This study aims to analyze customer satisfaction with the facilities provided by Transjakarta to make it more effective and efficient. This research can also be used as a recommendation for the Transjakarta Party for future policies to improve the quality of Transjakarta Transportation. There is a method used in this study using a qualitative descriptive method which is divided into 2 types, namely Primary Data taken based on online surveys via GoogleForm and Secondary Data from additional information obtained from various books, journals or articles. After analyzing the opinions of the respondents, it can be concluded that the quality of the facilities provided by Transjakarta is quite good, but there are still several shelters with inadequate conditions, such as waiting areas. Therefore, the Provider must try to improve the quality of Transjakarta facilities, fully and evenly. So that users feel more secure and comfortable when using the Transjakarta mode of transportation.  

This study aims to find out what challenges parents face in online learning and to what extent parents are ready for online learning to take place. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR). The results of the study show that the challenges faced by parents in online learning include time constraints, learning atmosphere, digital literacy, facilities and infrastructure, gender, children's social development, children's health, and parents' social status. The results of the study also show that parents are not ready for online learning to be implemented. Future research needs to look at parents' views on children's cognitive development in online learning and develop appropriate learning platforms so that teacher-student-parent communication can be well established in online learning

This study aims to determine the concept of haul in the perspective of four schools of thought. This research is a type of qualitative research with library research methods. This study uses a normative language and juridical approach. The data are sourced from various literature explorers whose sources are journals, books and proceedings. Data analysis is used by tracing various literatures from articles, books, proceedings and other relevant, analyzing and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are that First, according to the agreement of the scholars, among them according to the four schools of thought that haul is not required for agricultural and fruit zakat. Second, the concept of expediting the payment of zakat before the haul during the pandemic, there is no difference among the four schools of thought, in fact what is wrong is the paradigm of society, the way of thinking, the way of understanding their knowledge is wrong, therefore there must be an effort to reshuffle the paradigm through reformulation of the zakat haul in the future. pandemic, namely the adjustment of the zakat haul during the pandemic.

Some areas in Indonesia are earthquake-prone areas, one of which is the Banda arc. The Banda arc has a complete tectonic system and is also an area with a high level of seismicity. One of the earthquake disaster mitigation efforts is by analyzing the a-values and b-values which are seismotectonic parameters. The a-values and b-values can be analyzed through the Gutenberg-Ritchter equation through the frequency-magnitude distribution. The gradient of the frequency-magnitude distribution is the b-value which is a stress distribution constant which indicates the level of fragility of the rocks in the area, while the a-value indicates seismic activity which is the seismicity constant. In determining the a-value and b-value depends on the Magnitude completeness (Mc). This study uses earthquake data from the USGS catalog from 2015–2020 and then uniformizes the magnitude to magnitude moment (Mw), declusters the earthquake catalog to eliminate the effects of foreshocks and aftershock to obtain the main earthquake data through ZMAP 6.0 software. After that, do a magnitude-frequency distribution plot to determine the completeness of the data in order to obtain the completeness of magnitude (Mc) which can be used to determine the a-value and b-value using ZMAP 6.0 software. The result of this research is the value of Magnitude Completeness (Mc) is 4.5, while the a-value is 9,07 and the b-value is 1,33. For the spatial variation of a-values and b-values, there are areas with a low a-value of 7 and a low b-value of 1,2 which have a chance of a large earthquake in the future due to the accumulation of energy that causes a high level of stress in the area.    

