One of the efforts is to make Christian leadership with good character and capable of anticipating the future of the church. namely a leader must lead with integrity and have the ability to lead, serve like Christ. the church has a responsibility in creating leaders with character, a leader is not born but is created because of that a leader, has a character that is committed, good, honest, humble, disciplined to produce such a figure requires a good and right character education so that quality and effective church leaders.

Human trafficking is an organized crime that violates human rights relating to freedom, security and has the potential to use acts of violence against victims. This research uses empirical juridical research methods by examining a phenomenon that occurs in society associated with the applicable laws. The research was conducted to find out the law enforcement against the crime of trafficking in persons, the obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement, and how the police efforts as law enforcers who act to handle obstacles at the level of investigation and investigation. The results showed that law enforcement of trafficking in persons was dominated by trafficking in persons with sexual utilization and trafficking in Indonesian migrant workers. Case handling begins with a public report then submitted to the unit handling human trafficking cases for a series of investigations, investigations, and submission of files to the prosecutor's office. There are different methods in handling cases tailored to the needs of cases of trafficking in persons with sexual exploitation or exploitation and migrant workers. Based on the research, it is known that investigators find various obstacles caused by internal factors or the investigation process itself and external factors or from the community. Law enforcement is carried out with the aim of restoring the law itself so that evaluation is needed so that the handling of human trafficking crimes runs effectively.

A connection or contact in which a kid is exploited as a sexual object for the gratification of an adult's sexual wants, such as a parent, sibling, or stranger, constitutes sexual violence against children. Children must be safeguarded from violence and prejudice while living, growing, developing, and participating in society to the fullest extent feasible, in accordance with human dignity and values. This study's focus is, thus, on ending child abuse in the Indonesian city of Bandar Lampung. The Bandar Lampung Police Women and Children Protection Unit's (PPA Unit) preventative efforts include community outreach and counseling on child protection, school-based preventative socialization and legal education on sexual violence crimes, and training and education on sexual and reproductive health rights as a required course, CCTV facilities and emergency management buttons, violence prevention teams specifically for sexual violence and standard operating procedures for prevention and competency tests and exploration activities against sexual violence and collaboration with agencies -Agency related to child protection.

Church planting is not a new thing in the journey of Christianity and has an important role to play in the continuation of God's work on earth. David Garrison suggests 4 classifications of church planting, namely rapidly multiplying, indigenous, church planting and in tribal groups. The segmentation of church planting is aimed at both unbelievers and believers who are immature in faith and unshepherded. In new church planting, the above are important factors that will help new churches grow and develop well. However, the sociological factors seen in new church planting vary depending on the case being analyzed, but God does not ignore the physical needs of people. When Jesus ministered in the world, He performed many social acts, such as healing diseases and feeding people. Evangelism is not one of our efforts to separate them from their culture, we still live culturally and maintain that culture, but our job is to straighten their path from the wrong to the right path, namely the Lord Jesus Christ who is the Savior of mankind. We must keep and preserve the culture, but it is the wrong way and understanding that we must correct.

Routine health checks/screenings are preventive promotive efforts mandated to be carried out by regents/mayors in accordance with Permendagri no 18/2016 with the aim of encouraging people to recognize risk factors for non-communicable diseases (PTM) related to behavior and make immediate control efforts at the individual, family level and society; encouraging the discovery of physiological risk factors that have the potential to cause PTM, namely overweight and obesity, high blood pressure, high blood sugar levels, sensory disturbances and mental disorders. The purpose of this activity is to find out earlier the status of reproductive health in young women at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Metro. Screening consists of measuring weight, measuring height, measuring BMI, measuring LILA and personal hygiene screening. Screening results showed that 1.9% of students had low TB (less than 148.9cm), 28.3% had a thin BMI status, 5% BMI Overweight and 18.5% had KEK (Chronic Energy Deficiency) with LILA<23 ,5cm. From this activity it can be concluded that the health problems of adolescents at Muhammadiyah 3 Metro Vocational School are quite varied so that further intervention is needed so as not to cause unwanted health impacts in the future.

