the liturgy of Sunday services at church. The sound system in a church is an electronic device that is used to amplify and regulate sound so that it can be heard clearly by the congregation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The stages of research implementation were carried out through observation, application, interviews and documentation. The object of this research was carried out at the HKI Perumnas Pagar Beringin Sipoholon, North Tapanuli church. In the research process, the author carried out research on the sound system in the church for 3 months, namely from June to September 2024. The stages carried out by the researcher to regulate the role of the Sound System so that it functions according to its use are: recognizing the devices in the Sound System, finding problems with the Sound System , organizing and arranging the Sound System according to its role. The results of this research show that the implementation of the use of the Sound System at the HKI Perumnas Pagar Beringin Sipoholon North Tapanuli church is functioning and can be heard clearly and well, where previously the sound system often occurred storing or buzzing. Based on this research, the author suggests that sound system operators in churches prepare sound system equipment before the Sunday worship program begins.

The Village Office is the village administration center in rural areas. The function of the village government is to carry out village administration which is carried out by the village head, village officials and the village residents themselves. In Rada Mata Village, Tambolaka City District, Southwest Sumba Regency, it is one of the villages that already has internet access. The village makes it easy to access sites on the internet. Therefore, the aim of this research is to create a system capable of managing population information data. The results obtained from this research are a population information system that can solve the problems faced by Rada Mata Village. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the population information system can answer the problems faced, including making data searches easier and faster, archiving data does not take up a lot of space because it has been replaced by digital storage, and data reporting can be presented quickly, completely, attractively and appropriately. village needs.

The location for data collection in this research was at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court, Jalan Mahoni No.3 Komp. Deli Serdang Regency Government Offices. The technique of designating a word that is abstract and not manifested in objects, but its use can only be seen through: questionnaires, interviews, observations, exams (tests), documentation, etc. The data analysis technique used in this legal research uses qualitative analysis Based on research results, the factors that cause divorce fall into various categories such as adultery, drunkenness, madness, gambling, leaving one of the parties, prison law, polygamy, domestic violence (KDRT), constant disputes and quarrels, apostasy, and economic problems. In resolving divorce case Number 1255/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Lpk at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court, the Panel of Judges put forward in-depth legal considerations in deciding the divorce case between Kiki Andriani Binti Giarno (Plaintiff) and Juliandi Nasution Bin Sabran Nasution (Defendant) . The following is a comprehensive explanation of the considerations made by the Panel of Judges in the decision-making process: Based on the process of resolving divorce cases, this shows how the legal system functions to handle domestic disputes by considering various legal factors and relevant facts. So it can be concluded that the factors causing divorce at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court. In this research, an analysis of the divorce case decision at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court with Number 1255/Pdt.G/2023/PA.Lpk between Kiki Andriani Binti Giarno as the Plaintiff and Juliandi Nasution Bin Sabran Nasution as Defendant. Based on this decision, there are several main factors that led to the divorce, which reflect the dynamics of the couple's domestic life and are relevant in the general context of divorce at the Lubuk Pakam Religious Court. Impoliteness is defined as communicative behavior that is intended to cause offense, social disruption, or emotional harm. The description that occurs not only in social life but can found in the film, which used by the characters. Culpeper divided three functions of impoliteness there are affective, coercive, and entertaining. This research aims to analyze the functions of impoliteness which found in the movie Pearl Harbor.The method used to analyze and collecting data which found and contained in the Pearl Harbor movie through descriptive qualitative methods, using Spradley 1980 theory. This research used data collection from the dialogues between characters in the movie. The result of this analysis shows that the researcher found three functions of impoliteness proposed by Culpeper. Three functions of impoliteness were found in this movie with two functions having the same data, namely affective and coercive. Because of the war setting so that these two functions are the most suitable to use and researcher also found one function of entertaining. The conclusion of this research that based on the background of war, then in this movie it is very suitable to be researched using impoliteness. In war usually raises conflict and tension where it can lead to impoliteness. The more tension there is in the movie, the more impoliteness is used.    

