In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce economic competition, industrialization has become the main pillar in efforts to increase a country's competitiveness and economic growth. In Indonesia, strengthening industrialization does not only aim to increase production and exports, but must also be directed at sustainable investment that pays attention to environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects. This research aims to analyze the strategies and policies needed to strengthen industrialization within the framework of sustainable investment in Indonesia. Through a qualitative approach with policy analysis and case studies of key industries, it was found that the integration of sustainability principles in industry can increase efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and provide broader social benefits. In addition, government support through appropriate regulations, fiscal incentives, and increasing human resource capacity are key factors in realizing sustainable industrialization. It is hoped that the results of this research can be a reference for policy makers, industry players and investors in designing and implementing investments that support economic growth while maintaining environmental sustainability and social welfare.  

This study aims to analyze how the number of job placements and workload in increasing employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. With the unit of analysis are employees at PT. Clean Healthy. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The data collection methods used were observation, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews with informants. The collected data is analyzed descriptively with the flow of documentation studies, reducing data, presenting data, drawing conclusions. In order to obtain the validity of the data, an analysis is carried out through the validity of trust, the validity of transferability, the validity of dependence, and the validity of certainty. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that from the results of interviews with key informants, the role of balance between the number of job placements and workload is very important in an effort to increase employee motivation and productivity at PT. Clean Healthy. Increasing motivation and work productivity is very important to strive for optimal achievement of company goals. Effectiveness and Efficiency are very important considerations in implementing a balance between the number of workers in each job placement position at PT. Clean Healthy with the workload delegated to every employee at PT. This Healthy Clean. Then from the results of interviews with informants, researchers found information that said that in some job placement positions at PT. Bersih Sehat is said to still be unbalanced in the number of workers. Digital innovation has become an important aspect in efforts to empower MSMEs and develop local economies in various regions, especially Klagen Village. This research investigates the implementation and impact of digital innovation in the village context. Through a participatory approach, students explored how MSMEs in Klagen Village adopted digital technology such as creating a Linktree and MSME website, creating Google Maps points, and registering NIB to increase their market access and operational efficiency. The research results show that the adoption of digital innovation has made a significant contribution to increasing income, expanding product ranges, and accelerating MSME business processes. However, challenges such as limited knowledge and skills, concerns about data security, and the level of public acceptance were also identified as potential barriers. By exploring these findings, this activity not only provides insight into the benefits of digital innovation for MSMEs at the local level, but also highlights the importance of cross-sector collaboration to increase digital innovation and sustainable economic growth at the village level.

This research aims to analyze management in the utilization of funds from the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room in the RT. 07 Mayang Mangurai Village. Research was conducted to understand how these funds are managed and used to support religious and social activities in the environment. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the fund management process. The research results show that the management of the funds of the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room is influenced by factors such as transparency, accountability and community participation in decision making. The implication of this research is the importance of improving fund governance to ensure better efficiency and effectiveness in the use of funds.

This research discusses the application of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles in the development of hospital information systems to improve the quality of health services. The research method used involved qualitative and quantitative approaches with data collection through observation, interviews, and surveys. The results showed significant improvements in user experience, measured through access speed, satisfaction levels, and reduced user error rates. Operational efficiency was also shown to improve, especially in terms of scheduling, patient monitoring, and staff information exchange. This study concludes that implementing UI/UX can have a positive impact on user experience and operational efficiency in the context of hospital systems. Therefore, hospital system developers are advised to consider UI/UX principles as an integral strategy in the development of health information systems, in order to improve the overall quality of healthcare services

The ignition system is an important system in a vehicle. Currently, the level of emissions produced by vehicles continues to increase every year. This can be caused by high fuel consumption values. The solution to this is to improve the quality of the spark plug by adding a capacitor to the ignition/ignition capacitor. The way the Plasma Capacitor Igniton works is by adding a high voltage non-polar capacitor which is connected in parallel to the output coil. The experimental method will be carried out using quantitative methods. By installing ignition plasma capacitors with different capacitor sizes of 1.5 mF (STD), 440 pF, 660 pF installed in parallel with the spark plug wires with variations in engine speed running from 1500 – 5500 rpm to check emissions. To check the fuel consumption value for Rpm 4500 - 9500 which has been adjusted previously. Fuel Consumption Test Results The use of 440 pF capacitors generally provides an increase in SFC efficiency at most engine speeds, with the largest percentage reduction at RPM 5500 (22.64%). The use of 660 pF capacitors shows varying results. At some RPMs, such as 5500, the SFC actually increases (3.77%), while at other RPMs such as 6500, it shows a significant decrease (27.66%).

