Background : The problem found at the Sayang Bunda Makassar General Hospital was a decrease in patients after the end of COVID-19 in 2023, there were visit data of 147 patients in January – July. Nurses are professional health workers who, in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, are required to be able to fulfill their spiritual needs while working. This is because health services are a basic human need that is provided through health services not only in the form of physical aspects , but also psychological aspects. High spirituality will have an impact on intrapersonal, interpersonal and transpersonal relationships in overcoming various life problems. This research aims to determine the relationship between nurse workload and attitudes towards fulfilling spiritual needs in hospital inpatient rooms. Bhakti Husada Cikarang. The research design used cross sectional . The population is inpatient nurses who work in health services, namely at the Bhakti Husada Cikarang Hospital. The total population in this study was 84 nurses . The sampling technique used was accidental sampling , totaling 47 respondents. The statistical test used is the Chi Square test. The research results showed that the majority of respondents had a moderate workload, 27 people (57.4%) and 33 people (70.2%) had their spiritual needs met. The statistical test results obtained a p value of 0.89, meaning there is no relationship between nurses' workload and the fulfillment of spiritual needs. It is hoped that nurses will always improve their professionalism in carrying out nursing care.

Adolescent Care Health Services (PKPR) is one of the health service programs aimed at adolescents in high schools, to realize “healthy adolescents”. The purpose of this study was to optimize the implementation of the Adolescent Care Health Services Program (PKPR) in senior high schools. The implementation method is carried out by conducting a location survey, looking for problems related to PKPR and finding solutions to these problems. The result of youth empowerment is the development of an “optimization of health services” activity plan. This community service activity was attended by all high school students, teachers responsible for student health services, and PKPR health cadres at school. By providing information about optimizing PKPR health services in high schools and conducting health training for students. It is expected that related parties will be more serious and active in implementing the PKPR program by supervising and monitoring and evaluating the PKPR program regularly and continuously and can allocate special funds to support all activities in the PKPR program.

Diabetic neuropathy is a complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus which is caused by lesions or nerve dysfunction in the lower extremities due to chronic hyperglycemia through peripheral and central mechanisms which can cause symptoms of tingling, numbness, numbness, pain, burning sensation, etc. sleep, thus affecting the sleep quality of people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. This aim is to analyze the relationship between diabetic neuropathy and sleep quality in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Baladhika Husada Hospital, Jember. This research uses a correlation research design with a Cross-Sectional Study approach with a sample size of 43 respondents taken using the Pusposive Sampling technique. The statistical test results for diabetic neuropathy with sleep quality using the Spearman Rho test showed that the p value was 0.002 and r = 0.456, which means that diabetic neuropathy has a sufficient relationship with sleep quality. There is a negative relationship between diabetic neuropathy and the sleep quality of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients, so it can be said that increasing the severity of diabetic neuropathy will also affect the sleep quality of sufferers. The results of this research can be used as a guide for sufferers of type 2 diabetes mellitus with diabetic neuropathy to increase self-awareness in paying attention to lifestyle, maintaining diet, and routinely controlling medication in health services, in order to reduce the symptoms of diabetic neuropathy so as to improve the quality of sleep of sufferers.

Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a communication information technology system that can process and integrate all service process flows in the Hospital into a network that coordinates between divisions, both reporting and administrative procedures to be able to obtain precise and accurate information, and is part of a Health Information System. As an effort to improve the performance of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), its implementation must be followed by an evaluation of the system itself to determine the positive aspects that encourage the use of the system and identify factors that cause obstacles. Evaluation is an important thing to do because it can produce negative findings from the use of a system. Evaluation covers various aspects of the use of information and communication technology in hospitals. The HOT-Fit method is one of the theoretical frameworks used to evaluate information systems in the field of health services. The HOT-Fit method also addresses the core components of information systems, namely Human, Organization, Technology and Net Benefit. The purpose of this study was to determine the evaluation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) with the HOT-Fit Method in the Outpatient Unit at PKU Muhammadiyah Kartasura Hospital. The research method used was quantitative research. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The results of research on the evaluation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) with the HOT-Fit Method which shows positive and useful things in supporting health services to patients.

