Method is the most important element in the Islamic education learning process. Because methods are among the determining factors for the success or failure of education and learning. And it would be good if the learning methods were appropriate and relevant to the needs and conditions of students in the learning process. The output in Islamic education is the confirmation that students must have the ability to understand, believe and practice Islamic teachings as a concrete result of the learning process. And to make this happen, learning methods in Islamic education must be based on primary sources, namely the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW which have been tested for validity with current developments. Islamic education learning methods that can be applied according to the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith include: the method of bil hikmah, example, stories, ibrah or mau'izah, habituation or habituation, parables, punishment and reward, lectures, discussions or dialogue and jidal or debate, question and answer, demonstration, and practice or repetition. In essence, the Qur'an or Hadith is a solution in the process of human life that must be studied and understood in order to achieve its essence in living human nature as a servant of Allah SWT.

Faith, Islam, and ihsan are a unity that cannot be separated. With faith, Islam, and ihsan every Muslim can reach the true meaning of life. Faith, Islam, and ihsan become a combination of elements that are very important to live life. Therefore, Muslims who do not understand the combination of these three elements will not find the true meaning of life. Faith will give birth to Islam, and Islam will give birth to ihsan, from ihsan Muslims will be able to reach the true meaning of life. Faith has six pillars, namely: Faith in Allah, angels, book, messenger, last day, qada and qadar. Islam has five pillars, namely: Shahadat, prayer, zakat, fasting, pilgrimage for those who are able. Ihsan has four pillars, namely: Ihsan to Allah, self, fellow human beings, all creatures. The meaning of life for every human being is different, but the essence of the meaning of life desired by every human being is happiness, both happy in the world and happy in the hereafter.

The month of Ramadan is a special time for Muslims to worship, erase sins, and gain the rewards and pleasure of Allah SWT. Shaum or fasting, the primary worship during this month, involves abstaining from things that invalidate the fast. However, fasting is not intended to be difficult, as stated in the Qur'an, Surah Al-Baqarah: 185, which emphasizes ease rather than hardship in fasting. Besides its spiritual aspects, fasting also has health benefits, such as helping patients with obesity and heart disease. For patients with chronic kidney disease who require hemodialysis, fasting can be particularly challenging. Hemodialysis is a life-saving method that involves cleaning the blood outside the body. In Islam, there are principles of ushul fiqh that provide rukhsah or legal concessions for those who face difficulties in fulfilling religious obligations due to certain conditions. However, if a kidney failure patient insists on fasting despite having been granted rukhsah, this is known as azimah. This study aims to explore the status of azimah for hemodialysis patients who choose to fast from an Islamic perspective. Using a qualitative approach through literature review and in-depth interviews with fiqh experts, this research seeks to understand the legal implications and medical conditions involved. The results are expected to provide clearer insights into the practice of fasting for hemodialysis patients within the context of Islamic jurisprudence.

Sufism should not be interpreted as an activity solely focused on withdrawing from the world. Instead, Sufism should be utilized as a motivation for every Muslim to seek worldly wealth. However, this worldly wealth should ultimately be used to accumulate good deeds for the hereafter. Prophetic Intelligence is a Sufi study that can be used to integrate the interests of both the worldly and the hereafter. The practice of Sufism in Prophetic Intelligence refers to the example set by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). On one hand, he was the Messenger of Allah carrying out duties for the hereafter, and on the other hand, he was a merchant demonstrating how to be a successful entrepreneur in the world. The example of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) serves as a model of entrepreneurial ethics.

As the main source of law in Islam, the Qur'an has described various types of criminal offenses and their punishments, which are called Jarimah. This is relevant to the aim of enacting God's laws on this earth for the benefit and happiness of humans themselves. The provisions of sanctions that Allah gives to the perpetrator of the abuse are not intended to take revenge for what he has done, but rather to fulfill the rights of Allah and the rights of the persecuted family as a form of justice, providing a deterrent effect and protecting the public. As amukallaf, humans should obey and submit to the sharia rules that Allah has established in the Qur'an in order to be safe from sanctions both in this world and in the afterlife. The crime of theft is a violation of social norms, both state legal norms and religious norms. Any religion does not justify its followers stealing, because it will be detrimental to the victim and social order (Iqbal, 2021). In the Indonesian Criminal Code, the crime of theft is written in the Criminal Code (KUHP), Volume XXII II, Articles 362-367, Crime of Property, which has various types and sanctions for theft. (Lutfi, Kurniaty, Basri, & Krisnan, 2022). According to crime statistics published by BAPPENAS, the level of property crime or theft in Indonesia increased during 2012-2013, with 25,036 cases in 2012 and 25,593 in 2013. (Aeni, 2021). If we look at other countries, countries that follow the rules of Islamic law, namely Saudi Arabia, the application and provisions of this country's laws are derived from the rules of the Islamic religion, which uses the Koran and Hadith as sources of law. to take the law. According to the Arab Social Defense Organization, Saudi Arabia has much lower rates of property or theft than in Arab countries such as Syria, Sudan, Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon and Kuwait, which do not implement Islamic criminal law. The rate of property crime or theft in these six countries is much higher, namely 650 times higher than Saudi Arabia. (Fitrah, 2021). The problem is that ordinary people do not have a deep understanding of Islamic criminal law. People will only feel that Islamic criminal law fines are sadistic, inhumane and violate human rights. It is believed that any theft must be sanctioned, or the punishment is amputation, although certain conditions must be met in Islamic law for amputation to be punishable. (Muhammad Wahyu, 2018). The Indonesian Criminal Code and Criminal Code have different legal systems and sanctions for perpetrators of theftAbstracts consist of abstracts in English and abstracts in Indonesian. The abstract uses Garamond letters (10 pt) with a word count of 150 to 300 words. Abstracts must be concise, clear and complete. The abstract must contain the research objectives, methods, results (findings) and recommendations.

