This study discusses the urgency of green marketing strategies and practices due to changes in consumer behavior trends. Currently, environmental sustainability issues are a major concern for society, not interacting in their product and service consumption activities. This study was conducted using a qualitative method, namely a literature review. Of the 15 article titles described, most of them show that the implementation of environmentally friendly marketing strategies brings positive benefits to businesses. Specifically, what is studied in this study is its influence on environmentally friendly purchasing decisions, customer loyalty and brand image enhancement. These findings can be practical recommendations for business actors and marketing practitioners to develop various environmentally friendly product and service innovations and carry out innovative green marketing practices in the future. So that they are able to gain benefits in the form of increased sales, customer loyalty and positive brand image as well as contributions to environmental sustainability or desires.

Career guidance has an important role in helping late adolescents direct and plan their future, especially in determining an appropriate career path. Late teens are in an important transition phase from the world of education to the world of work, where they are faced with various career choices. Good career planning requires a thorough understanding of personal interests, talents and values ​​as well as the opportunities available in the world of work. Career guidance aims to provide insight and guidance to late teens regarding the right decision-making process regarding their careers. Through career guidance, teenagers can identify their strengths and weaknesses, understand the various professions available, and prepare themselves for challenges that may arise in the future. This guidance also functions to increase teenagers' self-confidence in choosing a career path that suits their abilities and desires. Apart from that, teenagers are also taught to consider various factors such as economic conditions, job market needs, and technological changes that can influence career choices in the future. The literature study method was used in this research to explore various theories and approaches that are relevant in career guidance for late adolescents. By reviewing various existing literature, a deep understanding can be found about how career guidance can help young people plan and prepare for their future careers effectively. This literature study also provides an overview of the challenges and strategies that can be used in the career guidance process for late adolescents.  

This paper discusses the interest of traders from one of Bank Syariah Indonesia's products in providing business capital or other uses to traders in Pasar Senen Petaling Jaya. This writing uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this writing include traders in Pasar Senen Petaling Jaya. From the results of this writing shows that the interest of traders regarding murabaha financing is still very lacking. This is due to several factors that cause the lack of interest of traders regarding murabaha financing, including: 1) The Knowledge Factor is due to the lack of knowledge of the products of BSI. This information helps traders to evaluate products and understand the benefits of murabaha products. traders. 2) Location Factors By choosing a strategic place that can and carry out the goals of the business objectives to achieve the desired profit and and broad marketing 3) Social Factors which are very significant in the formation and development of a person's interest 4) Promotion Factors one way of communication between the company and the wider community with the aim of introducing goods and services to the public.

The purpose of this writing is to find out about the basic concepts in learning motivation. By using qualitative research methods, with a literature review approach. Understanding the concept of learning motivation is very important, especially for educators because it can help in creating a supportive and effective learning environment. Learning motivation is the foundation for a student in achieving academic success. Without strong motivation, the teaching and learning process will not take place optimally. Therefore, learning motivation has become a very relevant topic of study for educators, psychologists, and education observers around the world. In this work, readers will be presented with a comprehensive understanding of the concept of learning motivation, the theories that underlie it, and the factors that influence motivation in the context of education. In learning activities, motivation can be said to be the overall driving force within a person that gives rise to learning activities, which guarantees the continuity of learning activities and provides direction to learning activities, so that the goals desired by the learning subject can be achieved.

The purpose of this research is to see how the Literacy Warkop location influences student buyer interest at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta). Factors such as comfort, accessibility and atmosphere were studied through a survey conducted by twenty students. In this current era of globalization, a coffee shop is not only a place to enjoy coffee, but also a place to interact socially and intellectually. It is hoped that the location of the literacy shop near the library or academic building will increase student accessibility and comfort. The research results show that students' buying interest is greatly influenced by the right purchase location. The buyer's desire to buy something which is influenced by internal and external factors is called buying interest. This research helps business people determine location placement methods to attract student attention. Therefore, location maintenance is very important for the success of literacy warkop in attracting student customers.

