Background;The post partum period is the period passed by mother giving birth starting from the first day of the birth to 6 weeks of birth. In this period every mother gives birth obliged to give her baby exclusive milk, sufficient amounts of breast milk are the best food for babies and can meet their nutritional needs for the first 6 months and thus reach optimum growth. The world’s exclusive coverage is 41% whereas the world’s exclusive who breast fund target is 70% and the coverage rate for breastfeeding in Indonesia is 37.7% in Central Java Province in 2018 in infants aged 0-6 months of 32.7%, the data is still below the national target of exclusive breastfeeding, which is 80%, so management is needed to assist post partum mothers in expressing breast milk more effectively, namely by using the guinea pig technique Objective; This application aims to know the effects of marmet technique to improve and promote breastfeeding production for the post partum in RSUD Dr.Soeratno Gemolong Method; this implemention use case studies Results; this implemention shows the results of breastfeeding post partum with 1 day intervension, 3 times treatmen and 15 minutes duration, suggests that marmet techniques that could solve the breastfeeding problems. Summary; there are differences in development before and after being given the guinea pig technique in post partum mothers

CV Dafista Mulia is a drinking water producer company located in Lamongan Regency. The problem that is often faced by companies is the amount of waste that occurs in the process of producing bottled drinking water. The most critical percentage of waste in the bottled water production process (AMDK) is waste overproduction with a weighting percentage of 25.4%; waste defet with a weighting percentage of 16.2%; waste inventory with a weighting percentage of 14.9%; waste unnecessary motion with a weighting percentage of 14.1%; waste transportation with a weighting percentage of 11.7%; waste waiting with a weighting percentage of 9%; and waste excess processing with a weighting percentage of 8.7%. The initial activity time before the repair was 466 minutes (7 Hours 46 Minutes) and after the repair was reduced to 416 minutes (6 Hours 51 Minutes). Based on the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), it is known that the root cause of the problem with the highest waste is Overproduction, namely production planning that is not quite right with a Risk Priority Number (RPN) score of 396. Recommendations for improvements that can be proposed are to carry out production planning using data - historical data that exists and is adjusted to balance the purchasing of raw materials with orders from consumers so that the results of the Overproduction can become a safety stock so that the Overproduction can function in the next consumer order.

This research is focused on the Application of Just In Time in Increasing Production Effectiveness and Efficiency (A Study at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari, Banjar City). The problems encountered in this study include: 1]. How is the application of just in time in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of production at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari?; 2]. What are the obstacles encountered in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari?; 3]. What are the solutions to overcome obstacles in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari?; The purpose of this study: 1]. To find out the application of just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari; 2]. To find out what obstacles are faced in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari; 3]. To find out how the solution to overcome obstacles in implementing just in time at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Meanwhile, to analyze the data obtained used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that the application of just in time in increasing production effectiveness and efficiency at PT Albasi Priangan Lestari is carried out by: close communication with suppliers. Then Closeness of Communication with Customers. Furthermore, Responsiveness in Information Change. Accuracy of Executing Schedule. As well as the ability to reduce costs. Barriers to implementing just in time to increase production effectiveness and efficiency come from supporting tools for mobilizing materials and goods such as forklifts, dump turcks and losbak, supply of electrical energy and shipping costs. The solution to overcome these obstacles is to equip supporting equipment such as handlifts. Meanwhile, to handle the supply of electricity, the company built two power substations.

