The Punti Kayu Tourism Forest has great potential in maintaining environmental balance and improving the local economy. However, this potential has not been utilized optimally due to lack of public awareness and limited skills. This community service activity aims to increase public awareness about the economic and educational potential of the Punti Kayu Tourism Forest, provide training and assistance in utilizing the potential of the tourism forest, and encourage the development of creative economy products based on the tourism forest. The method used is counselling and socialization, which is carried out by the Prasetiya Mandiri Polytechnic Lecturer Team, PSDKU Palembang, on April 10, 2025. The welfare of teachers in Indonesia, especially honorary teachers, is still very poor when compared to other ASEAN countries. There is a gap between the salaries of teachers in Indonesia and the salaries of teachers in several ASEAN countries. There have been several demonstrations carried out by teachers, especially honorary teachers, because the salary received is not in accordance with the performance that has been carried out. On the other hand, there is a problem of high unemployment in Indonesia. The factors causing the high unemployment rate in Indonesia are the mismatch of qualifications and the low quality of education in Indonesia, as well as limited job vacancies and the high need for employment. To overcome these problems, a new innovation is needed that can help the community in creating jobs and improving the quality of education in Indonesia. The Pasar Ilmu educational marketplace application was developed to overcome these problems. The development of this Pasar Ilmu application uses the prototype system development method. This research aims to create a system or application of the Pasar Ilmu educational marketplace that can help improve the quality of education in Indonesia as an application that can help honorary teachers to get additional income, help reduce unemployment in Indonesia, and provide flexible courses or lessons for students.

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the MSME empowerment program in Madura Regency in improving community welfare. Empowerment programs that include entrepreneurship training, access to capital through People's Business Credit (KUR), and business assistance show positive results in increasing the capacity of business actors. Based on survey data, most of the program participants experienced an improvement in business management and marketing skills. The positive impact was also seen in the increase in average household income by 30% and the opening of new jobs. However, challenges remain, especially related to the equitable distribution of benefits in rural areas, low digital literacy, and program sustainability. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, supported by the Theory of Change theory to analyze the impact of programs on socio-economic changes in the community. The results of the study show that the empowerment of MSMEs makes a real contribution to the welfare of the community, although continuous evaluation is needed to ensure the sustainability and equitable distribution of program benefits throughout the Madura Regency area. By strengthening the synergy between the government, financial institutions, and local communities, it is hoped that the impact of MSME empowerment can be more optimal.

This research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis, data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and documentation. The informants in the study included authorized officials consisting of the Head of the Community Empowerment and Village Government Office (DPMPD) of Mahakam Regency and the Head of the Food Security and Agriculture Service of Mahakam Regency. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis techniques. This active role is carried out by providing facilities such as cow seeds, vitamins and cage making. The participatory role of BUMDES is carried out through awareness and socialization to the village community directly. The role of BUMDES in empowerment through the cattle profit-sharing program can increase income where those who used to only rely on as farm workers now with the cattle profit-sharing program managed by village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) can now raise their own cows. Obstacles to BUMDES in Community Empowerment Through the Profit-Sharing Program in Mahakam Regency include technical obstacles in maintenance, the existence of predators that attack livestock and fluctuations in the selling price of cattle. Another obstacle is the lack of knowledge of cattle farmers in the maintenance process, this is due to the lack of special training for cattle farmers.

This study explores Mohammad Hatta's influence on housing policies in Indonesia, highlighting his integration of Islamic principles into public policy to enhance societal welfare. Hatta viewed housing as a fundamental human right that extends beyond physical needs to encompass spiritual and social dimensions. Grounded in Islamic values such as justice (‘adl), trust (amanah), and solidarity (ta'awun), his policies aimed to ensure equitable access to adequate housing, particularly for low-income communities, while promoting holistic well-being. Hatta’s vision aligned with Islamic teachings that emphasize fairness and state responsibility in fulfilling basic human rights, as reflected in QS. An-Nisa: 58. His ideas inspired initiatives like the Sejuta Rumah (One Million Houses) Program and Tapera (People’s Housing Savings), which address housing disparities and support societal harmony. Additionally, Hatta championed cooperative-based housing development, fostering community participation and mutual assistance, which not only ensured affordable housing but also empowered local economies. By integrating Islamic principles into housing policies, Hatta demonstrated how public policy could balance material, social, and spiritual needs to achieve sustainable societal welfare. His approach offers a valuable framework for future housing programs to promote justice, inclusivity, and collective prosperity.
