Muslims were created by Allah in the best possible form. Maintaining God's creation can be done with various efforts, one of which is sports which are related to regulating emotions and diet to improve physical fitness. The healthier our body is, the more comfortable it is to worship Allah. Talking about physical education, which is commonly known as physical education, is closely related to health. Health is the most precious gift from Allah because of the blessings that are needed in a person's life, including in terms of worshiping Allah. Therefore, it is very important to maintain health through exercise that can improve body fitness. So if we relate it to extracurricular activities in school, we can see how karate is able to improve the physical fitness of karateka (people who follow karate) towards their worship of Allah with the target of students in elementary schools with various age ranges. Through the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method, conclusions can be drawn that the use of karate extracurricular can fit the body and have an impact on body health and focus on worshipping Allah. This theme is interesting to explore because it is still not paid attention to and applied in school life as well as in daily life. The hope is to make yourself aware of how important the level of fitness in the body is through karate extracurricular at school and also help make school institutions and coaches who have professional abilities in the field of karate proud

Marriage is a sacred goal in establishing a happy home that is eternal and based on the Almighty Godhead. The sacred bond of marriage is part of God's command, in order to fulfill basic, private needs. In fact, marriage is lived with full happiness, mutual love and meaning of life between husband and wife who were previously not the same, both in educational, family and cultural backgrounds. An ideal marriage is where a husband and wife unite their differences in unity of strength to form a happy household. In reality, not all married couples are able to realize happiness together in arranging their family's future life. Disagreements between husband and wife are triggered by differences in understanding in creating domestic happiness. Differences that were originally normal often lead to domestic violence. Married couples who are unable to control their emotions sometimes commit violence, whether by the wife or the husband, but in general domestic violence is carried out by the husband against his wife. This research tries to provide an overview of the triggers for domestic violence and solutions to overcome it.

It has been demonstrated that using computers greatly improves our ability to perform our duties. Information services are vital because, while employee performance may still be predicted manually, the process takes a long time. Data mining technologies, on the other hand, make it easier to anticipate employee success for loyal employees. Employee performance evaluation criteria are necessary in order to increase the accuracy of the assessment results, as Toko Merpati Simpang's employee performance assessments cannot be conducted carelessly. Employee performance has to be analyzed and categorized because up until now, manual employee performance evaluations have only used subjective criteria. The C4.5 Algorithm data mining approach is used in this evaluation of employee performance. The degree of accuracy will be ascertained by comparing these two approaches. Positive and negative emotions are the two categories of sentiment. The aim of this study is to ascertain the degree of accuracy of the comparison between the two tested techniques and to offer information on the quality of one of Toko Merpati Simpang's employee performance assessments using visitor sentiment. The test results will be evaluated using the Rapidminer tool to demonstrate the degree of accuracy for both testing approaches.   Keywords: ,

This meta-analysis investigates the impact of negative emotions on the effectiveness of endometriosis treatment. Of the 1,245 articles identified, 32 studies (n=4,876 patients) met the inclusion criteria. The results revealed a significant negative correlation between negative emotions and treatment effectiveness (r = -0.38, 95% CI [-0.45, -0.31], p < 0.001). Subgroup analysis further demonstrated a stronger effect on medical treatments (r = -0.43) compared to surgical treatments (r = -0.29, p = 0.02). Additionally, negative emotions were most strongly correlated with pain intensity (r = -0.45), followed by quality of life (r = -0.39), medication adherence (r = -0.33), and patient satisfaction with treatment (r = -0.28, p = 0.02). The meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) (n=8) indicated that psychological interventions could significantly enhance endometriosis treatment outcomes (SMD = 0.58, 95% CI [0.39, 0.77], p < 0.001), with cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) being the most effective intervention (SMD = 0.67). Furthermore, the study found that the average age of patients moderates the relationship between negative emotions and endometriosis treatment (β = -0.015, p = 0.03), specifically indicating that the strongest effects of negative emotions are observed in younger patients. Finally, mediation analysis identified that pain perception, medication adherence, and maladaptive coping mechanisms are key mechanisms in the relationship between negative emotions and treatment effectiveness. These findings extend previous research by As-Sanie et al. (2014) and Lagana et al. (2017) by quantifying the impact of negative emotions and validating the effectiveness of psychological interventions as a novel contribution. The researchers advocate for a biopsychosocial approach in endometriosis management to facilitate routine screening for psychological issues and recommend the integration of holistic interventions combining medical and psychological support into standard endometriosis care.

