Carrying out innovation development in an MSME activity needs to be done especially in terms of branding and also marketing. The mentoring activity for making label packaging for processed herbal medicine for Bu Tatik is an implementation of branding management and digital marketing with an effort to improve and develop the business of an MSME. The problems faced by MSMEs are related to processed products that have unattractive packaging which is one of the problems experienced by partners even though their products are widely known in the market but their production capacity is also still small. In addition, the marketing carried out is still lacking, only relying on sales in the market. The purpose of Bu Tatik's herbal bathok mentoring activities is to increase productivity and develop product rebranding so that it has more selling value in the community. The implementation method used in this activity is assisting in making new logos and packaging stickers with attractive designs and developing promotional media through the application of digital marketing which includes creating business-specific websites and emails, creating Instagram social media accounts, verifying MSME locations on Google Maps, and making e-Catalog

MSMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy. Therefore, the development and progress of MSMEs is very important. One of the efforts to increase the development of MSMEs is through promotional strategies by creating attractive and innovative marketing content. In addition, MSME players must also be able to utilize social media as an effective and efficient promotion and sales media. Both of these are good strategies, especially in the current digitalization era. However, after conducting a field survey, it was found that MSME players in the Keputih village area did not understand how to create content and utilize social media properly. Therefore, the group 74 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" East Java conducted training with the theme "Content Development and Social Media Management" as a solution to this problem. This research was conducted using survey and interview methods with a qualitative approach. This training was held on May 20, 2023 at the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market with the target of MSME players in the Keputih Harmony Tourism Market (PWHK) and MSMEs in the Keputih area but outside PWHK. This training produces output in the form of material and hones soft skills skills regarding the creation of interesting and innovative marketing content and how to manage social media to increase sales of MSME products in the Keputih Village area.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a significant role for the welfare of society. The purpose of this activity is to improve aspects of marketing management that have an impact on increasing sales. The long-term goal of this research is to build a management model that can be practically applied by MSMEs to support productivity and business development. In general, MSMEs business management (marketing, production, HR and finance) can be implemented by providing training to MSMEs actors. In its journey, MSMEs need to be monitored intensively, to always monitor the management they are doing. SWOT analysis is the right option to help MSMEs determine marketing strategies and project changes in the business environment. SWOT analysis can evaluate Strengths, Weaknesses which include internal factors in MSMEs, Opportunities and Threats which include external factors or competitors. Based on the SWOT analysis conducted, a strategy was obtained to provide training in all aspects, given the lack of knowledge possessed by SMEs. From this study, 4 marketing strategies were obtained for MSMEs to increase competitiveness, namely the S-O Strategy for MSMEs to innovate products to strengthen competitiveness, establish product characteristics, and aggressively carry out promotions and sales by utilizing technological developments with online sales. In the W-O strategy, MSMEs are required to always pay attention to market and consumer desires, determine market targets, and improve the quality of human resources. S-T strategy, MSMEs should make a prominent feature of the product and innovate in product promotion. In the W-T strategy, MSMEs players need to determine their target market, where and who is the target for their sales and pay attention to the wishes of the market and consumers to adapt their products.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational capital on the firm life cycle. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2009-2017 period, with a total of 580 observations of data from 116 companies and using a purposive sampling method. This study uses the independent variable organization capital which is proxied by OC/TA and the dependent variable company life cycle which is proxied by the dummy life cycle classification based on cash flow, retained earnings to total assets, and retained earnings to total equity. In addition, the control variables used are company size, market-to-book ratio, leverage, return on equity, company sales growth, capital expenditure, and asset turnover ratio. The analysis technique used is multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that organizational capital has a significant effect on the firm life cycle, where companies with high organizational capital are in the introduction and decline stages, while companies with low organizational capital are in the growth and maturity stages. Development requires quality human resources (HR). This human resource can act as a factor of labor production that can master technology so as to increase economic productivity. To achieve quality human resources requires the formation of human capital (human capital). The formation of this human capital is a way to obtain a number of people who have strong characters who can be used as important capital in development. This character can be in the form of level of expertise and level of community education. The concept of human capital investment that supports economic growth has existed since the days of Adam Smith (1776), Heinrich Von Thunen (1875) and other classical theorists before the 19th century who emphasized the importance of investment. human skills. Schultz (1961) and Deninson (1962) then showed that the development of the education sector with human resources as its core focus has contributed directly to a country's economic growth, through increasing the skills and productive capabilities of the workforce.  These findings and perspectives have stimulated the interest of a number of experts to research the economic value of education (Nurulpaik, 2005). Human capital is a stock of productive abilities and knowledge found in society. Alfred Marshal once said "the most valuable of all capital is that invested in human beings" (Becker, 1975). In this case human capital is a long-term investment in the development of human resources to increase productivity. The importance of human capital is that the knowledge that exists in human resources is the driving base in increasing productivity. Human capital can be distinguished from human resources management, but can also synergize. Human capital views humans more as intangible assets and human resources management views humans as costs or costs that are detrimental to the company. The concept of human capital emerged, due to a shift in the role of human resources. Human capital arises from the idea that humans are assets that have many advantages, namely human capabilities when used and disseminated will not decrease but increase both for the individual concerned and for the organization, humans are able to transform data into meaningful information. The concept of innovation has been continuously developed by a number of experts and institutions in the last 50 years. This is based on Resource Based Theory (Barney, 1991). In the perspective of Resource Based View (RBV), internal resources and the internal environment are the main keys for determining strategies to achieve high performance (Hitt et al., 2011). Resource Based Theory (RBT) focuses on the concept of attributes of excellence that are difficult to imitate as a source of superior performance and competitive advantage (Barney, 1991). Resources based theory is the company's resources as the main driver behind the company's performance and competitiveness. Based on this resources based theory, an organization can be assessed as a collection of physical resources, human resources, and organizational resources (Barney, 1991). Business financial reports are important for every business because they can provide an overview of the company's performance and the current state of the business. The problem of managing funds is a key factor that can lead to the success or even failure of MSMEs. ). Errors in cash management can make MSMEs suddenly no longer have cash for operational needs every day. In this assistance, the author introduces an application that can be applied via a smartphone called Financial Records. The purpose of this mentoring activity is to equip MSMEs with the knowledge and skills to make digital financial reports. In addition, it is hoped that in the long term it will change the behavior and culture of oral in business to become written. The method used is action research in which the author makes observations about which MSMEs need assistance regarding their financial management. This study aims to analyze the role of social media marketing in the development of the Arcos Packaged Drinking Water (AMDK) business. By using in-depth interviews with Arcos management and marketing teams, this study reveals how digital marketing strategies, especially through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, play an important role in increasing brand awareness, market reach, and consumer loyalty. The results of the study show that collaboration with influencers, the use of attractive visual content, and active interaction with consumers through social media have had a significant positive impact on sales growth. In addition, the ability of social media to enable real-time interaction with consumers helps companies to dynamically adjust their marketing strategies and respond to market needs more effectively. However, this study also notes challenges, especially related to competition in the packaged drinking water industry. This study concludes that social media marketing is a very effective and efficient tool for developing a business, but it requires a creative strategy and continues to adapt to changes in digital trends. Recommendations for future research are to explore newer social media platforms, combine qualitative and quantitative research methods, and conduct comparative studies with other brands in similar industries.

