Nutritional problems are complex issues that require various techniques to address. Women of childbearing age, particularly malnourished adolescent girls, need attention because they influence the quality of future generations. Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) in this group is a critical issue. This project aims to create moringa leaf-based supplementary food to increase iron intake for adolescent girls with CED in Daenggune Village, Central Sulawesi. The target is 20 adolescent girls. The methods include early detection of nutritional status through anthropometric measurements, education about CED, and organoleptic assessment of moringa leaf stick PMT based on taste, texture, aroma, and color. Success indicators for this activity are increased knowledge about nutritional status and understanding of nutritional problems and their management using local food such as moringa leaves. The results show that all participants attended the activity enthusiastically. The organoleptic assessment showed that 94% liked the taste and aroma of the moringa sticks, 89% liked the texture, and 78% liked the color. The evaluation also showed increased knowledge about nutritional status and the use of local food. In conclusion, this program effectively improves understanding of nutrition and the use of moringa leaves as an iron source. This activity is expected to continue with other local foods to address nutritional problems in adolescents.

Maintaining the best possible relationship with customers is part of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The goal is to keep customers loyal and make the company make more money. Leading companies have incorporated CRM into their marketing strategies in an effort to increase sales. The Farmers Market company has implemented a customer relationship management (CRM) system; however, there has been no evaluation of their CRM model to identify profitable marketing strategies or customer retention opportunities. To conduct this investigation, a survey had to be conducted on a sample of 55 current Farmers Market consumers. Using the partial least squares method, the analysis will be conducted with the help of the SmartPLS 2.0 program. The findings of the analysis show that, overall, CRM variables relating to the impact of human resources on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction provide satisfactory results. Customer satisfaction is significantly influenced by each HR variable. While all other variables did contribute to the results, they were not statistically significant. This section of the study concludes with an analysis of the impact of Farmers' Market management and suggestions for improvement.

One of the consequences of poor nutritional management in toddlers is stunting. One nutritious alternative food to prevent stunting at a relatively cheaper price is sweet corn. Sweet corn is increasingly popular and widely consumed because it has a sweeter taste than regular corn (Kartika, 2019). Siswono (2004 in Surtinah, 2013) reported that the sugar content of the master sweet variety is 16 – 18%, close to the sugar content of cane, namely 19%. Sweet corn contains 96 cal Energy, 3.5 g Protein, 1.0 g Fat, 22.8 g Carbohydrates, 3.0 mg Calcium, 111 mg Phosphorus, 0.7 mg Iron, Vitamin A 400 SI, Vitamin B 0, 15 mg, Vitamin C 12.0 mg, and water 72.7 g Iskandar, 2006). This service activity was carried out at the Kampung Jawa Village Hall, Blangkejeren District, Gayo Lues Regency. The parties involved in this activity were lecturers from the Agrotechnology and Forestry study program, PSDKU Gayo Lues, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University as resource persons, as well as the Agrotechnology and Animal Husbandry study program, Faculty of Agriculture, Gunung Leuser University, Aceh Kutacane, village midwives as partners, village heads as facilitators and the village community. This study analyzes and optimizes production systems in the Industry 4.0 context, examining the fundamental shift from centralized, push-based production models to decentralized, adaptive, pull-based approaches. The research employs a mixed-method approach combining comprehensive literature review and multiple case studies across manufacturing sectors. Findings reveal that integration of Internet of Things (IoT), cyber-physical systems, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics enables real-time communication between production components, product personalization, and faster decision-making. Despite significant benefits in efficiency, flexibility, and competitiveness, implementation challenges persist, including high initial investment, employee resistance, technical expertise limitations, and integration complexity. Optimization approaches such as mixed-integer linear programming, digitally-integrated Lean Six Sigma, and digital twin simulations effectively enhance performance indicators including flexibility, reliability, and energy efficiency. The study concludes that successful production system transformation requires an integrated strategy encompassing process engineering, digital competency development, change management, and continuous evaluation to ensure sustainable optimization in the digital era
