This study aims to find the values ​​contained in the novel shown through the characterization of the characters. These characterizations are related to the values ​​that occur in the lives of the characters in the novel Simfoni Persahabatan by Fakhri Violinist. This study uses a qualitative method with a structural approach that focuses on characterization and its relationship to educational values. Data were collected through document study techniques by carefully reading the novel and noting parts related to characterization, then analyzed using content analysis techniques to draw conclusions about the values ​​and messages contained in the novel. The results of the study show that the author successfully presents the characterization of two main characters, namely Nancy who has an arrogant nature and often insults others, and Bintang who is humble and always prays to God. Through the characterization of these two characters, the author conveys various educational values ​​including the value of simplicity, the spirit of pursuing ideals, moral education such as diligent study and humility, character education regarding respect for parents and teachers, the value of hard work, responsibility, patience in facing trials, the importance of admitting mistakes and forgiveness, and friendship. This research contributes to the world of education in utilizing children's literature as a medium for character formation, and provides references in selecting reading materials that suit the needs of children's character development.

The rapid development of information technology and increasing global competition require companies to continuously improve human resource performance. One effort that can be done is by paying attention to the workload received by employees and the compensation system provided. The background of this study is based on the declining trend of employee performance in the last three years, which indicates that performance is not yet fully optimal. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents working in various divisions. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that workload and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 59.5%. The results show that: 1). Workload has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. These findings indicate that employee performance can be improved through a balanced distribution of workload and the provision of appropriate and fair compensation. The implications of this study provide a basis for companies in developing more effective human resource management strategies oriented towards improving performance.

Employee performance is one of the most important factors that determine the achievement of company goals. In the modern world of work, workload and work environment are two factors that are most often considered in influencing employee performance. As a company engaged in the service sector. As a company engaged in the field of supporting services for the oil and gas industry, PT Supraco Indonesia requires high-performing employees to provide the best service to its clients. This study aims to determine how much influence motivation and service levels have on customer satisfaction in participating in computer training. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using random sampling or purposive sampling, where the entire population of 56 respondents was used as a sample. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS 27 software with multiple linear regression techniques. The results of the study show that the company size variable in particular, Workload (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a significant t-value on the level of work environment (X2) also has a significant effect with a significant t-value simultaneously, both have a significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F-value. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination value shows that the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance is significant.

This study is motivated by the importance of improving the productivity of civil servants (ASN) at the sub-district level, which serves as the frontline in delivering public services. Bureaucratic reform and service digitalization demand employees to work more professionally, competently, and productively. Career development and work motivation are considered two crucial factors that influence productivity improvement. The objectives of this research are to examine the effect of career development on employee productivity, to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee productivity, and to test the simultaneous influence of both factors at the Cempaka Baru Sub-District Office, Central Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 48 respondents. Data were collected through online questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, and F-test. The results show that career development has a significant positive effect on productivity (t-value 3.051 > t-table 2.014; sig. 0.004 < 0.05). Work motivation also significantly affects productivity (t-value 3.206 > t-table 2.014; sig. 0.002 < 0.05). Simultaneously, both variables significantly influence productivity (F-value 79.546 > F-table 3.20; sig. 0.000 < 0.05). Therefore, career development and work motivation can be regarded as important factors in enhancing employee productivity at the Cempaka Baru Sub-District Office.

This study aims to examine the application of behaviorism learning theory in enhancing student engagement in mathematics learning, particularly arithmetic sequences and series. The study was conducted at SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam with 24 tenth-grade students in a single meeting on September 17, 2025. The research team delivered the material, provided stimulus in the form of problems written on the board, and applied positive reinforcement by giving rewards to students who dared to and successfully answered. Data were collected through observation, field notes, and brief interviews. The results showed a significant increase in student engagement: more students volunteered to solve problems on the board, the classroom atmosphere became more lively, and participation in discussions improved. Although some students remained hesitant, the behaviorist strategy proved effective in enhancing motivation and engagement. These findings reinforce the theories of Thorndike, Pavlov, and Skinner, which emphasize the stimulus–response relationship and reinforcement as the basis of learning (Hamruni et al., 2021; Yusup, 2024).

This study aims to determine the role of work motivation in mediating the influence of work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance of pt nusantara electric. The research method used is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square approach. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique, with a sample size of 58 employees. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was processed using Microsoft Excel 2016 software and SmartPLS version 4.1.1.2. The results of this study indicate that work environment variables have no significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work environment variables and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Work motivation variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation variables are not able to mediate the effect of work environment on employee performance. Work motivation variables are able to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance.

