This study presents the development and evaluation of an automatic passenger counting system for public buses using the YOLOv8 algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). Accurate passenger counting plays a crucial role in optimizing public transportation operations, as it enables effective capacity management, reduces operational costs, and improves overall passenger comfort. Conventional manual counting methods are often inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to human error, particularly in high-density urban transportation environments. Therefore, an automated and intelligent solution is required to support real-time monitoring and operational decision-making. The proposed system employs deep learning-based object detection to identify and count passengers from video streams captured by cameras installed inside buses. Two camera positions, namely front and rear views, were evaluated to assess system performance under different visual conditions. The experimental results show that the system achieves high detection accuracy in the front camera view, with a confidence score of 0.82, indicating reliable performance in scenarios with minimal object occlusion. In contrast, the rear camera view demonstrates slightly lower accuracy, with a confidence score of 0.76, mainly due to increased object overlap and variations in lighting conditions. These findings emphasize the importance of appropriate camera placement and environmental consideration in improving detection reliability. In addition, the implementation of the proposed system enables real-time monitoring of passenger flow, which supports dynamic scheduling, demand-based route planning, and efficient fleet management. Accurate passenger data allows transportation operators to optimize service allocation, reduce congestion, and enhance overall service quality. Overall, this study contributes to the development of intelligent transportation systems by demonstrating the practical applicability of deep learning-based passenger counting solutions. The proposed approach offers strong potential for real-world deployment in smart city environments, supporting the creation of more sustainable, efficient, and passenger-oriented public transportation services.

This research analyzes the role of Pancasila in criminal law reform in Indonesia, particularly in relation to corruption and terrorism. Using a normative juridical approach and qualitative analysis of regulations, court decisions, and scientific literature, this research also applies the case study method. Data was collected through official documents and interviews with legal experts and law enforcement. The results revealed a gap between Pancasila values and existing legal practices, with challenges especially in fair law enforcement. The research highlights the need for community participation and strengthening the integrity of public officials for successful reform, as well as the importance of a holistic approach that includes legal education and continuous policy evaluation.

Digital natives spend 79% of their time accessing the internet every day. This research aims to map the use of social media among digital natives. This research, which lasted six months, used qualitative methods and an explanatory case study approach. The informants involved were 225 informants. The results of this research are divided into three domains, namely reasons for using social media, goals for using social media in everyday life, and self-evaluation of social media use. These three domains are comprehensively integrated by digital natives in processing information content, interpreting and evaluating themselves as intelligent social media users.

This research evaluates the effectiveness of citizenship legislation in Indonesia, focusing on Law No. 12 of 2006. The background of this study is based on the importance of protecting citizenship rights within the context of evolving social and political dynamics. The aim of the research is to identify discrepancies between regulations and practices, as well as to analyze the impact of policies on social integration and the protection of individual rights. The methodology employed is normative legal analysis, which includes legislative, conceptual, and comparative approaches, along with data collection through literature review and interviews with legal experts. The findings indicate that although Law No. 12 of 2006 has brought positive changes, the implementation of policies still faces challenges such as inconsistency and administrative obstacles. The implications of this research highlight the need for reforms in citizenship policy that are fairer and more responsive, which can enhance the protection of individual rights and create a more inclusive system for all citizens.  

The Teacher Professional Education Program (PPG) aims to improve teachers' competence in carrying out the learning process, which in turn has an impact on improving the quality of education. The purpose of the research is to find out how to evaluate the literacy and numeracy skills of teachers participating in the PPG Certain Teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely evaluation research with a case study method that focuses on one phenomenon. The design models used in CIPPO evaluation are context, input, process, product, and outcome. The population is all informants, namely PPG managers, PPG Coordinators, Lecturers, Pamong Teachers and PPG participants of Certain Teachers totaling 569 people. Data collection by document study, interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Qualitative data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. In general, based on the graduation percentage of 99.3% declared to have passed UKPPPG and 0.7% did not pass UKPPPG, it can be concluded that the literacy and numeracy skills of teachers participating in certain PPG Teachers are very good and the PPG program at LPTK Malikussaleh University can continue.