The Family Hope Program (PKH) experiences a phenomenon, such as the status of the beneficiary community is more due to the encouragement of consumerism. Thus, the beneficiary community must really utilize the assistance of the Family Hope Program (PKH) as well as possible, to improve their quality of life and welfare so that the beneficiary community does not lose assistance from the Family Hope Program (PKH). Research Location, in Balesono Village, Ngunut District, Tulungagung Regency, East Java. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the utilization of PKH funds by PKH participants in improving welfare including the participation of PKH participants in participating in the PKH work program. The research approach used in this research uses descriptive qualitative. Data were collected using in-depth interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. Infromants were selected purposively based on criteria relevant to the research objectives. The results of this study show that PKH has a significant role in improving the welfare of the Balesono Village community, this role includes improving the quality of education, PKH helps beneficiaries to send their children to school with tuition assistance, increased access to health services The Family Hope Program (PKH) helps beneficiaries to get health services by providing health fee assistance, improving the quality of life, the Family Hope Program (PKH) helps improve the quality of life of the community through routine socialization once a month, the community has carried out their rights and obligations as beneficiaries of assistance, and assistants and related parties also provide guidance to beneficiaries to utilize assistance to improve their welfare. It is hoped that related parties for the next year will upgrade data collection so that PKH assistance funds are properly utilized. Researchers also recommend that future researchers need to examine more deeply the increasing synergy between institutions, namely village officials and assistants in the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in Balesono village.

Diabetes mellitus, which is a non-communicable disease, can be prevented by utilizing the power of prevention. Diabetes mellitus prevention behavior includes various aspects such as healthy eating patterns, sufficient physical activity, and regular health checks. It is important for the public to understand the risk factors for diabetes mellitus in order to improve prevention and early detection efforts in at-risk community groups. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between factors that influence diabetes mellitus prevention behavior in Mtahuarjo Village, East Semarang District, Semarang City. This research uses quantitative methods using observational analytics and a cross-sectional approach. The population in this research is the people of Mlagiarjo Village aged 20-79 years. The research sample was 197 respondents. This research was analyzed using univariate tests and bivariate tests. The results of the research showed that there was a relationship between knowledge, diet, physical activity, family history, family support, support from health workers, and access to health services (P-value = 0.024) with diabetes mellitus prevention behavior in Mtahuarjo Village, East Semarang District, Semarang City. . However, there is no relationship between attitudes and diabetes mellitus prevention behavior in Mtahuarjo Village, East Semarang District, Semarang City. It is important for health workers to provide education regarding diabetes mellitus prevention behavior to the public.

Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, is an increase in blood pressure, namely a condition where the systolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 90 mmHg. Lavender aromatherapy is a non-pharmacological therapy that can calm a person. Lavender aromatherapy can increase nitric oxide which is a natural vasodilator, can dilate blood vessels and improve blood circulation so that blood flow becomes smooth and blood pressure decreases. To find out nursing care for hypertensive patients by providing lavender aromatherapy in Sukarami. This case study uses a nursing care process approach carried out on 3 respondents using a case study design. Based on the results of the implementation that has been carried out, there is a change in blood pressure results before and after being given lavender aromatherapy, namely respondent 1's blood pressure was 160/100 mmHg to 146/83 mmHg after being given lavender aromatherapy, respondent 2's blood pressure was 160/90 mmHg to 143/81 mmHg after being given lavender aromatherapy, and respondent 3's blood pressure was 140/90 mmHg to 124/86 mmHg after being given lavender aromatherapy. Of the three respondents, blood pressure decreased after being given lavender aromatherapy for 3 days, the average decrease in systolic blood pressure was 16 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure was 30 mmHg. It is hoped that patients with hypertension can add the application of lavender aromatherapy to non-pharmacological interventions and remain compliant with hypertension treatment and control in health services.

The design of the POSKESDES health service system for tanjung miring village was carried out so that the use of information technology was used as a tool to increase productivity for POSKESDES for tanjung miring village. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which means carefully recording various phenomena that are seen and heard and read via interviews or field notes, photos, videos, personal documentation, notes and memos and so on. The results of this research are to help manage information about POSKESDES so that it can help the surrounding community. Can assist POSKESDES in terms of disseminating information about the latest activities and the latest information at POSKESDES in tanjung miring village and can assist in the patient service process.