Abstract. The method used in this research is Value Chain Mapping, Gender Sensitivity Value Chain Mapping, and Canvas Business Model. Value Chain Mapping is used to map activities ranging from upstream to downstream from a tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis Surabaya. Gender Sensitivity Value Mapping is used to map and analyze the role of gender in the tempe industry value chain. Whereas the Canvas Business Model is used to redesign the tempe industry business model in Tenggilis  Surabaya based on value, gender, and competitive advantage. The results of this study are Value Chain Mapping and Tempe Business Model  for the home-based tempe industry. The role of women housewives in the tempe industry value chain in Tenggilis  Kauman is almost 50%. For the tempe production system and marketing management for the SME scale, such as the tempe industry in Tenggilis  tempe village, the maturity level has reached the optimal level, level 5. For external suppliers, the maturity level is still low at level 2 or still in the development stage. For market orientation, competitors and product development are already at a competitive level. Revenue Streams from the tempe business process in Kampung Tempe is the sale of tempe and its processed products, as well as a tourist visit.   Keywords: gender role, tempe industry, tempe business model, value chain mapping   Abstrac. Sedangkan Canvas Business Model digunakan untuk mendesain ulang model bisnis industri tempe di Tenggilis  Surabaya berdasarkan nilai, jenis kelamin, dan keunggulan bersaing. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemetaan Rantai Nilai dan Model Bisnis Tempe untuk industri tempe rumahan. Peran ibu rumah tangga dalam rantai nilai industri tempe di Tenggilis  Kauman hampir mencapai 50%. Untuk sistem produksi tempe dan manajemen pemasaran skala UKM seperti industri tempe di Kampung Tempe Tenggilis  tingkat kematangan sudah mencapai tingkat optimal yaitu tingkat 5. Untuk pemasok eksternal tingkat kematangan masih rendah pada tingkat 2 atau masih dalam tahap pengembangan. Untuk orientasi pasar, pesaing dan pengembangan produk sudah berada pada tingkat kompetitif. Pertanian merupakan kegiatan manusia dengan tujuan menggunakan sumber daya hayati untuk menghasilkan makanan, bahan baku industri atau sumber energi dan untuk mengelola lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengetahui apakah biaya produksi dan pendapatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumsi petani kelapa di Desa Sungai Tawar Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dan jenis penelitian kuantitatif karena penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian ilmiah yang sistematis terhadap bagian-bagian dan fenomena serta hubungan-hubungannya. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Desa Sungai Tawar Kecamatan Mendahara Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yakni data primer yang datanya diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui wawancara dan penyebarab kuisioner. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan biaya produksi dan pendapatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi petani kelapa di Desa Sungai Tawar Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur.

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Dalam Keberhasilan Usaha (Studi Pada Usaha Rempeyek Ilham Kota Jambi).   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  penerapan etika bisnis Islam sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam menurut Faisal Badroen serta yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan usaha adalah modal, pendapatan, volume penjualan, output produksi dan tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dimana dalam pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha Rempeyek Ilham telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam dengan baik dalam menjalankan usahanya dan berdampak positif terhadap keberhasilan usahanya. Kendala dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada usaha Rempeyek Ilham kota Jambi adalah menepati janji yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya tenaga kerja dibidang produksi menyebabkan keterlambatan pada pengiriman produk kepada konsumen dan kurang teliti dalam memberikan produk kepada konsumen. Solusi dalam penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada usaha Rempeyek Ilham kota Jambi adalah merekrut tenaga kerja khususnya dibidang produksi agar hasil produksi dapat memenuhi permintaan dari konsumen dan lebih cermat dan teliti pada saat memberikan produk kepada konsumen.

Sertifikasi halal merupakan hal penting dalam sebuah industri bukan hanya sebagai penjamin kehalalan bagi konsumen namun sertifikasi terhadap kehalalan produk sudah tercantum pada Undang-undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 Tentang Jaminan Produk Halal menegaskan bahwa produk makanan, obat-obatan, kosmetik dan produk lainnya wajib bersertifikasi halal, yang tidak hanya berlaku bagi perusahaan besar tapi juga pada UMKM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetapkan titik kritis pada produk Pempek Hafis untuk pengendalian resiko halalnya suatu produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tiga tahap, tahan pertama menentukan lokasi penelitian, tahap kedua melakukan observasi dan identifikasi pada rumah produksi Pempek Hafish dan tahap ketiga mengolah data dan informasi yang sudah didapat. Produk yang diidentifikasi yakni pempek dan tekwan. Hasil studi menunjukan bahwa titik kritis terdapat pada proses pengemasan kuah atau cuka pempek dan proses pembentukan adonan pempek yang tidak menggunakan sarung tanang, tempat pengolaha adonan berdekatan dengan tempat pencucian piring dan terdapat beberapa sampah yang tidak segera dibersihkan.

