This study aims to explain the concept of ecological repentance according to the encyclical Laudato Si in responding to violations of nature that occur in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. This study also aims to understand the call of the encyclical Laudato Si that it is important to protect and preserve nature as part of human life. This study is a development of philosophical reflection on dynamic and metaphorical nature by FX. Eko Armada Riyanto, in his book entitled Menjadi-Mencintai: Berphilsafat Theologis Sehari-hari and also as a reflection on the call of the encyclical Laudato Si that the universe is a common home that must be maintained for the sake of creating universal fellowship in God. Departing from Armada Riyanto's philosophical reflection, the author is moved to provide further reflection on the destruction of nature that is occurring in the world today, specifically nature in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. Ecological problems such as forest destruction that occurs in Nunukan Regency are the destruction of nature which is a common home as a place of fellowship of all creation. Therefore, the Church through this encyclical loudly voices ecological conversion for all believers so that with it humans can once again knit harmony with the created nature. In this paper, the author presents a philosophical study that describes nature as an entity that has great value and dignity, so that the existence of nature is not only seen as a reality of entertainment or a tool to satisfy human needs, but also as part of human life. In addition, the author also provides an understanding of the importance of ecological conversion that must begin with the awareness that created nature is God's creation that must be guarded, maintained and protected with concrete communal actions to maintain the integrity of nature in Nunukan Regency. The methodology used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting a literature study related to the theme discussed. In addition, the methodology used is a literature study of several previous studies that are also related to the theme discussed in this paper.

This paper explores the contributions of classical Islamic philosophy of science to the modern interdisciplinary research landscape. The study focuses on how key philosophical principles such as the concept of ‘ilm al-tawḥīdī (unity of knowledge) and the integration of ethics and spirituality can enhance contemporary research methodologies. Islamic philosophy advocates for a holistic approach that bridges the gap between empirical science and metaphysical insights, promoting a unified view of knowledge that incorporates not only rational and empirical elements but also ethical and spiritual dimensions. The paper discusses how Islamic ethical frameworks, such as Adab al-‘ilm (ethics of knowledge), can influence modern research by emphasizing responsibility, integrity, and the interconnectedness of all forms of knowledge. Additionally, the study highlights the potential for integrating Islamic epistemology into interdisciplinary research, fostering more inclusive, responsible, and ethically grounded scientific practices. The integration of both Islamic and secular research models is proposed as a way to create a more robust and sustainable research framework that values both scientific rigor and ethical responsibility. The paper also addresses the challenges of reconciling Islamic principles with secular academic frameworks, suggesting future research avenues to develop systematic methodologies that integrate Islamic ethical and epistemological values with modern scientific practices. In conclusion, the paper emphasizes the importance of incorporating both spiritual and empirical insights in modern research to address complex global challenges in a more comprehensive and ethically grounded manner.

Panji Anom is one of the Kutuk Village Ketoprak groups that still preserves the art of Ketoprak by organizing Ketoprak performances when commemorating certain days. As a village that is still thick with culture, Kutuk Village through Ketoprak Panji Anom tries to preserve Javanese culture. Along with the times, traditional culture such as Ketoprak has begun to be unfamiliar among the younger generation. The use of language and storylines that are difficult for the younger generation to understand make Ketoprak no longer relevant as entertainment for young people. The existence of Ketoprak art began to recede among the younger generation, for this reason Ketoprak Panji Anom through creation tried to revive the art of Ketoprak among the younger generation. Through Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and its derivative PP Number 35 Thuan 2021 concerning PKWT, Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time and Termination of Employment Relations is the crystallization of various laws regarding Employment. which, philosophically, does not provide guarantees and protection for workers' rights. Methodologically, this research is an empirical juridical research using a combined approach method which is carried out by analyzing the research explanation in an inductive way leading to a deductive method so as to help the author explain the relationship between research variables and research objects. The results of this research found that there are many deficiencies in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Employment, such as the absence of legal protection or workers who are in non-standard work relationships, gender discrimination, wages, lack of social security, leave rights and other rights, partial revision What the Job Creation Law does to the Employment Law Number 13 of 2003 actually creates new problems that have a negative impact on worker protection, the rules governing employment now, so that if you look closely at the revised and deleted articles, it appears that The spirit of the law does not at all touch on efforts to increase worker competency, even though in reality, in Pancasila industrial relations, worker protection is a form of government responsibility. So it is hoped that a legal political policy between the DPR and the government will make changes to Article 66 paragraph (2) of Law Number 3 of 2023 concerning the Determination of Perpu Number 2 of 2022 into the Job Creation Law and PP Number 35 of 2021 concerning Specific Time Work Agreements , Outsourcing, Working Time and Rest Time, and Termination of Employment Relations, so that it can be seen more clearly how the protection of workers/laborers, wages, welfare, and protection of the special rights of outsourced workers, especially outsourced workers, must ensure greater legal protection so that the working atmosphere can become better and more conducive and neither party feels disadvantaged

