To fulfil the needs of electricity, UNTAG Surabaya Building uses electrical energy derived from PLN. But, the provision of electrical energy from PLN unable to constantly supply electrical energy without interruption. So, to overcome it, it’s obligatory to have an electrical energy back-up system in the form of a Genset so electrical energy for building needs is preserved. The Genset works automatically, so when PLN's electrical energy goes out, the generator will immediately work. Conversely, if PLN's electrical energy back to normal, the generator will stop working. Because the electrical energy back-up system at UNTAG Surabaya has been working for really long, it’s obligatory to evaluate also re-analyze the generator back-up system. The analysis is carried out by performing calculations assisted by the ETAP simulation program. For generator efficiency, it is still quite good, which is only 68.25%., because the generator only supplies loads that are an urgent priority. From the simulation results, the load must be provide by the generator is 273.04kW/341.3kVA and the generator capacity used is 400kW/500kVA. In that case, the performance of the genset is still within the limits of its capabilities.

PT BrickBern is a distribution company specializing in LEGO (Leg Godt) toy products. An efficient inventory information system is crucial for managing the diverse range of LEGO products and enables the company to meet customer demand effectively. The V-Model method was chosen as a structured development approach due to its advantages in well-defined development and testing stages, allowing for early error detection and correction. The research began with a needs analysis that included an in-depth understanding of the company's requirements for LEGO product inventory management. The system design phase followed, covering database design, user interface design, and adequate system architecture. Subsequently, the system was implemented and tested, and training was provided to users. The research outcome is a web-based inventory information system that supports PT BrickBern in managing LEGO product inventory more efficiently and in real-time, thereby enhancing PT BrickBern's operational efficiency in distributing LEGO products and increasing customer satisfaction. Furthermore, these findings can serve as a reference for similar companies looking to develop web-based inventory information systems using the V-Model method.

The South Tangerang City Government (Tangsel) is a new autonomous region that was born based on Law no. 51 of 2008 concerning the Establishment of South Tangerang City in Banten Province. During the first three years after its formation, the City of South Tangerang was able to extract local revenue (PAD) which came from legal taxes, levies and other things. In South Tangerang City, regional financial management is regulated by PERDA No. 2/2022 which emphasizes principles such as transparency, efficiency and accountability in the preparation of the APBD. The South Tangerang City DPRD plays a crucial role in supervising, ensuring transparency and accountability in regional financial management.

This research aims to develop and implement cognitive assessment instruments in Indonesian language education, with a focus on improving students' high-level thinking abilities. The validity and reliability of this instrument were tested through a series of tests in various schools. The research results show that this instrument is effective in measuring students' abilities in analysis, synthesis and evaluation. The use of technology in assessment instruments increases the efficiency of the evaluation process, although challenges related to technology infrastructure in some schools require special attention. Feedback from students indicated that the instrument was perceived as relevant and motivating, supporting the importance of authentic assessment practices. Overall, this research emphasizes the importance of a collaborative and comprehensive approach in improving students' learning and their preparation for future demands.

The Hajj and Umrah industry is an important sector involving millions of pilgrims every year. The complexity of organizing this worship service requires improved services and effective risk management to ensure the smooth running and comfort of the congregation. This research aims to explore strategies for improving services and risk management in the Hajj and Umrah industry. The research method used is qualitative with literature studies from various trusted sources. The research results show that service quality is greatly influenced by staff friendliness, service reliability, facility cleanliness, and timeliness. In addition, identifying and mitigating health, security and logistics risks is critical to reducing negative impacts on congregations. Technological innovations, such as mobile applications, have also been proven to improve efficiency and service quality. This research provides recommendations for the government and Hajj and Umrah organizers to improve service quality and risk management, so that pilgrims can carry out their worship more safely and comfortably.

The principal's policy in improving administrative services aims to create an efficient and effective school environment. The principal's policy in improving administrative services is a systematic effort to improve and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative services in the school environment. This involves developing procedures, empowering staff, investing in technology, and implementing good management principles. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed through a process of data reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the principal's policy in improving services is to carry out open communication both formally and informally. And another thing that supports improving administrative services is good human resources. The first obstacle is limited education funds, namely that it is difficult to provide facilities in the administration department, such as broken computers at school, and the second obstacle is poor discipline of teachers and staff, which is the cause of services at SMA Negeri 4 Merangin decreasing or not being good. And the solution to overcoming obstacles is maximizing funds, namely the principal makes a report first to the department or center, if there is not yet a principal, calls a meeting between the deputy and the treasurer to discuss together, and the second solution regarding discipline is that the principal tries to be an example or role model. first of all towards teachers, staff and students at the school, apart from that the principal will be strict with school members who violate it by calling them immediately to the office and asking for information after which they will be given sanctions.

