This article reviews and attempts to confirm the marketing management strategy for sustainable tourism destinations. In the marketing management of tourism destinations, it is necessary to carry out good planning that involves the role of the central government, regional governments, the private sector, business actors and the surrounding community. In planning it is necessary to carry out an analysis, namely: (a) Analysis of the macro environment which includes the political, economic, social, legal and cultural environment;,(b) Analysis of the microenvironment including producers, supplier, competitors, tourists and community; (c) Competitor analysis including similar tourits destinations, and (d) Market analysis, namely the potential of tourists and the tourist market.  The marketing strategy consists of analysis, development, implementation and evaluation of activities in the development of tourist destinations. Likewise in the development of sustainable tourism management there are several aspects that need to be considered, namely; (a) Aspects of the attractiveness of tourist attractions; (b) Access to tourist spots; (c) Main and supporting facilities such as hotels, restaurants and others; and (d ) Institutions such as travel agents, travel agents, tours guides and others.

Tourism is a trip undertaken by individuals or groups to a place temporarily to seek harmony or balance and happiness in the social, cultural, natural and scientific dimensions. Spillane groups the goals of individual/group travel, including enjoying travel, spending time with family, business matters, and others. Tourism development is all forms of coordinated activities with the aim of increasing the number of tourists and improving facilities and infrastructure services, in the form of goods or services and facilities. This is categorized as a complex activity because this activity coordinates activities, facilities and infrastructure, objects and attractions, supporting facilities, environmental facilities and so on with tourists.

The increase in Sentani Airport passengers is currently getting higher, in March 2022 Sentani Airport passengers increased by 25% compared to the same period in 2021. This increase in passengers has resulted in increased vehicle movement, especially four-wheeled vehicles. Currently, passengers at Sentani Airport tend to use private vehicles to go to the airport, thereby placing a burden on traffic. Therefore, public bus transportation is needed to support passenger travel to the airport. This study aims to determine the characteristics of passengers at Sentani Airport and the percentage of passengers who are willing to switch to using public bus transportation to support travel to/from the airport, and also to calculate the number of buses needed to serve the Jayapura route at Sentani Airport. The research location is located at Sentani Airport, Sentani District, Jayapura. The method used in this research is to conduct field surveys, namely distributing questionnaires to respondents and direct interviews with related parties. From the results of this study, the characteristics of Sentani airport passengers are dominantly traveling with tourism purposes. Passengers come from the upper middle class and are very concerned about the ease of use of the mode. The percentage of passengers who are willing to switch to using public bus transportation based on the criteria offered is 65%. The number of buses needed to serve the Jayapura route at Senatani Airport is 9 vehicles.

Firstly, COVID-19 was reported in Indonesia on March 2, 2020, in several cases. The latest data on April 23 2020, there were 15,331 confirmed cases with 120 deaths. COVID-19 cases in Batam City have started to increase in the last week. As of April 30, there have been five positive cases of COVID-19, and one person died. Tiban Baru is one of the area in the Batam City. Many people still do not understand self-isolation, especially when they have a history of contact with positive cases, have just returned or traveled outside the city, and have symptoms similar to COVID-19. Furthermore, they are still in contact with other family members. This will certainly expand the expansion of case transmission in households. This activities partner up with a village headman of Tiban Baru. The solution to the problem is education to the public about self-isolation for people in the assesment in handling COVID-19. Educations provided through the media of leaflets and masks donations to people affected by COVID-19. The purpose of this activity is to increase public knowledge about self-isolation efforts if they have symptoms similar to COVID-19 or contact with COVID-19 cases and improve hygiene in the community as an effort to prevent transmission of COVID-19

Keputusan konsumen adalah proses integrasi yang digunakan untuk mengombinasikan pengetahuan untuk mengevaluasi dua tau lebih perilaku alternatif dan memilih satu diantaranya. Keputusan konsumen adalah sebuah  pendekatan penyelesaian masalah pada kegiatan manusia  untuk membeli suatu barang atau jasa dalam memenuhi keinginan dan kebutuhannya. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikansi  pelayanan terhadap Keputusan konsumen berdasarkan uji t diperoleh sebesar thitung > ttabel (2,323 > 1,98447) (Sig 0.022 < α0.05). dengan demikian Ho ditolak. kesimpulannya : ada pengaruh signifikan Kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat konsumen pada PT. Pos Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian ini diperoleh nilai signifikansi fasilitas berdasarkan uji t diperoleh sebesar thitung > ttabel (6,851< 1,98447) (Sig 0.000 < α0.05). dengan demikian H0 ditolak. kesimpulannya : ada pengaruh signifikan fasilitas terhadap keputusan  konsumen pada CV . Berdasarkan hasil uji F diatas diperoleh df1=97 dan df2==2 sehingga diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut nilai Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar (24,342 > 3.09) (Sig. 0.000 < α0.05), dengan demikian H0 ditolak . kesimpulannya : ada pengaruh signifikan pengaruh pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap keputusan konsumen pada CV . Tourism is indeed something that many people like, but a limited budget is the main reason for people not to go on a tour. Backpacking is a trip to a place without carrying burdensome items or a suitcase, making it easier to travel from one destination to another. Karimunjawa is one of the tourist destinations favored by the Jepara Regency Government and the Central Java Provincial Government. Still beautiful and preserved nature Karimunjawa is the main attraction. According to Tourist Visit Statistics Data by TIC Jepara (Jepara Tourism Information Center), in 2018 the number of tourists who came to visit Karimunjawa was 137,835 people. With details of 129,679 domestic tourists, and 8,156 foreign tourists. (TIC Jepara, 2018). With this backpacker method, it is hoped that it can become an alternative cheap travel method to increase tourists in Karimun Jawa after the pandemic.

