The development of a Website-Based Sarto Sapi Kiosk Sales System in writing this thesis is carried out to improve efficiency and service quality in the process of selling Sarto Sapi kiosk products, and to explain the importance of adopting website technology in the sales business to increase accessibility and convenience for customers. The goal of this development is to create a sales system that is responsive, intuitive and integrated with the inventory system. The development method used includes analysis of user needs, responsive user interface design, and integration with an accurate inventory system. The result of this development is a website-based Sarto Sapi kiosk sales system that is equipped with product search features, shopping carts, and a secure online payment system. This system also allows kiosk owners to manage and update products, as well as track sales and financial reports. The output of this development is increased operational efficiency and growth of the Sarto Sapi kiosk business through the adoption of modern website technology..

This research is entitled The Role of Administration in Archives Management in Gebang Private Vocational High School (SMK). The formulation of the problem in this study include: how is the role of administration in the management of school archives in Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District and how are the obstacles faced in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational School in Gebang District and the solutions. The expected benefits of this research include: adding insight and knowledge, especially in the field of education and knowing how the role of the administrative section in managing school archives at the Gebang Private Vocational School, Gebang District with the actual conditions in the field. This research uses the Field Research research method (field research) using a descriptive qualitative research approach. The research results obtained in this study include: The role of administration in the management of school archives is very good. The role of school administration includes, firstly, the head of administration as the person in charge of administrative operations in charge of coordinating all administrative activities, serving, assisting, and fulfilling or providing matters relating to educational information in schools. Second, is as a school education staff. The head of administration is very competent in his field and is responsible for his duties. The head of administration is already professional in carrying out his duties in the administrative section so that it is much more effective. In terms of staff development, school principals and administrative heads of Gebang Private Vocational Schools have done various things, namely involving staff in activities, such as training, upgrading, seminars and workshops. The most important administrative role is as an educational staff and as a provider of information regarding the management of records in schools, as well as being able to work together with all staff in preparing plans for managing school records. The problems that exist in the administrative section in managing school archives at Gebang Private Vocational Schools, first, lack of facilities and infrastructure for archive storage because the number of archives is increasing continuously. Second, schools use a lot of non-permanent education personnel. As has been explained, the head of school administration is the one who helps carry out the main work to achieve school goals. The solution needed from problems in managing school archives is first, by carrying out maintenance and prevention of damage to archive storage devices. secondly, the required facilities must have met the requirements, such as a large room, complete archive storage equipment and sufficient for storage of archives that are increasing in volume from time to time. third, the staff who manages the archives have met the requirements so that they are responsible for carrying out their work in accordance with their respective duties.

Financing is an important component in providing education. Education costs are the amount of money generated and spent on various educational equipment which includes teacher salaries, facilities and infrastructure, administrative activities, education management activities, procurement of tools and textbooks, extracurricular activities and so on. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of utilizing financing sources in Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and observations. Financing is the most crucial thing that must be faced by education providers. In order for educational goals to be achieved, the management of education funds must be carried out properly and appropriately. This research was held at Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya, because researchers wanted to know the sources of education financing in private schools and their utilization. The results showed that the utilization of funding sources for Ta'miriyah High School Surabaya, both from School Operational Assistance funds, Operational Support Costs for Education Implementation, and Education Development Contribution funds were quite effective both in terms of personnel and non-personnel

 In Indonesia, there must be a business entity that plays a role in creating an advanced, just and prosperous society, which prioritizes mutual welfare, and a form of business called a cooperative.  One of the cooperative performance indicators that is important to analyze is the remaining results of operations, which can be used as a source of income for the cooperative and its members.  Through this analysis, it is hoped that detailed and comprehensive information can be obtained regarding the performance of cooperatives in the province of East Java, especially in terms of remaining operating results.  This information can be used as a reference for cooperatives and the government in formulating more appropriate strategies and policies in developing cooperatives in the region, as well as encouraging more inclusive and sustainable economic growth.  In the economic structure of this province, there are two types of cooperatives that play an important role, namely sharia cooperatives and conventional cooperatives.  One of the provinces in Indonesia that has a large number of cooperatives is East Java.  Such as consumer cooperatives, savings and loan cooperatives, agricultural cooperatives, farmer cooperatives, fishing cooperatives, credit cooperatives, producer cooperatives, and a large number of other types of cooperatives are among the many types of cooperatives.  In East Java, there are various cooperatives that have succeeded in increasing the welfare of members through good and efficient business management.  Apart from own capital, there is also capital from outside the cooperative which affects the SHU level in East Java Province.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

