This research was written because it covers a problem that not many people know about, even people who already know about this problem think about it and don't pay much attention to it by the public. In terms of text, there is not a single hadith argument that explains the position of buying and selling bales of seals, this is one of the factors that many of them take this issue seriously so that many of them buy and sell bales of seals. So the author wants to know in full what the position of buying and selling bales of seals is by reviewing the hadiths that are relevant to this issue and informing the reader that they must be careful in carrying out an act whose position is not stated in the Qur'an and hadith so as not to fell into error. This research is a library research study, using the Maudhu'i method to search for and collect hadiths related to the buying and selling of seal bales, and using a contextualization approach to look for hidden meanings in the hadiths. The result of this research is that buying and selling using the sealed bale system should not be carried out, because it involves buying and selling fruit that is not yet ripe. Because these two types of buying and selling have the same problem, namely that there is no certainty regarding the physical aspect of the goods, nor in terms of the quality of the goods.

Student character development is one of the main goals of education, especially in madrasas based on Islamic teachings. However, there are still many students who have difficulty internalizing Islamic values in their daily lives. This is influenced by a lack of spiritual understanding, weak self-control, and less than optimal guidance methods. This study aims to analyze the effect of Islamic counseling on students' character building in madrasah, identify the most affected character aspects, and provide recommendations for integrating Islamic counseling services into the Guidance and Counseling program. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research involved in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were collected from students, guidance teachers, and homeroom teachers to explore the experience and impact of Islamic counseling on students' characters, such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and empathy. The results showed that Islamic counseling is effective in improving student character, especially in terms of self-control and social interaction. The findings support the importance of integrating Islamic counseling services as part of the educational program in madrasah to achieve more optimal character building. Leadership in the Islamic perspective is a sacred trust given by Allah to humans as His vicegerents on earth to prosper the world and safeguard the well-being of the community. Leaders are required to possess key qualities such as honesty, trustworthiness, intelligence, and the ability to convey the truth, as well as being faithful, pious, just, professional, and responsible. The stories of Prophet Adam and Prophet David in the Qur'an illustrate the immense responsibility and the risks of succumbing to desires, which can be overcome through introspection and repentance. An ideal leader should use the Qur'an and hadith as guidance to achieve justice, welfare, and blessings for themselves and their communities, serving as a foundation for happiness in this world and the hereafter.

Interpretation of the Qur'an is an effort to understand Allah's verses through various methods, including tafsir bil-ma'tsur, tafsir bil-ra'yi, and tafsir Isyari. Tafsir bil-ma'tsur relies on the Qur'an, hadith, and the understanding of the companions and the tabi'in, carrying strong authority but not without critique regarding the authenticity of its chains of narration and the potential inclusion of Israiliyat. Tafsir bil-ra'yi employs reason and logic, divided into commendable interpretations that adhere to the principles of Quranic exegesis and blameworthy interpretations that often deviate from Islamic law. Meanwhile, tafsir Isyari offers a symbolic and esoteric approach, requiring strict conditions to ensure relevance and alignment with the apparent meaning of the verses. Although scholars have differing opinions regarding the validity of these interpretative methods, they collectively reflect the intellectual richness of Islam in interpreting the Qur'an to meet the spiritual and intellectual needs of the community across different contexts and eras.

Polygamy in Islam is regulated with clear provisions based on the Qur'an and Hadith. Surah Al-Nisa/4:3 permits polygamy with a maximum of four wives, under the primary condition of fairness in fulfilling material needs such as food, clothing, and shelter. However, Surah Al-Nisa/4:129 emphasizes that emotional fairness, such as inclinations of the heart, cannot be mandated as it is beyond human capability. The Prophet Muhammad SAW exemplified how to practice polygamy while adhering to the principle of justice emphasized in Islam. Historically, the regulation of polygamy aimed to address social crises in early Islamic society, such as the high number of widows and orphans due to war. Polygamy was viewed as a social solution to protect the rights of women and children, albeit under strict conditions. In conclusion, polygamy in Islam is an option permitted only in specific circumstances, not an obligation or outright recommendation, with a strong emphasis on justice and the welfare of all parties involved.

This study aims to analyze the comparison between the curriculum of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) and Elementary Schools (SD) in shaping students' religious character. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method was employed to explore in depth the differences and similarities of the two curricula, particularly in the aspects of religious values integrated into the learning process. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and curriculum document analysis from several MIs and SDs in Banjarmasin. The findings reveal that the MI curriculum focuses more on strengthening Islamic education through specialized subjects such as Al-Qur'an, Hadith, Fiqh, and Akhlak, as well as integrating religious values into general subjects. Meanwhile, the SD curriculum positions Islamic education as part of the subject "Religious Education and Character Building," which has a more limited portion compared to MI. However, SD excels in implementing thematic approaches that connect moral values with everyday life contexts. This study concludes that the MI curriculum is more effective in deeply cultivating religious character, while the SD curriculum tends to reinforce moral values within a more universal framework. These findings are expected to serve as an evaluation resource for education policymakers to enhance the integration of religious values holistically in both types of educational institutions.

The digital era has changed the way teenagers interact with information and spiritual practices. On the one hand, quick access to various sources can enrich religious knowledge. On the other hand, inaccurate or deviant information is also easily spread, potentially leading to shirk practices. Teenagers in the identity search phase are often influenced by social media content and popular culture that can cloud their understanding of monotheism. The main challenge faced is the shift in spiritual values where traditional religious practices are often replaced by new rituals and beliefs that are not in accordance with religious teachings. The transformation of spiritual practices among teenagers is also seen in their adaptation to digital platforms, where many seek community and spiritual support online. The purpose of this study is to identify effective strategies to support a correct understanding of monotheism and reduce the influence of shirk, as well as to utilize the potential of digital media for constructive religious education. Empowering teenagers in understanding and practicing religious teachings critically is very important to maintain the authenticity of spiritual practices in the digital era. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method, by making the Qur'an, books of hadith, books, magazines, articles and related journals as the main reading sources. The results of the study show; (1) that the advancement of digital technology has a great influence on the imitation of foreign cultures that smack of polytheism, (2) several figures exemplify the culture of polytheism while social media spreads it, (3) It is difficult to stem the flood of information on social media. Efforts to improve it include frequently listening to studies and attending training on the dangers of polytheism.
