Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in Indonesia's economic development, contributing to employment, income generation, and entrepreneurship. However, many MSMEs face challenges in adapting to technological advancements, particularly in implementing digital marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze how digital marketing can accelerate the development of MSMEs in Indonesia through a literature review approach. The findings highlight that digital marketing provides MSMEs with opportunities to expand their market reach, increase brand visibility, and optimize costs. Social media platforms, e-commerce, and other digital tools enable MSMEs to connect with customers more effectively. Despite these benefits, barriers such as limited technological access, lack of digital literacy, and uneven internet infrastructure hinder the adoption of digital marketing. Collaborative efforts from the government, educational institutions, and the private sector are necessary to overcome these obstacles. Providing training, improving access to technology, and fostering innovation are crucial steps to support MSMEs in achieving sustainable growth.

The study was conducted to analyze the relationship between the quality of human resources (HR) and economic growth in Indonesia which aims to determine the role of Human Resources, Education, and Government Policy in Indonesia's economic growth. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, data were collected through literature studies by collecting journals and articles spread across the Internet. The results of the study obtained were that 1) The Role of Human Resources in Economic Growth. 2) The Role of Education in Economic Growth. 3) The Role of Government Policy in Economic Growth. Based on the results of the study, it is expected that the government can continue to improve the quality of education and HR skills to improve the Indonesian economy.

This study aims to design and develop a GPS tracking system for ships integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The system enables real-time ship position monitoring via the Telegram application by utilizing ESP32, SIM800L, and GPS Neo 6M modules. The research employs an experimental method with both static and dynamic testing of hardware components such as GPS modules, SD cards, and battery performance. The test results demonstrate that the system successfully transmits accurate coordinate data to Telegram and logs the location on the SD card module. This system is expected to serve as an alternative solution to improve ship tracking security and efficiency, particularly in emergency situations or AIS signal loss.

This research concludes that the Income Level (TPP) received by workers at retirement is only 10% of the last salary obtained from the mandatory pension program, a decrease in income of 90% of the last salary. The monthly living cost needs of retirees in retirement (food, monthly shopping, water costs - electricity, internet, lifestyle, health insurance, etc.) obtained data of IDR 5,600,000, - or equivalent to 56% of the last salary per month. So in actual terms, the level of retirement income (TPP) of retirees in Indonesia there is a gap of IDR 4,600,000, - or 46% less than the last salary per month. This condition causes retirees to fail to maintain their standard of living in old age, in addition to experiencing financial problems in retirement. Factors that affect the amount of a person's TPP consist of: 1) type of work, 2) pension program participated in, 3) length of service and salary amount, 4) investment return rate from the pension program, 5) government regulations, 6) macroeconomic factors and inflation, 7) health conditions of retirees, 8) family responsibilities, and 9) pension fund education determine the size of the level of retirement income. Optimizing private pension funds plays an important role in increasing TPP as a guarantee of income in retirement and creating financial independence in old age, in addition to improving quality of life. For this reason, private pension funds must be managed more optimally to achieve significant investment performance, improve pension fund literacy, target formal and informal workers, and diversify adequate products and services through digitalization of pension fund access and services to encourage significant growth in private pension fund participation.

This research discusses issues related to the Navigation Aids, particularly the buoy objects. The study aims to design and develop a monitoring device for buoys based on the Internet of Things (IoT). This study aims to design and develop a buoy monitoring device based on the Internet of Things (IoT) as a solution to the lack of monitoring and supervision of buoys in the Tanjung Perak Navigation District. The identified contributing factors include: (1) displacement of buoys due to ocean currents, (2) suboptimal performance of the flasher lights, and (3) disappearance of the buoys. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method, the researcher designed a monitoring system capable of real-time observation through internet connectivity. The product feasibility test conducted by experts resulted in an average percentage index of 94%, placing it in the 'Highly Feasible' category for use. The results demonstrate that the IoT-based buoy monitoring device significantly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of buoy supervision. This research is expected to contribute to the development of knowledge within the Bachelor of Applied Science in Marine Transportation program and provide technological innovation in the field of maritime navigation in Indonesia.