This study evaluates the impact of positive emotions on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treatment outcomes through a meta-analysis of 47 studies (2015-2024) involving 12,384 patients. The primary findings reveal a significant positive correlation between positive emotions and improved RA treatment outcomes (r = 0.42, p < 0.001), with the strongest effects observed in enhanced quality of life (r = 0.51) and physical function (r = 0.45). Patients exhibiting high positive emotions demonstrated greater reductions in pain (d = 0.38), decreased inflammation (d = 0.29), and improved physical function (d = 0.45) compared to control groups. Moreover, moderator analyses uncovered stronger effects among elderly patients (? = 0.012, p = 0.025) and those with longer RA duration (? = 0.018, p = 0.009). Finally, mediational analyses indicated that positive emotions contributed to improved treatment adherence (indirect effect = 0.09, 95% CI [0.05, 0.13]) and increased physical activity (indirect effect = 0.07, 95% CI [0.03, 0.11]) in RA patients. These findings extend Fredrickson's (2001) Broaden-and-Build theory and support Keefe et al.'s (2002) biopsychosocial model. Compared to meta-analyses by Brosseau et al. (2018) and Zhou et al. (2020), this study provides more comprehensive evidence on the role of positive emotions in various RA treatment outcomes. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of previously unexplored mediating and moderating mechanisms, as well as a comparison of effectiveness with pharmacological interventions (SMD = 0.18, 95% CI [-0.05, 0.41], p = 0.124). These results support the integration of positive emotion-based interventions in RA management and expand upon Strand et al.'s (2019) findings on patient expectations in RA treatment.

The infancy period is a crucial phase for a child's growth and development, where attention to sleep and stimulation is paramount. Sleep disturbances, such as sleeping less than nine hours per night, frequent awakenings, and difficulty returning to sleep, can affect a baby's emotions and development. This study aims to explore the impact of infant massage on the quality of sleep in infants. The method used was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design, conducted at the Sei Langkai Public Health Center in Batam City from July to August 2023. The sample consisted of 15 infants selected through purposive sampling. The independent variable was infant massage, and the dependent variable was the quality of infant sleep. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Wilcoxon test to assess differences before and after the intervention. The results showed a p-value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). This indicates that infant massage has a significant effect on the quality of infant sleep. In conclusion, infant massage is effective in improving the quality of infant sleep and can be recommended as an intervention to address sleep disturbances in infants in the Sei Langkai Public Health Center area.

The presence of both parents plays a crucial role in the development of early childhood, especially in creating an environment that supports their optimal growth and development. Ideally, fathers and mothers work together in parenting with a balanced division of roles. However, in Indonesia, father involvement is often less than optimal because of the view that the father's main task is to earn a living. This study aims to improve the understanding and knowledge of the community, especially in Tanjunganom Village, about the importance of father involvement in child care. Through seminars and mentoring held by the KKN POSKO 5 UIN Walisongo Semarang team, fathers were given insight into the division of roles, monitoring strategies, and evaluation in child care. The results of this activity showed an increase in knowledge among fathers regarding their role in parenting, as well as their ability to balance time between work and child care. Children who are cared for by actively involved fathers show progress in social, emotional, cognitive, and affective development. In conclusion, father involvement in early childhood care is very important to support children's overall development. Fathers who are active in parenting have a stronger relationship with their children, which ultimately makes children more sensitive to their emotions and environment. Therefore, it is highly recommended for fathers to understand that child care is a shared responsibility between father and mother.

Cyberbullying is an action intended to embarrass, intimidate, spread ugliness and hatred in cyber media. One of the cyber media is social media ask.fm. Cyberbullying often occurs in teenagers, this can affect the emotions of teenagers who are still quite unstable in controlling their emotions. In this research, the problem formulated is whether there is an influence of cyberbullying on social media ask.fm on the emotional development of teenagers. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of cyberbullying on ask.fm social media on adolescent emotional disorders. The research method used is a survey research method using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The catharsis theory used in this research states that catharsis is a clearing of emotional conflict within oneself through talking about it and the deindividuation theory states that there is a feeling of loss of personal identity and the emergence of anonymity in the group. The anonymous feature on ask.fm social media provides opportunities for perpetrators to carry out cyberbullying on ask.fm. The sample in this study was 30 students, who had been victims and perpetrators of cyberbullying. Hypothesis testing shows Tcount ≥ Ttable (3.049 ≥ 1.660) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so this means that these two variables have a significant influence. This research showed that teenagers dared to carry out attacks only through the social media ask.fm, with anonymous facilities that made it easy for the perpetrators to express all their frustration without their identities being known. And as victims, teenagers generally reject it by responding emotionally.