This study explores the role of interreligious environmental ethics in shaping global cooperation to address the ongoing ecological crisis. By analyzing and comparing the teachings of Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism, the study identifies key environmental ethics principles that are shared across these religious traditions, such as non-violence, the sacredness of nature, and the principle of moderation in resource use. Despite theological and doctrinal differences, these shared values provide a strong philosophical and moral foundation for fostering cooperation among religious communities in addressing global environmental challenges. The study also examines the philosophical divergences within religious teachings, such as the varying interpretations of human dominion over nature and the role of humans as stewards or caretakers of the Earth. These theological differences present challenges in creating a unified environmental ethical framework, yet they also highlight the richness and diversity of religious perspectives on ecological responsibility. The practical applications of these teachings are discussed, focusing on how religious values have been integrated into real-world environmental movements, such as faith-based environmentalism and interfaith collaborations. The findings underscore the potential for interfaith dialogue to catalyze global environmental action and the creation of a unified global ethical system. Such a system, grounded in shared religious values, could provide a framework for sustainable practices and ecological justice, offering a moral guide for individuals, communities, and nations in their efforts to mitigate environmental degradation and promote sustainability.

The renewal of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) through the Draft Law (RUU) KUHAP opens up space for in-depth philosophical reflection on the relationship between law, justice, and humanity. This article examines the challenges of harmonizing the principle of due process of law, which emphasizes respect for individual rights in every legal process, with the criminal justice system, which is oriented towards efficiency and the purpose of punishment. This harmony is not only a technical and normative matter, but also a matter of shared understanding of what is meant by justice in the context of a more humane and human rights-based criminal justice system. Using a philosophical legal perspective, this article explores the potential for conflict and convergence between the two principles, and seeks common ground within the framework of Pancasila legal values and Islamic law that prioritize humanity, substantive justice, and a balance between individual rights and the public interest. The renewal of the RUU KUHAP, in this context, is not merely a structural change, but a journey towards a legal system that guarantees the depth of justice, which is not only seen from a procedural perspective, but also from the moral and social essence of the law itself.

This study proposes an integrative framework for climate justice that combines moral theology, ethical philosophy, and religious pedagogy to encourage active participation in eco-ethical actions. The framework addresses the growing need for religious communities to engage in environmental stewardship by merging traditional religious teachings with contemporary environmental ethics. The research emphasizes the importance of eco-ethical education within religious settings, which fosters a deep sense of moral responsibility toward environmental care. Data for the study was gathered through field observations and interviews with religious educators and environmental activists, aiming to understand current educational practices and to explore opportunities for integrating climate justice into religious curricula. The study found that, while there are challenges such as curriculum limitations, ideological resistance, and insufficient understanding of climate justice, the proposed framework offers a powerful tool for religious institutions to foster environmentally responsible and ethically committed individuals. It also highlights the potential for collaboration between religious organizations and environmental groups to further promote climate justice. The study concludes that religious education has a unique role in shaping individuals' attitudes towards environmental issues, offering a distinct advantage over secular approaches by embedding moral responsibility into faith-based practices. Further research is recommended to explore the integration of climate justice in religious education and its impact on community behavior and sustainability.

