The problem of stunting as a chronic nutritional issue in Indonesia requires special attention, especially in areas with abundant local food potential such as Wargakerta Village, and Tasikmalaya Regency. The health care empowerment program is carried out to increase community participation in preventing stunting through managing local food-based supplementary feeding (PMT). This activity involved 28 health cadres, using outreach methods, showing video demonstrations of making tilapia fish nuggets and providing PMT recipes based on local resources. Pre-test and post-test evaluations showed an increase in cadre knowledge of 89% after the activity. Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test produces a p-value of 0.000, which indicates a significant difference before and after counseling. This program proves that innovations based on local food, such as tilapia fish nuggets, can increase health cadres' knowledge in supporting the growth and development of toddlers and reduce the risk of stunting

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by abnormal blood sugar levels whose prevalence is increasing in Indonesia, including in Tasikmalaya City. Based on the Tasikmalaya City Health Office report in 2023, there were 11,782 DM patients, with 744 cases recorded in the Tawang Health Center working area. Tawangsari Village, namely RW 01, has health problems related to DM where people are less aware of the importance of implementing a healthy lifestyle, especially doing physical activity and limited posyandu services. The purpose of this “SEMANGGI” program is to increase community knowledge and awareness about DM prevention through education and joint gymnastics. The method used was participatory-based, involving health education through lectures, questions and answers, and the completion of pre-test and post-test to measure knowledge improvement. In addition, joint exercises designed to support a healthy lifestyle were conducted. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in community knowledge scores from an average of 2.65 in the pre-test to 4.45 in the post-test (p<0.001). This program demonstrates the effectiveness of participatory-based community empowerment in improving knowledge and promoting a healthy lifestyle to prevent DM. The sustainability of activities like this is needed to optimize its positive impact on public health.

The One Stop Service provided by the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority is designed to streamline the registration procedures for herbal medicines, cosmetics, and health supplements. This service is essential for improving efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction; however, empirical evaluations of user satisfaction remain limited. Previous studies highlight that service quality, communication, and responsiveness are key factors influencing satisfaction, but specific research on BPOM’s OSS is scarce. This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction levels, identify key determining factors, and provide recommendations for improving the service. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data through questionnaires from participants who engaged in the service, both offline and online. The results indicate that most respondents were satisfied, particularly with processing time, ease of access, and staff responsiveness. However, areas requiring improvement include the development of digital features, more equitable service distribution, and enhanced transparency in communication. This study offers novelty by emphasizing the importance of a holistic approach that incorporates dimensions of communication, privacy, and inclusivity.