This research explores changes in personnel regulations that reflect the government's efforts to consistently boost the human resource capacity of state apparatus. Law No. 8/1974 emphasizes ideological loyalty and administrative requirements without a competency-based system. Law No. 43 of 1999 introduced the principle of merit and competency-based selection, although it is still constrained by supervision and technology. Significant reforms occurred in the State Civil Service Law with the implementation of comprehensive meritocratic principles using technology such as Computers Assisted Test (CAT), and supervision by independent institutions such as KASN and BKN. The results of the study indicate an increase in effectiveness in transparency, accountability, and professionalism of civil servants along with the development of regulations, although implementation challenges in the regions remain obstacles. This study recommends strengthening technological infrastructure, supervision, and ASN training to support sustainable bureaucratic reform.

This Electronic Medical Record is a digital version of a medical record, the same as a paper-based manual medical record, this electronic medical record also contains information regarding health history, diagnoses, laboratory results, examination notes, medications given, medical procedures, and other data. relevant to the patient's health condition. It is hoped that the implementation of Electronic Medical Records can increase the efficiency of BPJS claims and improve the quality of service. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the use of RME using the Delone and Mclean method. The Delone and Mclean method is an information system quality evaluation framework that includes six dimensions, namely information system quality, information quality, service quality, use quality, user satisfaction, and user impact. In this study, we apply this method to analyze the quality of RME management. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to RME users in hospitals. The questionnaire measures user perceptions of information system quality, information quality, service quality, use quality, user satisfaction, and impact of using RME. The results of this research are expected to provide better insight into the use of RME in the context of work efficiency. The findings of this research will provide input for RME developers to improve the quality of information systems, the quality of information, and the quality of services provided to users. Apart from that, this research also contributes to theory and research in the field of information systems by applying the Delone and Mclean method in the context of RME management.

Information Technology (IT) service management plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of business intelligence processes within modern organizations. This study aims to evaluate IT service governance in Bank Rakyat Indonesia using the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. This approach focuses on improving operational efficiency, service management, and aligning IT services with business needs. The research method involves a detailed analysis of service processes and activities based on ITIL stages, ranging from service strategy to continuous improvement. The findings indicate that ITIL implementation significantly enhances IT service management and promotes business intelligence effectiveness within the organization. Recommendations for further development are also provided to improve the quality and speed of IT services in the future.

The integration of IT Governance and expert system design offers transformative benefits for enhancing library user services. This research employs the COBIT 5.0 framework to align IT strategies with library objectives while developing an expert system tailored for personalized recommendations. The findings indicate that the expert system significantly improves operational efficiency, service accuracy, and user satisfaction by using user profiles to recommend relevant materials and streamline the borrowing process. Testing revealed high user satisfaction levels, with 96.6% finding the system effective and 100% confirming its efficiency. Additionally, IT Governance ensures strategic integration between technological infrastructure and service quality objectives, enabling data-driven decision-making. The study also highlights challenges, such as the need for robust data management and user training, suggesting areas for future improvement. Recommendations include incorporating machine learning to enhance system intelligence, conducting regular evaluations to maintain system relevance, and testing the scalability of this approach across various types of libraries. By integrating IT Governance with an expert system, this research sets a strong foundation for modernizing library services to better meet user expectations in the digital era.

The budget is an important tool in the managerial decision making process. As a structured financial guide, budgets help managers plan, coordinate and control company resources. Through budget preparation, managers can determine cost requirements, allocate resources effectively, and set financial targets that support the achievement of organizational goals. Additionally, budgets serve as performance evaluation tools, allowing managers to compare actual results with projections, identify deviations, and take necessary corrective actions. Using the right budget also helps management reduce health risks, increase operational efficiency, and ensure that strategic decisions are based on measurable and accountable information. Thus, the budget plays a crucial role in supporting a more rational and focused decision-making process.

