Customer satisfaction is a crucial factor in determining the success and sustainability of a business. Satisfaction can be enhanced through various strategic approaches, such as effective promotional activities, competitive pricing, and consistent product quality to meet or even exceed consumer expectations. This study aimed to determine the effect of promotion, price, and product quality on customer satisfaction at Bananamoo Kediri. This study employed a quantitative method, collecting data through distributing questionnaires to 25 respondents selected using accidental sampling, namely consumers who happened to come and were willing to be sampled. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression to test partial and simultaneous relationships between variables. The results showed that promotion significantly influenced customer satisfaction, indicating that the better the promotional strategy implemented, the higher the level of consumer satisfaction. Similarly, price had a partially significant effect, indicating that consumers tend to be satisfied if the price offered is commensurate with the quality and benefits of the product. Product quality was also shown to have a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, underscoring the importance of consistent quality in maintaining consumer trust. Simultaneously, the three independent variables—promotion, price, and product quality—had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. This finding is supported by the coefficient of determination (R²) of 80.3%, indicating that variations in customer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by the three variables (X) together, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside this study. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of managing a balanced marketing strategy to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This community service program is designed to improve the competitiveness and marketing effectiveness of YAIKI's Shoe Business Partners, located in Karangdieng Village, Mojokerto Regency. This improvement effort is carried out through the creation of a digital product catalog integrated with QR codes as a modern promotional medium. The digital product catalog is systematically structured, interactive, and easily accessible, containing comprehensive information on the types, designs, sizes, prices, and advantages of the shoes produced. The catalog's attractive appearance is designed using design software and online platforms, thus conveying a professional impression and increasing consumer appeal. Furthermore, QR codes are created and placed on each product and promotional materials such as brochures, packaging, and posters. By scanning the QR code with a smartphone, consumers can directly connect to the digital catalog without having to manually search for information, thus making the marketing process more efficient and responsive to market needs. The program implementation method includes training in digital catalog creation using free or low-cost graphic design software and online platforms, the creation of QR codes that directly link to the catalog, and technical assistance for partners in implementing this technology into their marketing strategies. The program evaluation demonstrated increased partner understanding of digital technology, ease of product information delivery, and the potential for increased sales and broader market reach. Through this innovation, local shoe businesses in Karangdieng Village have a greater opportunity to compete in the modern market. The implementation of digital catalogs and QR codes is expected to be a practical and sustainable solution to support business growth, strengthen brand image, and encourage economic independence for the local community.

This study aims to analyze the effect of revenue on the ornamental fish business at PT. Indotama Putra Wahana. Revenue in this context refers to all income obtained by the company, both from export activities and from sales through online platforms such as Tokopedia. Business growth is defined as the increase in net profit, reflecting the sustainability and development of the company in running its operations. Therefore, it is important to analyze the contribution of income from both sources to the company’s success and growth. The data used in this study includes export revenue over the past six months and revenue from Tokopedia over the past four months. Net profit is calculated by subtracting total income from monthly operational costs. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS software to obtain more accurate results. The research findings show that the ANOVA test resulted in an F value of 38.429 with a significance value of 0.007, indicating that both export revenue and Tokopedia revenue significantly affect business growth simultaneously. This suggests that both types of income play an important role in driving the company's growth. Additionally, the t-test shows that export revenue has a greater impact on business growth compared to Tokopedia revenue. The regression coefficient for export revenue is 0.987, while for Tokopedia revenue, it is 0.536. Overall, this study reveals that export revenue has a greater impact on the growth and sustainability of the ornamental fish business at PT. Indotama Putra Wahana. These findings provide deeper insight for the company to focus on export strategies to enhance net profit and ensure the sustainability of its business.

The practice of overclaiming in the skincare industry, particularly through e-commerce platforms, has emerged as a critical concern in the realm of consumer protection law. Misleading product claims, especially regarding active ingredients such as retinol, can not only compromise consumer trust but also pose health risks. This study aims to analyze the legal responsibility of business actors in cases of exaggerated product claims, with a focus on the ElsheSkin case, in which the retinol content was scientifically proven to differ significantly from what was stated on the product label. Employing a juridical-normative and descriptive-analytical approach, this study uses secondary data derived from relevant legislation, expert commentary, regulatory standards, and digital media content. The findings indicate that ElsheSkin’s mislabeling constitutes a violation of the principle of transparency and the right of consumers to obtain accurate product information as regulated in Indonesian consumer protection law, particularly Law No. 8 of 1999. Despite the violation, ElsheSkin displayed a degree of legal and ethical responsibility by conducting a product recall, offering compensation to affected consumers, issuing a public apology, and initiating improvements to internal quality control mechanisms. The case underscores the urgent need for stronger regulatory oversight in the digital marketplace, especially in the skincare sector, where scientific claims can be easily manipulated for marketing gain. It also emphasizes the importance of enhancing public awareness and education regarding product ingredients and their actual effects. In conclusion, while business actors are legally bound to ensure the accuracy of product information, there must also be a collaborative effort between regulators, companies, and consumers to create a more transparent and trustworthy digital commercial environment.