E-KTP services in East Sepatan District must meet the principles of good governance standards, namely including the principles of professionalism, transparency, supervision, responsiveness, democracy and participation, efficiency and effectiveness, foresight, and law enforcement, all of which comply with good governance standards. is trying to improve all these aspects and can be said to be almost on the verge of being good, but there are still several shortcomings and weaknesses in its implementation. The results of interviews and observations show that the e-KTP making service in East Sepatan District meets all the specified indicators. Solution So that good governance can be implemented optimally, governance principles such as legal regulations and justice need to always be considered and evaluated.

Today's students, often referred to as the digital generation, tend to be more interested and responsive to interactive and visual learning media. However, traditional teaching methods that tend to be monotonous are often unable to fulfil students' learning needs and interests. Therefore, innovation in learning approaches is necessary. One of the innovative solutions in learning media development is the use of graphic design applications such as Canva. With its user-friendly features, Canva allows teachers to create more dynamic and interesting teaching materials, which in turn can increase students' motivation and understanding of the values taught in Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti. The development method or R&D using the ADDIE model is a learning design model that provides an organised process in the construction of teaching materials that can be used in both face-to-face and online learning. The use of learning media that suits students' needs not only increases their attention to the lesson, but also provides a comprehensive learning experience, reinforces a thorough understanding of the material, and encourages students' active involvement in the learning process. Thus, students have greater opportunities to develop their creativity and potential in a supportive learning environment. Learning media plays an important role in improving student learning outcomes by providing an engaging and efficient teaching-learning process. It allows students to understand the subject matter more easily, increases learning efficiency in accordance with the learning objectives, and improves their concentration and motivation.

The rapid development of technology has driven companies to enhance efficiency in their business processes. This development needs to be supported by the use of appropriate and relevant technology to ensure smooth business operations. PT Duta Ekspor Globalindo is a company engaged in export services and requires technology to manage its financial system. Currently, the company still relies on manual methods and Microsoft Excel for financial record-keeping, which can lead to errors, delayed reporting, and security issues. Therefore, this research aims to facilitate the company in managing its financial system by developing a web-based Financial Information System application. The waterfall method, consisting of analysis, design, coding, and testing, was used in the development of the application. The application was built using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The research resulted in the creation of a Financial Information System capable of efficiently managing financial and generating reports.    

Rapid digital transformation has created significant opportunities and challenges for education systems around the world. This article explores the concept of adaptive school organizational design in response to these changes, focusing on how educational institutions can leverage technology to improve the quality and efficiency of learning. The study explores key elements of adaptive organizational design, including flexible organizational structures, a culture of innovation, and visionary leadership. Opportunities identified include increasing accessibility of education through e-learning, greater personalization of learning, and collaboration enhanced by digital technologies. However, significant challenges also arise, such as the need for high digital literacy, resistance to change, and gaps in technological infrastructure. By analyzing the needs and challenges faced by schools in the digital era, this article develops a model of school organizational design that can be applied to improve educational effectiveness. Practical recommendations for stakeholders are also provided to help implement organizational change in schools. This study is expected to make significant contributions to the academic literature and educational practice, as well as provide guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in developing effective adaptation strategies in the digital era.

This research aims to design and build a website-based library book e-catalog application at the Fatahillah College Center Foundation. This application is designed to overcome the limitations of the manual system currently used by libraries, increase the efficiency of book information management, and make information access easier for users. The research methods used include descriptive methods, observation, interviews, and system development using the Waterfall model. The research results show that the e-catalog application can manage book, member, and loan transaction data effectively. It is hoped that implementing this application can support literacy activities and increase library operational efficiency.

This article discusses the use of Faraday’s law and Lorenz's force in the use of magnetic brake technology on motorbikes in an effort to increase the efficiency and sustainability of transportation. The magnetic brake is made of non-ferromagnetic metal, the disk is flanked by a coil that carries an electric current which is then regulated by a driver and uses an Arduino to be able to regulate and measure the current strength in the magnetic brake. The research results show that magnetic brakes are able to provide significant speed reduction by producing consistent and responsive braking force. With the wider use of magnetic brakes, these findings show the great potential of magnetic brake technology in improving the operational efficiency of motorbikes. Research supports further development and application of this technology in the automotive industry.  