Group companies grow and develop and many group companies cannot be controlled so that they can result in monopolies. The monopoly will occur in networks or business relationships owned by group companies. This relationship can be understood as a legal entity that has a relationship within the grub company. This research method uses normative research, where normative legal research is research by collecting secondary data that is in accordance with the problem to be studied and then processed. The results of this study explain that the responbility of the holding company to its subsidiaries in group companies is a legal relationship related to the parent and subsidiary companyes. This legal relationship after the merger, the parent company has the authority as the majority shareholder of the subsidiary. Therefore the parent company will control the operation of the subsidiary. The parent and subsidiary companies have different articles of a of association are a positive law where if the articles of association are violated it will result in the cancellation of the transaction. If the subsidiary is sued and the subsidiary violates the law, the party who is aggrieved will be sued, namely the subsidiary because based on the law, the subsidiary has its own responbilities in running the company.

The concept of worship in both the Old and New Testaments is the same concept. The Hebrew word for century and the Greek for the beginning of latreia denote the occupation of slaves. And to perform "worship". Before Allah, then His servants must bow down in fear of adoration full of awe, awe and respect. This is the concept behind one's operation in every sacrificial activity in every ministry. Likewise with the implementation of public worship believing in the Lord Jesus. Human sacrifices given as thanksgiving offerings to God are part of worship. No after service offers. This is because the offer is not simply a symbol of giving with what one has, whether in money, or in kind, or in some other way. But the best thing about an offer is that to whom the offer is made the Lord Jesus must be based on faith or the right foundation of a gift from someone else or for some other purpose. Almost all forms of worship are carried out by Sunday schools for children, youth, youth, mothers, fathers, parents, Sunday services and other services bringing offerings of thanks for being part of the service. But the gift must be well understood and taken seriously.

SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

The process of healing a good cesarean section wound is the return of the former abdominal wall incision and the general recovery of the mother's condition as before. At RSHB in 2022 the number of cesarean section deliveries is 80% per 55 deliveries, a poor healing process will cause infection in the wound area so that mothers will be delayed in caring for their children. This study aims to determine the relationship between early mobilization and wound healing process by cesarean section at RSHB.This study uses analytic observation, data collection techniques using observation sheets. The population in this study were post-cesarean section mothers at RSHB, when the researcher was in April 2022. The sampling technique was accidental sampling which was carried out by meeting or visiting as many as 30 people. Data processing is done through the process of editing, coding, tabulating, scoring and analysis.The results of the study found that there were 5 people (16.65%) who did not mobilize and 20 people (66.7%) did mobilization and 5 (16.65%) people did not experience a good healing process. The result of the chi-square test has a result of 0.00, which means that Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, so there is a significant relationship between early mobilization and the wound healing process for cesarean section surgery.The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between early mobilization and the process of wound healing by cesarean section at RSHB. It is hoped that health workers will apply more early mobilization.

In companies, office administration systems have an important role, especially warehousing administration in the warehouse section that handles inventory. Warehousing administration in the warehouse department is the spearhead of all records of incoming and outgoing goods. PT. Transkon Jaya has a warehouse section that handles spare parts inventory for vehicles or equipment that is rented, the inaccuracy of data in recording administration at the warehouse will have an impact on the company's operations. Based on the description above, the authors conducted a study entitled Analysis of Warehouse Administration Systems at the Warehouse Department at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, Balikpapan City. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Research which uses comparative analysis techniques through literature study, observation, and interviews. From the results of research and analysis, it can be concluded that the warehousing administration system in the Warehouse Department at PT. Transkon Jaya Tbk Balikpapan uses 2 (two) mechanisms, namely a computerized mechanism that uses the MYOB application and a manual mechanism. However, the application used is an accounting computer application, not an application specifically for inventory administration, which can provide information regarding the location of goods, the number of goods, the date of goods coming in, the date of goods left, and the amount of stock in the warehouse in real-time.