Internal control is fundamental in the accounting system. Internal control (internal control) are policies and procedures that protect company assets and are presented accurately in accordance with applicable laws. Sales and revenue accounting information system is an information system that organizes a series of procedures and methods designed to generate, analyze, disseminate and obtain information to support decision making regarding sales and revenue. PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk is a multinational company engaged in production and sales, this company was founded in 1997 as a subsidiary branch of two Malaysian companies namely Leong Hup Holding Berhad and Emivest Berhad. The purpose of this study was to determine internal control related to sales and revenue accounting information systems at PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk. The method used is descriptive analysis and secondary data from the company's website. The conclusion is the internal control itself at PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk in sales has been good. However, it is possible that the management of biological assets is not good enough that there is a decrease in biological assets and their inventory.

The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis on the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this literature review article are: 1) the cash conversion cycle has an effect on cash holding; 2) sales growth affects cash holdings; and 3) company size has an effect on cash holding.

Sales promotion is one element of marketing communication that influences consumer purchasing decisions. The purpose of the research conducted was to find out whether sales promotions carried out by Transmart Tuparev Karawang affect purchasing decisions at Transmart Tuparev Karawang. The independent variable used in this study is Sales Promotion (x) while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision (y). The research method used in this research is quantitative research using a simple linear regression method. The population studied was Transmaart Tuparev Karawang visitors in April 2023 with a total of 8648 visitors. Samples were taken as many as 99 respondents with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula and data collection using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and literature study. The results of this study are that there is an effect of sales promotion on purchasing decisions at Transmart Tuparev Karawang of 46.50%, namely the effect of sales promotion on purchasing decisions is included in the medium category and the remaining 53.50% is influenced by other variables not examined by the author.

AUTO2000 Basuki Rahmat is one of the branches dealer Toyota, which is located in the city of Surabaya, is engaged in services such as sales, maintenance, repair and supply of Toyota spare parts whose management is fully handled by the Astra Group. The company always strives to provide fast and accurate service, but customers spend quite a long time waiting because the car service process is relatively long. The long service time is caused by an unorganized operational system that causes waste (waste). Based on these problems, it is necessary to analyze Basuki Rahmat's car service services at AUTO2000 using the concept lean service by using the method value stream mapping, fishbone, and 5 whys. The research results obtained weight waste motion or transportation of 0.1481; waiting or delay of 0.1325; incorrect inventory of 0.1273; lack of customer’s focus of 0.1195; defect of 0.1065; duplication of 0.0935; overproduction of 0.0779; unclear communication of 0.0675; underutilized employees of 0.0675; And variation of 0.0597. Research recommendations that can be proposed to reduce waste including repairs layout, adding monitors on the service floor for matters of sending and receiving information, increasing the number of mechanics, making plans booking with different hours, making and applying the system tracking of the presence of the tool. Therefore, lead time the initial service service process of 170 minutes becomes lead time 128 minutes.

