The Bayat community is a community that has skills in making pottery crafts. Selling pottery crafts is one of the uses of individual creativity and skills and talents possessed by the Pagerjurang Bayat Klaten community which can be used to create prosperity and employment opportunities through the creativity and inventiveness of individual communities. The potential that exists not only requires capital, energy and funds for manufacturing, but Bayat village pottery entrepreneurs need to change their marketing strategy by using modern technology in the form of using Android devices in building their marketing strategy. This Community Service aims to motivate pottery entrepreneurs to form creative ways of thinking and productive behavior in developing marketing through Android devices. The Community Service Method uses qualitative and quantitative methods as a strategy for achieving goals. And as a result of community service activities, pottery craftsmen are able to implement marketing strategies using Android devices, so that sales turnover targets are achieved

The aim of this research is to make a comparison of compensation law (‘iwadh) in khulû’ (talak law) from the perspective of the Syafi'i School and the Islamic Law Commission (KHI). Khulû' is a form of divorce in which the wife can ask for a divorce by giving compensation to the husband. In the Syafi'i Madzhab, the rules regarding 'iwadh and khulû' are taken from the interpretation of the Al-Quran and Hadith, while KHI is a collection of laws that apply in certain countries. This study uses a comparative analysis method between the two sources of law. The results of the study show that there are different approaches to regulating compensation law in khulû'. The Syafi'i school tends to emphasize the benefit of the parties involved in the divorce, so that compensation limits can be more flexible. On the other hand, KHI may have more specific and structured provisions regarding compensation in khulû', which are adapted to the social and cultural context of the country. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the different perspectives of Islamic law regarding khulû' and compensation law, as well as their implications for legal practice in modern society.

Community Service carried out in this activity is a special form of community service activity that prioritizes three principles, namely education or teaching, research and community service. Implementation of Incidental Service Activities in 2023 with the theme "Innovation and Digitalization of MSMEs Towards an Independent Society in Accordance with Legal Aspects of Business" implementation of activities in Sukaratu Village for 1 day, namely 10 September 2023. In accordance with legal functions (social control and social engineering), there are various problems in discussions that need to be given a legal umbrella. The primary function of law is to protect people from dangers and actions that can harm and suffer the lives of other people. By looking at the problems regarding MSMEs in Sukaratu Village, we provide solutions to overcome these problems so that MSMEs can develop their businesses more advanced and more modern. The solution offered was to provide information related to business aspects for MSME actors in Sukaratu village, and this solution was also very enthusiastically accepted by MSME actors in this service activity.

Purpose − In the ever-evolving digital era, the paradigm of employee compensation and rewards is also undergoing a fundamental transformation. Digital Compensation and Rewards concepts have emerged as a response to these changes, with a focus on building adaptive performance systems, innovative bonus approaches, and flexibility in employee rewards. Overall, the Digital Compensation and Rewards paradigm brings modern concepts to human resource management. In the digital era, employee compensation and reward systems are experiencing fundamental changes. The use of technology allows for more efficient implementation of performance-based systems. Findings- The results of the literature review show that technology has a significant positive impact on the employee recruitment stage. Apart from that, the implementation of digital compensation and rewards is also an integral part of employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- By using data-based performance assessments with digital platforms, companies can collect and analyze employee performance data in more detail. This allows for more objective and accurate assessments, as well as providing opportunities for appropriate recognition of individual contributions. Practical implications- Involves improving the recruitment process through the use of digital technology and social media, adjusting the compensation system to include digital performance bonuses and application-based incentives, flexibility in providing rewards tailored to individual preferences, the use of data and analysis to measure employee performance accurately, as well as development of HR skills in integrating digital technology in human resource management. By paying attention to these practical implications, companies can improve their human resource management strategies to face the challenges and opportunities in the digital era, which can support organizational growth and success. Originality/value- This research presents an innovative view of how organizations can use digital technology and more flexible bonus systems to increase employee motivation and productivity. With a focus on the digital era, this paper provides insight into the importance of adapting to technological changes in human resource management. The value of this paper is that it provides practical guidance for companies seeking to improve their human resource management strategies to optimize employee performance and rewards in the ever-changing digital era.

