The PKM activity aims to provide knowledge to partners about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. plus the partner's business is located in a densely populated area. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. the method offered to partners/SMEs is in the form of education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. . The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of the Role of Ethics in doing business for SME actors, Benefits of doing business for SME actors Application of ethical principles in doing business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. In addition, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

Ethical practices, such as honesty in service, regulatory compliance, and social responsibility, help strengthen the position of these MSMEs in the competitive local market. In addition, consistent implementation of business ethics is able to increase employee loyalty and support environmental sustainability. Live streaming on social media has changed the way people share information and entertainment, providing greater convenience and access than conventional broadcasting. However, this change also brings challenges, especially regarding ethics and its impact on young audiences. Content on social media is often poorly monitored, making it easy to find sensational or inappropriate content, such as violence, hoaxes and unethical behavior. This is exacerbated by platform algorithms that prioritize content that triggers emotional reactions to increase popularity. Conventional broadcasting has strict rules to maintain the quality and ethics of content, while live streaming on social media often relies solely on platform policies which are not always effective. As a result, many content creators try to attract attention in extreme ways, which can influence the behavior and mindset of young audiences. This research discusses the differences between conventional broadcasting and live streaming on social media, as well as the importance of the responsibilities of platforms and content creators in maintaining ethics. Apart from that, digital literacy for young audiences is needed so that they can be more critical in choosing content. In conclusion, cooperation between content creators, social media platforms and society is needed to ensure social media becomes a safer and more beneficial place for all.

Teacher ethics serves as a crucial moral foundation for educators in establishing a conducive educational environment. It encompasses relationships between teachers and students, colleagues, parents, and the broader community. This article aims to examine the role of teacher ethics in building student trust, which is an essential aspect of successful teaching and learning processes. Employing a qualitative approach through literature studies, this research identifies key dimensions of teacher ethics, including justice, honesty, responsibility, and empathy, which underpin the development of student trust. The findings reveal that consistent application of teacher ethics can enhance students’ respect for their teachers, encourage active student engagement in the learning process, and foster a positive learning atmosphere. Furthermore, the trust developed strengthens the emotional connection between teachers and students, ultimately improving student learning outcomes. This study recommends the importance of teacher ethics training for educators to ensure integrity and professionalism in every educational interaction.

Plagiarism has become a significant issue in both academic and professional contexts, raising questions about intellectual integrity and ethics. This article aims to explore various aspects of plagiarism, including definitions, types, and its impact on scholarly and industry communities. The research methodology involves a comprehensive literature review and analysis of case studies to illustrate the prevalence and motivations behind plagiaristic behaviors. The findings indicate that acts of plagiarism not only harm the individuals involved but also undermine trust and the values of honesty within the academic and professional communities at large. This study also highlights efforts to prevent plagiarism and the importance of ethics education in promoting dignified and respectful writing practices.

Bioprinting 3D merupakan suatu teknologi transformatif dalam konstruksi rekayasa jaringan dan prototipe organ untuk meniru karakteristik jaringan alami yang digunakan dalam pengobatan regeneratif. Secara bioetika, organ tiruan 3D melibatkan analisis dan evaluasi tentang implikasi moral, sosial, dan hukum dari penggunaan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah systematic literature review dengan menyajikan gambaran yang komprehensif tentang pengembangan dan pemanfaatan teknologi organ tiruan 3D (bioprinting) dalam perspektif bioetika dan hukum islam. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa bioprinting 3D memiliki pengaplikasian yang sangat beragam, diantaranya dalam bidang medis contohnya model untuk studi penyakit dan uji obat, pengobatan regeneratif, pembentukan organoid dan jaringan khusus, dan masih banyak lagi. Aspek bioetika mengenai bioprinting 3D masih menimbulkan tantangan yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Masalah bioetika seperti sumber atau asal bahan yang digunakan dalam bioprinting masih menjadi permasalahan. Penggunaan sel punca embrionik masih kontroversial, karena melibatkan penghancuran embrio manusia, sehingga menimbulkan pertanyaan moral dan etika mengenai nilai dan kesucian hidup manusia. Dalam perspektif Islam, berdasarkan analisis dari Al-Quran, hadits, dan beberapa fatwa, produksi organ tubuh melalui metode cetak 3D disarankan untuk dikategorikan sebagai perubahan ciptaan Tuhan yang dibolehkan karena tujuannya untuk mengobati dan menyelamatkan nyawa atau khusus untuk penggunaan proses transplantasi organ.