This article aims to explain how the Theory of Power Relations explained by Michel Foucault. This research uses a qualitative method with an analytical-philosophical approach from literature studies, so that the main sources in the research are books, journals, websites and related literature regarding power relations from Michel Foucault. The results obtained that what is known as power relations is explained as power is far different from the definitions found. If many parties or thinkers place the substance of power in the central leader who is legally vertical. So, Foucault in the Theory of Power Relations puts the definition of power as widespread, power according to him is everywhere, anytime, and is not bound by any authority. In Foucault's view of Power Relations, it can dissect many social phenomena that are realized or not, often Power Relations occur because for Foucault the condition for the existence of power is the main existence of "relations", so that from this relationship it will create itself by highlighting whose knowledge is greater, then that is what will dominate. Because power will be seen when in a relationship there is control over knowledge that is more striking, at the same time in the Power Relations is the production of knowledge for those who are being controlled. In this case, the author found a case of alleged sexual harassment carried out by a disabled man without hands named Agus Buntung who was suspected of sexual harassment, in this case Agus committed the act of harassment despite the presence of hands using Power Relations by relying on the production of knowledge he has, namely producing knowledge by playing with someone's emotions, so that a woman who was targeted was then dominated and ultimately could be easily harassed.

This research delves into the intricate connection that exists between the human condition and the reflection of nature. Through a nearby investigation of the text, this examination intends to reveal how Hawthorne complicatedly winds around together components of imagery and story to depict hidden presences - a figurative investigation of the intricacies of human life and its collaboration with the regular world. The narrative delves into the depths of individual consciousness while simultaneously reflecting the sublime beauty and mystery of nature, drawing on themes of isolation, morality, and societal norms. This study sheds light on the larger cultural and philosophical implications of the narrative by contrasting Hawthorne's portrayal with Wordsworth's philosophical perspectives on human existence and nature."

The discourse regarding al-i'jaz al-'ilmi is a contemporary issue in the i'jaz al-Qur'an, especially if it is related to the discourse on the integration of science and religion. This is in line with the view that the Qur'an contains al-i'jaz al-'ilmi, so that it provides motivation and guidance for the development of science. However, errors in integrating science and religion will give birth to "pseudoscience" or "pseudoscience" which of course is not scientific. Even more than that, someone will be trapped in the "religiousization" of science or "sainization" of religion which assumes that religion and science can complement, complement and correct each other. Therefore, within the framework of the Philosophy of Science with library research type research, this article presents a study of the possibility of developing science based on the Koran. Even though there have been efforts to root scientific findings in the Koran, from the perspective of the Philosophy of Science, this is not necessarily science based on the Koran, in fact it may not even be science, but simply a layman's choice which is non-scientific. There is a pattern of scientific development which, although based on religion, still has scientific value, consisting of three layers of philosophical basis, namely theoretical framework, scientific paradigm and theological basis. By carefully following this pattern, the development of science can not only avoid pseudoscience, but will also give birth to science with high scientific value within the framework of the Koran. Then the development project is carried out with institutional-collective-cultural work.

Fiqh education in the context of Islam is often understood merely as the transfer of knowledge regarding normative laws. However, the exploration of fiqh education as a process that can shape students' character in accordance with the goals of education, which not only transfers knowledge but also forms individual values and character, has not yet been evident. This is due to the lack of understanding of the essence of fiqh education from the perspective of educational philosophy. This article aims to explain that fiqh should not only be viewed as law but also as education rich in moral   and character values. Fiqh education, when analyzed through several philosophical perspectives such as ontological, epistemological, axiological, and methodological studies, reveals its moral and character values. From an ontological perspective, fiqh education can be directed towards understanding the meaning of Islamic education and the relationship between fiqh law and moral values. This shows that fiqh education plays a role in building students' character. In the epistemological aspect, the Qur'an and Hadith serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Teaching methods that include textual, rational, and empirical approaches motivate students to understand the legal context more deeply. Axiology in fiqh education emphasizes the importance of moral values and social responsibility, aiming to shape individuals with high morality. Teaching methodologies are also evolving with new approaches, such as problem-based active learning, to enhance students' interest in understanding the material. Thus, it is hoped that the education of fiqh will not only produce individuals who are well-versed in normative laws but also individuals of noble character in accordance with religious teachings.