Blood pressure is a crucial factor in the circulatory system of the human body. It refers to the amount of force exerted by the blood on the inner walls of the arteries when it is pumped throughout the circulatory system. Blood pressure can be measured using a device known as a digital sphygmomanometer, which determines systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and beats per minute (BPM) of the human heart. As technology evolves, the digital sphygmomanometer has been enhanced with features such as the Internet of Things (IoT). IoT in healthcare refers to the use of information technology to enable remote health monitoring by healthcare professionals. A digital sphygmomanometer equipped with IoT facilitates the exchange of diagnostic information, treatment decisions, and prevention of diseases and injuries. This IoT-based digital sphygmomanometer is designed using the ESP32 microcontroller. A DC motor is used to apply pressure to the cuff, and a solenoid valve is used to release air from the cuff. The MPX5700AP sensor detects systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as BPM. The system also includes a motor driver to control the DC motor and solenoid, a Nextion LCD display to show blood pressure results, and a web server to display and store measurement data. The percentage of measurement error for systolic pressure ranges from the smallest error of 3% to the highest error of 25%. For diastolic pressure, the error ranges from 4% to 36%. As for BPM, the smallest error recorded is 13.6%, and the highest is 70.2%. This device helps patients monitor their systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and BPM, with results saved and monitored through a database system.

This study aims to design and develop a prototype of an Internet of Things (IoT)-based land watering monitoring system using the ESP8266 module and soil moisture sensor. This system is designed to help farmers manage watering automatically based on soil moisture conditions, so that they can save water and labor. The process at this time begins with a literature study, hardware and software design, to prototype testing on two soil conditions, namely dry and wet. Data from the sensor is sent in real-time to the IoT platform, if the soil is detected dry, the system automatically activates the water pump. The results of the test show that the sensor works accurately in distinguishing soil conditions, and the system is able to water automatically according to needs. Furthermore, this system can also be monitored and controlled remotely via the internet. The conclusion of this study shows that the use of IoT technology is very potential to increase efficiency and effectiveness in agricultural land management.

Adoption of melon (Cucumis Melo L.) cultivation innovation plays an important role in increasing productivity and efficiency. This study discusses the application of innovation adoption in melon plants with greenhouse technology, hydroponics, modern irrigation technology, post-harvest processing mechanisms for breeding. This literature review uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to compare National Journals and International Journals that are relevant to Innovation Adoption. The use of the Internet of Things (IoT) allows automatic monitoring of environmental conditions. Technology in melon cultivation has a significant impact on agricultural productivity and efficiency. In the hydroponic system of soilless cultivation in limited land conditions, each innovation has challenges in its implementation, such as high investment costs, the need for training for farmers, and limited access to certain technologies

The agribusiness sector plays a crucial role in the economy, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. However, traditional challenges such as limited land, climate change, and conventional farming practices often hamper productivity. Integration of technology in agribusiness offers innovative solutions to overcome these constraints and improve efficiency and yields. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study research design that focuses and aims to identify and analyze effective technology-based agribusiness development strategies to increase productivity sustainably. By exploring various technologies such as precision agriculture, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), and biotechnology, and their implementation in increasing productivity in various agribusiness subsectors. This study discusses the challenges and opportunities in technology adoption in the agribusiness sector, and recommends policies and strategies to encourage digital transformation in agriculture.

The current development of digital technology has led to the emergence of new literary forms, one of which is cyber literature, utilizing the internet as a medium for the production and distribution of literary works. This phenomenon creates new dynamics in the literary world in terms of form, content, and interaction between readers and writers. This study aims to analyze the forms, characteristics, and implications of cyber literature as a literary expression that has developed in digital spaces. The method used in this analysis is descriptive qualitative with a literature review approach. Data were obtained through observations of cyber literary works found on various digital platforms, as well as through a review of relevant literature. The analysis results show that cyber literature has distinctive characteristics, such as interactivity, the use of multimedia, and openness to reader participation. In addition, the cyber poem "Api Drupadi" by Retno Darsi Iswandari includes hypertext and hyperlinks that connect the poem to other literary works and external websites. The conclusion of this analysis indicates that cyber literature is a form of literary evolution that not only adapts to technological advancement but also expands the traditional boundaries of literature through innovation and new media.