PBA Surya Alam is one of the industries engaged in the natural stone processing industry (PBA) which has a fairly high risk of work accidents due to the lack of hazard control in the production process for workers. The application of occupational safety and health at PBA Surya Alam has been implemented, but its application has not been maximized, such as in terms of worker awareness in using personal protective equipment (PPE). From 2020 the cutting station experienced 7 work accident cases, in 2021 the cutting station experienced 4 work accident cases, and in 2022 the cutting station experienced 2 work accident cases. The purpose of this study was to determine the potential for work accidents, risk assessment, and efforts to control hazard risks in natural stone production process activities. In addition, this study aims to determine the most dominant risk controls and provide suggestions for controlling work accident factors in the natural stone production process. Therefore, this study uses the HIRARC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method, which is a method for determining potential hazards that occur, knowing risk assessment to determine risk levels and knowing risk controls to reduce the occurrence of work accidents. The results of calculations using the HIRARC and 5W + 1 H methods show that there are 6 cases of potential hazards recorded at PBA Surya Alam with each risk, namely 6 cases of potential hazards with extreme risk, then as many as 8 potential cases hazard with high risk (high risk), as many as 5 cases of potential hazard with high risk. Whereas for the 5 W + 1 H method in the process of cutting Natural Stone from the results of observations and observations in the field making control proposals such as installing SOP signs at Natural Stone production stations so as a reminder when operators are working, safety controls for employees and safety helmets to minimize falling products (PPE), and controlling the use of gloves.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the work environment on the work productivity of employees of production division of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a cencus approach to 65 respondents who are employees of the production division of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study prove that the work environment has a positive and significant effect simultaneously or partially on the work productivity of employees of CV. Shahama Tasikmalaya.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Discipline and Competence on Work Productivity of employees in the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research population was employees of the production section of the Bintang Satu Factory in Ciamis Regency and used a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population were sampled, namely 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that Work Discipline (X1) and Competence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Work Productivity (Y). Work Discipline (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). Competence (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity (Y).

The rapid development of the internet greatly affects business changes. Many business activities have changed with the availability of the internet today. One of the significant changes in business activity is marketing or marketing. Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they want and need through creating and exchanging products and value with others. Marketing is also the process of designing and executing the conception, pricing, promotion and distribution of ideas, goods and services to create exchanges that satisfy individual and organizational goals. E-marketing describes company efforts to inform, communicate, promote and market products and services via the internet. Electronic marketing utilizes network technology to coordinate market share research, assist product development, develop strategies and tactics to attract customers, provide online distribution. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities can assist companies in capturing new customers and providing optimal service to existing customers. This web-based marketing system with SMS Gateway facilities will later be integrated with a database that will store the required data. Packaging is an important marketing tool, not only as a wrapper but also as a differentiator between the company's products and similar products from competitors. Packaging (packaging) is a process related to the design and manufacture of a container (container) or wrapper (wrapper) for a product. Each product should have an attractive packaging design, containing information on the product name, company name, net weight, expiration date, composition, nutritional content, Indonesian National Standard or SNI, Hazard Analytical Critical Control Point (HACCP) and halal marking. 2. In making the packaging design there are aesthetic and identity factors, there should be the words and the Bananation logo, and use a combination of several colors, and add various images to make the packaging more colorful and catchy so that it is easier for everyone to remember. UMKM Laziza Bakery & Cake is a company that produces various types of bread. Based on work accident data collection in this study, the company was faced with several problems in the production department, one of which was that the hands were exposed to heat from the oven. This happens due to several factors, including human factors and machine factors. the design of recommendations or proposed improvements is made based on the hazard (potential hazard) that occurs. The Hazard And Operability method aims to overcome this problem, with the hope that it can reduce the risk of work accidents at the UMKM Laziza Bakery & Cake. We can see that the hazard sources for the production machine category from the 6 production machines used have a medium risk level of 4 on mixer machines, mixing machines, packing machines, and cutting machines. For hazard sources for facility design, there are 2 factors that have a medium risk level, namely PPE posters and equipment arrangement. Then for the source of hazard the attitude of workers has a risk level extreme with the category of potential hazards caused by potential hazards (hazard) extreme risk and worksheets in the use of PPE in the work area so that workers can immediately read what are the potential hazards they will experience if not using PPE

A good facility layout will affect the smooth production process. Preliminary observations on CV Renjana Offset are still not good enough to apply because they do not take into account the degree of closeness. This can be seen from the location of the machine and work stations that look far apart and the existence of intersecting material flows resulting in backtracking, such as the printing work station to the coating work station, the material transfer distance is 12.4 m and has to pass through the garden and back of the CV Renjana Offset office with distances that are too long cause the production time to be longer. The method used to design the layout of production facilities at CV Renjana Offset is the Systematic Layout Planning and Blocplan methods. This method was chosen because it is in accordance with the characteristics of the company and can minimize the distance between production stations and no longer intersecting production process flows. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and getting an increase in the efficiency of the initial material handling layout with layout suggestions. The results of the calculation of the total area needed for assistance are 171.5 m². The results of SLP and Blocplan processing are 10 alternative layouts and the Adjacency score, R Score, and Rel-dist score feature values ​​are presented for each layout alternative. Of the 5 alternative layouts produced, there is a layout for the production of yearbook products which is chosen as the best layout because it has an Adjacency Score of 1.00, layout 2 has an R Score of 0.87, and the Rel-dist Score of the second layout has a value of 202. Based on three parameters, The selected layout is layout 2. Calculation of distances using the rectilinear method at each facility for the yearbook product layout is 28.29 m.