Earthquake is one of the natural disasters that can occur without being used. Earthquakes originate from vibrations in the bowels of the earth that travel to the surface caused by fractures in the earth breaking and shifting violently. To prevent material and inmaterial losses, this research can be carried out by utilizing hardware technology in the form of Raspberry PI and Piezoelectric Sensors. Raspberry PI is a small single-board computer (SBC) used for electronics projects. Raspberry PI has 40 pins divided into two modes, namely BCM and BOARD. For making a Piezoelectric Sensor value reading program using the Python Programming Language. The results of reading the output of the Piezoelectric Sensor integrated with the Raspberry PI are in the form of a voltage value. The output of the voltage is sent to the Website Page in real time. The collection of output data can then be analyzed if there are indications of an earthquake. The trial form was carried out by dropping the weight of objects weighing 2 and 3 Kilograms with the drop points being 25 cm, 50 cm and 95 cm. The experiment was carried out 3 times based on weight and falling point. From the test results, the value of vibration on the piezoelectric sensor was obtained with the lowest value of 107787 and the highest 568785063. For the criteria for an earthquake or not, it is divided into 2 categories, namely weak or strong. If the vibration value is more than 880000 it is interpreted as a strong category otherwise if it is less than 880000 it is categorized as weak. The sensor reading results are then stored in the database and displayed on the Website Page.

Tourism is a travel activity carried out temporarily from the original residence to the destination area with the reason not to settle or make a living but only to fulfill curiosity, spend leisure or holiday and other destinations. One of the new tourism destinations that has a natural charm as if we are standing on a bumpy cloud. This study reveals how the relationship between the establishment of the monument and the traditional belief system of the Toba Batak people who still believe in the existence of the spirits of their ancestors. The actualization of this belief is manifested in the construction of an ancestral monument which is considered an embodiment of respect for the descendants of the clan that founded it. To reveal these data, in this study the authors used qualitative research. The data in the field were obtained through participatory observation techniques, interviews, and literature studies. The purpose of this study was to reveal the background of the establishment of monuments in clan groups in Balige District, Toba Samosir Regency which represents the function and meaning of the erection of clan monuments in Balige District. Toba Samosir Regency also describes the organization and implementation of the case for the establishment of the Siraja Nababat, Manurung, Nommensen, Siagian, Sonakmalela and Sisimangaraja XII monuments in and analyzes the conception of the construction of the monument in the Toba Batak community. based on the conception of traditional beliefs that believe in the existence of their ancestral spirits in people's lives. The worship of ancestral spirits is manifested in the construction of monuments. This research was conducted in the Tourism Area in the City of Balige and Porsea – North Sumatra. The aims of this study include: (1) As a deeper learning material about the reasons why Batak Culture built the Tugu, and (2) To explore and promote the richness of culture, tradition, history in the Batak tribe. The results showed that (1) all visitors who came were very enthusiastic about the history of the construction of each existing monument, (2) the role of both local and foreign tourists had a positive impact on the community, namely the development of local community knowledge systems, the emergence of new livelihoods, getting to know language diversity, technological progress, the formation of social organizations, the emergence of the commercialization of hospitality, the shift in the value of solidarity in agriculture. Cultural tourism is a travel activity carried out by certain parties (a person or group of people) by visiting certain places with the aim of learning about cultural attractions or taking advantage of the cultural potential of the places visited.