The purpose of writing the article is to analyze the functions and roles of BKN, the role of BKN in preventing corruption for civil servants, and the implementation of corruption prevention policies or programs in the field by BKN in efforts to prevent civil servant corruption. Employees are workers both physically and mentally and their presence is needed because they are one of the most important means of effort to achieve certain goals. The writing method that we use in writing this paper is normative juridical, namely an approach through researching doctrinal laws using secondary data sources. The BKN as an institution of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to better manage government personnel. The BKN was established to function not only to collect administrative data, but to develop the competence of civil servants in a more effective way so that they can provide support for development missions, governance, and public services. Corruption is the root of the country's problems and is the most important cause of poverty, therefore it must be dealt with. The causes of corruption very often occur such as the absence of strict sanctions, weak religious and ethical education, lack of education, bad environment, radical change, poverty, and the state of society. Archiving is a process or activity that starts from creation, receipt, collection, regulation, control, maintenance, care, and storage as well as evaluation according to a certain predetermined system. As time goes by and also the many activities that have been carried out at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, more and more archives have been created. The purpose of this study was to find out the causes of archive management and to find out the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to archive management in the HR and general division at PT Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach in which data is collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results, several things can be improved for more efficiency and effectiveness in archiving 1) What can be improved is the system currently used. Pelindo IV (Persero) Balikpapan Branch, namely the system regarding this is quite good, it's just that in recovering it is still difficult to find because letters are in other classification sections such as payment archives in the information system classification. 2) Tools and equipment used in managing archives are wooden and glass cabinets. The arrangement is still disorganized because the order folders are just piled up. The archive storage space is too small so many archives accumulate and cannot be put in the cupboard. 3) There are still many archives whose duration of archive destruction is too long, considering the number of incoming documents or document production is quite high and quite a lot because archives that are old and no longer needed will be destroyed within a yearly period.

The lowest echelons of society have been affected by the global spread of the coronavirus epidemic, which has infected people from all walks of life and altered regional lives and cultural practices. In addition to causing a recession in the national economy, this issue has also decreased peoples' purchasing power and ability to withstand the rising cost of living.This study outlines the efforts made by the Bandung Regency government to provide good guarantees for street children through preventive measures, financial education assistance, fostering enthusiasm and shelter supervision, developing regulations and policies, and providing freedom of choice for street children in the medium term through playing, direct support, approaches to tackling social issues, and suggestions for revenue management. the enhancement of human resources, research into the growth of street children, and evaluation of good street child conduct are all attempts to better society.The problem is that because of spiritual issues, many of them try to escape and destroy necessities of life. Despite having a sizable state budget, it is impossible to employ street children in suitable jobs. Additionally, there is still a dearth of assistance and backing from many organizations.

In the learning process there will definitely be problems, both problems from the delivery of material by the teacher, problems from students, or inadequate facilities. There are many problems in learning the moral creed at MTsN 4 Fifty Cities, starting from a lack of enthusiasm for learning the moral creed. There are still students who are less active, feel bored in participating in the learning process and do not pay attention to what is conveyed by the teacher, children are indifferent to the assignments and notes given. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, the data collected is in the form of words, in this case it is explaining the problems of learning aqidah morals. Researchers collected data through interviews, documentation, and field notes. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Techniques for guaranteeing the validity of the data are source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Based on the results of the research that the researchers conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) The learning process of Aqidah Akhlak at MTsN 4 Fifty Kota is still in the development stage and is trying to achieve the best. By providing facilities and infrastructure to support the learning of aqidah morals, (2) The problems of learning Akidah Akhlak Class 7 at MTsN 4 Fifty Kota can be seen from two factors, namely, first, internal factors, namely problems that generally occur in teachers and students. The problem of the teacher's aqidah morals is how to convince children of the unseen and convince them to adhere to true Islamic beliefs, from students, namely they often don't focus when studying, feel bored, sleepy in class. Problems from external factors, namely the incompatibility between learning materials of the moral creed and its application in the school, family and community environment. (3) In overcoming problems related to internal factors, namely the efforts made by the teacher to overcome these problems by continuing to improve competence, MGMP activities, continuing to actively communicate with students.

This study aims to find out and Identify the extent of the influence of educational supervision on teacher performance at PAB 1 Medan Estate Private Junior High School. Efforts to improve quality Education needs to be done gradually with reference to the strategic plan. Involvement of all components of education (teachers, principals, communities, committees schools, boards of education, and institutions) through good planning and realize the launched educational program. The supervision of education carried out by the Principal has a positive effect and significant to changes in teacher performance. Teacher performance will be improved if Supervision of the principal's education in the form of leadership and supervision Improved.

The misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers is a serious concern in counseling services at MAN 4 Medan. This study aims to identify the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers, the impacts of misdiagnosis, and appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in this study were three guidance counselors or BK teachers and ten students from grades X and XI. Data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the forms of misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers consisted of three types, namely errors in identifying problems, errors in evaluating problems, and errors in determining actions. The impact of misdiagnosis was the incorrect handling of student problems, resulting in problems not being resolved well and potentially worsening the situation for students. Appropriate handling efforts in BK services at MAN 4 Medan include improving the quality of training and supervision for guidance counselors or BK teachers, increasing collaboration between guidance counselors or BK teachers and subject teachers and parents, and increasing the utilization of information and communication technology in counseling services. In conclusion, misdiagnosis of student problems by guidance counselors or BK teachers has a significant impact on students and requires appropriate handling efforts in BK services. Therefore, there needs to be serious attention to the implementation of BK services at MAN 4 Medan to avoid misdiagnosis that can harm students.

The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-cultural conditions of the farming community in relation to children's education and the socio-economic conditions of the farming community in the village of Suro, Central Java. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection tools used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of the study show that factors such as limited access to education, traditional belief in the local education system, and the lack of public awareness regarding the importance of formal education are challenges in improving the education of children in Suro Village. However, through joint efforts from the government, community and non-governmental organizations, such as increasing access to formal education, the role of parents in providing support and motivation, campaigns and outreach programs regarding the importance of formal education, can improve the education of children in Suro Village. It is hoped that these efforts can gain strong support from all parties to create a conducive educational environment for the children of Suro Village to prepare for their future. It is hoped that this article can provide an overview of the condition of children's education in farming communities in rural areas and become a reference for the development of sustainable education policies in Indonesia.

Low education human resources in Indonesia, especially educators or teachers who are less professional in carrying out their work, can be the cause of low levels of education in this country. One way to improve the quality of education is through the professionalization of teachers or through educational supervision. Supervision through various methods, education corrects educational problems helping, supervising, guiding, and directing educators towards professionalism in its goal is to improve education and address problems with it. Educational supervision supports teachers in developing lesson plans that will produce the desired learning outcomes. Supervision is an integral part of efforts to improve learning achievement and teacher quality. Supervision or supervision is an effort to provide services to education, especially teachers. Education supervision is also a process of controlling and evaluating activities to ensure that all educational activities are carried out according to plan, as well as activities to improve and correct if there are deviations that will interfere with the process of achieving goals. Reviewing educational supervision in order to improve teacher professionalism is the purpose of this. Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an important systemic autoimmune disease. Women are ten times more at risk of developing LES than men. The etiology of SLE is not fully understood and the pathophysiology involves genetic, immunological, endocrine and environmental factors. SLE is a chronic disease with periods of remission and relapse, so it requires different management and a long time. Medication adherence is required so that treatment goals can be achieved. Medication adherence rates in people with lupus have been reported from various studies to be 31.7-45.9%. Non-adherence to treatment for SLE causes an increase in visits to the emergency department and also hospitalization. There are two kinds of factors that influence medication adherence, intentional non-adherence and non-intentional non-adherence. Efforts are needed to improve and increase medication adherence by considering these both factors.

The quality of Light Rail Transit (LRT) services in Pegangsaan Dua - Velodrome is the result of efforts by the Jakarta Provincial Government and LRT Jakarta to improve public transportation services in Jakarta. The development of LRT Jakarta began with the increasing demand from the community for safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation access. In the process of developing LRT, a service quality analysis is carried out to determine the extent to which LRT can meet the needs of the community and measure user satisfaction levels. This analysis is carried out using various methods such as user satisfaction surveys, direct observation, and analysis of LRT usage data. From the results of this analysis, it is expected that solutions can be found to improve the quality of LRT services so that they can meet the increasing needs and satisfaction of users.