Digitalization has been a key catalyst for change in the global business landscape, driving the transformation of companies' strategies, organizational structures, and operational models. For small and medium enterprises (SMEs), digital technology opens up great opportunities to expand market reach and compete in the international arena more effectively. Technologies such as e-commerce, social media, big data analytics, and cloud-based platforms enable SMEs to break through geographical boundaries, facilitate access to global customers, and accelerate product distribution and marketing processes. This paper explores the current academic literature that discusses the influence of digital technology on the internationalization of SMEs. A total of five relevant studies were analyzed to identify common patterns, challenges, and successful strategies in the use of digital technology. The results of the study show that the adoption of digitalization not only improves operational cost efficiency, but also encourages business model innovation, such as digital platform-based marketing, cross-border virtual collaboration, and the development of a more adaptive global business ecosystem. In addition, the ability to utilize digital technology gives SMEs a competitive advantage through access to real-time market information, personalization of offers, and more targeted branding strategies. However, the research also found obstacles, such as limited human resources, technological infrastructure, and digital literacy among SMEs. Therefore, synergy is needed between business actors, the government, and academia to support the acceleration of digital technology adoption through training, mentoring, and policies that support innovation. The paper also highlights future research opportunities, such as the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, automation, and blockchain in supporting the global expansion of SMEs. These findings are expected to be a strategic reference in designing sustainable internationalization policies in the digital era.

This study aims to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge, business capital, and business length on the success of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tandes District, Surabaya City. The background of this research is based on the importance of financial management skills, sufficient capital availability, and business experience in supporting the sustainability and growth of MSMEs. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME actors who are registered and domiciled in Tandes District. The sample criteria include fostered MSME actors who have been running their businesses for at least three years and marketing their own products. This Community Service (PkM) program aims to provide assistance in financial recording and direct involvement in the production process at the Wisnu Batik SME. The main focus of the activity is to support the sustainability of micro-enterprises based on local culture, particularly through improved management and the preservation of traditional values. The activity was carried out for two months in the form of field work practice (PKL), using participatory observation methods, semi-structured interviews, and direct documentation. One of the main results of the activity was the implementation of a quarterly financial recording system based on SIINAS (National Industrial Information System), which has been proven to improve the accuracy and transparency in the preparation of business reports. Furthermore, the direct involvement of the interns in the traditional batik production process provided important insights into the production stages, the cultural values contained, and the challenges faced in maintaining quality and continuity of production. Analysis of the cost of goods manufactured (COGS) and monthly revenues showed that the Wisnu Batik SME has great potential for sustainable development if managed with a more systematic and professional approach. The synergy between good financial management and production process efficiency is an important foundation in strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs in the midst of market competition. This activity also serves as concrete evidence that collaboration between the world of education and MSMEs can encourage positive transformation in micro-business management towards a more modern, measurable, and culturally value-based direction.

This study aims to analyze interest rate risk management in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that use People's Business Credit (KUR) facilities, with a case study at the Kari Water Drinking Water Depot in Kulim District, Pekanbaru City. Fluctuations in interest rates are one of the financial risks that can affect the continuity of MSME businesses, especially in terms of the ability to pay credit obligations. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Kari Water Depot faces financial risks due to interest rate fluctuations, operational risks related to water distribution and quality, and legal risks due to drinking water quality regulations. The application of risk management based on ISO 31000 has been proven to help in the process of systematic risk identification, analysis, and mitigation. The mitigation strategy through investment in Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology is considered effective because it can improve product quality and operational efficiency. However, the success of this strategy is greatly influenced by the readiness of human resources, access to financing, and mature risk planning. This study recommends the importance of risk management training for MSMEs and policy support in the form of access to affordable funding and environmentally friendly technology to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs amidst economic dynamics.

This study aims to evaluate business development strategies by applying the SWOT analysis method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) as a tool in the strategic planning process. The method used is a literature review, in which data were obtained by examining various academic sources such as books, journals, and relevant research reports. The findings of this review indicate that SWOT analysis provides a comprehensive understanding of a business's internal and external conditions. By leveraging strengths and opportunities while identifying weaknesses and threats, business actors—especially MSMEs—can design more focused and realistic strategies, such as SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies. SWOT analysis is not only theoretical but has also proven effective in various business development contexts. Therefore, the application of this method is highly recommended as a foundation for formulating sustainable business development policies and directions.