Aquaculture is a vital sector in global food production, providing essential protein sources. However, the industry faces significant challenges, including high energy consumption and environmental impact. The integration of renewable energy, particularly solar power, with automation and IoT systems offers a promising solution to enhance energy efficiency, sustainability, and productivity in aquaculture operations. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of solar powered autonomous systems in reducing energy usage, improving operational efficiency, and promoting environmental sustainability in aquaculture. Literature Review: Recent research has explored various technologies, such as Digital Twins (DTs) and Precision Fish Farming (PFF), which integrate IoT sensors for real time monitoring and optimization of fish farming operations. The combination of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT), known as AIoT, has further advanced the industry by enabling automated decision making and predictive analytics. Solar power integration with IoT systems has been shown to significantly reduce operational costs, minimize carbon emissions, and enhance the sustainability of aquaculture practices. These advancements have the potential to address the challenges of energy consumption and environmental degradation in the industry. Materials and Method: This research utilizes a hybrid solar powered IoT system for aquaculture, integrating solar panels, IoT sensors, and automated control systems. The system monitors key water quality parameters, such as pH, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, and temperature, to maintain optimal conditions for aquatic life. Data is collected through IoT sensors and analyzed through a cloud-based platform. A pilot study is conducted on a small scale aquaculture farm to evaluate the system's performance, including energy consumption, water quality management, and fish health. Energy savings, operational efficiency, and environmental impact are assessed. Results and Discussion: The integration of solar powered IoT systems significantly reduced energy consumption compared to traditional systems, with a notable decrease in grid electricity reliance. The system successfully maintained optimal water quality conditions, enhancing fish health and growth. Solar powered systems proved reliable, even in regions with variable sunlight, and demonstrated improvements in operational efficiency through automation. The environmental benefits were evident, with a reduction in carbon emissions and lower operational costs. The study highlights the feasibility of solar powered IoT systems as a sustainable solution for modern aquaculture operations.

Introduction: The integration of Digital Twin (DT) technology and the Internet of Things (IoT) into Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) offers a transformative approach to optimizing energy consumption in buildings. This study explores the development of a Digital Twin based BEMS prototype, which leverages real time data collection, predictive analytics, and machine learning to enhance energy efficiency, reduce costs, and support sustainability goals in modern buildings. The research also addresses key gaps in current energy management systems, including real time adaptive control and integration with smart grid platforms. Literature Review: Previous research highlights the limitations of traditional BEMS, which often rely on static control strategies and lack real time adaptability. Recent advancements, including predictive maintenance and machine learning integration, have improved energy optimization. However, challenges such as data interoperability, scalability, and cybersecurity remain. This review consolidates current approaches and identifies opportunities for enhancing BEMS through the integration of DT technology, IoT, and machine learning. Materials and Method: The methodology employed involves the design of a Digital Twin based BEMS prototype, incorporating IoT sensors for real time data collection on variables such as HVAC load, occupancy, and environmental factors. The system uses time series forecasting and adaptive control strategies to optimize energy consumption. A case study building is used for validation, with performance metrics such as energy savings, CO₂ footprint reduction, and peak load reduction assessed to evaluate the system's effectiveness. Results and Discussion: The results demonstrate a significant reduction in energy consumption (up to 50%) compared to traditional BEMS, along with improved forecasting accuracy and sustainability performance. The prototype achieved a high R² score in predicting energy usage, validated through real world application in the case study building. The economic feasibility analysis showed substantial cost savings and a strong return on investment, making the system a financially viable solution for energy efficient building management.

The high rate of motorcycle theft in Indonesia is a serious issue requiring an innovative, technology-based solution. This study aims to design and develop a motorcycle security system that integrates biometric authentication using a fingerprint sensor, real-time GPS tracking, and remote control based on the ESP32 microcontroller. The system allows users to start or stop the engine using registered fingerprints only, monitor vehicle location via GPS Tracker EV02, and control the motorcycle remotely through an internet-based application. Test results show that the system can accurately recognize fingerprints within 2 seconds, activate a buzzer for one minute upon unauthorized access attempts, and display the vehicle's location with an accuracy of 3–12 meters. Additionally, the use of the waterproof R503 fingerprint sensor ensures the system functions reliably in wet conditions. This integrated system has proven effective in enhancing the security of two-wheeled vehicles and offers a viable alternative to traditional security mechanisms.

In geotechnical engineering, building robust structures is crucial to ensure the bearing capacity of structures against external forces, so making sure soil strength and unreliable build cost and duration prediction are also very important and preliminary aspects of any construction project. Therefore, in this first-of-its-kind modern examine, the capability of various artificially intelligent (AI)-based models toward reliable forecasting and estimation of preliminary construction expenses, duration, and strength at shear is explored. First, background information about the revolutionary artificial intelligence (AI) technique along with its many distinct models ideal for geotechnical and building engineering problems is presented, The use of AI-based models in the literature for the aforementioned construction and maintenance applications is discussed in a number of current works, together with their benefits, drawbacks, and future directions. Several important input elements that significantly affect the preliminary price of construction, construction time, and soil's shear strength estimation are listed and given through analysis. Finally, some obstacles to employing AI-based models for precise forecasts in these applications are discussed, along with elements influencing the problems with cost overruns. Thus, this work can help civil engineers make effective use of artificial intelligence (AI) to solve difficult and risky tasks. It can also be used to Internet of Things (IoT) environments for self-learning applications like smart architectural health-monitoring systems

