This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Based on the dedication that has been done, the teachers feel interested and start designing environmentally oriented learning tools, schools have implemented clean and healthy life behaviour, and start running programs to adiwiyata school.Keywords: Environmental Concern Attitude, Scientific Attitude, School’s Care and Cultured Environment.

This study examines the effect of motivation, organizational cultureand compensation on employee performance. The results of motivationresearch on employee performance showed no significant, There is asignificant influence between organizational culture on employeeperformance. And there is a significant influence between the provision ofcompensation on employee performance, employee compensation programsdesigned to motivate (high morale) in their work achievement achievements.

Abstract: Jamsostek program is a form of economic and social protection programs to provideprotection in the form of compensation for the loss of income in the form of cash andprotection in the form of services, care or treatment at the time of a worker hit bycertain risks. Jamsostek existence as living safeguard employment in a company isvery beneficial, and therefore as a measure to ensure the life of labor, the companywill enter the workforce in Jamsostek program managed by PT. This study examined variables that predict employee turnover intentions. Influence of trust in the organization as a mediator variable in this relationship was also examined. Questionnaires completed by 380 employees of the company's operating divisions garment. Hierarchical regression analysis used to test this relationship. The results was supported the hypothesis, the result states that in order to enhance the trust of employees in the organization and to reduce turnover intentions, garment companies needs to maintain the continuity and development of training programs, conduct a formal and fair appraisal system , provide a clear and adequate career progression for employees. Suggestions and limitations for future research are also given.

A university as an educative institution needs an assessment for the programs it has. In order to conduct such assessment , some components need to be assessed based on the internal and external factors. It is necessary to establish a decision support system toward the performance of the department. It can help the decision maker to know the condition occurred in this department. 'l he assessment of the study program's performance for evaluating can be done by underlining the components that will be assessed by making the model. The model which is prepared by applying some rules, stated in accreditation board, will be used as a reference in performance assessment for  Diploma III program. By applying a model toward the assessment criteria from the related department, it will help us to get the result. The achieved result is in form of the total score from the assessment, the score is devided into 5 class excellent, very good, good, sufficient and poor. Consequently, the report of resulting assessment can be to determine some steps to improve or maintain the recent achievement. By applying the decision support system of the department’s performance , it allow a decision maker to be able to monitor the department or the study program.

Decision Support System couple the intellectual resource of individuals with the capabilities of the computer to improve the quality of decision. It's a computer based support system for management decision makers who deal with semi-structured problem. An integrated decision support system for use in an machine mollen product has been developed. It incorporates a linear Programming model that represents the contribution optimal and optimizes the production water pump and mollen machine. An optimization model is performed using a management scient model called linear programming approach in older to determine media selection. To use this model, the DSS needs ti interface with another software. Mathematical Programming is a technique used in mathematical models, particularly optimization models, to assist in decision making. The Simplex Method is "a systematic procedure for generating and testing candidate vertex solutions to a linear program." (Gill, Murray, and Wright, p. -137) It begins at an arbitrary corner of the solution set. At each iteration, the Simplex Method selects the variable that will produce the largest change towards the minimum (or maximum) solution. The  development of computer programs to be used as Decision Support Systems involves several tasks such as mathematical modeling, technical and data collection and development of a user friendly interface.
