Social media marketing is a means to fulfill all needs. Social media marketing is used in Sriwijaya Air by promoting tickets through social media so that people know the information. This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on ticket sales for Sriwijaya Air and to determine how much influence social media marketing has on ticket sales for Sriwijaya Air at Ahmad Yani Airport in Semarang. This research is a quantitative study using non probability sampling, with a sample size of 100 passengers and an error rate of 5%. The data collection process uses a questionnaire and the data analysis used is simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination then the data processing uses the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that the Social Media Marketing variable has a significant effect on Sriwijaya Air ticket sales at Ahmad Yani Airport Semarang with sig (0.000 <0.05). Furthermore, the coefficient of determination is obtained as much as 0.577, this means that the influence of Social Media Marketing on ticket sales of Sriwijaya Air airline is 57.7%.

The rapid development of information and communication technology is beneficial to all areas of life, where through information technology the process of collecting, processing data to presenting information becomes very fast, precise and accurate. The low understanding of knowledge about Islamic banking and financial literacy, the lack of socialization carried out by Islamic banks on Islamic economic principles and systems can affect the interest in saving for Islamic banking students at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan Islamic banking. The discussion in this study relates to Islamic banks, knowledge of Islamic banks, financial literacy and student interest in saving. The type of research used is quantitative research, while the information needed by researchers is obtained directly from the object of research by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data collection technique used by the researcher is the method of questionnaire (questionnaire), documentation, and interviews. The analysis technique used is the validity and reliability test of the instrument then the data analysis used is the basic assumption test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing using SPSS 22 computer program data processing. The results of the study simultaneously and partially state that there is an influence between the knowledge and literacy variables. finance on interest in saving Islamic banking students at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan by 24.1% and the remaining 75.9% is influenced by other variables.

This training aims to provide understanding and skills to participants in using the mail merge technique to make invitation letters to parents en masse. Mass invitation letters are often required in educational contexts, such as parent meetings at schools. The mail merge method allows for the creation of personalized and efficient invitation letters, by combining data from separate sources into a letter template. During the training, participants will be taught about mail merge concepts, data preparation steps, creating letter templates using word processing software, and merging data into templates. The training will also discuss the benefits of using mail merge, including time efficiency and accuracy in conveying information to parents. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants are expected to master the steps in making mass invitation letters using mail merge. The results of this training are expected to give participants the ability to create personalized and efficient invitation letters to parents in various contexts, including education and other organizations. Thus, this training contributes in improving the effectiveness of communication in various activities involving sending mass invitation letters to parents.

This study seeks to ascertain how Shopee's online purchase choice is influenced by trust, convenience, brand image, and quality of information. The research results were evaluated using a quantitative research methodology based on respondents' responses on a Likert scale. The population of this study is every resident of Sukoharjo City, the number of samples is 100 respondents, and the Cochran formula and purposeful sampling are used to select the sample. Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Regression Test are used as data analysis techniques in this study. Secondary data is collected from online sources, old research publications, and books that show consumer choices. The findings show that Trust, Convenience, Brand Image and Information Quality all have a large impact on purchasing decisions together (F test). Trust, Convenience, Brand Image, and Information Quality all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, at least partially (t test). Trust, convenience, brand image, and information quality influence purchasing decisions by 64.3% and 35.7%, respectively, according to the results of data processing showing that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.643. This means that other variables not seen in this study determine 35.7% of the variance of the results

Advances in technology have made Accounting Information Systems an inseparable part of all forms of organization. Organizations use standardized systems to ensure a balance of comparison and reporting. The application of the Accounting Information System (SIA) in non-governmental organizations has not been carried out optimally due to several obstacles. This study seeks to explore the use of accounting information systems used by non-governmental organizations in the Central Java region and to determine whether these organizations are capable of designing systems independently in accordance with international standards. The study also evaluates system usage, user competence, system quality, design capabilities and their impact on financial reporting. The research method used surveys and interviews of 50 employees of non-governmental organizations who had used accounting information systems. Quantitative data processing using the SPSS program and thematic analysis for interview results. The findings of this study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the Accounting Confirmation System and financial reporting. The findings show that there is a positive and significant relationship between AIS and financial reporting. However, it was also found that not all were able to design the SIA independently due to a shortage of experts and funding.

Based on the phenomenon above, this study aims to determine how much influence the motive for watching For Your Page (FYP) TikTok has on entertainment satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students. The theory used is the Uses and Gratification Theory which is a theory of needs and satisfaction in which audiences use the media in order to fulfill their needs. What is assumed is that the audience is considered active, can change the satisfaction of needs, the mass media competes with other media. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. How to distribute the questionnaire is done by going down directly to SMA PGRI and online via Google from. The population in this study were 153 students. The sampling technique used in this study is the Non-Probability Sampling Technique. Using Saturated Sampling in which the entire population is sampled. To find out how much influence these two variables have. For processing questionnaire data, it was carried out using the Product And Service Solution (SPSS) statistical program26. Based on these results it shows that the influence of motives for watching For Your Page TiktTok on Entertainment Satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students. The regression coefficient value obtained in this study is Y = 4.023 +0.878X, a significance level of 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05, meaning that there is an influence between Motives for Watching FYP TikTok on entertainment satisfaction in SMA PGRI Pekanbaru students of 74.2% and in category of strong influence (60% -79.99%).

Based on the results of the initial survey, mining activities in Keerom Regency have not been managed properly, because some mining sites have carried out mining activities but do not yet have legality, namely a mining permit (SIP), do not have a good and correct mine processing plan based on the mining stages, there are still locations where limestone is not yet known distribution, volume and even the amount of resources and reserves. The potential for limestone is a good investment opportunity if it is developed into a community mine that can provide added value to the community. Therefore, it is necessary to have geological mapping activities and also the calculation of resource values. In this case, it concerns the quantity and quality of deposits to be able to provide information as a mineral database for the community as land owners and is also very useful for the Keerom Regency government. This study uses a quantitative approach based on statistical information, the reason researchers use a quantitative approach in this study is because the data that is the object of this study is the processing result of filling out the questionnaire. The results of the research that has been discussed, we can conclude that the sig value of Garbarata Facilities (X) on Passenger Satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected, then there is a significant influence between one variable of garbarata facilities (X) on passenger satisfaction variable (Y). Garbarata Facility variable contributes 0.703 or 70.3% to passenger satisfaction and the remaining 29.7% is influenced by other factors.
