ABSTRACT An environmental permit is a permit given to any person or initiator who wishes to undertake a business and / or activity that is required to be UKL-UPL in the framework of environmental protection and management as a condition of obtaining a business and / or activity license. Violations committed by PT. Hadi Putra Makmur related to the issue of obligations and prohibitions, especially regarding licensing, efforts to manage and monitor the environment, hereby the supervision of DLH enforces by giving administrative sanctions. The above is the basis for the author to take the title "ADMINISTRATIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT ON IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES THAT DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS UKL-UPL (Study of PT. Hadi Putra Makmur Semarang City)." In this research, the authors raise the problems, namely: a. How is administrative law enforcement for activities that have no significant impact that do not yet have UKL-UPL documents? b. What are the obstacles that arise in the administration of administrative law for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents? c. What is the Role of Administrative Law in Enforcement of Environmental Law? The method used is to use the type of juridical normative research with descriptive analytical research specifications, secondary data sources with data collection methods through literature study and interviews, and the method of presentation and data analysis methods using descriptive analytical methods. The purpose of this study is to explain the application of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have significant impacts that do not have UKL-UPL documents. Barriers that arise in the enforcement of administrative sanctions for activities that do not have a significant impact that do not have UKL-UPL documents, and the role of administrative law in environmental law enforcement. The results showed that PT. Hadi Putra Makmur has violated licensing, environmental management and monitoring efforts, DLH Semarang city has imposed administrative sanctions in the form of government coercion in accordance with PP no. 37 of 2012 concerning environmental permits. Administrative sanctions are legal instruments used for the first time by DLH in enforcing cases conducted by PT. Mini Iron Stores Semarang do the buying and selling process wholesale with various customers, the majority of which are small traders or retailers. In running its business, Semarang Mini Iron Shop still conducts conventional buying and selling transactions using a sales memorandum. This allows duplicate data to occur due to repeated customer and supplier data writing. Based on the above problems, the author wants to propose a multiuser-based inventory system design to be taken into consideration in helping to speed up the process of recording purchase and sales transactions and can provide the information needed at the Semarang Mini Iron Store in the form of inventory reports, sales level reports and daily income reports in the form of an application Inventory system in Semarang Mini Iron Shop using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang having its address at Jl. Pawiyatan Luhur Number 25 Semarang is a company engaged in the distribution and production of goods, especially health products. PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang has dozens of Salesmen and a leader. PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang carries out the process of buying and selling wholesale with various customers, the majority of whom are Pharmacies and supermarkets. In running its business, PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang still sells conventionally by using salesmen. And the marketing area still covers Central Java and East Java. Based on the problems above, the writer wants to propose a web-based booking system design to be considered in helping in the promotion of goods from PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Application Order System PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang by using PHP and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

After doing research in KB and TK Anak Pintar, it can be seen that there are obstacles that are owned by TK B teaching teachers in delivering the material. The obstacle faced is where children are easily bored with conventional learning methods used by teachers plus there is no learning media at the school. To anticipate these obstacles, learning media are needed that can increase children's interest in learning and can eliminate the boredom of conventional learning. The purpose of this study is to find out how and the benefits of Macromedia Director MX 2004 in the world of education. The method used in the Research and Development (research and development) method, starts from (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) learning media design, (4) learning media validation, (5) revision of learning media, ( 6) trial of learning media, and (7) application. The results showed that the developed media had fulfilled the requirements and fulfilled the requirements to be used, this was seen from the results of the validation carried out by media experts namely 90% and material experts 92.5% and Kindergarten B teachers 92.5%. By displaying 6 learning materials that are accompanied by 5 questions in each material, it is also equipped with instructions for use, profiles of teachers and KB staff and Kindergarten Smart Children and also vision and mission.

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".

PT Kota Jati Furindo is a private company engaged in furniture especially outdoor and indoor furniture and has been established since 1987, having its address at Jl. Raya Jepara - Bangsri Km. 6.5 Jepara, originated from a company that makes products based only on orders, prioritizing high quality product quality. In mid-2008 there was a financial crisis that hit countries in Europe which then affected orders for furniture products from companies. In early 2009 PT Kota Jati Furindo created a website aimed at promoting and introducing products throughout the world, the website creation target was for the export market or overseas, therefore the website used an international language, English. In early 2013 the company began to look for consumers from within the country so that the sustainability of the business can run well. Efforts made by companies to get consumers in the country began with introducing their products to the public, it was done because there are still many people in Indonesia who are not familiar with furniture products from PT Kota Jati Furindo, to support the efforts of the company needed a promotional media that is in accordance with current company needs. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to make a promotional media at PT. Kota Jati Furindo to facilitate consumers and of course increase company sales in the form of catalogs, brochures, wall clocks, t-shirts and mugs.
