In today's digital era, social media has become an integral part of everyday life, especially for younger generations such as students. Platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook facilitate fast and interactive communication, but often encourage the use of informal language such as abbreviations or emojis. This contrasts with the demands of the academic world. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media use on students' language styles in the academic world. The research method used was quantitative, namely observation. Observations were conducted to determine students' communication patterns on digital platforms (such as class WhatsApp group chats and comments on social media). The results showed a strong tendency to use slang, non-standard abbreviations, and code-mixing, carried over from social media habits into formal academic contexts. This phenomenon has contributed to the erosion of the boundaries between informal and formal language styles among students. This study concludes the need to strengthen formal language literacy to maintain professional communication in the academic world.

This study aims to examine how the implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) carried out by Friendshub contributes to building and strengthening brand awareness. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach and a case study method, data were collected through in-depth interviews with the core team of Friendshub and documentation of marketing activities, which were then thematically analyzed to explore communication patterns and creative strategies applied. The findings reveal that Friendshub integrates six elements of IMC as proposed by Belch and Belch (2021)—advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling, direct marketing, and digital/interactive marketing—implemented across various channels such as social media, WhatsApp, email blasts, and event organization that emphasizes direct experiential engagement. The success of this implementation is supported by close communication with clients, consistent visual identity, and the adaptability of messages to audience needs, while challenges include limited budgets, dependence on client briefs, and short execution timelines. These findings highlight that consistent, creative, and adaptive IMC practices are not only effective in enhancing brand awareness but also in strengthening long-term relationships between Friendshub as a brand and its audience, thereby contributing positively to the sustainability of its image and corporate growth.

Population growth and changing consumption patterns have led to a continuous increase in waste generation, with household organic waste being the dominant component in Bantul Regency. Low levels of public knowledge and awareness regarding waste management are also contributing factors. One environmentally friendly alternative for organic waste management is the use of Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae, which have high bioconversion capabilities. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of housewives in managing household organic waste using BSF maggots. The activity was carried out in RT 01, Mojosari Hamlet, Baturetno Village, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, involving 20 participants. The implementation method included a site survey, material delivery, an introduction to the life cycle and benefits of BSF maggots, an explanation of waste sorting, maggot feeding, and post-activity observations. However, limitations in maggot maintenance techniques persisted, requiring ongoing mentoring. This activity contributes to reducing waste generation at its source and supports sustainable household waste management based on community participation.

Unhealthy dietary patterns are usually associated with the consumption of purine-rich foods. These foods can increase blood uric acid levels because dietary purines are metabolized into uric acid. This study aims to examine the relationship between dietary patterns and uric acid levels among community members in Baitussalam Health Center, Aceh Besar. This research employed a quantitative, analytical-descriptive design and a cross-sectional method. The study consisted of individuals diagnosed with gout at Baitussalam Health Center. The population consisted of 453 patients. The sample was 81 patients selected using accidental sampling technique. The data were collected using a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ. The uric acid levels were measured using an Auto-check device. Univariate and bivariate analyses were performed, with the Chi-square test used to determine the association between variables. The findings showed that 35 respondents with good dietary patterns (85.4%), 6 respondents had normal uric acid levels (14.6%) and 35 repsondent had abnormal levels (87.5). In contrast, among those with poor dietary patterns had bad dietary intake 40 respondents with 5 respondents (12.5%) had normal uric acid levels, while 35 respondents (87.5%) had abnormal level. Bivariate analysis revealed a p-value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected. These results prove a significant relationship between dietary patterns and uric acid levels. This study recommends that community members improve their dietary habits by consuming low-purine foods such as fruits, green vegetables, eggs, low-fat milk, and carbohydrate sources (e.g., rice and potatoes). Increasing water consumption is highly recommended to help reduce uric acid levels.