This research aims to design and build a web-based broadcast equipment inventory information system at TVRI North Sumatra. This information system was developed to overcome existing inventory management problems, such as tracking, managing and maintaining broadcast equipment. The development method used includes requirements stages, system design analysis, implementation, and testing using the black box method. This system was built using PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and CSS and JavaScript for the user interface. Test results show that this system can manage equipment inventory effectively, including the functions of borrowing, returning and maintaining equipment. This system also allows integration with other existing systems at TVRI and provides long-term benefits such as increasing data accuracy and operational efficiency. The implementation of this information system is expected to support smooth operations and improve the quality of inventory management at TVRI North Sumatra.  

Background: The prevalence of elderly hypertension in the world according to WHO data is approximately 972 million people or 26.4% of people worldwide have hypertension, which is likely to continue to increase.The prevalence of elderly people in Indonesia in 2020 reached 10.7% of the total population.The prevalence of hypertension in Central Java Province based on the criteria for measuring hypertension in the population in 2019 reached 37.2%, in 2020 it reached 32.9% and in 2021 it reached 50.9% of the decline in all organ functions in blood vessels. Objectives: To describe the results of the application of 20-minute walking therapy in elderly patients with hypertension in the Sukomangu Village area, Purwantoro District. Method: Case study is a series of scientific activities carried out intensively, at the beginning of the study, interviews and blood pressure measurements were carried out on the respondents, then after the application, blood pressure measurements were carried out again on the respondents. Results: There was a decrease in blood pressure after giving 20-minute walking therapy to Mrs. W. and Mrs. K from stage 2 hypertension to stage 1 hypertension.Conclusion: The application of 20-minute walking therapy can potentially reduce blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in both respondents.

General elections (elections) in Indonesia are a major pillar of democracy that require strict supervision and management to ensure fairness and transparency. Independent institutions such as the General Election Commission (KPU), the Election Supervisory Body (BAWASLU), and the Election Organizer Honorary Council (DKPP) play a key role in maintaining election integrity. The KPU is responsible for organizing elections at all levels of government, including planning, implementing, and supervising election stages, with a focus on transparency and public participation. BAWASLU functions as a supervisor to prevent and prosecute election violations, while the DKPP is tasked with handling violations of the election organizer's code of ethics. The research of this paper aims to understand the meaning and main tasks or authorities and functions of each of these institutions. The method used in this study is Library Research and Internet Searching, a literature review of literature in the form of books and articles from relevant internet sources. The results of the analysis show that the synergy between the KPU, BAWASLU, and DKPP is very important in creating democratic and integrity-based elections, with each institution having a role or authority, responsibility, and complementary functions. A deep understanding of the duties and functions of these three institutions is expected to improve the quality of election implementation in Indonesia.

The research method used is to use qualitative research methods with observational data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Role of the Protocol Section of the Palembang City Regional Secretariat in Supporting the Performance of the Palembang City Regional Secretariat. The role of this protocol is very decisive in assisting the Palembang city regional office in completing its work, but the protocol in carrying out its duties and functions is based on existing policies.   The Palembang City Setda Protocol must be able to do its job well, one of its strategies is to coordinate and communicate optimally with various related parties, then carry out innovations and changes in accordance with the actual conditions of the times, the goal is that every activity that exists of the Palembang City Setda can run optimally and better. The Palembang City Setda Protocol must have good communication skills, because the role of the Protocol itself is as a liaison between agencies, private institutions or the community with the Palembang City Setda, both meeting issues and activities or events to be carried out.  Mistakes and misconduct in work and in the implementation of activities in the Palembang City Setda occur, but with the experience and words of Setda employees, of course, the problems can be overcome and corrected properly.

