This research aims to investigate the role of educational administration systems in enhancing school quality. Employing a qualitative approach, data were gathered through interviews with school administrators, teachers, and educational staff. The analysis revealed that the effective implementation of administrative systems has a positive impact on school performance. This article discusses these findings and provides suggestions for further improvements in educational management at the school level. These findings have significant implications for the development and enhancement of educational quality within the school environment.

The exploration of policies for the conservation of marine biodiversity in the management of natural resources (SDA) in Indonesia emphasizes the urgency of preserving marine biodiversity in the world's largest archipelagic country. Challenges such as illegal fishing, environmental degradation, and a lack of institutional coordination take center stage. With the aim of identifying barriers and opportunities for policy implementation, this study analyzes models of natural resource management using a qualitative approach through literature review. The study focuses on theories of conservation, natural resource management, and international collaboration. The findings highlight the complexity of policy issues and practices in managing marine natural resources, including an evaluation of the "Community-Based Folley Sea Sasi Management" and "Blue Economy Implementation" models. The recommendations put forward involve enhancing supervision, strengthening international collaboration, and implementing advanced technologies. The implications of these findings are expected to support the formulation of more effective policies and efforts to conserve marine biodiversity in Indonesia.

Digital transformation has changed the paradigm in the world of education, having a significant impact on learning and teaching methods. This article discusses key aspects of this transformation, such as greater information accessibility, the development of 21st century skills, digital literacy, and various forms of online, distance, personalized and lifelong learning. Digital assessments have also become an important element in measuring student progress. This transformation not only brings opportunities, but also challenges that require collaboration, innovation and interesting learning experiences. The importance of understanding the implications of digital transformation in the world of education is emphasized to face rapid technological changes. The research method used is library research which comes from books and journals, so that the truth can be verified. Technological advances will bring many changes, information will arrive very quickly, learning will be easy to do, making interaction easier.

This research focuses on identifying and analyzing risks that can affect the implementation of housing construction projects in response to increasing population. A survey method using a questionnaire was used to collect data from stakeholders regarding housing construction projects. The results of risk identification based on events and consequences show that K3L and bureaucratic, natural and information aspects are high risks based on events, while social and location, external, planning and implementation management aspects are significant risks based on events. Based on consequences, natural aspects and government policies are considered high risk, while social, location and internal aspects are considered significant risk. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) confirmed these findings. The implications of the results of this research include the need to adopt proactive strategies in risk management, strengthening capacity in dealing with critical risks, government involvement in addressing policy and natural risks, as well as emphasizing social and location aspects in planning and implementing housing construction projects. These findings can serve as a basis for improving risk management in the context of uncertainty in the implementation of residential construction projects and the development of more effective industrial policies.

This research aims to determine the legal protection for creditors if the fiduciary guarantee deed is not registered by a notary, and the legal implications if the fiduciary guarantee is not registered by a notary. The method used in this research uses the Juridical Sociology method.The results of the research show that a fiduciary agreement which makes the object of collateral (in the form of objects) in a subsidiary agreement (acessoir) of the main agreement has weak legal protection for creditors if the agreement is not registered by a Notary through the Fiduciary Guarantee Institute, as stipulated in the Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees. The legal implications for creditors' rights because they do not comply with the principle of publicity as per the applicable consensus, in this case is Law Number 42 of 1999 concerning Fiduciary Guarantees which regulates Preferential Rights and Executorial Rights.For the implementation of financing by making objects into objects, an agreement process should be carried out in accordance with the Fiduciary Guarantee consensus by referring to Law Number 42 of 1999, by fulfilling the principle of publicity as the main legal principle in material guarantee law.

This research aims to analyze the Arabic-Malay script learning process in class V at MIS YPI Batangkuis using descriptive qualitative methods. The research method in this study was carried out using 2 (two) data collection techniques, namely interviews and observation. The objects of this research were 30 students in class IV MIS YPI Batangkuis. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out using tests and questionnaires which took place face to face with students. Data analysis methods include assessing writing test scores, calculating the percentage of reading ability, as well as evaluating overall results to understand the effectiveness of teaching Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide a more comprehensive view of the teaching strategies that best support Arabic-Malay language learning in the fifth grade environment of MIS YPI Batangkuis. The results of this research can be a reflection to improve existing teaching methods. By understanding the successes and challenges in the learning process, more effective strategies can be developed to improve students' understanding of Arabic-Malay. It is hoped that the implications of this research can help develop better teaching guidelines and improve the quality of Arabic-Malay language education at a broader level.