The purpose of this discussion is to examine the expression of dynamic sports movements in deformative sculpture. Humans naturally produce various movements that have aesthetic value, both consciously and unconsciously. These movements appear in static daily activities and in structured physical activities such as sports, which are classified as dynamic movements. Dynamic movements have patterns, rhythms, and intensities that create strong, harmonious, and meaningful body expressions. Sports provide physical benefits while displaying beauty through variations in tempo, space, energy, and time. In sports such as swimming, running, and pole vaulting, athletes' movements demonstrate a combination of muscle strength, body flexibility, and balance that create high visual aesthetics. The beauty of these movements inspires the creation of works of art, particularly in deformative sculpture. Deformative styles are used to express human body movements at certain moments in sports. This sculpture aims to convey that sports are not only physical activities, but also as an expression of the beauty of body movements that can be appreciated artistically. Through this work, the author hopes to demonstrate that sports as a visual art has aesthetic value that deserves to be appreciated and interpreted more deeply.

Pondok pesantren memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan santri. Di tengah arus globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi, kemampuan menulis ilmiah menjadi keterampilan penting untuk melanjutkan studi maupun memasuki dunia kerja profesional. Namun, mahasantri di Ma’had ‘Aly Kharisma Haromain masih menghadapi keterbatasan karena belum tersedianya modul terpadu yang mencakup metodologi penelitian, teknik penulisan, dan etika publikasi Islami. Kondisi ini membatasi potensi mereka dalam menghasilkan opini, artikel, maupun karya ilmiah yang berkualitas, padahal kontribusi pesantren sangat dibutuhkan untuk memperkaya khazanah keilmuan dan mendukung pembangunan masyarakat. Program pendampingan literasi dan penulisan ilmiah yang dilaksanakan melalui workshop, pelatihan komprehensif, serta monitoring dan evaluasi terbukti mampu meningkatkan keterampilan menulis, membangun budaya riset, dan mendorong kolaborasi akademik. Dengan dukungan keberlanjutan program, perbaikan sarana, dan pengembangan modul adaptif, inisiatif ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas, baik bagi lembaga pesantren maupun masyarakat sekitar secara berkelanjutan.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and physical work environment on employee performance at the Pegadaian Branch Office in Kelapa Dua, Depok. The method used is a quantitative approach with the distribution of questionnaires to 33 respondents as samples. This study uses a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS version 21 through validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), multiple linear regression tests, T tests, F tests, and determination coefficients. The results show that both motivation and physical work environment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation contributes 50.4%, while the physical work environment contributes 50.9%. Simultaneously, both motivation and physical work environment together have an influence on employee performance of 63.8%. Meanwhile, the rest is influenced by other factors that were not examined in this research. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that increasing motivation and improving the physical work environment can effectively enhance employee performance. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for management in making human resource policy decisions. Future researchers are encouraged to increase the number of respondents and introduce other variables to obtain more detailed analysis results.

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of motivation on employee performance, (2) the influence of work discipline on employee performance, (3) the influence of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) Family Planning and Family Welfare Research and Development Center (PUSNA) Work Unit. This study was conducted at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) Family Planning and Family Welfare Research and Development Center (Pusna) in the field of population control and family planning with motivation and work discipline as independent variables and employee performance as the dependent variable. This study used a sample of 44 people determined by the Slovin sample. Data collection techniques through observation and questionnaires. Instrument testing uses validity and reliability tests, while data analysis techniques used are classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results of the study indicate that motivation and work discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While partial testing shows that motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, motivation is the dominant factor that influences employee performance.

This research aimed to determine de influence of employee perception on financial governance at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat. This research used a descriptive quantitative method with a survey approach. The population consisted of all 69 permanent employees of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air Rotat, and the entire population was used as the sample through a saturated sampling techineque. Primari data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results showed that employee perception has a positive and significant effect on financial governance, with a coefficient of 59.3%. This means that the more positive the employees’ perception, the better the cooprerative’s financial governance.

PT Basmar Travelindo Sejahtera is a tourism company engaged in Umrah and international travel services, operating under official PPIU and government permits. The company’s vision is to become a leading and trusted Umrah tour provider that prioritizes service quality and customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the simultaneous influence of the work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Basmar Travelindo Sejahtera. The population and sample in this study consist of all 30 employees. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, with data analyzed using IBM SPSS Version 25. The results of the partial hypothesis test show that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as indicated by a t-count value of 2.223 greater than the t-table value of 2.051, with a significance of 0.035 (<0.05). This finding means that the better the work environment, the higher the employee performance. The work discipline variable also shows a positive and significant influence on performance, with a t-count value of 2.157 greater than the t-table value of 2.051 and a significance of 0.040 (<0.05). The simultaneous hypothesis test produces a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating that both the work environment and work discipline together have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. These results highlight the importance of supportive work conditions and consistent discipline in improving performance at PT Basmar Travelindo Sejahtera.

