The electronic media discussed in this paper are temporarily only focused on the use of internet media and professions which are currently trending. This is because it is the use of the internet that is currently the most popularly used by many people, apart from being something that can be categorized as something that is 'booming'. It should be underlined, with the existence of technological developments in the future, it is possible to use other network media besides the internet in e-commerce. So our thinking should not only be fixated on the mere use of internet media. Community service this time is to provide training/debriefing for students aged 13-17 years. The negative impact arising from the effectiveness of TikTok's social media has also made it impossible for them to play TikTok. Teenagers often lose track of time and neglect other work or become obsessed with the TikTok application itself. There is still a lot of content on the TikTok application that is not appropriate for teenagers to see. The positive impacts of using social media are as follows: a. Can make social media a means or media used to communicate with other users. Through this communication individuals can have a motivation to develop themselves to be better. For example, having a desire to study hard is obtained from the results of interpersonal communication with other users. b. Develop yourself by honing capacity through videos watched on social media. For example, by watching a video that has a moral message for the lives of teenagers, they should not give up in carrying out the educational process they are facing and continue to be enthusiastic and persistent in achieving all their desires. c. Can express emotions owned by teenagers through a post on social media. Apart from that, the existence of positive content on social media makes individuals have positive reinforcement to form better character or self-development. Meanwhile, the negative impact obtained from the use of social media which is used as a medium for strengthening character for adolescents can be seen through accessing the negative content chosen by teenagers. In this research, the writer or researcher uses qualitative researchers in order to get the right sources to develop hypotheses related to the subject or research topic. A proper qualitative approach involves analyzing and describing every source, information, and data in the literature. Qualitative research emphasizes the depth of data obtained by researchers. The deeper and more detailed the data obtained, the better the quality of this qualitative research. So, qualitative research is a research approach used by the author to describe information and data analysis that is relevant to the topic of discussion.

The future of youth is a very important period and very prone to failure,that is why it is important to have spritual guaidance and how is our role in approaching them to provide understending to youth.why is our role so important to them, because if we don’t set an example and don’t introduce Jesus Christ how will they know.Adolescence is a time when they want to know a lot of things,thoughts that still can’t distinguish which one is good or vice versa make decisions and do everything without thinking.So it’s not often that children experience failure when there is no one to guide and direct what is good and what is not. Failure in relationships even in their character both physically and spiritually. We just still need guidance from our parzents moreover they need us to direct them.

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten students with the use of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study used the ndust method by taking samples as many Students who use banking services at both banks. The data were analyzed using descriptive and t-test difference test. The results showed that the majority of students who were respondents preferred to use banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) rather than at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). The main reason stated is because Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) provides better services and is more in accordance with sharia principles. Overall, the level of student satisfaction with the use of banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is higher than at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). However, the results of the t-test difference test showed that there was no significant difference between the satisfaction of students who used banking services at the two banks. This research provides useful information for both banks to improve services and increase customer satisfaction, especially among students. In addition, this research can also be a reference for future research on customer satisfaction in the banking industry.  

Parents are the primary and first educators for their children, because it is from them that children first receive education. The role of parents as the main and first educators for children is also due to their heredity being destined to be parents who give birth. So naturally, like it or not, parents who are the main and first responsible for children can receive education. The parenting style of parents of children with special needs is very influential in the survival of children with special needs in the future, if parents cannot choose the right parenting style it will have an impact on the child's development process. Children with special needs are children who need extra attention from the people around them, both parents, teachers, relatives and peers. Children who have special needs do not have to be shunned or avoided but rather need to be approached and given assistance, so that the child's potential can develop properly. For children who experience health problems, both physically and mentally, special services should be given compared to other children. Likewise in learning activities, they must be provided with facilities and infrastructure according to their needs which can support the success of learning, especially to help their physical and mental development towards a better one.    