This article conducts a literature review to discuss the role of technology in optimizing school organizational management. The study looks at how technology can improve administration, communication and decision-making in schools. Furthermore, the article discusses the different types of technology that can be used, including school management information systems, e-learning platforms and digital collaboration tools. Challenges and barriers to technology implementation are also discussed, such as infrastructure limitations and lack of technical expertise among school personnel. Then, the article suggests appropriate strategies to overcome such barriers, such as continuous training and integrated system development, in order to improve the overall management of school organizations. This study offers valuable insights for educators and school administrators who want to improve efficiency and effectiveness through the use of technology.

Internal auditors play a strategic role in ensuring the transparency, integrity, and operational efficiency of an organization. This article explains how internal auditors function as consultants providing advice to improve a company's risk management, control and governance processes, IA also identifies and manages risks that may affect organizational objectives. By using appropriate audit methodologies and utilizing modern audit technology, internal auditors can add significant value by providing recommendations for process improvements and internal controls. Amid challenges such as limited resources and pressure to deliver accurate and relevant results in a timely manner, internal auditors must be able to maintain their independence and ensure effective collaboration with senior management and the audit committee. This study is entitled Improving the Effectiveness of Correctional Institutions as Part of Law Enforcement in Indonesia. The Correctional Institutions or Lapas, is an institution that is part of law enforcement in Indonesia. The purpose of the construction of the prisoner in Lapas is to ensure that the prisoners who have been released from prison remain accepted by the community and can continue to find employment. As a final part of the Criminal Justice System, the efficiency of Lapas functions and duties as a law enforcement agency is essential. The aim of this study is to further analyse the effectiveness of Lapas as part of law enforcement in Indonesia as well as attempts to enhance it if seen from existing facts. In this study, the method of writing normative or doctrinal jurisprudence with the study of library law is to study library materials such as reading and examining scientific books, e-journals of law, regulations of legislation, and various kinds of literature that have relevance to the subject and object of this research.

Evaluation of SMILE in Data and Information Management (Case Study of BPJS Employment, Tanjung Morawa Branch) Using the User Compatibility Method. Effective data and information management in financial institutions such as BPJS Employment requires an application system that meets user needs. This research aims to evaluate SMILE at the Tanjung Morawa BPJS Employment Branch using the User Compatibility method, which assesses the extent to which the application meets the user's needs, abilities and expectations. This research method involves a survey of SMILE users at BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch, taking into account aspects of usability, efficiency and user satisfaction. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation of smile users. The evaluation results show that SMILE at BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch has a high level of compatibility with users. The research results show that all EUCS independent variables (indicators), consisting of Content (Content), Format (report), Accurancy (accuracy), Timeliness (speed of presentation), Ease of Use (easy to use), which have a significant relationship with user satisfaction SMILE. Users find this application easy to use, improves work efficiency, and meets their expectations regarding data and information management. However, several recommendations for improvement were also put forward, including increased training for users, improved integration with other systems, and improved data security. This study makes an important contribution to further understanding the extent to which SMILE meets user needs in internal environments. The evaluation results and recommendations produced can serve as guidelines for developing and improving smile in the future.

This paper discusses the teachings of the Lord Jesus through a values ​​and love-based approach. Based on my understanding, the teachings of the Lord Jesus have a very important role in the methods that will be used by teaching staff or teaching staff. This paper analyzes the teachings of the Lord Jesus, recorded in the Gospels, not only as spiritual teachings, but also as a moral and pedagogical guide for educators. At the discussion stage, the New Testament shows Jesus as an extraordinary teacher, providing an important example in his life in the world. He not only demonstrated effectiveness and efficiency in his teaching model, but also had specific goals and strategies. His way of teaching is very unique and creative, using practical illustrations from everyday life so that it is easy for everyone to understand. The conclusion of this paper is that the Lord Jesus' teaching model provides a solid foundation for educational practice centered on values ​​and love. The principles he taught are not only relevant in a spiritual context, but also have powerful applications in modern education.

Research This study aims to evaluate the Tahfidzul Qur'an program in Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang with the main purpose of assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the program in achieving the program in achieving the target of memorizing the Qur'an of students. Evaluative research method used in evaluating the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The CIPP model is designed to provide a comprehensive framework framework in systematically assessing various aspects of the program. The results of this study show that the evaluation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an program at Mushalla Firdaus Tilatang Kamang shows positive and beneficial results despite some challenges. The context analysis highlighted the strong motivation of learners as well as support from the community, despite economic and social constraints. The input evaluation emphasized the importance of teachers' qualifications, an adequate curriculum, and improved facilities and financial support. The process of implementing a diverse program of teaching methods and classroom management is effective, but more individual guidance and technology integration are needed. The product evaluation revealed the program's success in achieving memorization targets, improving academic achievement, spiritual development, and positive character changes in learners. With continuous improvement and implementation of recommendations, this program has great potential to continue to grow and produce a generation of quality and characterful Qur'an memorizers.

