Health is a basic human need that continues to increase along with the progress of the times. Technological advances and lifestyle changes have led to a variety of new diseases, increasing the need for health services. Indonesia, with the fourth largest population in the world (272,229,372 people) and 10.14% of the population poor in 2021, faces significant health challenges. The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the situation by limiting access to health services. Barriers to access, unequal distribution of services, and a shortage of doctors hinder efforts to realize the welfare of citizens as mandated by the 1945 Constitution. However, advances in information and communication technology have brought significant benefits in the health sector. Information technology has had a major impact on health and medicine, enabling the rapid, efficient, and accurate dissemination of information. One important development is the practice of telemedicine, which offers innovative solutions in health care.

Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) are the main place for the public to get basic health services. In certain conditions, the Health Center will receive visits from patients who arrive with the same number of origins at the same time. This has an impact on health services experiencing a decline and not maximizing the health of health workers in checking patients' health. So, comprehensive services are not obtained, and there are even patients who queue for too long. In order to minimize this occurrence, simulations are carried out to predict the number of possible visits that will occur in the future. The method used in this study is Monte Carlo. This research is intended so that the information provided by the Health Center related to the prediction of the number of patient visits that are likely to occur in the next year or in the future can be done validly and accurately. The data used is data on the number of patient visits in 2021, 2022, and 2023. As a result of this study, a prediction of the number of patient visits was obtained so that the Health Center could implement the next action that was useful for improving the quality of services needed

Medical tourism is a global phenomenon in which individuals travel across countries to receive medical or health care. Although not directly recognized as a major component of human rights (HAM), medical tourism has a relevant impact on human rights aspects in countries like Indonesia.  The Indonesian government has an important role in regulating medical tourism by taking into account the human rights framework. This involves developing regulations that ensure the protection of patient rights, monitoring quality medical practice, and fulfilling access to health services for all citizens, both local and medical tourists. This article provides a brief analysis of how medical tourism can impact several aspects of human rights including the right to health. However, this approach also raises questions about equitable access to medical care for local populations. In order to maintain a balance between benefits and negative impacts, implementing medical tourism in accordance with human rights principles will support the sustainable goal of providing quality and equitable medical care for all individuals, without violating human rights.

In line with its development, Electronic Medical Records have become the heart of information in the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), which is the main application in a basic data management system that collects various sources of medical data, plus other features such as administration, billing and documentation services. medical. However, electronic medical records certainly raise new problems in the area of patient confidentiality and privacy. If a patient's medical data falls into the hands of an unauthorized person, legal problems and responsibilities could arise for the hospital and doctor who handles the patient, therefore standards for making and storing medical records that have been made conventionally or on paper must also be applied to Electronic medical records must be made secure and patient data must be strictly guarded by the hospital, meaning that no information can be opened without the patient's permission, which means that all patient medical information data can only be accessed by interested people. These people are also not allowed to transfer this information to other people. The implementation of Electronic Medical Records in Health Facilities is carried out by a separate work unit or adjusted to the needs and capabilities of each Health Fascily. In terms of the scale of health services, health facilities are very different from hospitals, especially those in remote areas. In fact, not all hospitals are ready to implement a medical history recording system, the total use of telemedicine applications which has increased up to six times during the 2022 COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.

Malpractice is basically an action by professional staff that is contrary to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), professional code of ethics, and applicable laws, whether intentional or due to negligence. This negligence is not a violation of the law, if the negligence does not cause harm to other people and that person can feel comfortable. However, if this negligence results in material loss, harm or even takes the life of another person, then this can be said to be malpractice. Malpractice in the field of orthopedics is an act of negligence committed by doctors or health service workers who are tasked with carrying out all kinds of surgical procedures, especially bone surgery. Where in this case the patient who initially only experienced problems with his bones ultimately had to hamper his breathing for the last time just because of an error in administering gas after surgery. This fatal negligence can be said to occur due to a lack of accuracy on the part of doctors or other health workers in providing health services to patients. This negligence can also be caused by hospital management that is not well organized, the staff's education may still be minimal and many other factors. Because this action not only violates the law, the medical code of ethics and also the standards of behavior in a religion but even takes someone's life, there needs to be a way out, namely by; improving hospital management, increasing accuracy in carrying out the medical profession and deepening all kinds of knowledge about various kinds of health service procedures.