The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the performance of Islamic capital market instruments, especially Islamic mutual funds and Islamic stocks in Indonesia, in the 2010-2022 timeframe. The analytical method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with secondary data obtained by accessing publications issued by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The population in this study are all companies listed on the Islamic Stock Index (ISSI) and the entire number of Islamic mutual funds during the observation period 2010 – 2022. The results of this study reveal that the development of the performance of Islamic mutual funds and Islamic stocks has increased quite significantly. With a deeper understanding, it is expected to be able to provide recommendations and actualize relevant policies to improve the performance of Islamic capital market instruments in the future.

Education is one of the important things in human life. Where this indicates that every human being has the right to get a proper education and is also expected to develop in it. In general, education means a process in life to develop oneself in order to live life in the future. The role of education is very large in preparing and developing each individual to be able to compete with other individuals. In undergoing the learning process at school and at home, strengthening literacy and numeracy as well as technological adaptation is very important to do because this is one of the main things that can support and improve the quality of society.

Inclusive Education, Changing the Future for All Children Inclusive education is an approach in education that prioritizes the principles of equality and opportunity for all children, including those with special needs. This article discusses the concept of inclusive education, its goals, benefits, and challenges and opportunities in its implementation. Inclusive education involves the integration of children with special needs into regular educational settings, where they can learn together with their peers. It aims to create an inclusive environment, supporting the development and learning of children with special needs. This article describes the basic principles of inclusive education, including equal access, active participation, individual support, and collaboration. We also explain the benefits of inclusive education, such as increasing social skills, independence, and academic understanding for children with special needs, as well as benefits for children without special needs in developing empathy and understanding of diversity. However, the implementation of inclusive education is not easy. This article identifies some of the challenges faced in inclusive education, such as a lack of resources, a curriculum that is not fully inclusive, and a lack of knowledge and skills for teachers in dealing with the special needs of children. In addition, social stigma and stereotypes are also obstacles in creating an inclusive environment. This article also discusses the efforts that have been made to overcome these challenges. In many countries, governments have adopted inclusion policies that promote access and support for children with special needs. Educational institutions also play a role in creating an inclusive environment, such as providing friendly facilities for all children and training teachers in an inclusive approach. In addition, this article emphasizes the important role of parents in supporting inclusive education. Parents should become advocates for their children, collaborate with teachers and school staff and be actively involved in educational activities. With the support and cooperation of all stakeholders, inclusive education can become a reality that changes the future for all children. In conclusion, inclusive education is an important approach in creating a more inclusive and equitable future for all children. Although there are still many challenges that need to be overcome, through the commitment and cooperation of all parties, we can create an educational environment that welcomes and supports all children. With inclusive education, we open the door to equal opportunities for all children, regardless of background or special needs they.

The teaching profession is a unique profession because many skills are needed to carry out one's duties in preparing future generations. The ideal teacher is not only one who fulfills the requirements, e.g. for example, he may be smart and skilled or an expert in his field of knowledge, but most importantly, the teacher must be able to position himself as an agent of change. Therefore, the Christian teacher must assume personal, social, intellectual, moral and spiritual roles and responsibilities. The responsibility of the Christian religion teacher as an educator is to encourage, teach, lead, guide, train, assess and evaluate students to achieve the expected learning objectives and learning outcomes. Jesus as an example for Christian religion teachers should be the standard for every Christian educator. Therefore, it affects work during learning and leads to achievement for students. The responsibility of a Christian religious education teacher is to improve student learning achievement and provide learning motivation in order to achieve an achievement for each student. This study resulted in a conclusion that the responsibility of a teacher greatly influences the achievement of each student in the world of education.

Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Bank Credit Agreement is the most important guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement which is the main discussion in this Legal Writing. The method that the author uses in this legal research is normative juridical, where the documents used as guidelines in the preparation are primary legal documents and secondary legal documents. The Credit Guarantee in the Syndicated Credit Agreement that I will use is a credit guarantee with concession rights which includes toll road concession revenues, escrow accounts, and insurance claims. The Credit Guarantee is important to cover or guarantee the Creditors in the Syndicated Bank in the event of a default or bad credit or default from the Debtor. Collateral as regulated in Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law number 10 of 1998 concerning Amendments to Law number 7 of 1992 concerning Banking, guarantee is defined as "faith in faith and ability and ability of the customer or debtor to pay off the debt or return the financing as agreed. Credit guarantees (debts) as regulated in article 1131 of the Civil Code are "all objects of the debtor, both movable and immovable, both existing and those that will exist in the future, become dependents for all individual engagements". The credit guarantee that will be discussed in this legal writing is the credit guarantee in the Syndicate Credit Agreement or syndicate loan in the form of concessions. Concession is the granting of rights, permits, or land by the Government, companies, individuals, or other legal entities. The granting of concession rights is generally applied to the development of partnerships between the government and the private sector. Syndicated credit is one of the types of credit, but the difference in Syndicated Loans is related to the number of creditors. In the Syndicated Credit Agreement, the creditor is more than one creditor. This is related to the ethics that apply in society where sexual crime is an immoral act against children that should be protected by all parties, be it society, institutions or the government. Because it is related to the morals of the immoral act, the burden borne by the victim psychologically will affect the future of the child, so that the perpetrator of the crime cannot be accepted immediately to appear in public, thus causing sanctions after completion of sentencing

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.

AbstractThe global marketing perspective in international business is a necessary approach for companies operating in global markets. In the era of globalization, international business must understand and manage the challenges and opportunities that arise in the international market. Global marketing involves different strategies and tactics than domestic marketing, given the differences in culture, language, consumer preferences, and regulations in each country. This research aims to provide an overview of marketing in international business and to organize and classify the literature on marketing to clarify the importance of this tool and encourage future research in international business marketing (IBM) projections and the ubiquity of this tool's power in the hands of users. This research also focuses on companies that must be able to adapt their products and marketing messages to local preferences and the needs of consumers in each market and must have in-depth knowledge of international trade laws and regulations and develop effective cross-cultural communication skills. The global marketing perspective in international business is the key to a company's success in the global market. In an increasingly connected world, companies must be able to understand global markets, adapt their products and strategies, face existing challenges, and forge strategic partnerships. With the right approach, companies can achieve a competitive advantage in an increasingly complex global marketplace. Apart from that the contribution of research is also important to identify new challenges and opportunities for marketers, researchers and international companies and in terms of unraveling the existing contradictions, applying new theoretical frameworks to make better future decisions for large corporations, and providing higher quality research to new in the IBM context.  

Currently in an environment full of competition, the use of competitive advantage for companies must be very agile and adaptive. This research has the purpose of finding out that tourism development can also be said to be a process in order to improve and improve something that already exists. Tourism development can be in the form of development, maintenance and preservation of plants, infrastructure and other facilities. Three main principles in sustainability development: 1) Ecological Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out is in accordance with the existing ecological, biological, and diverse ecological processes. 2) Social and Cultural Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out has a positive impact on the life of the surrounding community and is in accordance with the culture and values that apply to the community. 3) Economic Sustainability, which is to ensure that the development carried out is economically efficient and that the resources used can survive for future needs.

This study aims to pinpoint the variables that affect how people make financial decisions in the future. Future financial decisions, saving choices, and trust in banking institutions are the three variables we use in this study. 197 junior high school teachers from the Bandung region participated in the study. Multivariate Regression is the analytical approach used, and it can be used to assess the influence of independent variables on dependent variables. The results demonstrate a strong positive relationship between current saving decision variables and future financial decision variables. Similar to this, varying levels of trust in financial organisations have a lot of favourable effects. These findings imply that people have a greater propensity to save when they are motivated to do so. People who have confidence in financial institutions will manage their money prudently going forward.    