This research explores the electrolysis process of a mixture of copper(II) sulfate (CuSO4) and aluminum sulfate (Al2(SO4)3) solutions using carbon electrodes. The main objective is to understand the mechanism of gas formation and metal deposition efficiency. In the experiment, CuSO4 and Al2(SO4) solutions )3 with a concentration of 0.5 M each is used as the electrolyte, and carbon electrodes as the cathode and anode. During electrolysis, the electric current causes copper ions (Cu²⁺) to move to the cathode, undergo reduction to copper (Cu), and deposit on them. cathode. Aluminum ions (Al³⁺) tend to remain in solution due to the higher reduction potential. At the anode, hydroxide ions (OH⁻) from water are oxidized, producing oxygen gas (O₂). and oxygen gas at the anode. The efficiency of copper deposition was analyzed by measuring the mass of deposited copper. This research provides insight into the dynamics of electrolysis of CuSO4 and Al2(SO4)3 mixtures, as well as their potential in electrochemical applications. In conclusion, the use of carbon electrodes is effective for the deposition of pure copper and the production of oxygen gas as a by-product.

Utilizing the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, the goal of this study is to understand the challenges faced by eduSMart users. Edusmart is an online learning platform. A survey consisting of several questions is conducted using the SUS method to improve the quality of work, efficiency, and ease of use. This study indicates that the user's SUS score indicates the use of tinggi. In the end, the platform needs to be improved to increase its capacity. The study's findings indicate how users should use the Edusmart platform and provide helpful advice for improving users' efficiency and enjoyment. The research findings can be used as a reference for future studies that assess the value of digital learning systems.

Indonesia's 2.5 million hectares of coral reefs include 569 species, or about 67% of the world's 845 coral species. One of the companies engaged in the export business of ornamental corals is PT Agung Aquatic Marine located in Bali province. This study aims to determine the costs, revenues and marketing margins of ornamental coral export business at PT Agung Aquatic Marine, Denpasar Bali. This research uses descriptive quantitative. Data analysis used is income analysis, marketing margin and marketing efficiency. The results showed that the costs incurred amounted to Rp2,472,069,157 so that the revenue earned was Rp822,355,543, There are two types of marketing margins used in the sale of ornamental coral euphyllia type, the first from fishermen to exporters and then to consumers which totaled Rp2,078,202, while the second from suppliers and then to exporters after that to consumers amounting to Rp2,017,637. The efficiency level of Marketing channel I is 13.1% and marketing channel II is 5.7%. So it can be seen that obtaining high margins and profits is Marketing channel I. While the one with the most efficient marketing is Marketing channel I. While the one with the most efficient marketing is Marketing Channel II.

This has made many people able to produce various forms of technology that can be controlled automatically and help with work. people who can't take up much time. OT is a technology built to provide ease of work that can be connected to each other using the internet. One use of IoT technology is in the household sector to feed ornamental fish according to need and monitor remaining feed. This tool is designed for NodeMCU as control and an internet connection that is integrated with the Blink application. This tool consists of an HC-SR04 sensor input and a DS3231 RTC timer. The output of this tool uses a servo motor to open and close the contents of the fish feed. Arduino IDE software is used in NodeMCU coding and the Blynk application is used to connect the smartphone and NodeMCU. Based on the results of testing carried out, the system success rate has an average of 95% success. Meanwhile, the average delay is 0.052367 milliseconds.

Smart farming has become a rapidly growing research area with the aim of increasing agricultural productivity and efficiency through advanced technologies. One of the key technologies in smart agriculture is image processing, which enables real-time monitoring and analysis of crop conditions. This article reviews image processing applications in smart agriculture, with a focus on the methods and techniques used for crop monitoring. Image processing methods discussed include pest and disease detection, measuring plant growth, as well as monitoring soil moisture and plant health. Image processing techniques such as convolution-based image analysis (Convolutional Neural Networks/CNNs), image segmentation, and pattern recognition are applied to obtain accurate and relevant information. Case studies and field experiments show that image processing can provide accurate and real-time data, enabling farmers to make more informed and efficient decisions. In conclusion, the application of image processing technology in smart agriculture has great potential to increase crop yields, reduce resource use, and advance sustainable agricultural practices.

This research is a literature study of marketing efficiency. This research aims to analyze the marketing efficiency of beef cattle in Badung. The method used in this research is qualitative research with field research techniques, namely direct observation of the object being studied to obtain relevant data. This research was carried out in Badung with the types of data used in this research, namely primary data and secondary data. The results of the research concluded that the feed efficiency of beef cattle in smallholder livestock businesses in Badung is low.