This research aims to analyze and develop ethical school marketing strategies, which not only attract students but also maintain the integrity and quality of education amidst rampant commercialization in the education sector. Even though marketing is an important aspect in attracting the interest of parents and prospective students, many schools are still trapped in an excessive focus on facilities and visible achievements, without considering the deeper quality of education. This creates tension between the external image of the school and the substance of the education offered.

This writing aims to describe how the importance of the role of Axiology in planning sustainable economic growth, especially in preventing adverse impacts that can occur in the future. This study is a literature review using a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. conducting document study data collection techniques where the process of searching for data through internet media to obtain information based on references, journals, articles or books online related to the object of analysis. The results of this study show that the concept of axiology in Islamic economic philosophy not only has a role in directing individual behavior in economic activities, but also seeks to build a more just and sustainable economic system. The current economic development is not enough to be fully felt by the community. So that the integration of the values of Justice, Ethics and Welfare has not been fully realized. Therefore, the existence of SDG is a planned agenda that aims to prosper the community through the development of the Social, Economic, Environmental and governance sectors carried out by the government.

This research examines the impact of globalization on non-traditional security in Indonesia. Using a literature study approach, the research collects secondary data from various sources, including scientific journals, government reports, and publications from international institutions. Globalization has introduced several new challenges to Indonesia's non-traditional security, such as terrorism, transnational crime, environmental degradation, food and energy security, and cyber threats. This study explores different dimensions of non-traditional security risks, evaluates the effectiveness of current policy responses, and identifies potential strategies to strengthen Indonesia's national resilience in addressing contemporary security challenges. The research finds that globalization accelerates cross-border mobility, enhances extremist groups' access to the internet, and intensifies environmental damage. In response, the Indonesian government has implemented measures such as strengthening anti-terrorism laws, promoting deradicalization programs, enhancing border controls, fostering ASEAN regional cooperation, imposing a moratorium on land clearing, and supporting the REDD+ program. However, challenges remain, including limited resources, coordination issues between institutions, and low levels of digital literacy among the public, which hinder progress in improving non-traditional security in Indonesia.

In increasingly advanced digital era, the professionalism of Christian Religious Education (CRE) teachers has become extremely important. CRE teachers must not only possess strong academic abilities but also be prepared to face new challenges in the implementation of technology in the teaching and learning process. The Society 5.0 era demands integration between the virtual and real worlds, where advancements in information and communication technology have transformed the way education is delivered, including in CRE practices. The professionalism of CRE teachers in this era is determined by their mastery of 21st-century competencies, which include critical thinking, creativity, innovation, collaboration, and digital literacy. Therefore, CRE teachers must be able to develop innovative and engaging learning materials. This can be achieved by utilizing video tutorials, virtual simulations, and technology-based interactive games to enhance student engagement and the quality of learning. Thus, strengthening the professionalism of CRE teachers not only focuses on academic aspects but also on the application of Christian ethical values within a dynamic and digital learning environment.

This study investigates the use of administrative ethics to increase the professionalism of public services in the West Sumatra Provincial Government Social Service. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with stakeholders and surveys of staff and service users using mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative). Research shows that the application of administrative ethics principles such as transparency, accountability and fairness significantly increases the professionalism of the apparatus and the quality of public services. Integrity, public trust, and operational efficiency of agencies can be strengthened by a strong ethical culture. In addition, this research found that continuous training, improving operational standards, and the use of information technology can help overcome problems such as employees' lack of understanding of administrative ethics and weaknesses in supervisory systems. Policy recommendations are made to encourage public services that are more responsive, professional and in line with community expectations.  