This study aims to analyze the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and MVSM (Maintenance Value Stream Mapping) strategies implemented by PT. XYZ in machine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM is used to reduce equipment failures and ensure that each physical item or system is functioning as intended. Meanwhile, MVSM is used to identify waste in maintenance activities and perform repair analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that PT. XYZ has implemented the RCM and MVSM strategies effectively in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM implementation helps to reduce machine failure and increase machine reliability. Meanwhile, MVSM helps identify and overcome waste in maintenance activities. In conclusion, the RCM and MVSM strategies are effective approaches in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of a planned and structured maintenance strategy in improving engine performance. The recommendation for future research is to involve more departments and measure the impact of RCM and MVSM strategies on overall operational productivity and efficiency.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of research methodology learning with students' understanding in thesis writing. Research methodology plays an important role in equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to design, conduct and analyze research effectively. However, challenges in understanding the concepts of research methodology can affect students' ability to write quality thesis. Therefore, this study identified the challenges faced by students in learning research methodology and presented solutions that could be applied to increase learning effectiveness. The research method used was literature study and descriptive analysis. Data was collected through a literature review which included research articles, textbooks and other related sources of information. Data analysis was carried out by identifying common challenges in learning research methodology and recommendations that can be implemented to overcome these challenges. The results of the study indicate that a good understanding of research methodology has a positive impact on student thesis writing. Students who have a good understanding of research methodology tend to plan their research well, collect valid data, carry out appropriate data analysis, use relevant reference sources, and construct strong arguments in their thesis. However, there are challenges such as material complexity, limited resources, lack of practical experience, time constraints, and low motivation that need to be overcome. Recommendations to improve research methodology learning include developing a good curriculum, training lecturers, providing adequate resources and facilities, use of technology in learning, intensive individual guidance, and further research on the effectiveness of research methodology learning. By implementing these recommendations, students are expected to gain a better understanding of research methodology and apply it well in their thesis writing. This increased understanding will have an impact on the quality of thesis writing, a more significant contribution in the field of study, and better preparation for future academic or professional careers.

Teenagers as the future generation of the church and nation must be given proper attention and education so that their behavior is in accordance with existing norms. Christian Religious Education in the family is the most important education to teach how the person of God is with Humans. Christian Religious Education cannot be limited by space and time because it is very flexible and can be done anywhere. The role given by Christian Religious Education itself, of course, must provide teaching about the realities of life so that adolescents are able to have an understanding of their life goals. Christian Religious Education is role includes in the family to provide good behavior in the present, namely; Family behavioral education center, setting an example, restoration, family place of worship. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive literature method, by collecting studies related to research conducted either through books, proceedings, national and international journals. Then do the analysis, provide arguments and find the results of the study. The purpose of the research was conducted so that today's Christian youth have better behavior through Christian Religious Education in the Family and so that Christian youth do not deviate from the person of Jesus himself as a perfect person in all respects.

One of the efforts to detect deviations in child development is by early detection, so that prevention, stimulation, healing and recovery efforts can be given correctly according to the indications. Detection for growth and development is an effort that needs to be supported, because it is one way to prepare quality future generations. Based on a preliminary survey conducted on mothers who had toddlers visiting Posyandu in Randusari village, it was found that mothers did not understand developmental stimulation in toddlers in order to detect early developmental delays.The prevalence of toddlers experiencing the greatest stunting at the beginning of 2022 in Tegal Regency is in Pagerbarang District (40%) exceeding the target set by the government which is no more than 20%. The technique of implementing community service is carried out by providing education on toddler development using KPSP.The results of the implementation of community service which was attended by 60 participants, namely education related to stimulation of development with KPSP, that most mothers of toddlers have understood the meaning of development, stages of development according to the age of their children, and stimulation of development that can be carried out by mothers and families. With the enthusiasm of the participants, local area stakeholders hope that similar activities can be carried out continuously in the working area of ​​the Pagerbarang Health Center. The output of the service also results in the publication of scientific articles related to the stimulation of growth and development of toddlers.

Tourism sector has a good prospect in the future, because it can give big foreign exchange for developing tourism sector. Developing tourism sector needs several factors of human resources, one of them is the communications factors in which language as a means of verbal communication plays an important role. The functions of language and such ast o develop science and technology. And to communicate with other country. The people who are involved in the tourism industry are required to communicate with the tourists in their language. The language which is often used to communicate with the foreign tourist is English. If they cannot understand the English language, the foreign tourist will often find difficulties in communication. The problem are : What are the roles of English tourism in Tobelo? The hypothesis is that the role of the English language and the ability of a person in using the English language is important in the tourism industry.    