This study aims to explore strategies for preventing pornography and indecency based on Islamic character education among adolescents in the digital era, through the interpretation of Ath-Thabari on Surah An-Nur verses 30–31. These verses provide a strong theological foundation for lowering the gaze (ghaddhul bashar), guarding chastity (hifzhul furuj), and covering the private parts as forms of self-protection from the negative influences of the digital environment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a library research method, with primary sources including the Qur’an and Tafsir Ath-Thabari, as well as secondary data from various relevant literature and journals. The results show that prevention strategies can be implemented through four main approaches: (1) Islamic character education in schools through strengthening strategies, persuasion, and normative re-education; (2) Education in the family environment using methods such as role modeling, habituation, storytelling, advice, and reward and punishment; (3) The role of society in forming Islamic social groups that actively address the influence of pornography; and (4) Strengthening individual Islamic character through faith, self-control, internet ethics, and repentance behavior. This study affirms that the interpretation of Ath-Thabari can provide applicable contributions in building a strong Islamic character education system as a moral safeguard for adolescents amid the overwhelming flow of digital information.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has transformed the way we understand and practice religion, including the spread of extremist religious ideologies. Religious moderation education has become an essential tool for strengthening national awareness by instilling values of tolerance, inclusivity, and love for the homeland. This education promotes a balanced and tolerant understanding of religion. However, a significant challenge arises from the overwhelming flow of information on the internet, which is not matched by adequate digital literacy. Therefore, religious moderation education serves as a filter to counter radicalization. This study uses a review research method with a qualitative approach to analyze the implementation of religious moderation education through formal, nonformal, and informal channels. The findings indicate that formal education is effective in instilling moderate character through a systematic structure. Nonformal institutions, such as Islamic boarding schools and study groups, also play a crucial role in spreading moderate Islamic values. Meanwhile, informal education within families provides a vital foundation for instilling these values from an early age. This study recommends strengthening the religious moderation curriculum, optimizing the role of nonformal institutions, and empowering families to enhance national awareness and address the potential for radicalization.

This Community Service Activity aims to provide a solution for equitable and affordable internet access for residents in the Griya Ciledug Housing area. In today's era, internet connectivity has become a basic need that not only supports communication activities, but also education, economy, and social services. Through a participatory approach, this activity actively involves residents in the planning, installation, and management of a shared internet network system. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the availability of internet access in the area, strengthening collaboration between residents, and increasing digital literacy. In addition, the active involvement of residents in network management also encourages a sense of ownership and collective responsibility. This activity is a model of technology-based community empowerment that can be replicated in other environments with similar needs.

Tourism plays an important role in shaping the economic development of cities and communities. Heritage sites have a major impact on the economy, making an important contribution to economic growth and development. 3D digital conservation, apart from being useful for preserving historical heritage, also functions as promotional media by utilizing the Internet of Things (IoT). By making 3D models of historical heritage objects, apart from preserving cultural heritage sites, they are also used as promotional media to increase tourism and economic benefits for the community. From the results obtained, it can show satisfactory results. The 3D shape created can provide an overview and information about the geometric shape and condition of the heritage building site, which is quite well captured. The hope is that this can provide information and attract tourists to visit the historical site, namely "Mount Wudel" in Jepara. Making 3D models will of course increase their attractiveness and also serve as a medium for digital conservation.

The study concludes that the HOT-FIT model is This study evaluates the performance of the outpatient registration information system at RSUD Komodo using the Human-Organization-Technology Fit (HOT-FIT) framework. Hospital Information Systems, particularly in the outpatient registration process, are crucial for supporting service efficiency and data accuracy. However, RSUD Komodo has experienced several challenges in the implementation of its SIMRS module, including system slowdowns, sudden monitor failures, and unstable internet connectivity during service hours. These issues hinder operational effectiveness and risk compromising service quality. The objective of this research is to assess system performance comprehensively across human, organizational, and technological dimensions. A qualitative descriptive design was employed, involving in-depth interviews with five key informants: registration staff, IT personnel, coder, head of the medical records unit, and head of the casemix team. The findings show that in the human dimension, users lacked sufficient training and adaptation strategies. In the organizational aspect, weak coordination and the absence of standardized procedures were identified. In the technology dimension, hardware malfunctions and slow system performance significantly disrupted services. These interconnected issues reveal the need for capacity buildingan effective tool for evaluating hospital information systems, offering a structured approach to identifying and resolving performance gaps in outpatient service modules.