The existence of God is something that humans have always questioned. Humans rely on reason and knowledge to find out about the existence of God, even though humans have never found certainty about the existence of God. So various human assumptions about God arose, that God never existed, and some people denied and denied the existence of God. Even though humans engage in various studies, it is impossible for humans to fully understand and know the existence of God, because God is transcendent and unlimited, while humans are immanent or limited. Therefore, in writing this article, the author looked at it from a philosophical perspective based on Christian faith to answer several questions: Is it true that God does not exist? Is God just a human imagination? Many people, especially certain groups who do not believe in the existence of God, think that anyone who believes in the existence of God is a fool. This article discusses theological concepts and Christian philosophical thought, using arguments used to prove the inseparable existence of God from the perspective of Christian faith. Philosophy has long been a means of understanding and exploring the existence of God in various Christian traditions. The author presents several philosophical arguments used by Christian theologians to support belief in the existence of God, and also discusses the contribution of thought leadership of Christian philosophers in forming views on the existence of God. From a philosophical perspective, this article offers a deeper understanding of how the Christian faith views the existence of God and how philosophy can play a role in strengthening those beliefs. Finally, this article provides an overview of how to study philosophy to understand and reflect on the existence of God, especially within the framework of Christianity.

Indonesia is one of the countries that is the lungs of the world. This country has extraordinary environmental potential, starting from natural resource conditions (biological and non-biological diversity), geographical conditions, and demographic conditions that other countries do not have. The gifts given by Allah SWT to all His creatures, especially humans, must be used well or wisely. Utilizing these gifts to meet the needs of living creatures must be accompanied by great responsibility in protecting and managing them so that their sustainability is maintained (sustainability). Ironically, if we look at the current facts, the situation is the opposite. Our various daily activities, from small to large scale, individually and collectively (society), contribute to air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution, land degradation, loss of biodiversity and germplasm, resource and energy crises, and the peak is global warming. The behavior of throwing rubbish and waste carelessly, wasting energy, using vehicles with high emissions, and various other bad activities among the majority of Indonesian people is still very worrying. This is still done by many people who are highly educated or not, rich or poor, young and old, and men and women.

The concept of Islamic education according to K.H. Abdullah Sa'id aims to shape individuals according to the vision of his creation as abid and caliph of Allah. He emphasized two main steps: developing a philosophical view of "human identity" and building an epistemology based on the Koran and Sunnah. This education uses the systematics of revelation, with the stages of the revelation of the Koran as a foundation, to form a vision of an educational movement aimed at building Islamic civilization. The process of character formation is carried out through habituation, attention and example. The Islamic values implemented are reflected in the "Gunung Tembak Charter" which is a guideline for Hidayatullah cadres. This education not only produces graduates, but also individuals who make real contributions to society.

Changing religions in Arabic is called Riddah. Meanwhile, apostate refers to the perpetrator, namely the person who is an apostate. Riddah linguistically means Ar-rujū'u 'ani al sya'i ilā ghairihi (turning from one thing to another). According to the term, it means leaving Islam to disbelief, either through actions, words, i'tiqad or doubt. Such as believing that Allah SWT, the Creator of Nature, does not exist, Muhammad SAW's apostolate is not true, it justifies actions that are haram, such as adultery, drinking alcohol and wrongdoing, or forbids things that are halal, such as buying and selling, marriage, or denying obligations that agreed upon by the entire Muslim community, such as denying the five daily prayers, or showing behavior that shows that the person concerned has left the Islamic religion, such as throwing the Koran into a landfill, worshiping idols and worshiping the sun.

Islamic criminal  or Fiqh Jinayah regulates criminal activities carried out by Mukhallaf. This act is classified as a criminal act because it disturbs the public and violates the rules of the Koran and Hadith. The aim is to enforce Islamic law for the benefit of the people. This crime is called jarimah and is punished with ukubah. Jarimah is divided into Hudud, Kishash, and Ta'zir. The difference in types of jarimah lies in the rights permitted. Hudud violates Allah's rights and Kishash violates individual rights. Ta'jil is a mixture of both. An example of Jarimah Kishash and Diyat is murder.