This study aims to find the Analysis of Moral Values ​​in the Novel Surat Kecil Untuk Karya Agnes Davonar. From the results of the study, it can be seen that literature is the best written or printed work made by humans, creatures given reason. But sometimes just to understand, it needs to be studied specifically. understand the literature from a different perspective, namely moral. therefore the purpose of the following literary researchers is Moral Values ​​in the Novel Surat Kecil Untuk Karya Agnes Davonar. The research method used by researchers is descriptive qualitative. This study describes the object being studied by developing morals. Researchers act as the main instrument with the help of data. The data intended by this study is the moral data contained in the novel Surat Kecil Untuk Tuhan. And then used as a data source in the following research, namely the novel "Small Letters to God" by Agnes Davonar, published by Falcon Publishing in 2016. The thickness of the pages is 215. The results of this study show that the moral values ​​of the novel "Small Letters to God" written by Agnes Davonar include: moral values ​​in the novel "Small Letters to God" written by Agnes Davonar, namely human moral values ​​with God, moral values ​​with oneself, moral values ​​with other humans.

In the current era of globalization, Human resource companies play an important role in advancing business and improving employee performance in a relevant manner. Both superior and subordinate communication, and a clean work environment can affect employee performance. Employee performance is the quality of employee work in completing work that has been given by the company. One of the things that affects employee performance is the work environment and work discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine how far the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of PT Kayu Permata employees. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method, namely by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed a value of  of 56.250 >  (3.140). So it is stated that the work environment and work discipline obtain a total of of 3.541 which is > from of 1.998 which means  is accepted and work discipline obtains of 5.778  > 1.998 so that  is accepted. Therefore, the work environment and work discipline greatly influence employee performance.

The commercialization of songs through music concerts organized by third parties is a form of commercial exploitation of works. However, this practice often harms creators because songs are used without the payment of royalties. The case of Agnez Mo against Ari Bias is a clear example of the neglect of copyright as the exclusive right of the creator, while singers only have a position through related rights. This study aims to analyze the legal status and relationship between creators and singers, including the responsibilities of singers in music concerts based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. The methods used are normative and empirical legal methods, with data collection from primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, as well as interviews, which are then analyzed normatively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that the legal relationship between creators and singers is reciprocal, but creators have a higher position in accordance with the alter ego principle and personality theory. Singers, based on the principle of good faith, the theory of responsibility, and the principle of suum cuique tribuere, are obliged to respect the rights of creators.

This research is entitled "Syair Ghayati Karya Karya Ibrahim Tuqan (Study of 'Arudh Science)" which aims to analyze the ghayati poetry by the Palestinian poet Ibrahim Tuqan using the science of 'arudh. The main focus of this research is to identify the patterns or bahr syi'riyyah used in the poetry and examine the various changes that appear in it. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method because the object of study is a literary text that is analyzed in depth, then the results are presented in the form of a narrative description. The data sources for this research were obtained through literature studies by reviewing books, journals, and other relevant documents. Based on the results of the analysis, Ibrahim Tuqan's ghayati poetry uses the raml majzu' pattern as the basic structure of the poetry. In addition, changes were also found in the form of zihaf khabn and zihaf 'illah which occurred in several parts of the verse, although there was no 'illah found in the entire poetry. Thus, this research shows how the application of the science of 'arudh can reveal the beauty and dynamics in classical Arabic literary works.

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of work motivation as a mediating variable between workload on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Sakti, Kerinci Regency. The method used is quantitative analysis with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale-based questionnaire, and hypothesis testing used descriptive analysis techniques using SmartPLS 4 software. This study uses Outer Model testing, namely convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, composite reliability and Inner Model testing, namely R-Square and Bootstrapping. The results of the study indicate that (1) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So the higher the workload, the higher the employee performance will be. (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The higher the workload, the greater the motivation that arises in an employee. (3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. If employees are motivated to work, their performance will be higher and improve. Conversely, if employees are less motivated, they will not be able to do their work well, so their performance will be less than optimal. (4) Work motivation can mediate between workload and employee performance. Employees who have high motivation can complete high workloads because this motivation encourages them to do their work with more enthusiasm and can determine efforts to achieve predetermined goals. e and Bootstrapping. The results of the study indicate that (1) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. So the higher the workload, the higher the employee performance will be. (2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. The higher the workload, the greater the motivation that arises in an employee.