The legal relationship between doctors and patients is essentially based on an obligation of effort (inspanningverbintenis), rather than an obligation of result (resultaatverbintenis). In practice, however, dissatisfaction with the outcomes of medical services often leads to criminal reports alleging medical negligence, which implies the criminalization of healthcare professionals. On the other hand, Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health and the Regulation of the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2021 provide broader opportunities for the application of restorative justice in resolving criminal cases, including medical negligence. This research aims to analyze the criteria for applying restorative justice in medical negligence cases at the investigation level, examine resolution patterns oriented toward recovery and justice for all parties, and identify the obstacles faced by investigators in implementing this mechanism. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach, conducted through a review of legislation, legal doctrines, and expert opinions in the fields of health law and criminal law. The results indicate that the application of restorative justice in medical negligence cases can, in principle, be carried out as long as it meets the formal and material requirements as regulated in Police Regulation No. 8 of 2021, and aligns with the restorative resolution paradigm promoted by Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health. Resolution patterns oriented toward mediation, reconciliation, and reparation are considered more capable of achieving substantive justice for victims while providing protection for medical personnel who lack mens rea. Nevertheless, the implementation of restorative justice at the investigation level still faces various obstacles, including subjectivity in determining compensation, differing understandings among law enforcement officers regarding the boundary between professional error and criminal offense, disagreement between parties, and the pressure of public opinion and social media. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, increase the capacity of investigators, and harmonize understanding among stakeholders to optimize the application of restorative justice in medical negligence cases.

This study analyzes the strategy of the Community Monitoring Group (Pokmaswas) in developing mangrove forests in Pelambung Village, Tanjung Balai Karimun, Riau Islands. This study aims to explore Pokmaswas management patterns and their impacts on local communities and coastal ecosystems. Mangrove forests play a crucial role in maintaining ecosystem balance, protecting coasts from abrasion, flooding, and storms, and supporting the biodiversity of fish, shrimp, and crabs. In Indonesia, mangrove area has decreased drastically from 5.2 million hectares in 1982 to around 2.5 million hectares due to land conversion, logging, and pollution. In Pelambung Village, Pokmaswas, established in 2023, began rehabilitation by planting 5,000 mangrove seedlings such as Rhizophora (mangrove), Avicennia (api-api), and Sonneratia. This qualitative, descriptive study, using observation, local community interviews, and documentation techniques, was conducted from July to August 2024. The Community Development Group (Pokmaswas) is active in nursery, harvesting, maintenance, monitoring, and ecotourism development, generating economic benefits (job creation, mangrove coffee MSMEs and miniature canoes), ecological benefits (protection from abrasion, increased fisherman's catch), and biological benefits (marine biota habitat). Challenges include limited funding, pest attacks, and integration with regional development.

Dynamics of social interaction within the alleyways of urban neighborhoods, which serve as unique social spaces amid the ongoing processes of modernization. Conducted in the alleyways of Makassar City, this research employs an ethnographic approach through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and field note documentation. The findings reveal that alleyways function not only as physical pathways but also as vibrant social arenas where communal activities—such as neighborhood gatherings, mutual aid, and small-scale household economies—take place. Modernization introduces significant changes to these patterns of interaction. On one hand, infrastructural development, technological penetration, and increased mobility foster new forms of interaction that are more practical and individualistic. On the other hand, core values of solidarity, including mutual support and close neighborly relations, continue to persist through community-based initiatives, local empowerment programs, and informal shared activities. The study concludes that alleyways represent hybrid social spaces where tradition and modernity intersect, demonstrating residents’ efforts to maintain social cohesion despite the pressures of social change. These findings are expected to contribute to policy development and inform local authorities in designing culturally sensitive alleyway development programs.

The rapid growth of e-commerce has intensified the need to understand transaction patterns and customer purchasing behavior as a foundation for strategic decision-making. This study aims to analyze e-commerce transaction patterns and customer purchasing behavior based on demographic characteristics and transaction timing. By utilizing e-commerce transaction data, this research seeks to provide a more comprehensive understanding of customers’ purchasing tendencies and the factors influencing their behavior. This study employs Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) as the primary method to descriptively explore data characteristics through various statistical visualizations, including histograms, bar charts, line graphs, and boxplots. The analysis conducted to identify transaction trends, the distribution of purchase values, and behavioral differences across demographic groups and specific time periods. The results indicate that e-commerce transaction patterns tend to increase during certain periods, particularly in the latter part of the observation timeframe, suggesting the influence of seasonal factors and promotional strategies. The distribution of transaction values is asymmetric, with most transactions occurring in the low to medium value range, while high-value transactions are conducted by a relatively small proportion of customers. Furthermore, variations in purchasing behavior are observed across demographic groups in terms of transaction frequency and value, despite relatively balanced transaction volumes. The findings confirm that e-commerce customer purchasing behavior is influenced by a combination of temporal factors and demographic characteristics. These results are expected to serve as a basis for e-commerce practitioners in developing more targeted marketing strategies and as a reference for future research in the field of e-commerce data analytics.