This is also felt by the starting cafe in the city of Bima, which continues to innovate day by day the products it offers to consumers. Perceived value is one of the factors to support the company to run smoothly, not only that, consumer satisfaction also influences the consumer's repurchase decision, the superiority of the product is known to consumers and can make consumers interested in trying it and then getting satisfaction from it. that product.

Enhancing a city's competitiveness in the era of globalization requires harnessing local potential, particularly traditional health remedies. These remedies encapsulate unique knowledge of natural ingredients and healing techniques proven effective over centuries. Promoting the utilization and development of traditional health recipes not only enriches local culture but also improves the quality of life for communities. Cities can leverage their cultural and natural heritage by creating new economic opportunities through industries based on traditional health remedies, such as herbal products and natural medicines. In the long run, this contributes to the city's economic growth and competitiveness across various sectors. Empowering local potential through traditional health recipes is a sustainable strategy for winning the urban competition, enriching local culture, and promoting sustainable economic development by blending local wisdom with modern innovation.

In modern times, technology is becoming more sophisticated. Similar to television, only a few television programs have educational components; therefore, in this situation, parental involvement is crucial to prevent these harmful effects. This study aims to ascertain how the Indonesian Hafidz Program on RCTI affects students at SDN 06 Sawangan Baru in Depok's desire to learn the Al-Qur'an. utilizing survey techniques and a quantitative approach. 100 students from SDN 06 Sawangan Baru in Depok made up the population in this study. Utilizing saturated samples is the sampling method. A questionnaire is used to collect the data, and simple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the results. The study's findings demonstrate that the calculated t value (12.219) exceeds the t table (1.984), and that H0 follows.

In today's increasingly sophisticated era, MSMEs must be able to compete with entrepreneurs who are increasingly creative and trained to use modern technologies. One of the things that can help these MSMEs is by assisting in product diversification and diversity. This article aims to determine the impact obtained by MSMEs in Cupak Village, Jombang after training and mentoring. The research was conducted in 3 ways, namely observation, interviews, and surveys on MSMEs in Cupak village, Jombang. This research will result in increasing the expertise of MSMEs and enabling MSMEs to reach a wider market.

The aim of the development is to optimize the peace of mind of residents. Development itself is a marker of transformation for a country. As we know, the goal of the Indonesian nation's national development is to achieve a balanced, capable and prosperous society.

Drones have significantly impacted modern warfare, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing drone threat perceptions and their impact on defense policymaking. This study examines the influence of drone threat perceptions on defense policymakers' decision-making and resource allocation, focusing on key factors influencing perception formation. This study uses qualitative research methodology to analyze secondary data from academic research, policy reports, and expert analysis to identify recurring themes and patterns in defense policymakers' perceptions of drone threats. The research findings highlight that varying drone threat perceptions significantly impact defense policymakers' decision-making processes. Key factors influencing the formation of drone threat perceptions include geographical proximity, technological advancements, and past experiences. These threat perceptions shape defense resource prioritization, with a greater emphasis on acquiring counter-drone technologies and air defense systems. The implications of defense resource allocation under prevailing drone threat perceptions are significant. Allocating resources effectively to address drone threats necessitates a comprehensive understanding of threat perceptions and their impact on defense priorities. Overall, this research demonstrates that drone threat perceptions substantially influence defense policymaking and resource allocation. Understanding the key factors shaping these perceptions is crucial for policymakers to better respond to the evolving drone threat.  

Efforts to improve the community's economy through screen-printed t-shirt businesses. Problem: Implementation of activities still uses manual methods. Literature review and observation of implementation of activities in the field. Result: Screen printing t-shirt business activities need to be changed from the manual method to the modern method (screen printing machine) to increase the income of screenprinting t-shirt entrepreneurs, and there is a need for assistance from the government.

This paper will discuss the aesthetic of patterns used in Tenun Pahang (TP). This study also aims to describe the patterns found in TP, both basic and contemporary modern patterns. This handicraft product originates from Keladi Island, Pahang. TP is said to be originated from Sulawesi which was brought to Malaya almost 200 years ago. Based on observations, there are various designs used by weavers as the background of this product. In the field study conducted, 2 (two) informants were interviewed and they are from the Royal Pahang Institute of Weaving Skills, Pahang State Crafts and the eleventh (11) generation of Karaeng Aji descendants who are said to have brought this weaving skill to Keladi Island. The results of the analysis found that the pattern used as a background on this TP product was inspired by the high creativity of the weavers as well as the beauty of the production of the TP pattern which is close to the culture of life of the Pahang people themselves. This study is important for the overall understanding as well as a clearer translation of the patterns found in TP.

