Hypertension is a health problem that often occurs in society. Uncontrolled hypertension can trigger degenerative diseases such as heart disease and kidney failure. One therapy used to lower blood pressure is celery leaf therapy. To determine the effectiveness of celery leaf juice and boiled celery leaves on blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This type of quantitative research is a Quasi Experimental design with Two Group pretest – posttest Control Group. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with a sample size of 32 people. The instruments in this study used a tensimeter, stethoscope, and observation sheet. Research results using the Wilxocon test and Mann Whitney U Test showed that the results of the analysis of celery leaf juice had a sig value of systolic ρ↑alue= 0.000≤α 0.05 and diastolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤0.05. The results of the analysis of boiled celery leaves showed a sig value of systolic ρ-νalue = 0.000≤α 0.05 and ρ-νalue diastolic = 0.000≤0.05, meaning that celery leaf juice and celery leaf decoction are effective for blood pressure in elderly people suffering from hypertension. Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of 90 mmHg. Because hypertension has several factors, one of which is age. Elderly is a phase of declining intellectual and physical abilities. What occurs most often in the elderly is anxiety. Anxiety is an uncomfortable feeling of shame or fear accompanied by a response. Muslims believe in the holy Qur'an as a medicine for heart and physical ailments, the effect of murrotal can reduce anxiety levels. Objective: From this research, to determine the effect of murrotal therapy on anxiety levels in elderly people with hypertension at Rt 003/007 Sawangan Baru in 2023. The population in this study was 36 elderly people, the sample size was 15 respondents. The research design used pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The data collection method uses the Geriatric Anxiety Scale (GAS) questionnaire to measure anxiety levels. The results showed that the average blood pressure in the elderly before murrotal therapy was 150/100 MmHg, after murrotal therapy it showed 130/90 MmHg, while the level of anxiety in the elderly before and after murrotal Qur'an therapy was an average value. P – value or sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 which means less than p <0.05 using the Paired Simple T - Test Statistical Test which states that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, therefore there is a significant change between before and after the administration of murrotal therapy. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of murrotal therapy on anxiety levels in elderly people with hypertension.

Introduction: Rinolits are uncommon foreign bodies in the nose, which serve as a nidus for calcium salt deposition. Foreign bodies can be endogenous or exogenous in origin and can be asymptomatic for years before being discovered incidentally. If left untreated, stones can cause unilateral nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea, epistaxis, or in rare cases, progressive damage leading to septal/palatal perforation or oro-antral fistula. Surgical stone removal is an effective intervention with rare reports of complications. Case Report: A case of rinolit in a 72-year-old woman with complaints of left nasal congestion since 2 months ago with thick, smelly snot in the past 2 weeks is reported. History of foreign entry was denied. On examination of the sinistra nasal cavity, it was found that the nasal cavity was narrow, the inferior concha was edematous, there was a yellowish mass between the inferior concha and the septum, the media concha was difficult to assess, septal deviation was present, sekret was present, mucoid. The management given was extraction using forceps under local anesthesia. Conclusion: Rinolit is an uncommon clinical etiology which if undiagnosed can lead to complications; thus it is important to consider for any unilateral nasal symptoms of unclear origin.

Cholesterol is a fatty substance that circulates in the body which is produced by the liver and is very important for the body. Excessive cholesterol in the blood will first cause problems in the blood vessels and brain. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of giving dragon fruit juice on total cholesterol levels in the elderly at Posbindu Kebayoran Lama Utara, South Jakarta. The research method used a pre-experimental pre-post-test group design including administration of dragon fruit juice, analysis of measurements of total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention, and analysis of food cholesterol consumption. The Wilcoxon test results were chosen because the data did not meet the normality assumption. The p value resulting from the Wilcoxon test is 0.028, which is smaller than the significance level which is generally set at 0.05. This shows that the difference between total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention is statistically significant. The conclusion from the results of this research that has been carried out can be concluded that there is a significant difference between total cholesterol levels before and after the intervention (p<0.05).

Background: Hypertension is a cardiovascular disease that attacks many elderly people and increases the risk of death. The aging process causes elderly people to decrease their activity, resulting in the emergence of obesity, fat accumulation in blood vessels, and increased blood pressure. Data in the area supported by the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center in 2020 shows that hypertension is in first place on the list of the top 10 diseases there. One intervention that is safe and popular with the elderly and can help control blood pressure in the elderly is gamelan accompaniment exercise because it can increase blood flow and oxygen supply throughout the body, increase the elasticity of blood vessels and provide a relaxing effect. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment to blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This research method is a pre-experimental one group pre and post test design and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The population of this study were elderly people who were recorded as suffering from hypertension at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center. The research instrument used a digital spygmomanometer and video of gamelan accompaniment of exercises. The research stages consist of preparation, implementation and processing of research data. The steps taken at the preparation stage were literature studies, field surveys, discussions with lecturers and experts, developing procedures for implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises, expert reviews, and socializing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises to the elderly and their families. The implementation stage was carried out by collecting data on elderly people registered at the Srondol Semarang Community Health Center, pre and post tests by measuring blood pressure using a spigmomanometer, implementing gamelan accompaniment exercises in accordance with the prepared SOP, observing the implementation of gamelan accompaniment exercises with an observation sheet. Then, at the data processing stage, a test was carried out on the effectiveness of gamelan accompaniment exercises on the blood pressure of elderly people with hypertension. The targeted output is publication in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. The TKT target for implementing this gamelan accompaniment exercise is at level 2. The results of the study show a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p value 0.0001) with an error level (α) of 0.05, namely from 163.25 mmHg to 146.75 mmHg and from 100 .50 mmHg to 89.25 mmHg. Gamelan accompaniment exercises were concluded to be effective in lowering blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension

Hypertension is often referred to as "The Silent Killer" because generally sufferers are not aware that they have high blood pressure, and only find out about it after complications occur. The aim of this research is to find out what risk factors influence increased blood pressure in the elderly at UPTmPSTW Banyuwangi.. This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach through surveys and primary data collection. The sample population consists of elderly people aged 60 years and over.. The results of the Chi Square analysis test for the three factors obtained a p-value for each factor, namely the BMI factor (nBody Mass Index) with a value of p=n0.018, the family history factor with a value of p=n0.008, the physical activity factor with a value of p=n0.014. it can be concluded that all three factors have a relationship with hypertension and the most dominant factor is BMI (Body Mass Index) with a value (nb/regression coefficient) of 0.153. The BMI factor (nBody Mass Index) appears as the most dominant factor contributing to the incidence of hypertension in the elderly.
