Operational risk management is an essential aspect in maintaining the stability and sustainability of micro-enterprises operating in the culinary sector, particularly in the fast food industry, which relies heavily on production processes, raw material quality, and human resource skills. This study aims to analyze the types of operational risks that arise in the daily operations of the Kebab Capadocia MSME in Boyolali Regency using a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and field observations. The COSO Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework was used as the primary theoretical foundation to map risks based on five components: risk identification, risk assessment, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring. The results indicate that the business faces four main risk categories: production process risks, human resource risks, food hygiene and safety risks, and raw material distribution risks. Implemented controls are still informal and not supported by standard operating procedures (SOPs), resulting in recurring risks that impact product quality. These findings contribute to the MSME risk management literature and offer practical recommendations for strengthening operational structures based on systematic risk management.

The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly disrupted the global labor sector, including in Indonesia. The urgency of this study lies in the growing inequality in access to digital skills and the lack of legal protection for workers in the digital era. This research aims to analyze the impact of AI on employment in Indonesia and to assess the adequacy of labor regulations in addressing digital transformation. This study employs a normative legal method with a juridical-empirical approach, utilizing literature review, secondary data, and qualitative analysis of labor policies and relevant regulations. The findings reveal that while AI has the potential to create new types of employment, it also threatens conventional jobs, especially in labor-intensive sectors. Moreover, Indonesia's labor regulations have not yet adapted to new, flexible, and platform-based work models, resulting in legal uncertainty for informal and freelance workers. This study contributes to the discourse on the need for labor law reform that is inclusive and adaptive to technological developments. In conclusion, there is a pressing need for responsive labor regulation reform, increased digital literacy, and continuous reskilling systems to ensure that AI-driven transformation does not create new inequalities in the labor market. Future research is recommended to focus on formulating new legal protection models for digital workers in the AI era.

In general, infrastructure development requires materials from nature and one of them is natural coarse aggregate of crushed stone. The rapid development of infrastructure in Indonesia has resulted in the depletion of the natural coarse aggregate. Therefore, other efforts are needed in terms of using coarse aggregate as a construction material. So in this study the aim is to make artificial coarse aggregate made from fly ash. The results showed that this artificial coarse aggregate met the requirements of the General Specifications of Bina Marga 2010 rev 3 as a construction material, namely for an abrasion value of 40% and water absorption of 3%. In this study, 5 types of comparisons were carried out, namely, 70:30%, 60:40%, 50:50%, 40:60%, 30:70 and for the type of composition comparison 70:30% (70% fly ash:30% cement). ) the abrasion value is still below 40%, and the amount of water absorption is below 3% so that this artificial coarse aggregate still meets the standard specifications of General Highways 2010 rev 3. Based on the price comparison that has been made between artificial coarse aggregate and natural coarse aggregate of crushed stone , shows a price disparity of Rp. 35,779 - Rp. 58,779. Hajj is one of the pillars of Islam that must be carried out by all Muslims for those who can afford it. The implementation of the hajj of course has pillars and conditions that regulate the implementation of the hajj, if they commit an offense that is not in accordance with the pillars of hajj, then a Muslim or Muslim woman can be sanctioned.  In the implementation of the Hajj, the sanctions given are called dam. The research was conducted to find out the views of the top four Islamic imams on the payment of fines (dam) in the implementation of the Hajj, the types of violations that can be imposed and to see the development of the implementation of Hajj for Indonesian pilgrims. The research was carried out using qualitative methods. The subject of the study is an Indonesian hajj pilgrim guide who has done it. The four major sects (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, Hambali) agree that dam is a fine of worship that must be paid when pilgrims violate the prohibition or abandon the obligation of Hajj, with the main form of slaughtering animals, feeding the poor, or fasting if they are unable to afford it. The difference lies in the limit of a violation so that it is obligatory and a choice between slaughter, food alms, and fasting in each sect.

In article 157A of Law Number 6 of 2023 that in the process of termination of employment, employers and permanent workers must carry out their respective obligations, employers can carry out suspension actions and still pay wages and other rights, but in reality employers rarely apply article 157A. The purpose of the research is to analyze the Implementation, Obstacles and Efforts on Workers' Rights in Wage Payment During the Termination of Employment Process at Palm Oil Company in Siak Regency. This type of research is Sociological legal research. In this research, three approaches are used, namely the legislative approach and the data source case approach using primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used is primary data through interviews and questionnaires. The conclusion of this study is the legal protection of workers' rights during the termination of employment by the company through the settlement of industrial relations disputes in which there are various interpretations regarding the wage process. Article 157A of Law Number 6 of 2023 states that the responsibility of employers and workers remains valid until the industrial relations dispute settlement agency makes a decision. The implementation in the process of termination of employment is that workers are no longer allowed to work by the company but do not carry out suspension actions, but there are many companies that do not carry out things regulated by law. With the existence of multi-interpretation regulations on wages, the process provides uncertainty for workers, as well as in the interim decision submitted by the worker/plaintiff which is rejected by the judge which is clear that the worker can prove that the employer does not carry out his obligations as it should.

Digital transformation in judicial institutions is aimed at improving transparency, efficiency, and legal certainty for the public. One of the main instruments in the digitization of the judiciary in Indonesia is the Case Tracking Information System (Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara/SIPP), which functions as a means of case administration as well as a medium for public information disclosure. Although SIPP is considered to be running well from an administrative perspective, its effectiveness from the point of view of service users, particularly in providing information on court schedules, still shows limitations in its practical use. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of SIPP in providing information and certainty regarding court schedules for service users at the Surabaya Class IA Special District Court. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with service users and court officials, observation, and review of documents and system data. The analysis was conducted using the Socio-digital effectiveness framework, which focuses on three dimensions, namely user experience, citizen engagement, and public value, to examine the relationship between digital systems, user experience, and the social meaning of public judicial services. The analysis shows that the SIPP has been quite effective in providing access to court schedule information at the administrative level. This effectiveness is reflected in the openness of information access, which can be used by the public without special authentication. However, at the level of practical use, there are still limitations in terms of timeliness and consistency of information updates when there are delays or changes to the court schedule. This affects the user experience in planning attendance and shapes perceptions of the reliability of the digital information provided by the court.

This study examines the interaction between word order, focus, and prosody in Indonesian and English within the framework of the syntax–prosody interface. While previous studies have largely focused on Indo-European languages, limited attention has been given to how these components interact in typologically distinct languages such as Indonesian. To address this gap, the study employs a mixed-method design combining corpus-based analysis and experimental approaches, including production and perception tasks. The corpus data reveal that English predominantly relies on prosodic marking to signal focus, whereas Indonesian demonstrates greater flexibility in word order, using syntactic fronting alongside prosodic cues. Experimental results further show that pitch (F0) is a stronger predictor of focus interpretation in English, whereas in Indonesian, a more distributed system involving both syntactic and prosodic features is observed. Statistical analyses, including linear mixed-effects models, confirm that language type, focus position, and prosodic parameters significantly influence focus interpretation. The findings contribute to the theoretical development of the syntax–prosody interface by demonstrating that focus realization is shaped by language-specific constraints while still reflecting universal principles of information structure. Methodologically, the study highlights the effectiveness of integrating corpus and experimental data in cross-linguistic research. These results provide new insights into typological variation in focus marking and offer a more comprehensive understanding of how syntax and prosody interact in natural language.
