This design project is motivated by the low public interest in sports and the limited availability of sports facilities, creating a need for a sports hall that is both effective and efficient in enhancing the community’s quality of life. However, the mere provision of a sports facility is not sufficient; considerations such as building orientation, opening design, and airflow circulation are essential to create an optimal environment for sports activities. Therefore, the tropical architecture approach serves as the primary design basis for the sports hall in Asahan Regency. The aim of this design is to support a healthy lifestyle and improve the quality of life of the local community through comfortable and safe sports activities. The design method adopts a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews and field observations to understand the needs and preferences of the community. The design also reflects local identity through a mass transformation inspired by the shell form, symbolizing the city of Asahan. The shell structure system is known for its slenderness, making it lightweight and efficient, while its curvature ensures even load distribution. This approach can serve as a model for future sports facility developments in Asahan Regency. This sports hall is expected to become a central hub for athletes in Asahan, providing optimal training facilities to improve their performance. With a modern building and complete facilities, the community can engage in sports activities more comfortably and safely, thus increasing public interest in sports and enhancing overall well-being. This design also aims to promote awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle through an effective and efficient sports center.

Stock returns represent a crucial parameter that serves as a reference for investors in evaluating company performance. A decline in returns has occurred in several mining companies listed on the IDX, despite the sector’s vital role in the national economy. This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Firm Size on the stock returns of mining companies listed on the IDX during the 2022–2024 period. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 56 observational data after outliers were removed. To meet the assumptions of classical tests, several variables were transformed using natural logarithms, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that CSR, ROE, and Firm Size have no significant effect on stock returns, whereas ROA and DER show a significant positive effect. These findings suggest that investors tend to emphasize financial fundamentals, particularly profitability and capital structure, rather than non-financial aspects such as CSR activities. The implication for companies is the need to enhance operational efficiency and optimize financial structures to attract investors and improve returns. Future researchers are encouraged to incorporate external variables such as global commodity prices, market risk, and macroeconomic indicators, as well as expand the observation period and apply more diverse methodological approaches to provide a more comprehensive understanding of stock return dynamics in the mining sector.

This study examines the political reconstruction of fair juvenile criminal law in the diversion mechanism at the investigation stage in Indonesia. The background of the research departs from the gap between the empirical conditions (das sein) and the ideal conditions (das sollen) mandated by the Law on the Juvenile Criminal Justice System UU SPPA and the principle of the best interest of the child in the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The research method used is normative legal research with legislative, case, and comparative approaches. The results of the study show that the implementation of diversion faces obstacles in substance, structure, and legal culture: procedural uncertainty, limited capacity of apparatus, lack of supporting facilities, and weak coordination across institutions. This research offers a reconstruction of legal politics in these three domains at once substance, structure, and culture so that diversion truly becomes an instrument of restorative justice that restores, not punishes. The scientific contribution of this article lies in the formulation of a multi-layered policy model, the elaboration of performance indicators for the implementation of diversion at the investigation stage, as well as a matrix of operational recommendations for stakeholders at the police, prosecutor's office, court, and child social service institutions.

This study aims to analyze the role of psychological well-being as a mediator in the influence of emotional, spiritual, and intellectual intelligence on lecturer performance, with job demands as a moderating variable. The study used a quantitative design with a survey method on 130 university lecturers. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire that measured emotional, spiritual, intellectual intelligence, psychological well-being, job demands, and lecturer performance, then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results showed that emotional intelligence did not significantly influence lecturer psychological well-being or performance. Intellectual and spiritual intelligence had a significant positive effect on psychological well-being, but did not have a direct impact on performance. Psychological well-being was also not proven to be a mediator in the relationship between the three intelligences and performance. Conversely, job demands had a strong and significant direct influence on lecturer performance, although its moderating role in the relationship between psychological well-being and performance was not supported. These findings confirm that external factors such as workload and job pressure are more dominant in determining lecturer performance than internal psychological factors. Practically, the implications of this study encourage universities to manage workload distribution proportionally, provide organizational support, and create a conducive work environment. Theoretically, this study enriches the Job Demands–Resources framework by demonstrating that psychological well-being has a limited impact when job demands are high. Future research is recommended using more valid instruments and longitudinal designs to gain a deeper understanding.
