The urgency of this research lies in understanding the critical role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the rapidly evolving landscape of Industry 4.0. As businesses strive to remain competitive, AI's integration into industrial processes has become essential. The primary aim of this study is to examine how AI drives innovation and efficiency within Industry 4.0. Using a literature review methodology, this research synthesizes findings from existing studies to provide a comprehensive overview of AI's impact on various business sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management. The results reveal that AI significantly enhances operational efficiency, predictive maintenance, and decision-making capabilities. Moreover, the study identifies key challenges in AI implementation, such as data privacy and the need for skilled workforce, while also highlighting the vast opportunities for future advancements. The activities of Al Hikmah Mosque Perumdim Jubung are not running optimally due to manual and traditional processes. Management of prayer schedules, event announcements, and donation tracking is still conventional, leading to inefficiency and lack of transparency. Congregants often struggle to get up-to-date information, limiting their participation in events. Additionally, the mosque's manual financial management often lacks transparency, causing distrust. This highlights the need for a modern, efficient information system to support mosque operations and improve services. E-MOSQUE aims to streamline mosque functions, including prayer schedules, event management, donation tracking, and announcements. By developing a centralized, mobile-accessible platform, congregants can easily access information and participate in activities anytime, anywhere. E-MOSQUE is expected to enhance communication, transparency, and management efficiency, facilitate access for all members, and strengthen community engagement. The outcome will be improved operational efficiency, financial transparency, and better community involvement, contributing to the mosque's modernization and the community's welfare.

This research develops a smart doorlock system for engine rooms and platforms based on RFID technology and the Arduino platform. This system is designed to increase security and efficiency in managing access to important areas on a ship or industrial installation. The method used involves the integration of an RFID module as an authentication medium and an Arduino microcontroller as the system control center. Users can open the door simply by holding the registered RFID card close to the RFID reader, which then sends a signal to the Arduino to activate the door lock mechanism. This system is also equipped with an access data recording feature that allows real-time monitoring and review of incoming and outgoing activities. Test results show that the system functions well in various scenarios, demonstrating high reliability and responsiveness. Thus, this RFID and Arduino based smart doorlock system can be an effective solution in improving security and access control in critical environments.

Management is a very important process in an organization, especially in the field of education. Management can help create a conducive environment for students, improve the quality of education, and achieve the desired educational goals.  Therefore, this research aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the education system at SMP N 27 Medan through the implementation of effective and sustainable education management. Educational management is considered a process consisting of several stages, namely planning, organizing, directing and controlling. The techniques used in this research are theoretical and literature analysis methods, as well as data collection through surveys and observations. The research results show that the majority of teachers at SMP N 27 Medan feel that the education and management system in their school is quite effective and efficient. However, there are several areas that require further improvement or improvement. This research shows that effective education management must focus on improving the quality of teaching staff, utilizing technology to increase access and effectiveness of learning, and strengthening the bureaucratic system to make it more efficient and responsive to educational needs. In this way, the education system at SMP N 27 Medan can run more effectively and efficiently, as well as improve the quality of education, effectiveness of learning and the quality of teaching staff.

This research use the Naive Bayes algorithm to classification of user reviews of the Sky Childern Of The Light application from the Google Play Store. The Sky Childern Of The Light application is a popular online game, because it offers a unique and immersive playing experience. This method was chosen because of its simplicity, speed, ease of interpretation, and suitability for high-dimensional data. The advantages of Naive Bayes are the accuracy and efficiency of calculations, fast results and presentation. The data collected was 1500 data with a classification ratio of 8:2 with an accuracy value of 87% using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This method is very good at analyzing the sentiment of the Sky Children Of The Light application.

Murabaha financing is one of the Islamic financing products that is popular among MSMEs. This product is in accordance with Islamic sharia principles which prohibit usury and encourage fair buying and selling transactions. This study aims to analyze the implementation of sharia principles in murabahah financing products of Islamic banks on the financial performance of MSMEs. A literature review was conducted to understand the concepts of sharia principles, murabaha financing, and MSMEs financial performance. Data were collected from various sources, journals, including books, and other reliable sources. The study results show that the implementation of sharia principles in murabaha financing products of Islamic banks has a positive influence on the financial performance of MSMEs. This positive influence can be seen from the increase in profitability and operational efficiency of MSMEs. In addition, murabaha financing can also help MSMEs to increase access to capital and develop their business.

This research explores increasing the efficiency of network resource use through load balancing techniques. Load balancing distributes workload evenly among servers to optimize resource usage, maximize throughput, and minimize response time. We compare various load balancing algorithms, such as round-robin, least connections, and least response time, in various network scenarios. Experimental results show that proper load balancing techniques can reduce response time by up to 30% and increase resource usage efficiency by up to 40%. This study highlights the importance of selecting appropriate algorithms based on network traffic and workload characteristics. Implementing effective load balancing strategies can improve the quality of network services and ensure even distribution of workloads, providing practical guidance for network administrators to optimize network performance and efficiency.

The Unmanned ships have become a primary focus in maritime technology development to enhance efficiency and navigational safety in waters. In this research, a unmanned ship utilizing ESP32CAM as its core system is designed to detect navigation lights of other vessels and avoid potential collisions. The initial response of the ESP32CAM camera reads the colors of lights approaching the unmanned ship within a distance of less than 100cm. The ESP32CAM reads and identifies colors through image processing. When the ESP32CAM detects green and red lights, it commands the buzzer to sound. The color detection system works such that when the ESP32CAM detects a red light, it sends a signal to the servo motor to move left, and when it detects a green light, it sends a signal to the servo motor to move right. The servo motor functions as the ship's rudder. Testing of the navigation light system with ESP32CAM camera to prevent ship collisions is conducted with predetermined scenarios, including testing with red LEDs, green LEDs, and overall system testing. The results show that the navigation light system with ESP32CAM camera functions well. The ESP32CAM camera can optimally identify light colors at a distance of 100cm. Based on the conducted research, the ESP32CAM camera is capable of reading both the distance and colors of lights as specified at a distance of 100cm.