In this context, the Pancasila Student Profile has a competency formulation that complements the focus on achieving Graduate Competency Standards at each level of educational unit in terms of cultivating character in accordance with Pancasila values. The Pancasila student profile competency pays attention to internal factors related to the identity, ideology and ideals of the Indonesian nation, as well as external factors related to the life context and challenges of the Indonesian nation in the 21st century which is facing the industrial revolution 4.0. Apart from that, Indonesian students are also expected to have the competence to become democratic citizens and become superior and productive human beings in the 21st century. Indonesian students are expected to be able to participate in sustainable global development and be resilient in facing various challenges. The Pancasila student profile has various competencies which are formulated into six key dimensions. The six are interrelated and strengthen each other so that efforts to realize a complete Pancasila student profile require the development of all these dimensions simultaneously. by students, but rather increase appreciation and practice in everyday life. Islamic religious education is a benchmark for how Islam and its people have played their role in various social, political and cultural aspects. Therefore, by following developments in the modern era, Islamic religious education throughout Indonesia must increasingly develop and be distributed in all areas of life in today's world. The position of Pancasila Education and Islamic Religious Education is very important, namely that it is related to Islamic sciences which are the foundation in life that need to be known and understood properly.

In this study, there are problems faced by the owners of UMKM Crispy Egg Cake, one of which is the lack of knowledge about how to apply digital marketing as a place to promote their products, so the marketing plan in this study aims to develop UMKM Crispy Egg Cake in Bungkuk Village, Parang District, Regency Magetan in terms of implementing digital marketing as a place to promote products, so that they are better known by the public out there. Research in this training uses the ABCD method or this training uses the ABCD approach, namely Asset Based Community Development, which prioritizes the use of assets and potential that exist around and are owned by the community. The results of this study can prove that by assisting the implementation of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, crispy egg cake owners know more about the benefits and how to use technology, especially in terms of digital marketing to advertise or sell their crispy egg cake food products, so by using digital marketing This sales turnover and public interest in buying crispy egg cakes has increased. In addition, sellers also gain a lot of useful knowledge about digital marketing technology and can compete in the market with other similar or different food products

The world of the food and beverage industry is developing very rapidly. In Indonesia, this is characterized by the variety of culinary delights available with regional and modern flavors. "The rapid development of culinary arts in Indonesia means that entrepreneurs have to think hard to remain creative in order to be able to fight new, innovative competitors. The current phenomenon means that old entrepreneurs must have new innovations to be able to maintain their business. Because it is known that many young entrepreneurs have created food and beverage products that offer delicious flavors at economical prices. This kind of competition is difficult to avoid. This research examines menu diversity, service quality and prices at Hakui Coffee Tulungagung. These three interrelated variables seem interesting if used as research objects. The type of research used by researchers is descriptive quantitative. The analysis techniques used are validity test instruments, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, t tests, F tests, coefficient of determination tests. The results of this research show that the first hypothesis proposed states that menu diversity has a significant effect on buying interest. Partially, according to the t test of 2.986 with a significance level of 0.060 > 0.05, H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected, where the research results show that diversity The menu has a significant effect on buying interest as evidenced by the results obtained in the form of a correlation coefficient of 0.231 and a partial significance test which produces a t-count of 2.096.

There are various methods of using contraception, one of which is using hormonal contraceptive methods, namely injection/injection contraception. Injection contraception is an injectable contraceptive. which is injected into the body over a certain period of time, then enters the blood vessels, and is absorbed little by little by the body to prevent pregnancy. The injectable contraceptives used are norethisterone enanthate, depo medroxy progesterone acetate (DMPA), and cyclofem. One of the modern contraceptives used DMPA is often used containing depo medroxy progesterone acetate as much as 150 mg with an efficacy of up to 3 months. This drug was tried in 1958 to treat habitual abortion and endometriosis, and it turns out that in the treatment of habitual abortion, infertility often occurs after the pregnancy ends. Depo-Provera as a contraceptive drug turns out to be quite effective and safe in family planning services. The assumption that Depo-Provera can cause cancer of the cervix or breasts in women who use it has not been clearly proven. Planned contraception is an attempt to space or plan the number and distance pregnancy by using contraception (BKKBN.2012).

