In essence, every religion wants its adherents to live peacefully in the midst of religious and cultural diversity. However, this hope does not always materialize in the construction of real life on Indonesian soil with the presence of inter-religious and inter-ethnic conflicts. Conflict experiences become endless lessons as an effort to maintain peace and harmony in religious life. A number of local praxis and initiatives were raised to untangle the tangled threads of inter-religious conflicts in Indonesia by prioritizing a balanced way of religious life that does not view others as opponents. This study of reciprocity in relation to religious moderation originates from the local context of Larantuka and draws its relevance to efforts to inculcate religious moderation in Indonesia. In a more specific context, the focus of this study is to describe the practical life of religious communities in the city of Larantuka, East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara which can be seen as the foundation and medium for grounding the ideals of religious moderation in Indonesia. The praxis of life in question is the reciprocity of young students in the city of Larantuka both within the school environment and among people who have different religious and ethnic backgrounds. Therefore, the basic question is how reciprocity among students in the city of Larantuka can become an inspiration and basis for efforts to instill religious moderation.

Nowadays, when it comes to dating, adults no longer consider this a difficult thing, considering themselves to have sufficient ability to determine the actions they take in dating, so it is not uncommon to find adults whose relationships are broken and do not match the teachings of their religion. Dating is no longer a taboo subject for adults, therefore it is necessary to teach and guide these adults for such assumptions. Philosophically about the concept of mashlahah al-Ghazali, is not just an effort to gain benefits or avoid mafsadat. But more than that, the real key to maslahah lies in maintaining maqashid al-syari'ah al-khamsah, namely the guarantee of safety or preservation of religion, soul, mind, lineage, and property. The meaning of freedom from the perspective of maslahah al-Ghazali is a person's mental attitude that describes a sincere and sincere acceptance in carrying out an obligation as a manifestation of his religious awareness. Freedom has absolutely nothing to do with choice, because it is a positive response from an individual in carrying out his duties as a servant of Allah, whether he chooses it or not. So the essence of freedom here is sincerity. Namely, the ability to carry out the provisions of the Shari'ah without feeling any pressure. This is the freedom of fiqhiyah, a nuance of freedom that releases a person from fear, anxiety and worry, as well as all forms of worldly 'miracle' bonds, which are born as a psychological effect of one's loyalty in carrying out divine values sincerely and correctly.

Main Objective: This study reports an experiment to explore differences in player feedback caused by different storytelling methods of Japanese-style Role-playing Games (JRPG). Background problem: Narration is considered the soul of JRPG, and is a vital and irreplaceable role. Different ways of telling stories can bring different experience effects even though the essence of the story is the same. Stories are presented directly to players in dialogue form, much like a visual interactive novel. Non-linear storytelling can break down important parts and allow players to explore freely. Players can collect clues to get to the main plot. Also, most JRPGs use short films and sound effects to create a cinematic experience. Novelty: Based on all studies of game storytelling (linear and nonlinear), this study will compare player feedback on different storytelling methods to see which narrative can provide a better player experience. Research Method: Researchers categorize these three narratives as Visual Novels, Environmental Narratives, Visuals, Sounds, and Dialogues. This experiment combined all three of Caught in Trap's in-game narratives to investigate player preferences. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with 21 players who were invited to play the game. Finding/Result: The research results show that the three ways of storytelling enrich the expression of game narratives. Both linear and nonlinear narratives have their advantages and disadvantages, and the best way to engage players is to interweave both narratives in the game. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the interweaving of three ways of storytelling can enrich the narrative form of games and guide game designers in improving game plots to engage players in JRPGs. The process of passing on or transferring family assets to children, to family descendants begins when the parents are still alive. The transfer of rights to assets in Muslim communities in Indonesia, apart from being in the form of inheritance, is also known in the form of gifts and wills. Looking at the phenomenon in Langkap village, researchers are interested in the practice of dividing inheritances, gifts and wills with economic considerations for the heirs, civil servant heirs will receive a smaller amount of inheritance than non-civil servant heirs. The distribution is based on the agreement of the heirs because this distribution prioritizes the principle of deliberation and consensus between the heirs. It should be noted that the phenomenon of inheritance distribution that occurs in Langkap village adheres to one of the hereditary systems that exist in Indonesia, namely the bilateral system. This bilateral system attracts both the father's and mother's lineages, so that in this kind of family, in essence, there is no distinction between the heirs from the mother's side or the father's side. The reasons for dividing inherited assets based on economic considerations include, among other things, a sense of compassion, avoiding inequality. economy, and avoid conflict. Ways to avoid conflict can be done by dividing inheritance assets taking into account the economic considerations of the heirs, dividing inheritance assets equally, deliberation and handing over problems to the village.

Military justice carried out by the Military Prosecutor is an indirect authority because the delegation of the case is an implementation of the Handover of the Case from Papera, in other words the Military Prosecutor cannot delegate the case or take prosecution action to the competent court without the existence of a Decree from Papera because it is in accordance with Article 123 paragraph (1) letter f of Law Number 31 of 1997, in essence, the authority to hand over cases is the authority of Papera, not the authority of the Military Prosecutor. The aim of this research is to analyze the responsibilities of Military Prosecutors in carrying out prosecutions. Technically, juridically, they are responsible to the TNI Prosecutor General (Orjen TNI), while operationally they are responsible to the Case Submitting Officer (Papera). Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description at the time of the research. The results of this research show that Military Prosecutors as law enforcers in the field of prosecution in the Military Justice environment have a strategic and decisive role in indicting someone before trial. For this reason, the professionalism of Military Prosecutors is a necessity in carrying out their duties so that prosecutions can be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations and the goal of law enforcement itself can be achieved optimally as expected.