North Sibalaya Village is located in Tanambulava district of Sigi regency and is the capital of the district. The stunting rate in the village is fairly high, which is around 36% which is caused by many factors, one of which is malnutrition in pregnant women and children. Therefore, this research was carried out to carry out efforts to prevent and reduce stunting in North Sibalaya Village. The source of data from this study is secondary data, in the form of data obtained from hospitals and posyandu. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive analysis research methods. The methods carried out include deliberation, socialization, posyandu as well as counseling and distribution of PMT. This research was conducted with the aim of being able to find out what efforts are being made to prevent and reduce stunting in the region.

Analysis of employee payroll accounting information systems should be carried out effectively and required relevant information and a system, namely an accounting information system as a means of communication which can later be used for the needs of company management. Likewise things at PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan Bungo Jambi Regency where employee payroll accounting is very important. The purpose of this study was to determine the payroll accounting information system for employees at PT. Star Rubber, obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems and efforts to overcome obstacles in employee payroll accounting information systems at PT. Star Rubber. This study used qualitative research methods. Data were obtained from subjects in the study including the Director, Expenditure Treasurer and employees regarding the payroll system of PT. Star Rubber Jujuhan and Employees of PT. Star Rubber.  The results showed that the Employee Payroll Accounting Information System at PT. Star Rubber has been designed to support the achievement of company goals and the creation of good internal control. In addition, the payroll and remuneration system is also designed to ensure that employees' salaries and wages are paid. While the related functions at PT. Star Rubber is a staffing function that is held by the personnel department, the function of recording employee attendance times is held by the timekeeper, the function of making payroll and wages is handled by the personnel section, the cashier function, and the function of paying salaries and wages is authorized by the personnel and cashier section.

Efforts in disaster risk reduction have not been carried out optimally. In this case, the socialization of disaster risk reduction in Dusun II Kalukau, West Sibalaya Village is one of the efforts to provide direct education informally to the community. This study aims to produce information about public understanding and awareness of disaster risk reduction. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data sources come from observation, discuccion focus groups, and active participation. The results showed that public understanding of disasters was relatively good, the implementation of disaster risk reduction socialization was considered good as an educational effort for disaster mitigation.

The tender process at the Ministry of Transportation uses an Electronic Procurement System (SPSE) and a supporting system where the final results in the application tendered by the Selection Working Group are only in the form of Minutes of Election Results (BAHP), which are then reported to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK). to be followed up in the form of a Letter of Appointment of Goods/Services Provider (SPPBJ) whether to accept the results of the Working Group or reject it. In the process of determining this, it turned out that there was a legal debate which resulted in legal uncertainty where the Selection Working Group's determination was in the form of BAHP as the result which was used as the object of the lawsuit. Meanwhile, the opinion of the other panel of judges is inversely proportional to the BAHP issue as the object of this dispute. Apart from that, administrative efforts before filing a lawsuit were also a problem where some of the Panel of Judges passed the dismissal stage and some did not. From the results of the study it was found that the determination of the object of dispute state administrative decisions on the procurement of government goods/services, especially at the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia, was normatively in the basic regulations regarding Government Procurement of Goods/Services, showing the decision to determine the winner of the Working Group in the form of BAHP even though it required approval with PPK can be used as th e object of dispute in disputes over state administrative decisions. In addition, the results also show that the explanations and decisions at the State Administrative Court, the administrative e arrangements for the procurement of goods/services are objections and appeals and a guarantee of 1% (one percent).   Keywords: Procurement, goods/services, administrative decision.

The hospital also has the main task of providing complete individual health services with efforts to heal, recover, improve, prevent, referral services, research and development and community service. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review theoretically from various literature and strategies to improve patient satisfaction and quality of service in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical study, namely the strategies carried out by increasing human resources, the speed of staff response, and satisfaction can be identified by comparing the expectations and experiences of the performance of health service providers. By doing this strategy can provide a desire of patient hope. It was concluded that strategies to increase patient satisfaction and health quality can realize patient expectations arising from the actions of health workers as the performance of health services and during a good treatment process. In the strategy carried out the patient will evaluate and assess the product or service quality that has been received. Hospital agencies also need to improve service quality strategies to realize patient expectations. Patient satisfaction in assessing quality or good service, and is an important measurement that is fundamental to the quality of service. This is also because by providing information on the success of quality service providers, the values ​​and expectations of patients will increase.