The income earned by companies in the field of outsourcing comes from all forms of work contracts and also management fees, which means that it comes from all kinds of service revenue in the field of outsourcing as income obtained directly from all areas of sales activity in the service sector. Outsourcing in the field of companies comes from the existence of work agreements, as a form of income accounting treatment at the Ions Solusi Objective company. The main part in managing the company is in the field of recognition, presentation and measurement. The results of the study are that there is an accounting treatment that originates from outsourcing service revenue from PT. Quantum-Inspired Algorithms (QIAs) combine principles of quantum computing with classical evolutionary strategies to address complex optimization problems. This research explores the potential of QIAs in improving optimization processes, particularly in combinatorial and multi-objective optimization scenarios. The study focuses on the application of Quantum-Inspired Genetic Algorithms (QIGAs) and Quantum-Inspired Evolutionary Algorithms (QIEAs), assessing their effectiveness in solving classical problems like the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) and Minimum Spanning Tree (MST). Through computational simulations, the research compares the time convergence and solution accuracy of QIAs against traditional classical algorithms. The findings demonstrate that QIAs achieve faster convergence rates and higher-quality solutions, with accuracy levels reaching 98-99% of the global optimal solutions, while significantly reducing computational time. These results underline the advantages of QIAs in solving large and complex optimization problems, making them a promising alternative to traditional algorithms. Additionally, QIAs excel in avoiding local minima, a common pitfall of classical methods, due to their ability to explore the solution space more efficiently through quantum principles like superposition and interference. The implications of this study suggest that QIAs can be a valuable tool for tackling real-world optimization challenges, with potential applications in fields such as finance, logistics, telecommunications, and energy management. The research also indicates the necessity for further improvements in quantum-inspired algorithms' scalability and hardware integration, particularly for larger, more intricate optimization problems, to fully realize their potential in practical industrial applications.

. As for the procedures for buying piled up land, consumers must first buy a D.O (Dilevery Order) card at the cashier according to the size of the fleet being brought (large or small) then process the payment, then the fleet enters the loading process queue, then the D.O card is given to the operator excavator for loading piled up soil into the fleet tank, after the loading process is complete the fleet leaves. After receiving payment money from consumers, the cashier records sales transactions in the sales transaction book and then re-records the administration section into the master book for reports on the production of sales results which will be given to the person in charge. As long as the sales data management system is still recorded manually by the administration into the ledger, this risks causing delays in the preparation of reports because all sales transactions have to be re-recorded. Data is lost (stolen or corrupted). When sales files and sales reports are needed for re-checking, officers will have difficulty finding files in the master book, because they have to open the pages of the main book which are quite thick. There was a problem in September 2018 where the daily sales report was damaged by rain and the cashier had to re-record all daily transactions.

This research aims to enhance the productivity and profitability of the small-scale tempe industry in Malang City through the determination and utilization of optimal working capital. Effective management of working capital is crucial for businesses, particularly in relation to sales growth and the need for immediate and close funding of current assets. However, many tempe industries have yet to analyze their working capital requirements, hence this study is expected to contribute valuable insights for the relevant industry to develop their business. The average balance method and the cash inflow-outflow method were employed in this research to determine the required amount of working capital. The sensitivity analysis conducted on Pak Didiek Karim's tempe industry showed that a decrease in production capacity of up to 80% and an increase of soybean up to 60% is still profitable, but an increase in soybean prices can negatively impact profitability. Overall, this research provides a clear overview of the working capital requirements for small-scale tempe industries in Malang City.

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of Business Centers in Vocational High Schools (2) the effectiveness of the role of Business Centers as entrepreneurship learning units in Vocational High Schools, (3) Empowerment of Business Centers as a means of fostering entrepreneurial characteristics in students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the Management of Vocational High School Business Centers has an average of 3 sections. The first part is the photocopy room, used for the practical activities of students majoring in Office Administration and Sharia Banking, the second part is the production room, used for the practical activities of the marketing department, the third is the entrepreneurship room, used for students majoring in Marketing, but students majoring in Office Administration, Accounting, Banking Syariah is also actively involved in the management of the Business Center in the entrepreneurship space. (2) The role of the Business Center as an entrepreneurship learning unit in Vocational High Schools is very good as can be seen from the increasing enthusiasm of students in participating in entrepreneurship learning, with the Business Center students have a place to practice entrepreneurship theory that has been taught by the teacher. In addition, students become tenacious, creative and active in doing entrepreneurial assignments given by the teacher. (3) Empowerment of the Business Center as a means of cultivating entrepreneurial characteristics for students has gone well, it can be seen from some students, most of the students have been able to read business opportunities, and can manage sales finances. Thus it can foster the characteristics of an entrepreneurial spirit in students.