Along with the development of technology, the use of computers as a tool really needs to be used, especially in the health sector. The Prabumulih City General Hospital is the only hospital owned by the Prabumulih City Government and is a first-level referral. The patient registration process at the Prabumulih City Hospital is still direct, by means of the patient/patient's guardian coming directly to the health service facility, then the patient is given a registration queue number, then the patient waits for a call according to the queue number, after the queue number is called, the officer will ask the type of patient new or old, poly patient purposes, outpatient or inpatient care, private payments or BPJS, after that the officer enters patient data to create a queue number for patient care in order to get health services. In this regard, it is necessary to have an application system for patient administration so that new patients can register online through the internet network, making it easy for old patients to check personal data, view doctor schedules, take queues and others.

This study aims to determine the relationship between health facility measures and reference service measures on the quality of service for patients participating in BPJS Health at the Sukodono Community Health Center, Sidoarjo. This research also aims to describe the quality of BPJS Health services at the puskesmas. The results of previous research show that the quality of BPJS Health services at the Sukodono Community Health Center still needs to be improved, especially in the aspects of waiting time, patient satisfaction and communication with health workers. This research uses survey methods and data to find out how the quality of BPJS Health services at the Sukodono Community Health Center and how health facility actions and referral service actions influence service quality. It is hoped that the results of this research can become a reference for improving the quality of health services provided by the Sukodono Community Health Center, so that people who use BPJS Health services can receive better and more effective services.

As providers of health services, hospitals are required to provide quality health services. Quality service is reflected in documentation in the form of client nursing notes. Nursing documentation is a very important tool that can be used as an indicator of the implementation of nursing care in hospitals (Fitri, 2019). Nursing care documentation is documentation that contains complete, real and recorded data, not only about the client's level of pain, but also the type, quality and quantity. 

This research discusses the application of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles in the development of hospital information systems to improve the quality of health services. The research method used involved qualitative and quantitative approaches with data collection through observation, interviews, and surveys. The results showed significant improvements in user experience, measured through access speed, satisfaction levels, and reduced user error rates. Operational efficiency was also shown to improve, especially in terms of scheduling, patient monitoring, and staff information exchange. This study concludes that implementing UI/UX can have a positive impact on user experience and operational efficiency in the context of hospital systems. Therefore, hospital system developers are advised to consider UI/UX principles as an integral strategy in the development of health information systems, in order to improve the overall quality of healthcare services

The Indonesian government has made various efforts to overcome this health problem, such as through the National Health Insurance (JKN) program which aims to provide more equitable access to health services for the entire population. This study aims to identify and analyze key health policies in Indonesia, as well as evaluate the successes and challenges in their implementation. Through the identification of key health policies, evaluation of their successes, and challenges in their implementation, this study provides an in-depth understanding of the political dynamics that influence health policies. In conclusion, by identifying key health policies, evaluating their success, and facing challenges in their implementation, this study provides a comprehensive understanding of the political dynamics that influence health policies.      

Kosambi Maternal and Children Center is a basic and specialized medical services with specialization in maternal and Child Services that seeks to maintain consumer loyalty by improving the quality of services and seeks to maintain consumer satisfaction in maternal and Child Health Services. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality variables on customer satisfaction variables and their implications on customer loyalty Kosambi Maternal and Children Center. Data processing in this study using the method of Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is a survey method through questionnaires that are distributed digitally through google forms. The samples used in this study were 92 respondents taken from Kosambi Maternal and Children Center patients at random. The results of this study showed that the effect of customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty with a T-statistic value of 7.426 ≥ 1,96 or p values of 0.000 ≤ 0,05. The quality of Service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with T-statistic value of  5.435 ≥ 1,96 or p values of 0.000 ≤ 0,05. Service quality significantly affects customer loyalty with t-statistic value of 2.993 ≥ 1,96 p values of 0.003 ≤ 0,05.