Malnutrition and stunting among children under five remain major public health challenges in developing countries, including Indonesia. These conditions are associated with increased morbidity, mortality, impaired cognitive development, and reduced productivity in adulthood. Stunting reflects chronic nutritional deficiencies, while severe malnutrition indicates acute or prolonged inadequate nutrient intake, often exacerbated by infections, poor caregiving practices, and unfavorable socioeconomic conditions. This case report aims to describe the clinical condition, contributing factors, management, and outcomes of a 14-month-old female toddler diagnosed with severe malnutrition and stunting without complications in Blang Dalam Geuteung Village, Nisam Subdistrict, North Aceh Regency. The assessment was conducted using a family medicine approach, incorporating detailed history taking, physical examination, anthropometric measurements, and nutritional status evaluation based on World Health Organization Z-score indicators. Interventions included nutritional rehabilitation through appropriate dietary intake, family education on balanced nutrition and proper feeding practices, routine growth monitoring, and optimization of primary healthcare services. The results showed gradual improvement in the child’s nutritional status, evidenced by weight gain, better appetite, and improved feeding patterns following the intervention. This case highlights the importance of early detection, comprehensive family-centered management, and continuous monitoring in addressing malnutrition and stunting at the primary care level. Strengthening community-based interventions, improving caregiver knowledge, and enhancing collaboration between healthcare providers and families are essential to reduce the burden of malnutrition and support optimal child growth and development.

As HIV transitions into a manageable chronic condition, optimizing lifestyle behaviors is key to achieving long-term health outcomes. This study aims to explore lifestyle behaviors in people with HIV (ODHIV) who participate in peer support groups as well as identify socioeconomic and clinical predictors of healthy lifestyle engagement. The research design was a cross-cutting analysis involving 250 ODHIV registered in a community support group. Lifestyle behavior was measured using  a modified Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP-II) instrument. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to determine independent predictors, with Nagelkerke R² and Hosmer–Lemeshow tests  to assess model suitability. The results showed that 56.2% of respondents had a healthy lifestyle. Factors of higher education (OR = 2.77; p = 0.006), older age (OR = 2.32; p = 0.015), employment status (OR = 2.00; p = 0.029), and longer duration of ART therapy (OR = 1.17 per year; p = 0.003) were significant predictors. The model explains 32% of lifestyle variations, with ART compliance and substance control as the strongest behavioral domains. These findings confirm the role of peer support groups as a behavioural reinforcement environment, but socioeconomic disparities remain influential. The integration of theory-based lifestyle interventions into community-based HIV services is necessary to optimize chronic disease outcomes.

PT UVW uses jigs in the vacuum metalizing process that require washing, which is currently done manually, resulting in inefficiency and risks to operators, thus, jig washer machine was created in order to reduce the risk for operators and increasing efficiency, which based on horizontal mixer. This study analyses the effect of agitator design on fluid flow patterns in a jig washing machine to obtain an optimal design. Two agitator design alternatives were developed and tested using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulations at rotational speeds of 70, 75, and 100 rpm, followed by prototype fabrication and performance testing. Simulation results show that the second design produces a higher fluid velocity (20.4 m/s) and a more turbulent and uniform flow pattern compared to the first design (1.7 m/s). Field tests confirmed that the second design achieves higher washing effectiveness (97.14%) with reduced water consumption and shorter washing time. The optimally designed agitator washing machine increases productivity by six times compared to manual washing and reduces operator exposure to hazardous chemicals. This study recommends the second agitator design for improving washing efficiency and effectiveness.

The phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) has become increasingly prominent among Generation Z due to the high intensity of social media use. Social media serves not only as a communication tool but also as a space for identity construction and the pursuit of social validation. Exposure to influencer content portraying ideal lifestyles, social achievements, and trending activities encourages individuals to remain constantly connected in order to avoid feeling left behind in digital communities. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media influencer content on the level of FOMO among Generation Z. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using a literature review method by examining relevant national and international academic journals published within the last five years. Data were analyzed by identifying patterns linking influencer content exposure, psychological mechanisms of FOMO, and its impact on Generation Z’s behavior and psychological well-being. The findings indicate that influencer content significantly contributes to social comparison processes and increases the need for digital validation, such as likes and comments, which are perceived as indicators of social acceptance. This condition strengthens FOMO tendencies and leads to excessive digital engagement, consumptive behavior, and psychological pressure. The discussion highlights that social media algorithms further intensify this cycle by repeatedly promoting popular and viral content. In conclusion, influencer content plays a crucial role in intensifying FOMO among Generation Z, emphasizing the importance of digital literacy and critical awareness to mitigate its negative effects.