This study aims to analyze land tenure conflicts in Bontula Village, Gorontalo Regency, and evaluate the implementation of the Land Reform Object (TORA) scheme in resolving these conflicts. The conflict arises from overlapping land ownership claims between local communities and the government, often exacerbated by a lack of socialization and policy transparency. A qualitative approach was used, with in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data was collected from 30 respondents, including local communities, village officials, and stakeholders such as the BPN and KLHK. The findings show that most of the Bontula community is unaware of the TORA scheme, leading to difficulties in claiming land rights. Although the TORA scheme has the potential to improve community welfare through land legalization, its implementation faces challenges due to inadequate coordination and transparency. The study recommends increased socialization, transparency, and active community participation in TORA implementation to reduce conflicts and achieve the desired outcomes.

This study explores the application of the design thinking approach in the pre-planning phase of subsidized homeownership for Generation Z in Indonesia. As Generation Z enters adulthood and begins to plan for the future, they face various challenges in achieving homeownership, particularly regarding financial issues and access to subsidized housing programs. The design thinking approach is used to gain a deeper understanding of the needs, desires, and barriers faced by Generation Z through the stages of empathy, problem definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing. By focusing on innovative and user-centered solutions, this research aims to design a more relevant and acceptable subsidized homeownership model for Generation Z. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights for housing developers and policymakers in designing more efficient and appropriate housing policies and programs that align with the socio-economic dynamics of Generation Z.

In the current era, land is a basic need that is extremely important and meaningful in human life, particularly as a place to live, work, farm, or conduct various economic activities. With the rapidly growing population, the demand for residential land is also increasing. The population growth that is not matched by land availability creates significant pressure in the property market, leading to the development of new housing and settlements, both in urban and suburban areas. However, due to the increasingly limited availability of habitable land, this often triggers intense competition among individuals or parties with vested interests in obtaining land rights. The desire to own land has become very strong, as nowadays, land is not only used as a residence but also as a valuable resource. This often causes land disputes where the parties involved feel disadvantaged, either due to overlapping ownership, unclear land status claims, or differences in land use allocation. Due to the increasingly complex issues, the Land Office of Kediri City provides an alternative solution for boundary dispute resolution, namely mediation. This practice is an effort to resolve land conflicts peacefully and efficiently. Land disputes are becoming more complex and prolonged, often involving the government, businesses, and local residents. Moreover, land-related issues are frequently associated with unclear administration, weak law enforcement, or differing interpretations of existing regulations. As a result, not only does it impact the individuals involved, but it can also affect social and economic stability in a region. To address these issues, a more structured and transparent approach to land distribution and management is required. The government and society must work together to ensure fair and clear land distribution and provide wise solutions to disputes based on the principles of social justice. Mediation offers a more flexible approach compared to litigation by prioritizing dialogue among disputing parties. In this context, mediation helps alleviate tensions and create mutually beneficial solutions, enabling faster and more cost-effective processes. This study analyzes the effectiveness of mediation practices in reducing the number of disputes brought to court and assesses public perceptions of this resolution method. The results show that mediation can increase the satisfaction of the parties involved and promote stability in land ownership.

