. The preservation of static archives in the Office of Religious Affairs (Kantor Urusan Agama/KUA) plays a crucial role in safeguarding the legal and administrative evidence of marriage for the community. However, many marriage records created between 1978 and 2002 at the Office of Religious Affairs of Medan Labuhan Subdistrict have experienced physical deterioration due to age, storage limitations, and environmental factors. Based on archival observations, out of 51 archival bundles (2,550 records), 76.4% were categorized as damaged, while only 23.5% remained in good condition. This condition highlights the urgency of implementing a systematic digitalization strategy as an effort to preserve static archives and ensure long-term access. This study aims to analyze the implementation of marriage archive digitalization as a preservation strategy and to examine its effectiveness in maintaining the authenticity, integrity, and accessibility of archival records. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through observation, documentation analysis, and field-based data interpretation. The findings indicate that digitalization contributes significantly to minimizing physical handling, preventing further deterioration, improving retrieval efficiency, and strengthening archival security. Nevertheless, several challenges were identified, including limited technological infrastructure, lack of standardized procedures, and human resource constraints. The study concludes that digitalization is not merely a technological transition but a strategic preservation effort that requires institutional commitment, proper archival management standards, and sustainable planning. By integrating digital preservation practices into archival governance, the Office of Religious Affairs can enhance the protection of marriage archives as static archives and ensure their continued legal and administrative value for future generations.

This study employed a qualitative method with a field research approach. Data were collected through non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Informants in this study included the madrasah principal, teachers, administrative staff, and students. The collected data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to ensure the validity of the findings. This study examines the strengthening of the ultimum remedium principle in handling corporate crimes as part of a more proportional, efficient, and equitable criminal justice system reform. The ultimum remedium principle views criminal law as a last resort, used after other legal mechanisms, such as administrative resolution, mediation, or administrative sanctions, are deemed inadequate. The application of this principle becomes increasingly important in the corporate context to prevent the negative impact of repressive punishment on business entities that play a strategic role in the national economy. The significant impact of corporations on society and the economy necessitates a more careful and prudent approach to handling corporate crimes. This study uses a normative juridical method with statutory, conceptual, and case study approaches. In analyzing the application of the ultimum remedium principle, this study identifies that although this principle has been incorporated into several laws and regulations, its implementation remains weak. Factors contributing to this include limited understanding of the principle among law enforcement officials, suboptimal technical guidelines regarding the application of the ultimum remedium principle, and public pressure that tends to encourage a repressive approach in handling corporate crimes. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening regulations, increasing the capacity of law enforcement officials, and developing integrated guidelines to ensure the consistent and effective application of the ultimum remedium principle in handling corporate crimes. The application of this principle is also in line with the restorative justice approach, which aims to provide more humane and corrective punishment and create sustainable change for corporations and society.

Digital transformation in village governance has become a primary strategy for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in human resource (HR) management. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology in village government HR management and its impact on productivity and administrative efficiency. Employing a systematic literature review method, this research examines implementation trends, success factors, challenges, and optimal strategies for digitalization in HR management at the village level. The findings indicate that the adoption of technologies such as electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM), cloud computing, and village information systems contributes to faster administration, increased accountability, and optimized performance of village officials. However, challenges remain in technology adoption, including low digital literacy among village officials, limited information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure, as well as regulatory and policy constraints. To overcome these hurdles, a comprehensive strategy is required, encompassing capacity building through training, strengthening digital infrastructure, and fostering collaboration among central government, village governments, and the private sector. With appropriate policy implementation, the integration of digital technology in village-level HR management can improve public service quality and support more modern and responsive governance.

At every educational institution there is a library for students to use at that institution. Likewise with SMP Negeri 2 Wewewa Tengah. At the school there is a library but it still uses a bookkeeping management system or is still written manually, while the number of active borrowers is almost all students carrying out the borrowing process at the school. The process of borrowing books in the library begins when students come to the library and tell the library staff that they want to borrow books. Then students select the books they want to borrow on the shelves provided. Next, the library staff records the borrower's data, such as full name, student identification number, and class, as well as data on books borrowed, such as book title, author, and inventory number in the ledger used as a borrowing register.). The school library has a strategic role and function in developing the potential of students from the entire academic community in the school environment. The library is part of the learning resources that every school has, a library that is still manual is something that needs to be created a system that can help with administrative activities. With the e-library, users can access it together with other users without having to wait in line. The search process is easier and faster because it is assisted by an information search engine that uses a database. This system presents a variant of the digital library, including a user page section that presents books available at the Central Wewewa State library

This research is motivated by the support of to apply for Halal certification through MIT-18 Post-109 UIN Walisongo Semarang KKN Students. This service aims to help micro, small and medium enterprises in Krajankulon village to apply for Halal certification independently through the Free Halal Certification Program. The activity carried out by MIT-18 Post-109 UIN Walisongo Semarang KKN students lasted for one month starting from July 2024 involving 15 stakeholders. The methods used include lectures, questions and answers, and online registration tutorials in collaboration with Pendampingan Produk Halal (PPH) of the Ministry of Religion of Kendal Regency. This support is expected to increase the value of products and support business sustainability through strong legitimacy. Micro, small and medium enterprises play an important role in the Indonesian economy, especially in Muslim-majority societies where halal products are highly regarded. Halal certification is not only important for consumers, but also makes products more competitive in the market. However, there are still many in Indonesia that have not received halal certification, including in Krajangkulon Village, Kendal Regency. This is due to lack of information, lack of understanding of the certification process, and administrative obstacles such as obtaining a Company Identification Number (NIB). Therefore, this study highlights the importance of intensive support and socialization to increase awareness and understanding of Halal certification in order to support sustainable economic growth and provide assurance to consumers.

This article discusses the importance of business legality, especially in obtaining Business Identification Numbers (NIB) and Halal Certificates for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Gentong Village, Pasuruan. Gentong District has many MSMEs that play an important role in the local economy, but face challenges in understanding and managing business legality, which results in limited access to wider markets. This article highlights the mentoring program carried out using the Service Learning method, which involves direct interaction between academics, students and MSME actors. This program aims to increase the understanding and skills of MSME players in managing NIB and Halal Certificates, as well as overcoming bureaucratic obstacles which often become obstacles in managing business legality. Through this approach, MSME players are expected to be able to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of their businesses. This article also examines relevant theories, such as Legitimacy Theory, Social Capital Theory, and Market Access Theory, which support the importance of business legality in building reputation, expanding markets, and reducing legal risks. The results of this mentoring program show that with adequate business legality, MSMEs in Gentong Village are able to expand business networks, increase credibility, and access larger market opportunities, both at the local and international levels. Thus, business legality is not only an administrative fulfillment, but also an important business strategy for the growth and sustainability of MSME businesses amidst increasingly tight market competition.
