Early marriage remains a significant issue contributing to the high prevalence of stunting in Indonesia, particularly in rural areas. The lack of awareness among adolescents and parents regarding the negative impacts of early marriage and the importance of proper nutrition is a major contributing factor. The PENA EMAS (Early Marriage Prevention for Stunting Elimination Towards Healthy Children) program was implemented in Tanjung Buaya Village as part of the KKN-T Posko 22 UNIMMAN initiative to raise public awareness about the dangers of early marriage and its link to stunting risk. This program utilized three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Activities included educational sessions, adolescent health screenings, local vegetable planting initiatives, and interactive media such as podcasts and educational competitions. The evaluation results showed an increase in community awareness of family planning and nutrition fulfillment, with five adolescents identified as having anemia based on hemoglobin (Hb) level tests. The conclusion of this program is that community-based educational interventions with participatory approaches can enhance awareness among adolescents and parents in preventing early marriage and reducing stunting risk. Recommended follow-up actions include regular health check-ups, adolescent mentoring, and the empowerment of Youth Ambassadors for Stunting Prevention to ensure the program’s sustainability.

This study aims to analyze the enforcement of criminal law against cyberbullying that leads to suicide in Indonesia. The research employs a normative and empirical juridical approach by examining existing regulations and analyzing cases through interviews with law enforcement officials and related parties. The findings indicate that despite cyberbullying being regulated under the ITE Law and the Criminal Code, its enforcement still faces challenges, such as difficulties in identifying perpetrators due to digital anonymity, a lack of technical understanding among law enforcement officers, and low public awareness of the serious impact of online harassment. The cases of Yoga Cahyadi in Indonesia and Hana Kimura in Japan demonstrate that cyberbullying can cause severe psychological distress, ultimately driving victims to take their own lives. In conclusion, stricter regulations are needed to classify cyberbullying as a specific criminal offense with clearer sanctions. Additionally, strengthening the capacity of law enforcement in cybercrime investigations and enhancing digital literacy education among the public are crucial preventive measures. Public awareness campaigns and collaboration between the government, social media platforms, and educational institutions are also necessary to create a safer and harassment-free digital environment.

Tuberculosis (TB) is one of the ten diseases that most frequently causes death worldwide. This disease is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and lasts a long time. Indonesia ranks third in the world in terms of the number of people suffering from tuberculosis, behind India, China and India. In East Nusa Tenggara, the most cases of tuberculosis are found in Kupang City, and Oesapa Village is one of the places where cases are still quite high. With so many TB cases still occurring, public knowledge about the symptoms, transmission and treatment of the disease is still lacking. It is hoped that empowering teenagers as health drivers will increase public awareness, especially teenagers, about prevention, symptom monitoring, and discovery and treatment of tuberculosis. Tuberculosis education can help teenagers understand the importance of maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle to reduce TB transmission (1). This community service activity aims to increase youth knowledge and attitudes about pulmonary TB through comprehensive counseling, structured information, and youth empowerment. They also monitor communities for TB symptoms, especially children(2) The results of the activity show that the level of understanding among teenagers about TB disease has increased from 35 percent to 85 percent. There were no TB symptoms at the monitoring stage in the community, especially teenagers, and everyone was in good health. It is hoped that peer cadres (adolescents) can adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle and become pioneers in monitoring the symptoms of tuberculosis in the community to make it easier to find, handle and treat. Peer cadres can transfer information about pulmonary TB to the community, especially teenagers, by implementing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior

The digitalization of public services improves efficiency, openness, and accessibility, particularly in the administration of public grievances. Information and communication technology facilitates effective, rapid, and responsive complaint resolution while safeguarding user data security. This strategy promotes public engagement using digital channels, including web applications, social media, and unified online complaint mechanisms. Nonetheless, issues such as the digital divide, technological proficiency, and infrastructure preparedness must be resolved. This study utilizes a literature review methodology, employing documentation methodologies and content analysis. The results indicate that the use of e-Government in Indonesia has markedly enhanced the efficiency, openness, and accountability of public services. The use of technology enhances the administration of public grievances in accordance with principles of good governance and current rules. However, issues with infrastructure, human resources, and community engagement remain. To optimize its beneficial effects, initiatives should concentrate on improving technology infrastructure, advancing human resource skills, and amplifying public awareness of the advantages of e-Government. These approaches intend to enhance the system's efficacy in providing high-quality and responsive public services.

The increasing productivity of waste use, especially in the form of plastic waste in urban areas, contributes greatly to environmental pollution because plastic waste takes a long time to decompose.  People currently choose plastic as a food and beverage wrapper because it is more practical without knowing the impact or danger of plastic itself. Public knowledge of the dangers of plastic is still low. Therefore, socialization is needed about waste management, especially plastic waste.  The purpose of socialization or education activities on the importance of waste management and ways to reduce, reuse, and recycle waste, especially plastic waste is to provide knowledge and increase public awareness to reduce plastic waste and know the dangers of plastic for health and the dangers of plastic waste in the environment.  This waste management socialization activity explains about 3 ways of waste management, namely: Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. With this activity, it is hoped that people will not litter and can manage waste properly.

This community service aims to improve the entrepreneurial competence of the Mekar Jaya Village community, Cilamaya Kulon District, Karawang Regency, through training and mentoring for local potential-based businesses. A qualitative approach was used in this activity by involving observation, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD) with the community and micro-business actors. The program implementation includes three stages: preparation, training, and mentoring. Business mentoring helped participants apply the knowledge they had gained, which was seen from the increase in product quality and market access. The findings also revealed that the success of the activity was greatly influenced by the enthusiasm of the participants and the active involvement of the facilitators. This activity has a positive impact on increasing public awareness of the importance of entrepreneurship as an effort to improve economic welfare. This program is expected to be a model of sustainability that can be applied in other villages by adjusting to their respective local needs and potentials.

This research aims to analyze the factors behind the rejection of land vacancy by recipients of land use rights in Numponi Village, East Malaka District, Malacca Regency. Employing an empirical legal research method, the study integrates primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data gathered from literature studies. The data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings reveal that the refusal to vacate land stems from a combination of internal and external factors. Internal factors include claims made by the right holders over the land, fulfillment of tax obligations, and the perception of ownership by the recipients of use rights. Meanwhile, external factors involve economic interests, cultural values, the influence of a matrilineal customary system that is not yet fully understood by the disputing parties, and a general lack of public awareness regarding agrarian law and the necessity of formal land documentation such as certificates. The study highlights the critical need for better dissemination of agrarian legal knowledge and formal land administration practices within local communities to prevent future disputes and ensure legal certainty over land use rights.