The school library has a strategic role and function in developing the potential of students from the entire academic community in the school environment. The library is part of the learning resources that every school has, a library that is still manual is something that needs to be created a system that can help with administrative activities. With the e-library, users can access it together with other users without having to wait in line. The search process is easier and faster because it is assisted by an information search engine that uses a database. This system presents a variant of the digital library, including a user page section that presents books available at the Central Wewewa State library

The success of government publications to the public cannot be separated from the role of public relations (public relations). This study aims to find out the role and function of Public Relations in Publication at the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office. This study uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach, the data collection technique is through observation, interviews and documentation. while the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that one of the roles of public relations at the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office is to make publications about the activities of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Office which have an impact on how to create a good image for OPD (Regional Apparatus Organizations). these publication activities are published through social media, print media or electronic media. The social media used include Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, but it is still in personal content, not on the official website of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. Later, after being thrown to the public, it will be entered into the official website of the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service. The function of public relations in the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service is how to provide information to the public or community, in other words, how to invite other Regional Apparatus Organizations to popularize news about the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service, especially the South Sulawesi Provincial Marine and Fisheries Service.

The importance of English in Indonesia has grown significantly in recent years. This widespread influence is obvious in various sector of Indonesia seciety, from business to education and media. Digital platforms like YouTube play a significant role in English language learning by exposing young Indonesians to English content and bilingual speakers who switch between Indonesian and English. Consequently, YouTube has become an effective tool for language learning, making English more accessible and engaging for Indonesian audiences. This study aims to analyze the types, functions and factors of code-switching used on the Korean YouTube channel Reomit. The research method involves descriptive qualitative analysis, with data collection centered on five videos from the Korea Reomit YouTube channel, focusing on themes related to meats, soupy foods, and snacks. The analysis reveals that the types of code-switching present on the Korea Reomit channel include inter-sentential, intra-sentential, and tag switching. The functions of code-switching identified in the study include discussing specific topics, emphasizing points, interjections, repetition for clarification, intention for clarification, and expressing group identity. The factors influencing code-switching are identified as participant, topic, status, and solidarity.

This research is titled “Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategies in Building Company Image at PT. Crown Worldwide Indonesia” (Qualitative Study of Public Relations in carrying out CSR in a company). Image and reputation play a crucial role in communication for organizations, companies, and government institutions. PT. Crown Worldwide has implemented a Corporate Social Responsibility program aimed at enhancing its corporate image. The purpose of this thesis is to understand how PT. Crown Worldwide Indonesia improves its image through the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs. Another objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of CSR programs in enhancing the company’s reputation. The author employed a qualitative descriptive and using RACE (Research, Action, Communication, & Evaluation) research approach, emphasizing in-depth investigation and utilizing image theory to gain insights into the effectiveness of CSR practices in terms of perception, cognition, motivation, and branding image related to PT. Crown Worldwide Indonesia. In addition, this study also uses Triple Bottom Line analysis to analyze PT. Crown Worldwide. The research findings indicate that the CSR program successfully builds a positive company image and serves as a communication function, making the company well-known among relevant communities and adding value to the organization itself.

The purpose of this research is to understand the realization of archive management, the role of administrative staff in archive management, and the obstacles faced by administrative staff in archive management at SMA Swasta Dharma Bhakti Siborongborong, as well as the solutions provided. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach with qualitative methods. Data can be obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research describe: (1) The realization of archive management includes the functions of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the administrative staff in archive management. (2) The role of administrative staff in serving and providing the necessary information to both internal and external parties of the school. (3) The obstacles faced by administrative staff in archive management include the lack of meticulousness of the administrative staff and the minimal archiving facilities. Therefore, the solution to improve archive management is to add archiving equipment in the administration office such as cabinets, archive racks, and folder maps, and the administrative staff should be more meticulous in storing documents.

This research aims to analyze the leadership style of the Head of Tosora Village, Majauleng District, Wajo Regency. Leadership at the village level has a significant influence on the performance of village officials and the quality of services to the community. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research collected data through interviews with village officials and the community. The research results show that the leadership style applied includes a clear vision, responsiveness to community needs, and the ability to motivate and develop team capacity. These findings underline the importance of character and effective leadership methods in achieving organizational goals, as well as the vital role of village heads in carrying out government functions efficiently.