Doctors have a legal responsibility to ensure that patient medical records are complete and accurate. A legal analysis of the doctor's responsibility for the completeness of patient medical records in order to fulfill patient rights in hospitals is an important study to ensure that patient rights are fulfilled in accordance with the standards set by applicable laws and regulations. A comprehensive analysis of the doctor's responsibility and the importance of complete medical records is expected to create a better health care system that respects and fulfills patient rights optimally. This study uses a normative legal method. The conclusions of this study are: 1) The doctor's legal responsibility for fulfilling the patient's right to obtain complete Medical Records as a form of the patient's right to information in health services. This right is protected and regulated in a number of legal regulations. Fulfillment of the method of obtaining the contents of Medical Records to patients must also pay attention to and follow the procedures as stipulated in the laws and regulations. 2) The legal consequences of the doctor's legal responsibility if they violate the fulfillment of the patient's right to complete Medical Records, including: 1) criminal sanctions, namely imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) year and a maximum fine of Rp. 50,000,000.00 (fifty million rupiah) (Article 79 point b of the Medical Practice Law Law No. 29 of 2004), 2) civil sanctions in the form of compensation by the Hospital or the doctor to the patient (Article 1365 of the Civil Code) and 3) administrative sanctions in the form of written warnings and/or recommendations for revocation or revocation of accreditation status. (Minister of Health Regulation 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records).

Medical tourism is a new form of tourism and medical services by getting health services according to expectations to a certain area. In an effort to develop the health system and competition as well as the impact of health globalization, it is possible that medical tourism will lead to intense competition between hospitals in providing quality services and superior service products provided by these hospitals in attracting patients to come for treatment. Assessing the potential for the development of medical tourism in Indonesia and analyzing government regulations on the development of a medical tourism strategy in Indonesia. The method used is normative juridical, or legal research conducted by examining legal literature as primary material. Some things that must be considered in developing hospitals in Indonesia that have the potential to develop medical tourism services are tariffs, service quality, hospital accreditation, marketing, access to treatment from the aspect of transportation, availability of health workers and types of treatment. The central government, the ministry of health and local governments as policy or regulatory makers in terms of medical tourism in Indonesia play an important role. There needs to be regulations or policies that regulate matters related to medical tourism so that it is not just a discourse.    

Corruption is a serious problem that has become a concern in many countries, including Indonesia. Regional governments as entities responsible for the provision of public services and the use of public budgets have an important role in efforts to prevent and reduce corruption. Corrupt practices undermine public trust in the government, hinder economic, social and political development, and result in significant financial losses for the state and society. Corruption results in huge losses for Indonesian society and the economy. Public funds that should be used for infrastructure development, education and health services are often misused or siphoned off by corrupt parties. This impact can hinder improving the quality of life of Indonesian people and the country's economic growth. The crime of corruption is defined as a violation of people's rights, therefore the crime of corruption is included in the category of extraordinary crimes, where extraordinary methods are needed to overcome them (Butt, 2017).  

Background: Work fatigue experienced by intensive care room nurses shows several symptoms that are often experienced when nurses are tired, namely drowsiness, difficulty concentrating and physical fatigue. The sleepiness experienced by the nurse was indicated by frequent yawning and wanting to lie down. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence the level of work fatigue of nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital in 2022. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all nurses at the Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital in 2022. The sample in this study was 93 people, using purposive sampling, namely taking samples according to the wishes of the researcher. Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews, then processed computerized. Quantitative data analysis was carried out in 3 stages, namely univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using Chi-Square, if p ≤ 0.05 then there is an influence between the dependent and independent variables. Statistical test results: age (p value 0.001), gender (p value 0.002), BMI (p value 0.005, education (p value 0.001), sleep patterns (p value 0.001), length of service (p value 0.001), physical work ( p value 0.009), length of work (p value 0.008), it can be concluded that there is a relationship between age, gender, BMI, education, sleep patterns, length of service, length of work, and the level of work fatigue of nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital. 2022. The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between age, gender, BMI, education, sleep patterns, length of service, length of work, and the level of work fatigue of nurses at Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital in 2022. It is recommended that Mitra Medika Amplas General Hospital be able to improve health services as well as existing infrastructure in hospitals