Accounting for foreign currency transactions is an important aspect in the scope of corporate finance, especially in the context of business globalization. PSAK 10 (Statement of Financial Accounting Standards) regulates this aspect and provides guidelines on how companies should account for transactions in foreign currencies as well as related financial reporting. This research explores the implementation of PSAK 10 in preparing financial reports, with a focus on foreign currency transactions. In PSAK 10, companies are directed to use the foreign currency exchange rate on the transaction date to measure transactions in foreign currency. In addition, significant changes in foreign currency exchange rates after the transaction date are also taken into account and recognized as exchange gain or loss. A deep understanding of the application of these provisions is crucial so that financial reports accurately reflect the company's financial position. Through literature research and analysis of accounting practices, this article investigates how companies effectively manage foreign currency risks and present relevant and reliable information in their financial reports. A comparison between the methods used by companies in implementing PSAK 10 and best practices in the industry is explained to provide a comprehensive picture. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide in-depth insight into the challenges, opportunities and best policies in dealing with foreign currency transactions based on PSAK 10. The practical implications of compliance with this standard, as well as the potential impact on corporate financial decisions, will also be reviewed. With a better understanding of foreign currency transaction accounting, companies are expected to improve the quality and credibility of their financial reports in an ever-expanding global market.

This research aims to explore the views of Fikih Siasah on acts of terrorism within the context of Islam and their implications for security and social justice. In pursuit of this goal, we employ a literature review methodology as our research framework. This research discusses the role of character education management in shaping the morals of students at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu. The research background highlights the urgent need for character formation amidst the complexity of global challenges. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of character education management on the moral development of students. The research method uses a qualitative approach and library research involving researchers as key instruments. Data was collected through interviews and content analysis, with research carried out at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu. It is hoped that the research findings will provide in-depth insight into the implementation of character education management in the school. The implications of this research include recommendations for expanding data collection methods, involving the perspectives of parents and students, and detailing the steps of the character education management model. It is hoped that the research results can provide a concrete basis for developing a more effective character education program at MIS Cendikia Insani Al-Washliyah Sukamandi Hulu.

The research aims to analyze the understanding of emotional development in babies, how cognitive development in babies is, what the risks or dangers are to babies, and what are the implications of infancy development in counseling services. The research method used in this research is library research. It is a search and research of literature by reading and reviewing various journals. Data collection techniques use library research in the form of books, journals and other studies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that babies' emotions are very susceptible to habituation, there are several differences in this pattern and also in the stimuli that cause it. development of understanding. Infant perception through sensory explanations. Like babies looking, feeling, smelling, and painting all objects within their reach. Maturation during infancy usually occurs through direct experience with the environment and interaction with objects and people around them. Dangers during infancy can be physical dangers and psychological dangers. Physical dangers such as excessive crying, it could also be a baby suffering from brain damage or other birth defects. And psychological dangers such as emotional dangers, this usually occurs because a lack of love from parents towards the baby can give rise to unstable emotions in the baby. The implication of development during infancy in counseling services is to ensure the baby's development and provide services according to the baby's condition.

This research is intended to investigate the factors that influence students' ability to complete learning well. The research method applied involves secondary data analysis from several related studies, surveys, and interviews with teachers and students. The research results show that elements such as teaching methods, student motivation, parental support, and availability of learning resources have a central role in the ability to complete learning. The use of innovative and student-focused teaching methods has proven successful in increasing students' understanding and interest in learning. Student motivation, whether it originates from the student or is stimulated by the teacher, has a positive impact on student learning efforts. Parental support and the availability of adequate learning resources also contribute to creating a supportive learning environment. In addition to these factors, this research highlights the importance of a holistic approach to learning, where students' emotional, social and psychological aspects are considered in a balanced manner. Therefore, the ability to complete learning includes not only academic achievement, but also the development of relevant life skills. The results of this research contribute to our understanding of how to improve the education system to be more effective in helping students achieve optimal learning completion abilities. Practical implications of this research involve expanding innovative teaching approaches, increasing parental support, and increasing access to learning resources. Thus, learning is not only a process, but also an achievement that has a positive impact on students' lives in the long term.

A multidisciplinary approach is a method in education that combines various disciplines to create a better understanding. This approach recognizes that the real world is not divided into separate categories of knowledge, therefore it tries to bring together various disciplines so that students can see the connections between concepts.  This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the multidisciplinary approach method in the context of learning at the primary school level. The background of this research is based on the need to develop a holistic learning approach that suits the needs of today's children. A literature study was conducted to determine the concept of multidisciplinary approach and its impact on learning achievement and development of primary school children. The literature study method was used to collect, review and synthesize related research findings. This research is expected to provide in-depth insight into the potential application of the multidisciplinary approach in learning at the primary school level. The practical implications of the findings can provide direction for the development of more effective curriculum and teaching methods at the primary school level.   