Large organisations have many different interests, so there is often a lack of understanding of tasks and missions. This study identified several issues, including the impact of current elder performance in GPP Sukadono Helvetia, the condition of elder support that does not meet performance standards, the influence of management on performance, and the impact of elder workload on performance became the main focus of this study. This research is descriptive-inferential, where there are functional relationships. If leadership (X) is systematically related to employee performance (Y), then future phenomena are likely to be predicted and the results may propose new or additional hypotheses that can be tested. This study wants to reveal that there is a significant contribution between leadership effectiveness (X) and employee performance (Y), to the empirical contribution of 27.3%. This shows that leadership plays an important role in overcoming all challenges in the organisation. Elder leadership plays an important role of 27.3% in the performance of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. Then, this study also found that the role of management in this area has not been optimal, resulting in ineffectiveness in achieving the desired performance, especially in promoting learning and improving congregational performance. This study suggests that the role of management in the future should be more aligned with the management and effectiveness of GPP Sukadono Helvetia. This will ensure that the work of GPP Sukadono Helvetia elders is not only focussed on programme activities but also that the programme contributes to the overall success of the organisation.      

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. H.M Sampoerna Tbk based on financial ratio data from 2018 to 2022. The study adopts a quantitative approach using a descriptive study method by collecting and analyzing the company's financial data. Liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios are utilized to measure the financial performance of the company. The findings indicate that there are variations in the company's financial performance during the research period. Nonetheless, the company still records adequate net profit and returns. However, it is crucial for the company to enhance liquidity management, carefully manage debt, and improve operational efficiency to achieve sustainable growth in the future.

This research examines Islamic monetary policy, covering its theoretical foundations, implementation in various countries, and its impact and effectiveness. Islamic monetary policy, based on sharia principles such as the prohibition of usury, emphasis on the real sector, and profit-sharing principles, aims to create economic stability and socio-economic justice. Its implementation varies across countries, with some nations fully adopting Islamic financial systems and others using hybrid models. The research method used is a literature review involving the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various secondary sources such as books, journal articles, and relevant research reports. The results show that Islamic monetary policy is effective in controlling inflation, promoting sustainable economic growth, and enhancing financial stability. However, challenges remain in terms of standardizing practices across countries and integration with the global financial system. This study emphasizes the importance of innovation in Islamic financial instruments and increased international cooperation to enhance the effectiveness of Islamic monetary policy in the future.

The problem encountered by the Kenongo Sari Farmer Group in Purwosari Village, Sukorejo District, Kendal Regenc is the marketing aspect where coffee products for hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops were disrupted due to the effects of the Covid 19 Post Pandemic, where there was a decrease in turnover due to the closure of the coffee industry from upstream to downstream. In addition, the coffee produced by farmer groups located at the base of Prau Mount with a height of 1000 to 1400 MASL  is less well known among Indonesian coffee connoisseurs, because the name Kenjur Coffee lacks promotion. Therefore this community service activity is carried out to promote and elevate the potential of Kenjur Cofee through the preparation of a digital marketing strategy. The method used is business assistance in creating social media, product branding, and conducting training for members. From the results of this 6-month assistance, it was obtained that there was a change in the mindset of business owners in implementing digital technology, having digital skills, and having media for promotion and marketing: Instagram social media, Google My Business, new logo, and new packaging. In the future, it is hoped that community service partners can increase turnover and have a wider range of product marketing  

This study examines the effectiveness of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education in enhancing problem-solving skills among high school students. With the increasing demand for critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in the workforce, STEM education has become a crucial approach to preparing students for future challenges. The study aims to evaluate how project-based STEM curricula impact students' creativity, analytical skills, and overall problem-solving capabilities. Using a quasi-experimental design with a control group, the research was conducted with high school students who participated in STEM-based lessons involving the 5E instructional model. Data collection involved pre- and post-tests, classroom observations, and semi-structured interviews to measure changes in student skills. The findings indicate that students exposed to STEM education demonstrated significant improvements in problem-solving, creativity, and analytical thinking compared to their peers in traditional lecture-based classes. The study highlights the advantages of project-based learning in promoting active student engagement and fostering skills necessary for addressing real-world problems. These results suggest that STEM education can be more effective than traditional methods in cultivating essential 21st-century skills. The study recommends the broader implementation of STEM strategies in secondary education and further exploration of the long-term impact of STEM learning on various skills required in the professional world.
