Blood transfusion safety is a top priority in the management of transfusion services, considering the risk of pathogen transmission and adverse transfusion reactions. With advances in technology, there are significant opportunities to improve blood filtration and processing processes, which could significantly reduce these risks. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of new technologies in screening and processing transfusion blood in reducing pathogen contamination and improving patient safety. This research method involves a comparative analysis of historical data on the incidence of transfusion reactions and the incidence of infection transmission before and after the implementation of pathogen filtering technology and improved blood processing systems in several blood transfusion centers. The results showed that the use of the latest pathogen screening technologies, together with improved blood processing methods, contributed significantly to reducing the incidence of infection transmission and adverse transfusion reactions. Data analysis also shows an increase in patient satisfaction and confidence in the blood transfusion process. The conclusions of this study suggest that the integration of new technologies in the screening and processing of transfusion blood is an effective strategy to improve patient safety and reduce transfusion-related risks

A house is a basic human need, many people are rarely able to save in cash due to rising house prices. By providing pawn products (Home Ownership Credit), the Bank acts as a mediator between the interests of home buyers and sellers in this situation. However, Muslims are not allowed to use the usury transaction interest system used by mainstream banks. For Muslims who want interest-free financial services, the rise of Islamic banking is a good thing. However, the fact that sharia banking has not been able to match conventional banks in Indonesia is proof that the majority of Muslim communities there do not have full confidence in using sharia banks. Based on this, the author looks at and discusses how murabahah contracts are used in sharia finance at the Bank Sumut Syariah Lubuk Pakam Branch Office. The aim of this qualitative descriptive research which combines case study theory is to describe the implementation of the murabahah contract and determine its impact on sharia financing at Bank Sumut Syariah Lubuk Pakam Branch Office. This data mining association processes 1224 Gamefantasia ticket redemption transaction data. The goal is to find a pattern of association between goods as a recommendation for structuring the display of goods at the cashier counter and increasing ticket exchange transactions. Modeling uses a comparison of two algorithms, namely the Apriori algorithm and FP-Growth. The data analysis method with the CRISMP-DM method is then processed by RStudio software. The results of the study with the same parameters support 0.02 and confidence 0.1 FP-Growth algorithm formed 53 rules, the strength of the association rule 6.2%, the accuracy was1245%. Whereas the Apriori algorithm forms only 12 rules, the strength of the association rules is 2.1% and the accuracy is 7.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the FP-Growth algorithm has better results than the Apriori algorithm because it has the highest accuracy in finding transaction patterns.