The Indonesian Muslim Scholars Association (ICMI) is a community organization that is Islamic, Indonesian, cultural, scientific, and intellectual. ICMI aspires to realize a moral and competitive civil society life order, so that it is prosperous outwardly and mentally. This research was motivated by the curiosity of researchers to find out the contribution of ICMI Wonosobo Regency to the lives of Muslims in Wonosobo. This paper is a qualitative field research, and is analyzed excitively. Conducted on Thursday, November 23, 2023 in Wonosobo Regency, with the object of research ICMI Regional Deliberation VII Wonosobo Regency Regional Organization, and the research subjects consisted of the activity committee, ICMI Wonosobo regency administrators, and several organizations, which involved 27 responses. The results of this activity show that the existence of the Indonesian Muslim Scholars Association (ICMI) in Wonosobo Regency implicitly has an impact on the community through inspiration. The idea emerged from the Indonesian Muslim Scholars Association in Wonosobo Regency to be able to advance Muslims themselves. The real impact can be proven by the large number of cadres of the Association of Scholars who enter the government bureaucracy with expertise in their respective fields. The conclusion focuses on the importance of the Indonesian Association of Muslim Scholars and its contribution and implications for the expansion of community empowerment in the social domain of the community. This research contributes to more specific future research directions and their contribution to sustainable human resource development.

Findings and discussions provide a comprehensive analysis, integrating visuals for clarity. Implications, both theoretical and practical, offer valuable insights. The conclusion succinctly summarizes the findings and provides recommendations, contributing significantly to discussions on responsive education.

This article discusses the Indonesia-Malaysia maritime boundary agreement reached in 2023. This paper uses a literature review method to analyze the historical and political context that guided the maritime boundary negotiations between the two countries, particularly highlighting the role of diplomacy and foreign policy in reaching the agreement. Furthermore, it explores the legal aspects of the maritime boundary agreement and its impact on territorial claims, sovereignty and natural resource exploration rights. In the context of international relations, the article discusses how the boundary agreement may affect regional dynamics in Southeast Asia, focusing on the roles of Indonesia and Malaysia as key actors in maritime security and economic development in the region. Comparisons with similar issues in the Asia Pacific region provide a broader perspective on the global implications of this agreement. In addition, this article explores the potential for bilateral collaboration in the areas of security, fisheries surveillance and marine disaster management. Sustainable utilization of natural resources and economic development through maritime cooperation are an important focus, with an emphasis on establishing equitable and sustainable exclusive economic zones. By analyzing all these aspects, this article aims to provide a deep insight into the prospects of maritime relations between Indonesia and Malaysia post the 2023 maritime boundary agreement, as well as provide policy recommendations to strengthen the two countries' cooperation in the maritime field.

Peanuts are a typical snack from the city of Bagansiapiapi, the basic ingredient of which is made from peanuts. The aim of this research is to carry out an in-depth analysis of the role of peanuts as a method used in an effort to create the best results in order to get quality improvement, for this research the author using research methods (qualitative methods). This research involves a survey of industrial practitioners who apply the hitting nut technique in the context of improving product quality. The research results show that hitting nuts has become a significant approach in quality improvement strategies. The author wants this research to provide in-depth insight into the potential of peanuts as a strategic tool to achieve quality improvement goals. The practical implications of this research may be useful for organizations to better understand the dynamics of hitting nuts and design more effective strategies in improving product quality. Not only that, the author wants to make an important contribution to the quality management literature and provide a basis for further research in the development of innovative quality strategies.  

Vote buying is a phenomenon that is often found in the arena of political contestation. However, there is a unique phenomenon in the 2020 Regional Head Election for Wonosobo Regency, which consists of one pair of candidates against an empty box. In the election (Pilkada), there was no indication of its use of money politics or vote buying, either by the candidate pair or the empty box support team. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of the people of Wonosobo Regency, who are familiar with the phenomenon of vote buying but have yet to find it in the 2020 Pilkada. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that three main components become symptoms and can indicate public perceptions of their absence of vote buying in the Pilkada of Wonosobo Regency in 2020. First, the cognitive component includes public knowledge and its implications for the view that there is no vote buying. Second, the affective component indicates a positive emotional aspect of vote buying. Third, the cognitive component that influences positive action after the above expectations of vote buying are not fulfilled.

The research method involves interviews with sources to understand how to overcome organizational problems before aeend during leadership. The results of the interview highlight participatory strategies in problem solving and wise evaluation after holding the position of chairman. The resource person emphasized the importance of effective time allocation to manage responsibilities amidst busy schedules, by prioritizing what needs to come first.Furthermore, this research describes the real practice of the IPPNU Chair in proving religious responsibility. Prioritizing religious aspects, such as prioritizing prayers before events, becomes concrete actions that support organizational values. These findings provide an understanding of how religious values ​​can be manifested in real daily actions and contribute to strong leadership.In conclusion, this research details the significant role of leadership and religious values ​​in managing an organization like IPPNU. The implications of these findings can help develop better leadership strategies and strengthen the quality of religious organizations to face internal and external dynamics.
