According to Law No. 36 of 2009, health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially that allows everyone to lead a socially and economically productive life. To ensure this health, the government established a health insurance known as the National Health Insurance (JKN). In its implementation, the JKN program experienced several challenges and obstacles. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the JKN program in terms of increasing public health access. The research method used was a literature review obtained from eight journals from the Google Schoolar online database  between 2018 and 2023. Based on BPJS Kesehatan data as of October 2022, as many as 89.35% of the entire Indonesian population has been guaranteed health financing through the JKN program. There are several factors that affect the implementation of the JKN program, namely internal and external factors. To overcome this, various strategies are needed to optimize the JKN program in Indonesia. In addition, collaboration between stakeholders and the implementation of digitalization of health services in various health care facilities are also needed as readiness to face the global world. In its implementation, the implementation of JKN still experiences various obstacles such as low stakeholder readiness and responsiveness,  facilities and infrastructure that have not been maximized, and regulations regarding the JKN program have not been available and socialized properly.

PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture is a company engaged in the production of furniture such as doors, tables, chairs, cabinets, bookcases and other interior equipment. As one of the companies that have succeeded in producing finished goods in large quantities, PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture relies on the help of an electric motor at every stage of its production, including one of the wood pellet production machines, namely the biofuel pelletizer molding machine which has four different types of motors. In order to work optimally, electric motors need a protection system that can protect them from threats. In this study, the protection system used is Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) which functions as an overload controller so that the electric motor is not easily burned or damaged. In this case, the TOR must be adjusted according to the capacity of each induction motor so that when an overload occurs, the TOR will automatically cut off the current flowing in the motor so that damage can be avoided. The TOR trip standards in this study uses the NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) standard with the method used, namely Research and Development (R&D) where this method is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The data collection was obtained through journals and books.

. Currently, the times are increasingly advanced, starting from technology, transportation, payments, placement of funds in securities is one of them. Placement of funds in securities is a bank that only acts as a liaison between customers who need funds and customers who have funds. Placement of these funds is only in securities that are not listed on the stock exchange, such as BI certificates. The purpose of this study is to examine the determination of a fund to become securities and also how is the legal relationship between depositors of funds and banks and what are the legal consequences of placing funds in securities as security for wealth. The conclusion of this study is that the role of securities in a bank is inseparable from the role of banks which have a strategic function in implementing national development. The development of the times is also a supporting factor for using securities for payment, deposit of funds, investments, and others. This strategic role is mainly due to the main function of the bank as a vehicle that can collect and distribute public funds effectively and efficiently and anticipate economic and banking developments. To anticipate economic and banking developments as mentioned above, it is necessary to have laws and regulations regarding securities in general that are more adequate as an umbrella that underlies these developments.

The National Health Insurance Program is the Government's effort to provide guarantees so that health services are provided to Participants in the National Health Insurance Program. In its implementation, there is a risk in the form of fraud committed by unscrupulous persons. The consequence of fraud is the imposition of sanctions which are an important part of every law and regulation. One of the imposition of sanctions for perpetrators of fraud is administrative sanctions. Administrative sanctions that arise do not erase criminal sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the legislation. Administrative sanctions are considered to be far more effective in forcing people to comply with legal provisions governing business and industry and environmental protection than criminal sanctions. With the imposition of these sanctions it is expected to maintain the sustainability of the National Health Insurance Program

Early marriage is now a serious problem not only at the national level but at the regional/regency/city level. Early marriage is one of the strategic youth issues that must be resolved immediately. One of the government's strategies in reducing the number of early marriages is the Marriage Age Maturity Program (PUP). Through this program, every government, academician, community and early marriage eradication group collaborate in the success of the program. The educational activity on Marriage Age Maturity (PUP) which was carried out at MA NW Bagik Payung Selatan went smoothly, it's just that there were a number of problems, namely in terms of the characteristics and mindset of students who still underestimate the dangers of early marriage. In addition, the environment where they live is also supportive when they do underage marriages. This service uses an interactive approach with the FGD method. Efforts to reduce the number of early marriages at MA NW Bagik Payung Selatan must be supported by the school and parents, not only the government's task so that the Marriage Age Maturity Program (PUP) can produce optimal results

Before there were clear rules governing land issues, many land conflicts occurred. One type of conflict that often occurs is between the state and the community regarding Nation Land Tenure Rights representing the public interest, and then private property ownership, which then results in social inequality that arises in society. social. In the compensation paradigm itself, it tends to mean that the holder of land rights has experienced a loss prior to the release of his land for public use. Presidential Decree No. 55 of 1993, Presidential Decree No. 36 of 2005 and Presidential Decree No. 65 of 2006 contain many weaknesses and are repressive in nature which harm land rights owners. Various cases of community welfare land acquisition development show various problems that arise in the implementation process. With the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government is trying to correct deficiencies in the previous laws and regulations regarding land acquisition for public purposes. Compensation for Land Acquisition Since the promulgation of Law Number 2 of 2012, the government has assessed the value of compensation for each plot of land, including land, space above ground and basement, buildings, plants and land, for public purposes; and/or other things that can be assessed as Loss. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a regulator of the money management sector, especially the financial sector, must adequately equip its capabilities to properly implement and support financial management sector activities. economic growth. OJK has a position in managing Islamic banks. The description of Islamic commercial banks is very important because they are only marginal in accelerating the development of the financial economy, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The Financial Authority carries out the functions, duties, authority to regulate and control activities in the financial sector in an integrated, independent and responsible manner, particularly in the world of banking. The problems of this research are: First, how independent is the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Second, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in regulating and supervising banks? Third, what is the role of the Financial Services Authority in consumer protection and consumer investigations? The type of research method is normative law and the type of research is descriptive. In conclusion: First, other parties do not interfere with the independence of OJK in its regulation and are found to be inseparable from government interference. Such deals can lead to government intervention. Second, the role of OJK in regulating and supervising banks related to the regulation and supervision of micro stability is very broad. Third, OJK's role in consumer protection is to inform and educate the public about the good quality of the financial sector, its services and products. Stop if it can harm consumers. It is recommended: First, in addition to regulating the independence of the OJK, there must also be freedom from state intervention, so that the government cannot intervene. Second, that the OJK really places the interests of the national economy and not the interests of entrepreneurs as the center of its regulatory task. Third, clarify the provisions that make it easier for the OJK to handle consumer complaints, so that there is no prejudice as if the OJK is providing financial support to consumers.

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that is a national development priority listed in the 2020-2024 RPJMN. Trends and targets for reducing stunting have progressed but are not yet significant. Of course, several causal factors are still found, so empowerment is needed to accelerate stunting reduction. The main focus in handling stunting is the First 1000 Days of Life (HPK) which is carried out at Posyandu. Cadres who play an important role in driving posyandu are expected to have good knowledge and high motivation in efforts to prevent stunting.