Consumptive behavior is the activity of spending one's finances based on desires without thinking about needs and not accompanied by logical decision making. Consumptive behavior is commonplace among students and staff at a university, they always follow current trends and make purchases because of attractive promotions. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of the use of online shops, digital promotions, lifestyle and self-control on the consumer behavior of the FEBI UIN Jambi Academic Community. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach and carried out direct observations in the field, as well as using the SPSS 29 tool. The results of this research were that there was no significant influence on the variables of online shop use and self-control on consumer behavior because the results obtained were 0.340 > 0.05 and 0.728 > 0.05, but in the digital promotion and lifestyle variables there is a significant influence on consumer behavior because the results obtained are 0.001 > 0.05. And a simultaneous influence was found between the variables of online shop use, digital promotions, lifestyle and self-control on consumer behavior. And there is a joint influence of the variables of online shop use, digital promotions, lifestyle and self-control on consumer behavior. Village officials are government employees in the field of public services who have duties and obligations towards services to the community who work and support the Village Head in carrying out his duties. In the relationship between the government and the community, various concepts are known such as state administrative law which studies the actions in organizing a country, including in villages. Public services are very necessary in fulfilling the desires and needs of the community in the village government.This research was conducted using a normative legal research method. The data collection methods used by the author were interviews and literature studies. Interviews are data collection techniques conducted through face-to-face and direct question and answer between researchers and informants, while literature studies are data processing conducted by systematically analyzing written legal materials with a statutory approach and a case study approach.The results of this study indicate that the performance of village officials in Pasar V Kebun Kelapa Village has not fully implemented good public service performance in terms of understanding of duties and functions, innovation, work speed, work accuracy and work between employees to realize excellent service.

Adolescence is the age of growth for physical, social, and thinking power for the level of knowledge. They go through a period called puberty, which is when individuals reach sexual maturity. This age is filled with high curiosity and the desire to try something new. Freedom and ease in accessing various content both on social media and the internet can have both positive and negative impacts. Ease of access, one of which is pornographic content, can be easily accepted and viewed by the public, especially teenagers. Pornography addiction in teenagers has the impact of destroying their future.  The main target is cognitive abilities which will then influence the process of thinking, remembering and recalling recorded data stored in the brain. So, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge to 26 students of SMK Negeri 16 Central Jakarta class XIIA about the dangers of pornographic video addiction in teenagers. This activity method uses lecture and question and answer methods. The author conveys the meaning of pornography, types of pornography, influencing factors, the dangers of pornography addiction and the role of nurses in preventing addiction to pornographic videos in adolescents. Students played an active role in the activity process and there was an increase in posttest scores as much as 78% of students answered well. The author hopes that students can apply it in everyday life so as to avoid addiction to pornographic videos.

The growth of technology and the internet has significantly boosted the expansion of e-commerce in Indonesia, transforming how people fulfill their needs. As the number of e-commerce users continues to rise each year, marketing strategies in the digital marketplace have evolved. Price is a key factor that greatly impacts marketing strategies. Effective promotions can also motivate consumers to purchase products. Additionally, product quality serves as an added value that enhances a person’s desire to buy. This research aims to analyze the influence of price, promotion, and product quality on consumer decisions to make purchases through e-commerce. To achieve this, the study adopts a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review. The results of this research indicate that price, promotion, and product quality collectively have a positive impact on e-commerce purchasing decisions.

One fundamental human need, which requires a highly specific solution, is the fulfillment of sexual desires, with marriage serving as its gateway. Therefore, a man who is already married may go to great lengths to marry again. Cross-border polygamous marriages involving Indonesian women and Malaysian men, conducted in Satun, Thailand, present a complex legal phenomenon. This study aims to analyze the implementation of laws governing such marriages under Indonesian, Malaysian, and Thai legal systems, as well as their impact on the legal status of the marriage, women's rights, and legal recognition in each country. The findings reveal that cross-border marriages often fail to fulfill registration procedures in the home country, rendering them legally unrecognized in Indonesia and Malaysia. In Thailand, Islamic law applied in Satun permits polygamy, but such recognition is local and does not automatically extend across national borders. This study recommends strengthening legal cooperation among countries to provide better legal protection for couples and related parties involved in cross-border marriages.    