Stunting is a nutritional problem caused by insufficient nutritional intake for a long time. The condition of failure to thrive in children under five is a result of chronic malnutrition so that the child is too short for his age. Indonesia is among the highest in stunting cases with a prevalence of 37.2% compared to other neighboring countries. Indonesia targets the stunting rate to fall to 14% in 2024, while the stunting rate in 2021 will reach 24%. The impact of stunting is an increase in morbidity and mortality rates in children, growth in body posture or height that is not optimal compared to the child's age, disruption of motor development, increasing the incidence of degenerative diseases, less than optimal learning performance so that children's cognitive and productivity are affected and that furthermore is the increase in Health costs. The Kupang City Government, in an effort to reduce the prevalence rate of stunting below 10% in 2024, is carrying out convergence work or cross-sectoral collaboration within the scope of Pentahelix (Government, PT, Private, Community and Mass Media). The foster parent program is a form of care and effort made by involving all sectors in accelerating the prevention and handling of stunting in toddlers. The sub-districts that are used as places for community service activities are Penfui and Oesapa Selatan Subdistricts, Kupang City. Hospitals are vital health facilities that aim to improve public health by providing high-quality health services. This study aims to evaluate nurses' compliance in using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in hospitals as an effort to prevent nosocomial infections. Through a literature review of various studies between 2021-2024, it was found that nurse compliance was influenced by knowledge, attitudes and availability of PPE. Good knowledge and positive attitudes towards PPE, as well as adequate accessibility of PPE, have been proven to increase nurse compliance. In addition, demographic characteristics such as age, gender, education, and years of service also influence compliance levels. In conclusion, improving compliance requires a multifactorial approach that includes continuing education, adequate facilities, and close supervision. Implementation of this strategy is important to prevent nosocomial infections and improve the quality of health services in hospitals.

By enacting legislation to protect, maintain and monitor the importance of human rights. Discrimination refers to unfair or unequal treatment of a person or group based on certain characteristics.Such as injustice regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability. This usually occurs in environments such as education, health services, residence and in social interactions. Ethnic discrimination occurs when individuals or groups are judged based on their ethnic origin, which includes cultural identity, language, or national origin. This ethnic discrimination can lead to unequal treatment in terms of economic opportunities, access to health services, or unfair treatment by related institutions. In Indonesia, racial and ethnic discrimination is also a problem faced, although in a different context from other countries. Even though Indonesia has rich cultural, linguistic and ethnic diversity, there are still challenges in ensuring fair treatment for all citizens. Several ethnic minority groups in Indonesia may face various obstacles in terms of access to quality education, decent work and adequate health services.

BPJS Health is a legal entity formed to administer the health insurance program with the aim of protecting the entire community with affordable premiums and providing wider service coverage for the entire community. BPJS health services focus on first level health services (FKTP/first level health facilities). Due to the sensitive nature of health information stored and managed by BPJS Health, it is important to ensure that the information systems used are safe from cyber attacks and data leaks. The stages of a BPJS Health service audit are determining audit objectives, identifying services using the framework, capability level analysis, testing controls and evidence at the capability level, verifying results, and compiling audit results reports and recommendations. Audits carried out for services that focus on Process Domains DSS01 and DSS02. The measurement result is 2.5 because the value rounding index means the results are at level 3 (established process), that is, currently the processes in each process domain have been identified and standardized well so that the library service system is stable for implementation, while the expected level is at level 4 so there is a gap of 1.5. To be able to overcome the existing gap, a recommendation was made, namely to maximize the alignment of Company Operational Standards (SOP) with applicable policies.