This study examines the implementation of East Manggarai Regency Regulation Number 15 of 2019 regarding the acceleration of stunting reduction in Kota Ndora and Rana Loba Urban Villages, Borong District. Through a juridical-empirical approach, primary data was obtained through interviews, observations, and document studies. The results show that the implementation of the regulation is still not effective due to factors such as ineffective human resources, inadequate infrastructure, limited budget allocation, and low community participation. The study recommends improvements in training and education for human development cadres, increased budget allocation for stunted families, and a reassessment of budget allocation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in addressing stunted families.

Abstract :The financial performance of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) for the period 2020-2022 needs to be evaluated to determine the effectiveness of management in managing the company's finances. The purpose of the study is to measure the financial performance of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) through financial statement analysis over the period 2020, 2021, and 2022. This study uses various types of financial ratios such as Liquidity, Solvency, and Profitability. The research method used is qualitative with a quantitative approach. The data used is sourced from the financial statements of PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022, obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis results show that the company has good liquidity because current assets are higher than current liabilities. The solvency ratio level is quite healthy. Although the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) indicates high debt, the low Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) values show that most of the assets are still funded by equity. The company's profitability level is less healthy. Although the Gross Profit Margin (GPM) shows positive results and is higher than the industry average, other ratios such as Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE) indicate that the company has significant room for improvement in operational efficiency, cost management, and optimization of asset and equity utilization. Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia have experienced various challenges and changes along with the times. One of the challenges faced is the emergence of a capitalistic economy which emphasizes aspects of competition, efficiency and profit orientation. This research aims to explore how Islamic boarding school-based educational institutions adapt to a capitalistic economy without sacrificing the values ​​and basic principles of Islamic teachings. Using a qualitative approach, this research involved participant observation, in-depth interviews, and literature studies at several Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools have implemented various adaptation strategies, such as diversifying funding sources, implementing modern management, and developing business units that are in line with Islamic values. However, Islamic boarding schools also face challenges in maintaining a balance between spiritual and economic aspects, as well as maintaining the distinctive identity and characteristics of Islamic boarding schools. This research contributes to the understanding of the dynamics of Islamic educational institutions in facing global economic changes and provides recommendations for future policy and practice.

Nara Kitchen is a daily catering service provider with a varied menu every day. Since the Covid-19 pandemic, catering demand has increased to 130 portions per delivery. This surge in demand necessitates improvements to the layout of production facilities, as higher production volume results in increased activity between workstations. Consequently, Nara Kitchen aims to enhance the layout of its facilities to optimize production efficiency. Facility layout improvements are implemented using the Blocplan method and are simulated through a discrete systems approach. The Blocplan method designs the layout based on the proximity between departments, aiming to minimize overall travel distance. The results of the layout improvements are then simulated using Flexsim software before being implemented. The simulation outcomes demonstrate reduced weekly travel distances. The movement distance for workers traveling from the kitchen workstation to the compounding workstation has decreased by 5.33m, while workers moving from the kitchen workstation to the packing workstation experience a reduction in movement distance of 142.38m

This study focuses on the analysis of public fund expenditure in the livestock sector in North Lombok Regency, with an emphasis on improving the government's internal control system. Using 2022 livestock data and cash expenditure data, this study evaluates the efficiency of the use of public funds, identifies risks and efforts to prevent misuse of funds, and highlights the importance of developing an effective internal control system. The results of this study illustrate the potential for improvement in the management of public funds, by maximizing its positive impact on the growth of the livestock sector and community welfare in North Lombok Regency. This study aims to investigate the identification, assessment, and control of operational risks in the travel industry, with a focus on PT Yuk Kita Tour. Direct observation and interview methods are used to identify the risks faced by the company. Risk assessment is conducted by considering the likelihood of occurrence and its impact on the company's operations, followed by appropriate mitigation strategies. The analysis results show that risks such as online booking system disruptions, lack of staff training, currency exchange rate fluctuations, regulatory changes, natural disasters, disease outbreaks, transportation delays, and terrorism threats affect operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.To control these risks, PT Yuk Kita Tour implements a comprehensive mitigation strategy, including improved cybersecurity systems, staff training programs, currency hedging strategies, active regulatory monitoring, travel insurance, strict health policies, cooperation with transportation operators, and clear security information to customers. The implementation of these risk control strategies has had a positive impact on the company's performance, with year-on-year increases in revenue and customer satisfaction. This study provides insights into the importance of operational risk management in the travel industry and demonstrates that a proactive approach to risk identification, assessment, and control is possible. This research aims to analyze the queuing system model for consumer service at Mie Gacoan Pancing Branch, Medan City. With the increasing popularity of Mie Gacoan, there has been a significant increase in the number of customers, resulting in long queues and long waiting times. This research uses observation and interview methods to collect data regarding the number of customers, arrival time, service time, and number of available waiters. The data is then analyzed using the M/M/1 and M/M/c queuing models to determine queue characteristics such as average queue length, average waiting time in the queue, and waiter utility. The analysis results show that the M/M/c queuing model is more effective in reducing waiting time and queue length compared to the M/M/1 model. By increasing the number of waiters, service efficiency can be increased, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. This research provides strategic recommendations for the management of Mie Gacoan Pancing Branch in optimizing the queuing system to provide better service to consumers.