Human resources (HR) in the company need to be managed professionally in order to create a balance between employee needs and the demands and capabilities of the company's organization. This balance is the main key for the company to be able to develop productively and fairly. HR always plays an active and dominant role in every organizational activity, because humans become planners, actors and determinants of the realization of organizational goals. Human resource management has a major role in every institutional activity. Although supported by facilities and infrastructure and excessive funding sources, without the support of reliable human resources, institutional activities will not run well, this shows that human resources are the main key that must be considered with all its needs. The method used is a literature review, which is a scientific study that focuses on a particular topic. Literature review will provide an overview of the development of a particular topic. Literature review will allow a researcher to identify a theory or method, develop a theory or method, identify gaps that occur between a theory and relevance in the field / to a research result. The results of the study stated that Human Resource Management (HR) is one of the most vital aspects in the success of an organization or company. At PT Jarum, the implementation of HR management aims to create synergy between employees, management, and the company's strategic goals. This goal does not only include achieving short-term results such as productivity, but also includes long-term efforts to ensure the company's desires and the welfare of its employees.  

Reconstructionism is a school of educational philosophy that aims to reshape society through radical educational reform. Rooted in a critique of progressivism, it emerged as a response to social and economic stagnation and the desire to make education an agent of social change. Its leading figures, such as George Counts and Harold Rugg, inspired by the thought of John Dewey and Theodore Brameld, advocate for an education that is able to deal with global challenges, including moral, social and environmental issues. Reconstructionism argues that education is not only responsible for shaping individuals, but also plays a role in building a just and equal society. The principles of this school emphasize the important role of education in dealing with the global crisis, as well as the need for a relevant curriculum to foster students' character and morals. This school places teachers as agents of change who play an important role in guiding students to face the challenges of the times, as well as designing a curriculum that prioritizes social interests. Thus, reconstructionism emphasizes the importance of education in saving civilization through the formation of character, morality, and a new, more humanist culture.

Leadership in the Islamic perspective is a sacred trust given by Allah to humans as His vicegerents on earth to prosper the world and safeguard the well-being of the community. Leaders are required to possess key qualities such as honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, and the ability to convey the truth, as well as being faithful, pious, just, professional, and responsible. The stories of Prophet Adam and Prophet David in the Qur'an illustrate the immense responsibility and the risks of succumbing to desires, which can be overcome through introspection and repentance. An ideal leader should use the Qur'an and hadith as guidance to achieve justice, welfare, and blessings for themselves and their communities, serving as a foundation for happiness in this world and the hereafter.

This article examines the theme "Between Worldly Lust and Closeness to God" through an analysis of James 4:1-10 in a contemporary context. The main focus of this article is to explore the conflict between worldly desires and the call to live in humility before God. Through text exgestion, it is found that disputes and dissatisfaction often arise from unsatisfied desires. James emphasizes the importance of self-surrender and humility as a way to draw closer to God, and warns us of the dangers of "friendship with the world" which can alienate us from deep spiritual connection. This article also highlights the relevance of James' teachings in facing the challenges of modern life, where individuals are often trapped in a cycle of ambition and busyness. By applying the principles of humility, repentance, and concrete action, individuals can find deeper meaning and purpose. As a suggestion, it is important for readers to do self-reflection and get involved in a community that supports the spiritual journey. The conclusion of this study is that although worldly challenges are very real, there is a path to achieving closeness to God through awareness and commitment in everyday life.    

The implementation of the education system is a major challenge for education to be able to maintain the quality of education and support the sustainability of the institution. Terry's POAC theory (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) is used as a conceptual framework to evaluate and improve the strategies that have been implemented. This study aims to analyze the strategies of Schools in Indonesia in improving the quality of education by using the POAC theory in each School. This study uses a qualitative approach with document analysis and library research techniques to collect data. Data are analyzed through background, discussion and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the POAC strategy implemented by several schools in Indonesia in improving the quality of education includes immature planning, ineffective organizing, inconsistent actuating, and inconsistent controlling. It was found that immature planning, ineffective selection of organizing, inconsistent implementation and continuous supervision are key factors in the lack of success of this strategy. The conclusion is that the POAC strategy in improving the quality of education in Schools in Indonesia has not been implemented properly. Well-organized steps, as well as the use of POAC theory, provide a strong foundation for achieving the desired educational quality goals.
