Febrile seizures are one of the manifestations of health problems that often occur in children aged three months to 5 years and can potentially cause harmful complications in children. Complications of febrile seizures occur due to a lack of parental skills in providing proper first aid to children with febrile seizures. Health education about febrile seizures is thought to improve parents' skills in performing first aid measures for children with febrile seizures. This study aims to explain the effect of health education about febrile seizures on increasing the skills of mothers in providing first aid to children with febrile seizures. This study uses a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-posttest design without a control. The samples involved in this study were mothers with children aged three months - 5 years in Blukon Village, Lumajang District, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria determined by the researchers with a total of 48 people. The intervention applied in this study was providing health education about febrile seizures. Data collection used observation sheets as a checklist for first aid management in children with febrile seizures, carried out before and after the intervention. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test with the help of IBM SPSS 25 software. The pre-test results showed that the mean ± SD of the mother's skill in performing first aid for children with febrile seizures was 2.41 ± 0.84. The mean ± SD score of mothers' skills in providing first aid to children with seizures increased after attending health education about febrile seizures to 6.47 ± 0.68. The results of data analysis showed that the provision of health education about febrile seizures had a significant effect on increasing the skills of mothers in performing first aid for children with febrile seizures with a ρ-value = 0.000 or less than 0.05.In controlling patterns of delivering health education about febrile seizures, this research calls for increased effort and assistance from local health workers. First aid procedures for children experiencing febrile seizures will become more instinctive or skillful when understanding is followed by frequent demonstrations. .

Teenagers need more to replace iron lost along with menstrual blood. Anemia in adolescent girls is currently still high, according to WHO, the world prevalence of anemia ranges from 40-88%. The majority of students at SMP Negeri 5 Nekamese are young women who are vulnerable to suffering from anemia, so it is necessary to conduct anemia education and measure hemoglobin (Hb) in young women. The aim of this community service is to increase the knowledge of young women about anemia and school health so that it becomes a healthy and anemia-free school. The empowerment method in this community service activity uses the Question and Answer Lecture method. Counseling was conducted for young women in grades 7, 8 and 9 at SMP Negeri 5 Nekamese on September 9 2023, which was attended by 30 young women. The activity began with preparations for making an examination stand, distributing leaflets, explaining material or counseling using the lecture method of question and answer and evaluation. Before the counseling is carried out, a pre-test is carried out, then after the counseling a post-test is carried out. The implication of this community service activity is an increase in young women's knowledge about anemia and healthy schools. The COVID-19 pandemic has transformed the educational landscape, and this literature review aims to identify the key factors contributing to increased conflicts among students. In this analysis, it was found that social isolation, anxiety, and stress are significant psychosocial factors influencing the sources, symptoms, and causes of student conflicts. Social isolation resulting from distance learning and social restrictions plays a role in escalating interpersonal tension. Anxiety arising from pandemic-related uncertainties also contributes to conflicts among students and educators. Stress, whether caused by the pandemic itself or changes in education, has potentially negative impacts that can trigger conflicts. This article also identifies symptoms indicating student conflicts, such as a decline in the quality of social relationships, behavioral problems, and decreased academic performance. Understanding these psychosocial factors can help educational institutions develop more effective intervention strategies to address student conflicts. A deeper understanding of these issues provides a strong foundation for a holistic approach to managing student conflicts in the post-pandemic era, with an emphasis on students' psychosocial well-being to create a safe and inclusive educational environment.

Prayer is a Muslim's obligation, so there is no reason to abandon it except for women who are menstruating, postpartum and after giving birth. However, in the implementation of congregational prayers in the community there are differences, especially in terms of reciting zikr and prayers in congregation led by the imam. There are priests after congregational prayers reading zikr and prayers together with the congregation and there are priests after congregational prayers reading zikr and prayers in silence (reading slowly). This research is a type of qualitative library research. The data source is secondary data originating from library sources. The analytical method uses content analysis, to uncover problems in understanding differences. This difference is due to the existence of propositions or texts from the Quran and hadis which explain whether or not it is necessary to read dhikr and prayers in congregation. In fact, this difference does not need to be widely debated, but the lessons and benefits of this difference should be taken. So that the harmony and unity of Muslims is maintained and well maintained without prioritizing excessive desires and attitudes in understanding Islamic teachings, especially in terms of carrying out congregational prayers after fardhu prayers.