Research to better understand the real estate and plantation market in Indonesia, analyze the factors that affect returns on investment, and make policy recommendations that can improve efficiency and productivity in these areas. Combined quantitative research was conducted to investigate liquidity, leverage, and company size to determine the relationship between these variables. One factor that affects a business's value is its profitability, which can be measured from the profits generated by the company every year. If the company is very productive and profits increase, it will attract investors, and the value of the company will grow. Profitability is the ability to generate profits from sales or investments, while liquidity is the ability to pay short-term obligations on time. Leverage measures how well a company uses debt to finance its operations, and company size is the company's total market value.

. Fraction is one of the materials in mathematics subject in class VII odd semester, which students must master well. Because this material continues from elementary school. Fraction is related to every day, and many problems use the concept of fractions. The research aims to describe the errors according to Newman's procedure, which students carry out to solve the issues. The methods used in data collection were tests and interviews. The written examination was given to class VII 15 students as the subject. The test questions consist of 4 item description questions, then from the results of the written test of 5 students who made mistakes according to the Newman procedure. The results of research that have been carried out on students according to Newman's approach in solving fractions questions as indicated by the results of their daily tests, the most frequent error is the process skill error and encoding error with a percentage of 58,33%, the transformation error is 51,66%, comprehension error 41,66% and the last percentage of reading error 25 %. The causes of student errors include being unable to read correctly, not understanding fractions, and being unable to determine the formula or steps to use, such as making mistakes in the calculation process and writing wrong information or answers.

Practical work at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction is carried out in the Maintenance division, especially the electrical parts. In practice, the authors conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company, especially field research that discussed the upper cylinder control system based on programmable logic control in the section mill area at PT. Krakatau Steel Construction. . In this study using field research techniques where the author conducted field research by participating directly in the process of caring for and maintaining each machine instrument used by the company accompanied by industrial supervisors and maintenance division employees for 1 month.

The purpose of this study is to explore various aspects of Container Handling and Arrangement at PT. Terminal Peti Kemas (TPK) Pelindo Belawan in the context of the modern logistics industry. This study will discuss the latest methods and technologies used in container management, as well as their impact on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Container handling and arrangement are important components in international trade, so they require careful planning and implementation. By investing in new equipment, implementing automation technology, developing efficient logistics systems, and providing training and development programs, ports can improve efficiency and effectiveness in container handling and arrangement. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through field research, direct interviews with the company and secondary data obtained from books and journals in the library (library research) or other reading sources related to the subject matter taken.

This study aims to analyze the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and MVSM (Maintenance Value Stream Mapping) strategies implemented by PT. XYZ in machine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM is used to reduce equipment failures and ensure that each physical item or system is functioning as intended. Meanwhile, MVSM is used to identify waste in maintenance activities and perform repair analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that PT. XYZ has implemented the RCM and MVSM strategies effectively in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM implementation helps to reduce machine failure and increase machine reliability. Meanwhile, MVSM helps identify and overcome waste in maintenance activities. In conclusion, the RCM and MVSM strategies are effective approaches in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of a planned and structured maintenance strategy in improving engine performance. The recommendation for future research is to involve more departments and measure the impact of RCM and MVSM strategies on overall operational productivity and efficiency.

The lack of utilization of existing digital marketing is one of the problems that exist for business actors who are doing competition. After Covid-19, consumers who are already familiar with the digital era are very used to the convenience of technological facilities that assist in every transaction activity that is carried out, such as when we are going to shop for clothes or food to choose the menu or model we want. want, we don't have to come to the seller's place, just look at the seller's social media, website, or e-commerce(Danny and Robin, n.d.). If business people can no longer follow the existing trends, then our products will lose competitiveness with other people's products that are easy to reach. There are many kinds of marketing strategies, one of which is the use of quite a lot of digital marketing.