The implementation of this learning aims to be able to implement the Blended Learning learning model through interactive learning multimedia in improving the understanding of the concept of Harmony in Ecosystem material for fifth grade students of UPTD SD Negeri Bluru. The purpose of blended learning is to increase flexibility, optimize time and increase interaction. To obtain accurate results, the implementation procedure is carried out using an experimental method with a pretest-posttest design with a control group. The implementation of learning is carried out by integrating two types of online and face-to-face learning based on interactive learning multimedia which is expected to create a more meaningful learning experience and improve students' understanding of ecosystem concepts. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' understanding of concepts after participating in blended-learning learning. In addition, students also showed a higher interest in learning and were more active in participating in learning activities. Blended learning will continue to be improved and updated so that it can be used in other subjects with relevant material. In this case, there needs to be reflection, evaluation and follow-up systematically and comprehensively.

This study aims to develop and implement Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Project-Based Learning (PJBL) learning models in mathematics learning at SD Negeri No. 18 Bababulo, Majene Regency. The main objective of implementing these two models is to increase student involvement, as well as critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills in solving mathematical problems. The implementation procedure began with an introduction to the theme of the impact of plastic waste on the environment. Students were divided into six groups to discuss problems, develop project plans, and conduct observations. The results showed that students were actively involved, with significant increases in motivation and critical thinking skills. Enthusiasm was seen during discussions and presentations, although there were challenges related to self-confidence during presentations, which were overcome through practice from the teacher. The conclusion of this study states that the implementation of PBL and PJBL is effective in improving students' understanding of mathematical concepts and social skills. Suggested follow-ups include consistent implementation of both models and periodic evaluation to improve the quality of learning.

This research aims to understand the dynamics of rationality and emotions in the context of decision making in business. A literature study method is used by collecting literature from various sources related to rationality, emotions, and their interactions in business decision making. The results showed that business decision making needs a balanced approach between rationality and emotions. Rationality bases decisions on logical processes based on facts, through evaluating alternatives and choosing optimal options. Meanwhile, emotions play an important role through heuristics, motivation, perception, and evaluation. The implications for business practice are the importance of balancing rationality with emotions to make better and more sustainable decisions.

Based on observations made by researchers at the Department of Community Education, Siliwangi University in 2024, the perception of adolescents regarding early marriage is quite open, shown by most teenagers who are categorized as agreeing enough to prevent early marriage from filling out the questionnaire format. This study aims to find out the perception of adolescents in Magot KB Village, Pasir Peuteuy Hamlet, Pawindan Village, Ciamis Regency regarding early marriage. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method by distributing questionnaires and assessments based on the Likert scale. Based on the results of research related to adolescents' perception of early marriage, it shows that the data from the results of the questionnaire distribution include the sub-indicator of receiving stimuli getting an average of 4.01 with the conclusion of the category agreeing, the sub-indicator of understanding getting an average of 4.32 with the conclusion of the category strongly agreeing, and the sub-indicator of evaluation getting an average of 4.31 with the conclusion of the category strongly agreeing. The number of the three sub-indicators was accumulated with an average result of 4.21 with the conclusion of the category agreeing. In this case, the counseling activities carried out provide insight and open eyes to teenagers related to early marriage.

Online learning has become an essential component of modern education; however, conventional online learning platforms often rely on two-dimensional interfaces that limit user engagement, interaction, and immersion. These limitations reduce learning motivation and hinder the creation of an effective learning experience, particularly for activities that require active participation. To address these challenges, this research focuses on the design of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) for online learning implemented in a Virtual Reality (VR) environment. The objective of this study is to develop a user-centered VR-based online learning interface that enhances interaction, usability, and learning comfort. This research applies the Design Thinking methodology, which consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. User needs and usability issues were identified through observations and interviews, followed by interface design and prototype development of a VR learning environment featuring chat rooms, whiteboards, slide presentations, and virtual representations of teachers and students. Usability evaluation was conducted using the Maze platform to measure user success rates in completing predefined tasks. The results show that 80% of users completed tasks through the expected interaction paths, exceeding the minimum usability threshold of 70%, while 20% of users failed to complete the tasks, indicating areas for improvement. These findings demonstrate that the proposed UI/UX design effectively supports user interaction and usability in a VR-based learning environment. In conclusion, this study confirms that integrating Design Thinking into the UI/UX design process contributes to the development of effective and user-centered VR-based online learning systems, while also highlighting the importance of usability evaluation for refining immersive educational interfaces.