This study was conducted to measure the extent of the ability of Vocational High School (Arts and Tourism) students to read one of the Japanese letters, namely Hiragana. The ability to read Hiragana is important to master to improve the competencies that exist in students in order to be able to compete in this increasingly dynamic world of tourism. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar in class X majoring in Travel Business Tours Class of 2022/2023. In this study, data collection techniques were used through the provision of tests by analyzing scores, percentages, and grouping result data between low, medium, and high. By using this technique, students can find out their ability to read Hiragana's writings.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the influence of customer experience, consumer confidence, prices and flight ticket purchasing decisions on the Traveloka application for UNIMAR AMNI Semarang Students. The sample in this study amounted to 52 respondents who used airline ticket services in the Traveloka application. By using probability sampling technique, namely by random sampling. Analysis of the data used in this study is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of (software) Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) version 26. The results of the study by partially testing the t-test hypothesis showed that Customer experience, consumer trust, and price have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the research model of the multiple linear regression equation is Y= 0.095 + 0.484.X1 + 0.195.X2 +0.295.X3 + . From the regression equation, it can be seen that the most dominant variable affecting the increase in the number of passengers is the price variable with a regression coefficient of 0.095. And the R2 test (Adjusted R Square) obtained results of 0.780 or 78.0% which means that purchasing decisions are influenced by customer experience, consumer confidence and price variables which are 63.8% and other factors that influence passenger decisions are 36.2 % or 0.362.

Economic activity becomes a benchmark in the assessment of the community to achieve prosperity, and becomes a supporter and driver of growth in the surrounding area. Vim Village, Abepura District is one of the service activity centers that has a land use that is so complex and strategically located that it triggers various forms of economic activity, becoming an attraction for people to travel for transportation, especially along Jalan Perkutut. This study examines the relationship of micro-economic activities with traffic performance obtained from side barriers, vehicle volume and road capacity. The research methods used to achieve the objectives are quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The quantitative method uses the analysis of the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI, 1997) to obtain vehicle volume, road capacity and traffic performance. The qualitative method uses descriptive analysis that discusses the comparison of the distribution of micro-economic activities that affect side barriers, the comparison of two traffic performance results and spatial planning plans along the Perkutut road. The results showed that the increase in the number of micro-economic activities at night along Jalan Perkutut had an effect on increasing the number of side barriers and the volume of vehicles. In addition, the imbalance in the volume of vehicles and road capacity shows that Perkutut Road traffic performance is experiencing congestion as indicated by the Service Level Index (ITP) with a value of F. Under these conditions, spatial planning for the road network, pedestrian pedestrian arrangement and land use arrangement is needed, especially on microeconomic activities.

The emergence of the current COVID-19 pandemic has a significant impact on people's activities from various aspects of life, both in foreign countries and in this country in various sectors, namely economic, political, social and cultural. Government policies that have been made and implemented require good management, for that full support from the community is also needed. The implementation of existing policies, ranging from PSBB, transitional PSBB, emergency PSBB, New Normal PSBB, Emergency PSBB 2, PPKM, emergency PPKM, Micro PPKM is felt to have not shown a significant decline, this makes the government continue to strive to continue to make policies and regulations. To reduce the rate of suspected Covid-19 contamination, the last government policy through the Java and Bali Level PPKM showed good results, was able to suppress and control the Covid-19 pandemic, Covid-19 control will not work if only the government does it, but requires participation of all elements of society in their respective areas. The government really needs the participation of various parties, namely the business world, the community, Covid-19 volunteers, community leaders and the media. In addition, community behavior is expected to be disciplined in implementing the health protocol, namely 3M (maintaining distance, wearing masks and washing hands frequently), with 3M discipline being the key to strengthening the implementation of 3T (testing, tracing, treatment) down to the village level. In addition, social distancing, long-distance travel restrictions, and proper promotion and education to the public are forms of public health efforts in breaking the chain of the spread of the Corona virus. In fact, there are still people who don't follow the rules, go out on motorbikes, don't wear masks and helmets, don't maintain social distancing, still crowd in the market, they tend to ignore the rules for wearing masks, even though there are rules from PerWali Semarang number 57 of 2020 article 6 paragraph 3

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kost Eksklusif D’Paragon Bukitsari Semarang. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi preferensi tamu. Dalam penelitian ini dibatasi pada preferensi dominan yang dicari oleh para tamu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menjelaskan preferensi apa saja yang digunakan oleh para tamu dalam memutuskan kost eksklusif sebagai tempat tinggal sementara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan penelitian bermetode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dengan memperoleh data dan fakta yang diperlukan, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Peneliti menggunakan responden sebanyak 10 orang, dengan rincian 7 responden tamu, 1 responden manajer operasional, 1 housekepper, 1 frontdesk. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa 1. Dalam memilih kamar untuk disewa secara harian, tamu mempunyai 4 preferensi dominan yaitu harga, lokasi, fasilitas, dan lingkungan, 2.Dibandingkan dengan hotel bujet, kost eksklusif masih lebih ekonomis harganya dengan fasilitas yang hampir sama, 3. Selain 4 perferensi dominan diatas, kekompakan dan koordinasi karyawan dalam melayani tamu mempunyai pengaruh penting terhadap pelayanan kepuasan tamu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen milenial saat ini sangat selektif dalam membelanjakan uangnya terutama saat bepergian. Mereka mempunyai banyak alternative tempat menginap sesuai bujetnya, dan bisa mengalokasikan dana liburan atau bepergian ke hal lain yang bisa menambah nilai liburannya tersebut.