Advances in information technology have ushered society into the new media era, where social media is not just an information tool but also a new social space for teenagers. Instagram, as a visual-based platform, plays a significant role in shaping the reality of ideal lifestyles. Teenagers, who are in the process of discovering their identities, are susceptible to the influence of influencers and aesthetically constructed lifestyle trends on social media. This often triggers a shift in consumption patterns from functional to symbolic needs. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects consisted of 10 students from the 2025 class of International Women University in Bandung, aged 18-20. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation, then analyzed through data reduction and presentation. The findings indicate that all subjects are active social media users, spending 4 to 9 hours per day. They use Instagram as a means of building their personal branding and seeking lifestyle references. There is a tendency for consumer behavior driven by four main factors: peer influence and the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) phenomenon, the use of goods as symbols of social identity (sign value), exposure to persuasive content from opinion leaders or influencers, and consumption as psychological compensation (self-reward) to relieve academic stress. Students tend to make impulsive purchases of viral fashion, beauty, and culinary products to gain social recognition online.

Infrastructure expansion has been increasingly recognized as a transformative force shaping the social, economic, and cultural dynamics of coastal communities. This study investigates the effects of major infrastructure development specifically ports and toll roads on social mobility and religious practices within the traditional fishing communities of Bengkalis Island. Using a qualitative design, data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with fisherfolk, local leaders, and religious figures, as well as reviews of regional development policies. The findings reveal that new infrastructure has introduced shifts in livelihood patterns, encouraging economic diversification beyond traditional fishing activities. These shifts contribute to both upward and horizontal mobility, altering long-standing social hierarchies within the community. Moreover, the changing economic landscape influences religious life: traditional maritime rituals experience reduced centrality, while formalized religious organizations gain greater authority and participation. Infrastructure development also increases exposure to external cultural influences, accelerating negotiations of religious identity and modern interpretations of faith. Overall, this study argues that infrastructure projects function not only as physical catalysts of development but also as sociocultural drivers that reshape belief systems, communal relations, and the lived realities of traditional fishing populations. The research highlights the necessity of adopting development strategies sensitive to local contexts and cultural continuity.

This research aimed to revitalize Mosau' Dance, a nearly extinct traditional dance from Bolaang Mongondow, through the creation of a new work entitled Sinungkudan Dance. Mosau' Dance is a celebratory dance of post-war warriors whose existence is currently fading in the Bolaang Mongondow region due to a lack of regeneration and the influence of modernization. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a focus on choreographic analysis. The revitalization process was carried out through four stages: exploration, reconstruction, reinterpretation, and reactualization. The results indicate that revitalization through the creation of Sinungkudan Dance successfully provided a "new breath" for the local tradition of Bolaang Mongondow. Choreographically. Sinungkudan Dance consisted of eight movement variations, combining three original Mosau' movement motifs (such as joyful leaps) with five newly created movements that depicted narratives of warrior life (Bogani), ranging from weapon sharpening and physical training to the atmosphere of warfare. The choreographic structure was supported by nine symbolic floor patterns, the use of the tungkudon (spear) as a prop, and digital musical accompaniment that blended traditional rhythms with modern instruments such as the flute and snare drum. In conclusion, through more visually and kinetically attractive innovations, the values of leadership and resilience embodied in Mosau' Dance were able to be transmitted to younger generations as a proud cultural identity for the people of Bolaang Mongondow.

This study aims to describe the implementation of ethical philosophy learning and the assessment pattern for student learning outcomes at the KH. Ahmad Sanusi Sukabumi Institute (INKHAS). Ethical philosophy is understood as a critical study of good and bad values in human actions, which not only accepts moral teachings normatively, but examines them rationally and in depth. In the learning process, this course applies discussion and dialogue methods as the main approach to encourage students to think critically, express opinions argumentatively, and build mutual respect. The lecturer acts as a facilitator who directs the discussion, instills academic ethics, and maintains a scientific learning flow. The assessment pattern does not focus on memorizing theories, but rather on students' analytical abilities as measured through discussion participation, individual assignments, and group assignments. The results of the study indicate that this method is effective in developing students' conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and moral awareness, although obstacles such as lack of motivation in some students due to the abstract nature of the material are still found. Overall, ethical philosophy learning at INKHAS plays an important role in shaping ethical character, reflective thinking, and responsible attitudes in academic and social life.