This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila in the formation of national legal norms in Indonesia. As the state ideology, Pancasila influences every aspect of legal development and implementation through the fundamental principles embodied in its five precepts. This research employs a qualitative approach using case studies, document analysis, and interviews to identify how Pancasila's values are integrated into the legal system. Data were collected from legal documents, judicial decisions, and interviews with legal experts and lawmakers. The findings reveal that Pancasila serves as a source of values and normative guidance, ensuring legal consistency, and facilitating evaluation and social control. The study also highlights how Pancasila supports public participation in the legislative process, contributing to a legal system that aligns with national ideals of social justice and democracy. These insights aim to deepen the understanding of how Pancasila’s values are applied withiystem.

Human resource management (HRM) plays an important role in helping organizations achieve short-term and long-term goals by aligning those goals with overall business strategy. The purpose of writing this paper is to determine the relationship between Human Resource Management (HRM) and business strategy and to provide an overview of effective employee training and development to increase company productivity. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through literature study. Based on the studies conducted, it is known that the assumption of a close relationship between business strategy and HRM methods is based on contingency theory. This theory emphasizes that human resource management methods are selected according to the type of competitive strategy adopted by the business. A well-crafted business strategy should align with the company's core mission and vision, and serve as a roadmap for achieving profitability, competitiveness and sustainable growth. In addition, proper training and development can significantly influence employee productivity, which in turn will improve the well-being and prosperity of the company. The ability to read the Qur'an is an essential skill that every Muslim should possess. However, current trends show a decline in Qur'anic literacy levels in Indonesia. According to data, about 65% of Muslims in Indonesia are still unable to read the Qur'an. One way to address this issue is by implementing an effective Qur'anic learning method. This community service program uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, actively involving students, religious teachers, and school staff. Over the course of six months, 45 female students participated in Qur'anic learning using the Tilawati method. The evaluation results showed a 75% improvement in their Qur'anic reading ability, with 85% of the students able to read the Qur'an correctly and in accordance with tajwid rules. Additionally, the program successfully formed independent study groups and created local leaders among the students. The implementation of the Tilawati method also had a positive impact on the family environment, strengthened the school's commitment to Qur'anic literacy programs, and encouraged a shift in the students' mindset toward Qur'anic learning. The sustainability of this program is ensured through the establishment of an organizational structure and a systematic evaluation mechanism.

This study aims to analyze the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on citizenship policies in Indonesia and explore how changes in these policies can affect citizens' rights and national sovereignty. The research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. A literature review is a type of research conducted by collecting and analyzing existing data or scholarly articles to address problems and understand fundamental issues. The reason for using library research is that the researcher needs data from various sources such as books and previous research journals. Using this method, the researcher identifies relevant topics aligned with the research goals and then analyzes journals and books to answer questions about how FDI significantly impacts Indonesia's economy, driving growth, job creation, and global competitiveness. However, citizenship policies related to FDI require careful attention to balance investment needs with national sovereignty. Reforming policies to simplify residency and citizenship status for foreign investors could make Indonesia a more attractive investment destination, but it might also raise concerns about the impact on the rights of native citizens and national integrity. To manage these effects, Indonesia needs to develop integrated citizenship policies, conduct regular evaluations, enhance transparency, and learn from international practices. With a careful approach, Indonesia can maximize the benefits of FDI while maintaining national interests.  

This study aims to analyze the role of citizenship as a legal instrument in the resolution of transnational agrarian disputes, which often involve more than one country and raise complex legal issues. The study focuses on three countries, namely Indonesia, Brazil and South Africa, to understand how citizenship affects land ownership and dispute resolution mechanisms. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with interviews, secondary data analysis, and legal policy evaluation. The results show that citizenship plays an important role in determining land rights and influencing the course of dispute resolution. In this context, alignment of national legal frameworks with international legal standards, as well as increased cooperation between countries, is necessary to create more effective and equitable transnational agrarian dispute resolution. This research provides novelty in identifying the importance of legal harmonization and international collaboration in addressing transnational disputes.
