This research is motivated by the low quality of learning in various educational units, one of the causes of which is the gap between curriculum design and classroom implementation. A good curriculum will not have a significant impact without effective implementation by teachers. Therefore, curriculum implementation plays a strategic role as a link between macro-level education policies and classroom learning practices. This study aims to analyze the impact of curriculum implementation on learning quality, identify supporting and inhibiting factors, and formulate strategies to strengthen learning quality. The method used is descriptive qualitative, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques with teachers, principals, and elementary school students. The results show that the implementation of a flexible curriculum, such as the Independent Curriculum, encourages a shift from teacher-centered to student-centered learning, which increases student motivation and engagement through project-based learning and authentic assessment. However, teacher preparedness, limited infrastructure, and administrative burdens remain major obstacles. Authentic assessment has been shown to improve students' critical thinking skills and creativity, but requires consistent managerial support. The implication is that improving the quality of learning must be accompanied by strengthening teacher competency, the availability of resources, and adaptive school management so that curriculum transformation has a real impact on the quality of national education

One of the factors that determine the success of a character-based language learning process is the interaction between teachers and students. Polite language from students can show that they have the expected character, in addition to showing that teachers have helped students behave with polite language. Classes often do not meet expectations. Many students are still unable to pronounce good words. In the last two decades, there has been a significant decline in the implementation of polite language originating from Brebes Regency. Children believe that using impolite language is acceptable to their friends and following trends in their environment because of the abundance of impolite language in society. This causes people to use Indonesian less. The purpose of this study is to determine the politeness of Indonesian language students in interacting with teachers in grade IV SDN 1 Karangdempel. This study uses a qualitative research type. The approach used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The location of this research is SDN 1 Karangdempel, Losari District, Brebes Regency, Central Java, Indonesia 52212. This study investigates the effect of added sugar on the stability of soap bubbles through a hands-on science activity titled “Magic Bubbles” conducted with third-grade students at SDN 1 Karangrejo. The activity was implemented collaboratively, where students observed, experimented, and drew conclusions together under teacher guidance, without the use of individual worksheets. Using a participatory observation method, the research described students’ engagement, reactions, and learning behavior during the process. Findings revealed that soap bubbles containing added sugar demonstrated greater stability and a longer lifespan compared to those without sugar. Students showed high levels of enthusiasm, curiosity, and active participation throughout the experiment. The activity not only fostered engagement but also enhanced students’ gross motor coordination, observation skills, and early scientific reasoning. Furthermore, it encouraged cooperative learning and communication among peers. The results highlight the effectiveness of simple laboratory-based learning as a medium to introduce scientific inquiry at the elementary level. The “Magic Bubbles” activity aligns with the inquiry-based learning approach in science education, emphasizing direct experience, experimentation, and concept discovery through observation and guided reflection. Digital literacy is a crucial competency for teachers. Accelerating digital literacy for elementary school teachers is not only about mastering digital tools and applications, but also about changing mindsets and approaches to teaching. There are three impacts for teachers and students if teachers are unable to master digital competencies: 1) teachers are less able to keep up with the latest technological developments; 2) teachers are unable to filter and process the latest information, resulting in a tendency towards misinformation; 3) students are less able to absorb the latest information and thus misuse the wrong sources of information. Given these impacts, training and mentoring are needed for elementary school teachers in Songgom District to acquire the right digital skills so that elementary school teachers can maximize their potential. Elementary school teachers in Brebes Regency still do not have good digital competencies. If left unchecked, more and more teachers will lack digital competency. This can lead to a lack of technology-related information that students can use to support their learning. Furthermore, inadequate technology skills can hinder differentiated learning within the independent curriculum. The Community Service Program, initiated by professors and lecturers with expertise in digital literacy and language, is highly relevant to the needs of teachers in Brebes Regency. Elementary school teachers are developing digital competencies by implementing interactive quiz-based learning and Canva-based learning media. These competencies can be applied by teachers in the classroom. Students are expected to absorb the material more meaningfully. Learning through the application of digital literacy by teachers will increase student interest and engagement in learning the material.

Bullying is an aggressive act that is often repeated and directed at individuals in a weaker position, causing detrimental effects on psychological aspects, particularly children's self-esteem. When children's self-esteem is low, they tend to consider themselves worthless and choose to avoid social interaction. This study aims to analyze the correlation between Bullying behavior and self-esteem levels among elementary school students. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. All 97 students in grades IV, V, and VI at SD Negeri 11 Banda Aceh were used as research subjects through total sampling. The questionnaire used included indicators of Bullying behavior and self-esteem levels. Based on the data obtained, of the 54 students identified as experiencing high levels of Bullying behavior, 44 children or 45.4% showed low self-esteem. On the other hand, of the 43 students who were exposed to low levels of Bullying, 35 of them, or about 36.1%, had high self-esteem. The chi-square test in this study produced a p-value of 0.000, indicating a significant relationship between Bullying patterns and self-esteem levels in children. Thus, it can be concluded that an increase in Bullying experiences in the school environment has an impact on the decline in students' self-esteem.

This community service program was held at SD Negeri 102028 Dusun II Sei Parit, Sei Rampah District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, with a focus on applying the principles of sharia economic justice. This goal is achieved through education about the prohibition of usury and savings initiatives from an early age. This activity was motivated by the lack of Islamic financial literacy among children, especially related to the risk of usury and the urgency of frugal behavior and financial responsibility. The method chosen is a participatory-educational approach, which includes socialization, simulation and habituation, prioritizing the active involvement of students. The activity is divided into two main phases, namely usury education and saving education, utilizing animated films, educational games and picture stories. The impact of this service shows an increase in students' insight into the concept of riba, discipline in frugality, and the growth of awareness to manage money wisely according to Islamic guidance. Children are now beginning to understand that money is a mandate that must be used correctly and halal. In addition, this program also encourages the formation of the character of responsibility, trust and justice in the participants. Therefore, this program makes a significant contribution in building a children's mentality based on the principles of sharia economic justice and is worthy of being used as a prototype of Islamic financial education at the elementary school level.
