This research aims to explore strategies for maximizing human capital in the context of advancing artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the workforce. The study employs a phenomenological approach to understand individuals' experiences and perceptions regarding AI integration in the workplace. Through purposive sampling, data were gathered from a diverse pool of professionals across industries. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to delve into participants' perspectives on the impact of AI on job roles, skill requirements, and organizational dynamics. Thematic analysis was employed to identify recurring patterns and emergent themes within the qualitative data. Preliminary findings suggest a nuanced interplay between AI technologies and human capabilities, highlighting the need for upskilling, retraining, and fostering adaptability among employees. The study contributes to the discourse on optimizing human resources amidst rapid technological advancements, offering insights for organizational strategies to harness the synergy between human expertise and AI innovations in the future workforce.

In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

A mental illness is a syndrome, psychological, or behavioral disorder in which a person is dysfunctional at work. The problem is that medical personnel or doctors who are professionals in the field of psychology are not comparable to mental illness, especially teenagers. The initial diagnosis by web based and using the Extreme Programming (XP) method. Meanwhile, the main objective of the research is to determine the quality of the web system based on the perceptions of respondents, namely Darul Ihsan Vocational High School students. Measuring the quality of an expert web system using the WebQual instrument. There are three aspects of WebQual that will be measured, namely: usability, information, and interaction quality. Based on the questionnaires distributed to respondents, the expert web system was developed to fulfill the three aspects of WebQual (usability, information, and interaction, with a score of 83.78%, 80%, and 82.97% in the good category.

There is a lack of understanding of just and civilized humanitarian values ​​in the community environment, so that the application of Pancasila values ​​​​is an obligation for Indonesian citizens as a guideline for their lives. This study discusses the implementation of just and civilized humanitarian values ​​​​in various professions in Jayapura City. By referring to previous literature reviews, this study aims to explore how these values ​​​​are internalized in daily practice in various sectors, including education, health, and government. Through qualitative methods, this study collected data from in-depth interviews and participant observations. The results show that despite the challenges, many professionals in Jayapura are committed to implementing humanitarian values ​​​​in their work, which contributes to the development of a more civilized society.

Spinal anesthesia is a widely used anesthetic technique, particularly in surgeries involving the lower body, due to its effectiveness and safety profile. A critical component of post-spinal anesthesia recovery is the assessment of patient mobility, which can be quantitatively measured using the Bromage Score. The Bromage Score evaluates the degree of motor block, which is essential for determining when a patient can safely begin mobilizing after anesthesia. The education and implementation of the Bromage Score in hospitals are designed to enhance healthcare professionals' understanding of its significance, ensuring a more objective and systematic approach to patient recovery monitoring. This educational program involves a structured training session for healthcare workers, distribution of educational materials such as brochures and manuals, and evaluations both before and after the intervention to assess changes in knowledge and application. The results of the program indicate a significant increase in healthcare professionals’ understanding of how to apply the Bromage Score and improved quality in the monitoring of patient mobility after spinal anesthesia. The consistent and accurate implementation of the Bromage Score is crucial as it helps medical personnel determine an appropriate and safe time for patient mobilization, thus reducing the risk of complications such as falls, orthostatic hypotension, or delayed recovery. As a result, the program is recommended as a standard practice in healthcare settings to improve post-spinal anesthesia recovery outcomes and patient safety.

Introduction :Tubercolosis (TB) diseases is one of the most public health problems in Indonesia. Indonesia known as a the third highest of TB cases in the world after India and China. In 2010, the Ministry of Health In Indonesia reported that patient with TB in worldwide about 5,8 % cases was found in Indonesia. In Indonesia, TB drugs treatments called the OAT Program. The study about the interpersonal factors who can be related to the compliance of patient with TB determined how important the role of doctors and other health professionals to do verbal and non verbal communication with patients. The aim of this study was to describe complianced of patient with TB in OAT program at Sanjiwani general hospital, Gianyar. Method : This was observational descriptive study. Data were collected through questionnaires. The total of patient with TB who participated in this research were 78 collected by consecutive sampling technique. Result :Based on the research, the complianced of patient with TB in OAT program showed that 38 respondent (48,71%) had complianced with the OAT program and 40 respondent (51,28 %) didn’t have compliance with the OAT program. Conclusion :Most of the patient with TB in Sanjiwani general hospital didn’t have compliance with OAT program.Key words: Compliance; OAT program; Tubercolosis.

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. Bipolar disorder is a mental health condition characterized by extreme mood swings between manic and depressive episodes. Coastal communities often face limited access to mental health information and services, leading to a lack of awareness and early detection of this disorder. This community service program aims to enhance awareness and understanding of bipolar disorder among adolescents in the coastal area of Baubau City through a community-based counseling approach. The methods used in this program include socialization, interactive discussions, case simulations, as well as pre-test and post-test evaluations to measure program effectiveness. The results showed that after attending the counseling session, participants' understanding of bipolar disorder increased by 85%, while the community's readiness to seek professional help increased from 30% to 75%. Additionally, positive social changes occurred, such as reduced stigma against mental disorders and the emergence of community leaders who actively promote mental health education. These findings indicate that a community-based educational approach can be an effective strategy in improving mental health literacy, particularly in areas with limited access to psychological services. Therefore, it is recommended that continuous counseling programs and further collaborations between the government, healthcare professionals, and local communities be implemented to ensure the sustainability of this program.

Female teachers of SMK Negeri 4 Surakarta have not been able to fill sustainable development, especially in increasing their professionalism in making scientific work. This work is very important in addition to measuring the success of learning as well as to improve the analytical skills of teachers in dealing with problems in the classroom. The problems faced by partners are: (1) lack of understanding and insight into the importance of other libraries that can be used to add teaching material in the teaching and learning process; (2) female teachers are not yet motivated to arrange scientific work as demands that must be met as professionals; (3) not many female teachers take advantage of opportunities and opportunities to develop themselves and increase their creativity as educators to support sustainable development practices; (4) there are still teachers who have not utilized the existence of mass media as partners that can be used to accommodate scientific work to meet the requirements as certified teachers. The targets of the Community Service are as follows: (1) socializing the importance of scientific work as a manifestation of professionalism; (2) holding a meeting to increase the motivation of female teachers in making work of innovation and creativity in order to improve the learning process; (3) provide training in the formulation of opinions based on scientific articles to be uploaded to online mass media. Outputs that can be given through community service are as follows: (1) report on the results of service; (2) making articles for scientific publications that are submitted to the journal of the results of the service; (3) submitting articles to mass media. The method of implementation is through socialization, training, mentoring and motivation. The results of the implementation of the activity showed the enthusiasm and great interest of the female teachers in the socialization and training of the preparation of scientific publications including articles produced to be published in print and online mass media.