Geographically, Nyama Yang Hamlet is located on Moa Island, Southwest Maluku Regency, which has very rich natural resource potential, with the potential for coconut plantations. The right skills training can help increase productivity and create jobs. Answering these problems, the main purpose of this community service activity is to provide education and knowledge to the public about the benefits and process of making VCO. This service activity uses a descriptive method whose implementation begins with a preliminary study, mentoring and guidance, processing and production training, marketing, promotion, and evaluation using pretest and posttest to assess program effectiveness. The results of the questionnaire showed that 20 Nyama hamlet residents who participated in the training activities did not know how to process VCO. 3 people or 15% of residents do not know the benefits of VCO. However, after the activity ended, the results of the questionnaire showed that 100% of the residents of Nyama Hamlet were skilled in processing VCO and understood the various benefits of VCO both in daily life and having a high selling value.

Kurangnya dukungan dan pengetahuan Teknologi dari masyarakat setempat, menyebabkan produksi dan peningkatan pemasaran usaha Dodol Juwadah di desa Banding Kecamatan Rajabasa kurang optimal. Karena UMKM Indah Rasa khususnya produk Dodol Juwadah hanya memproduksi ketika ada pesanan di acara-acara tertentu yang mencakup di wilayah sekitar. Oleh sebab itu penulis membantu untuk upaya peningkatan pemasaran UMKM Dodol Juwadah berbasis teknologi, agar tembus ke pusat Kota Bandar lampung dan luar Lampung dengan menggunakan strategi sistem informasi serta memberikan penyuluhan, pengetahuan, serta ikut serta merealisasikan dengan menciptakan kemasan baru yang lebih menarik, promosi, pengenalan Dodol Juwadah di Desa Banding melalui Blog, dan media sosial lainnya agar bisa terus produksi Dodol Juwadah. Tujuan upaya peningkatan pemasaran produk Dodol Juwadah salah satunya adalah untuk merealisasikan sistem pemasaran dengan memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya yang tersedia agar dapat digunakan, dimanfaatkan serta mendapatkan keuntungan serta memingkatkan agar pemesanan Dodol Juwadah terus berlanjut untuk menambah omzet pemasukan daerah Lampung dimasa pandemi.

The community service activity was carried out by the East Java UPNV KKNT-T team in Klampis Ngasem Village with the background from the results of the Forum Group Discussion for MSMEs in Klampis Ngasem Village including: lack of knowledge regarding Cost of Production, lack of knowledge regarding classification and cost calculation fixed and variable costs in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles both manually andexcel. The purpose of holding this activity is that MSME actors in Klampis Ngasem Village have knowledge and understanding regarding the calculation of the Cost of Production  so that they are able to determine a good selling price and get the expected profit. The methods used in this community service activity are observation, problem-solving approaches, training, and mentoring. The results of the implementation of this service are as follows: exposure, training, and assistance regarding fixed costs and variable costs have been carried out so that they are able to carry out the principles of calculating  in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs play an important role in improving the economy of a region and the country's economy. However, in the production cycle, processed food requires prerequisites that must be considered because its quality is easily damaged. One of the factors that often results in defects in MSMEs processed food products is the lack of concern for food safety. The method used in this service activity is counseling. The result of this counseling is that MSMEs actors in Klampis Ngasem Village, Surabaya City know the use of food added ingredients and hazardous materials in food. The purpose of this service activity is to educate MSMEs in Klampis Ngasem Village, Surabaya City about the importance of using food preservation and packaging technology extend the shelf life of the product while still complying with food safety regulations. so that MSMEs actors can make food products that are safe, competitive, of good quality, and have high selling value.

This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the influence of capital, labor, and training on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar, as well as the influence of capital, labor, training, and production value on the industry's income. The research sample consisted of 88 units of ready-made garment industry businesses in Kota Denpasar, and path analysis was used as the analytical method. The results of the analysis indicated that capital, labor, and training have a positive impact on the production value of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar. Additionally, capital, labor, training, and production value also have a positive influence on the industry's income. Another interesting finding is that the production value acts as a mediator between capital, labor, and training and the income of the ready-made garment industry in Kota Denpasar.