This study aims to examine the consumer behavior of teenagers in pagerbarang village in using ShopeePay and analyze it from the perspective of Islamic consumption ethics. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with twenty teenagers selected using the snowball sampling technique. The results indicate that consumer behavior is influenced by discounts, promotions, transaction convenience, and social pressure. Teenagers tend to make impulsive purchases driven by emotional needs and low financial literacy. From the perspective of Islamic consumption ethics, such behavior contradicts the principles of moderation (qanâ’ah) and prohibition of extravagance (israf). Teenagers often overlook these values due to social and technological influences that facilitate easy transactions. Therefore, increasing awareness of financial literacy and religious values is crucial to fostering more prudent consumer behavior.

Since information and communication technology (ICT) has far-reaching societal effects, it naturally gives rise to ethical questions in many domains. This study discusses the influence of independence, work experience, professional ethics, and leadership style on auditor performance. The background of the study shows the importance of the role of auditors in ensuring transparent and reliable financial reports. Using a descriptive-based literature study method, this study processes secondary data from various journals. The results show that independence, work experience, and professional ethics have been proven to improve auditor performance so that they can also improve audit quality and public trust, while transformational leadership style encourages team motivation and collaboration. Research recommendations include strengthening independence policies, ongoing training, consistent application of professional ethics, and leadership that supports auditor development.

Christian religious education plays a crucial role in shaping the character and morals of the younger generation, where Christian Religious Education Teachers (PAK) bear a significant responsibility in instilling Christian values. This study aims to investigate the role of professional ethics in the implementation of the PAK teacher's code of ethics and how it can enhance the quality of Christian religious education, particularly in building positive teacher-student relationships. The methodology employed in this study is qualitative analysis with a hermeneutical approach, examining the text of the code of ethics and professional ethics based on Christian values. The findings of the study indicate that professional ethics is not merely an additional moral guideline, but a deeper foundation for understanding and applying the code of ethics in various situations. Professional ethics assists PAK teachers in maintaining integrity, professional honesty, and creating a conducive learning environment. Furthermore, this study discovered that the integration of professional ethics and the code of ethics can enhance the accountability of PAK teachers and overall improve the quality of education. The conclusion of this study affirms that the application of professional ethics grounded in Christian values is paramount for PAK teachers in fulfilling their duties, enabling them to shape a younger generation with noble character and a Pancasila spirit. This study contributes to the development of Christian religious education in Indonesia by emphasizing the importance of ethics in the teaching profession, creating a positive learning environment that supports students' spiritual growth.  

This study aims to analyse the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture, and employee performance in the context of modern organisations. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study reveals that ethical leadership and a positive organisational culture have a significant influence on employee performance. Ethical leadership, characterised by leaders' concrete actions in implementing moral values, creates a work environment that supports ethical and innovative behaviour. A strong organisational culture, which reflects the shared values and norms adopted by members of the organisation, also plays an important role in shaping employee behaviour and improving performance. In addition, employee engagement and employee commitment are important factors that mediate the relationship between ethical leadership, organisational culture and employee performance. The findings of this study conclude that investment in ethical leadership development and the establishment of a positive organisational culture are strategic steps for organisations to achieve superior and sustainable performance.

It is essential to implement business laws to ensure that the company's practices not only comply with applicable regulations but also follow high moral standards. The study looks at how business law can help with ethical compliance in the digital environment, including data protection, transparency, and social responsibility. Using case studies from various industries, this study shows that consistent application of business laws and ongoing ethical counseling can create a strong culture of compliance. As a result, the company can not only reduce legal risks but also build a good reputation in the eyes of the public and consumers.