An induction motor is an electrical device that converts electrical energy into energy. Electric machines use various types of drives, such as water pumps. Applications in transportation equipment, household equipment transportation tools, and large-scale industry. for several reasons. To get the best performance, the induction motor supply must be checked for quality problems, such as changes to the motor power supply. This research analyzes and measures the effect of three-phase induction motors using different power sources from 380 Volts. The motor used is a 3 phase motor at PDAM Suraya Sembada which is located on Jl. Ngagel Tirto V No. 53, Ngagelrejo, district. Wonokromo, Surabaya, East Java. In completing this research, we used the method of mathematical calculating formulas for validation and comparison. The data taken were current, rpm (speed), voltage, cosphi. This research found that a threephase induction motor at 379 Volts had an effect of 84.27%, while the overall average in this study had an average efficiency value of 73%-75

Web-based LPG gas sales system using E-KTP is an application designed to facilitate the process of selling LPG gas online by using E-KTP as a user identity verification tool. This system was built with the aim of increasing efficiency and security in the LPG gas sales transaction process. This system utilizes web technology to allow users to sell LPG gas online through a platform accessed through a web browser. Users will be required to upload a photo of their E-KTP as part of the identity verification process. After identity verification, users can place an order for LPG gas according to their needs. The system is also equipped with an LPG gas stock management feature, so that sellers can monitor their LPG gas stock in real-time and procure new LPG gas if the stock is running low. In addition, the system is also equipped with an LPG gas delivery tracking feature, so that users can track the status of their LPG gas shipments from the warehouse to the delivery location. With this web-based LPG gas sales system using E-KTP, it is expected to increase efficiency in the LPG gas sales process, as well as increase security in online transactions by using E-KTP as a means of verifying user identity.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the economies of many countries, including Indonesia. Along with the development of information and communication technology, e-commerce has become a crucial platform for MSMEs to expand markets, increase operational efficiency and increase competitiveness. This study examines the impact of e-commerce adoption on MSME performance, with a focus on increasing market access, reducing operational costs, and increasing product and service innovation. The research methodology includes a literature review, secondary data analysis, and case studies of MSMEs that have successfully implemented e-commerce. The research results show that e-commerce provides significant benefits for MSMEs, such as increased sales and efficiency, but also reveals challenges such as the need for increased digital capacity and adequate technological infrastructure. This research concludes that government support and collaboration with the private sector are needed to optimize the potential of e-commerce in empowering MSMEs in the digital era.

The new student enrollment process at SMP MIFTAHURROHMAN faces various challenges in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. The current manual process often leads to delays and errors, and fails to meet enrollment targets. To address these issues, we developed a web-based application designed to facilitate the enrollment of new students. This application allows students to register online, upload supporting documents, and print registration receipts. The system is built using the waterfall method and technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and the CodeIgniter framework. Both students and school administrators can monitor and manage registration data in real-time. The implementation of this application is expected to make the new student enrollment process faster, more accurate, and transparent, thereby improving operational efficiency and user satisfaction. This research shows that the developed application effectively addresses the existing problems and provides significant benefits for the school.

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce economic competition, industrialization has become the main pillar in efforts to increase a country's competitiveness and economic growth. In Indonesia, strengthening industrialization does not only aim to increase production and exports, but must also be directed at sustainable investment that pays attention to environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects. This research aims to analyze the strategies and policies needed to strengthen industrialization within the framework of sustainable investment in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach with policy analysis and case studies of key industries, it was found that the integration of sustainability principles in industry can increase efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and provide broader social benefits. In addition, government support through appropriate regulations, fiscal incentives, and increasing human resource capacity are key factors in realizing sustainable industrialization. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for policy makers, industry players and investors in designing and implementing investments that support economic growth while maintaining environmental sustainability and social welfare.

This study aims to analyze how the number of job placements and workload in increasing employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. With the unit of analysis are employees at PT. Clean Healthy. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews with informants. The collected data is analyzed descriptively with the flow of documentation studies, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. In order to obtain the validity of the data, an analysis is carried out through the validity of trust, the validity of transferability, the validity of dependence, and the validity of certainty. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that from the results of interviews with key informants, the role of balance between the number of job placements and workload is very important in an effort to increase employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. Increasing motivation and work productivity is very important to strive for optimal achievement of company goals. Effectiveness and Efficiency are very important considerations in implementing a balance between the number of workers in each job placement position at PT. Clean Healthy with the workload delegated to every employee at PT. This Healthy Clean. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to still be unbalanced in the number of workers. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to have a workforce that is still not balanced with the workload it delegates. So that it can have an impact on increasing their motivation and work productivity. Thus PT. Digital innovation has become an important aspect in efforts to empower MSMEs and develop local economies in various regions, especially Klagen Village. This research investigates the implementation and impact of digital innovation in the village context. Through a participatory approach, students explored how MSMEs in Klagen Village adopted digital technology such as creating a Linktree and MSME website, creating Google Maps points, and registering NIB to increase their market access and operational efficiency. The research results show that the adoption of digital innovation has made a significant contribution to increasing income, expanding product ranges, and accelerating MSME business processes. However, challenges such as limited knowledge and skills, concerns about data security, and the level of public acceptance were also identified as potential barriers. By exploring these findings, this activity not only provides insight into the benefits of digital innovation for MSMEs at the local level, but also highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration to increase digital innovation and sustainable economic growth at the village level.