This study aims to examine the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as realizing real policies to increase development in the district. A mixed research design was used, which combined qualitative and quantitative data collection methods. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and secondary sources, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis. The findings reveal that Bima District has several development potentials, including its strategic location, natural resources, and human capital. However, this district still faces various socio-economic challenges, such as poverty, fatigue, and limited infrastructure. In addition, this research shows that the district's development is influenced by several factors, including political will, institutional capacity, and community participation. The contribution of this research includes providing a thorough understanding of the socio-economic conditions and potential development of Bima Regency, as well as identifying the key factors influencing its development. Policy implications and practices emphasize the need to increase institutional capacity, improve infrastructure, and promote community participation in district development. Limitations of this study include the small sample size and limited data collection period. Future research should address these limitations by using larger sample sizes and longer data collection periods. Overall, this study provides valuable insights into the socio-economic conditions and development potential of the Bima district, and the pressures for policy interventions to enhance the district's development.

Sexual harassment is a deviant behavior due to high pressure of sexual desire while not being able to enter into marriage, channeling lust through sexual harassment has become a social disease that occurs everywhere, will result in prolonged traumatic consequences for the victim, which will lead to the destruction of the future of the victim of sexual harassment .

Higher education aims to hone the abilities and competencies needed in the future. In the lecture process, students required to complete assignments. The large number of assignments makes students often cause burnout. The technique applied is quantitative techniques using cross-sectional design. Sampling using questionnaires with a variable number of tasks and a variable burnout rate the value of the regression coefficient for the number of tasks shows a value of 0.853, indicating that the variable number of tasks has a positive influence on the burnout rate. The variable significance value of the number of tasks is 0.28, where the value is 0.05. The results of the hypothesis test prove that the number of tasks had a substantial and positive caused on the burnout rate.

Even though Kobalima District has made a small contribution in developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Malacca Regency, this potential can become a business opportunity for K2 Cake Kiosk owners in developing these processed foods. The idea of developing a banana chip business began in 1993 when Ms. Sipriana Hoar wanted to develop a banana chip business with minimal capital but had the potential to increase business income. This is done by moving from developing chips and other processed food businesses to processing products that have the potential to increase product-added value. This business analysis originates from existing recipes from their parents in micro businesses as snacks or snacks. This opportunity, where the bananas cultivated by farmers sometimes have a low selling value, was utilized by Ms. Sipriana to increase her business in banana chips and other processed foods. The method of carrying out the Professional Work Practice activities of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, provides solutions to the problems identified in Lakekun Village, especially at the K2 Cake Kiosk. The method of carrying out the intended activity is purposive, namely the intentional determination of the K2 Cake Kiosk as the main indicator that is used as a respondent in carrying out the intended activity. The approach taken in answering problems such as: 1. Location surveys, namely looking at existing potentials and constraints such as Community Problems in the Benpasi Village.2. Identification of each Community that can be used as an example of the intended entrepreneurship training. 3. Training for each farmer group in the Benpasi Village to answer these problems to increase agricultural production in the Benpasi Village. 4. Counseling and training on maintenance and care management for plants so that they can be used for further processing 5. Monitoring and evaluation of the activities in question in an effort to increase the intended community service activities. From the Training Activities for Making Banana Chips at the K2 Cake Kiosk in Lakekun Village,Kobalima District, Malaka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province based on Professional Work Practices in the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Timor, it can be concluded that students can see business potential and are able to analyze the advantages possessed in micro-businesses in Lakekun Village. In addition, they get a lot of benefits from the training by providing recipes that are obtained by business owners so that in the future they can be practiced as business opportunities.

In addition, companies are starting to change their view from one that is product or service oriented, to a customer oriented view. The program "Realizing a Superior Generation: Collective Action to Combat Stunting in Dumai City"is a collaborative initiative aimed at addressing the problem of stunting in Dumai City, particularly in Laksamana Subdistrict. Stunting, which refers to impaired child growth, has serious long-term impacts on children's quality of life and development. This program adopts an educational approach through counseling, training, and simulations to increase public awareness and knowledge about stunting. By actively involving local government, non-profit organizations, volunteers, and the community, the program seeks to create an environment that supports positive change. Through dynamic social interactions during program activities, participants are expected to engage actively in the learning process and develop a shared commitment to combating stunting. By equipping the participants with practical knowledge and fostering a sense of shared commitment, the program lays the groundwork for long-term improvements in child health and well-being. In conclusion, this program represents not only a step toward effective stunting prevention but also a collective determination to build a superior generation and a brighter future for the children of Dumai City.

The urgency of analyzing the needs of learning media is very important to analyze the needs of student learning media because there is a possibility that future learning will increase. For this reason, it is important to conduct further research on school policies in meeting student learning needs during the learning process. This study aims to analyze the needs of learning media in biology subjects at SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang. The research method used was descriptive and quantitative analysis with data collection through questionnaires and interviews with biology teachers. The subject of this study was a grade 11 science student of SMAN 4 Tanjungpinang. The results showed that teachers always use learning media in every meeting and with the existence of learning media makes students motivated and not easily bored in the learning process. However, students still need a variety of learning media to support learning needs. This article emphasizes the importance of effective learning through the use of appropriate media and materials.

Through literature review and empirical analysis, it was found that openness in sharing feelings, thoughts, and concerns is key in maintaining healthy and harmonious relationships. Couples who regularly discuss important issues report higher levels of satisfaction in their relationships. Active listening, where full attention is given without distraction, also increases understanding and emotional closeness between couples. However, the study also identified communication challenges such as misunderstandings and conflicts that often trigger disputes, especially among young couples who face difficulties in conveying messages clearly and understanding emotional context. Emotion management during conflict is a major challenge, as many couples find it difficult to remain calm and rational in situations that trigger negative emotions.  overcome this challenge, strategies such as using humor and spending quality time together have proven effective. Humor can ease tension and improve mood after conflict, while quality time without technological distractions strengthens bonding and communication. The influence of technology in couples' communication is also reviewed, with an emphasis on the importance of setting boundaries for technology use to avoid misunderstandings and loss of emotional nuance. Social support from family and friends was found to play an important role in helping couples overcome conflict and strengthen their relationship. Couples who had a strong support network felt more confident and optimistic about the future of their relationship. In addition, the evolution of communication in relationships suggests that couples learn to communicate more effectively and efficiently over time, with improved communication skills such as empathy, emotion management, and constructive problem solving.

Actualization of community service through outreach regarding land law in Ngadirgo Village, Mijen District, Semarang City has the aim of increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the importance of land registration and increasing knowledge of understanding and knowing the benefits and functions of land registration. The socialization uses power point presentation media by dividing the method into 4 main components, namely: the lecture method, the interactive discussion method, the consultation method, and the evaluation method. With the socialization related to land law, the people of Ngadirgo Village, Mijen Sub-District gained adequate insight and understanding so that later they can take care of land certification independently so as not to cause problems in the future. The land certificate bleaching program is also one of the main topics related to the socialization of land law as an effort to provide legal certainty and legal protection of community land rights based on the principles of simple, fast, smooth, safe, fair, equitable, and open and accountable so as to increase the welfare and prosperity of the community. and the country's economy as well as reducing and preventing land disputes and conflicts.

SDS (Private Elementary School) Duri Indah Jakarta is one of the educational institutions which until now has not been computerized. Both in terms of payment and in terms of financial activities. Inputting and other activities are still done manually and recorded in a book as processing of student data. Data storage that is being carried out at this time is also still archived in a ledger, causing teachers and principals to have to record one by one the names of their students as a whole who have paid so that this can result in erroneous information regarding student payment and savings data and makes it difficult for teachers to find and provide the necessary data. Based on this, a web-based SPP and Savings payment system is needed. The stages of system development in making this information system use the prototyping method which starts from the planning stage, the analysis stage, the design stage, and the implementation stage, in the future it is hoped that the system created will make it easier for schools to control tuition payments and student savings.