The role of fractal geometry in analyzing growth patterns of tropical plants and its application in precision agriculture has become an emerging interdisciplinary topic in the modern era. Tropical plants often exhibit complex and irregular structures that cannot be fully described by conventional Euclidean geometry. This study aims to examine fractal-based mathematical models to identify self-similar patterns in tropical leaves and to explore their potential for optimizing precision farming practices. The methodology employs image-based mathematical analysis, using digital images of tropical plants to measure fractal dimensions and quantify growth complexity. The findings reveal that consistent fractal patterns can be observed across different species of tropical plants, particularly in leaf venation and branching structures, indicating a universal growth principle. Such patterns demonstrate high predictive potential for estimating biomass, monitoring plant health, and assessing responses to environmental changes. Furthermore, the study highlights how fractal-based approaches, when combined with precision agriculture technologies, can improve resource efficiency by supporting accurate irrigation scheduling, soil quality monitoring, and yield forecasting. The implications extend to sustainable agricultural development, as fractal analysis provides a scientific foundation for balancing productivity with environmental preservation. In conclusion, this research underscores the significance of fractals not only as mathematical concepts but also as powerful analytical tools with practical benefits, offering new pathways to advance digital farming, ecological monitoring, and sustainable food security in the modern era.

Mathematics anxiety has long been recognized as a barrier to student achievement, particularly in an era where digital technologies are reshaping education. This study aims to investigate the role of cognitive psychology in modern mathematics learning as a means of reducing math anxiety and enhancing numerical creativity among digital generation learners. Employing an experimental classroom design informed by neuroeducation principles, the research explored how interventions rooted in cognitive regulation, emotional control, and cognitive load management influence student outcomes. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test instruments measuring levels of math anxiety and creativity in numerical problem-solving. The findings demonstrate a significant reduction in mathematics anxiety following the implementation of the neuroeducation-based intervention. Simultaneously, students exhibited marked improvements in creative approaches to numerical challenges, indicating that addressing psychological factors is essential to unlocking mathematical potential. These results highlight the importance of integrating cognitive psychology into mathematics instruction, moving beyond procedural learning toward a holistic approach that considers students’ emotional and cognitive states. The implications extend to educators, curriculum designers, and policymakers, suggesting that modern mathematics education should balance cognitive development, emotional well-being, and creative problem-solving skills to prepare students for the challenges of a rapidly evolving digital world.

Trading is the main activity in Surabaya. Geographically, Surabaya actually emerged as a commercial city. Since the colonial era, the kingdom of the Majapahit era, trade has become the main activity. Currently trading activities in Surabaya are not limited to regional and national needs. Surabaya has become a city of international trade. As a commercial city, Surabaya has several important pillars. These places become spaces for commercial activities. The modern market is the most important pillar of Surabaya's status as a commercial city. Attractive layout, comfortable atmosphere, and competitive prices are the hallmarks of a modern market that fits with the dense activity of city dwellers. Modern markets are scattered throughout the center and suburbs of Surabaya. The presence of many modern markets provides more choices for the community. This number will continue to grow as investment in Surabaya increases. Kampung Surabaya is a living space for Surabaya residents. Apart from houses, villages in Surabaya are also production centers. The village is now emerging as a small economic center. Each village has its own special food, pastries, jewelry, clothing and more. Due to the influence of the city government, these villages are now designated as leading villages and have the potential to strengthen the economy of the less fortunate.

This community empowerment activity aims to identify optimal use of riverbank land through developing street vendor businesses (angkringan), empowerment focusing on social initiative programs and entrepreneurial training. The methods used to empower angkringan traders include field visits (observations), focus group discussions, and outreach, the activities of which begin with an analysis of land potential along the riverbanks in Sampangan Village. The activity partners are street vendors (angkringan) located around the banks of the Sampangan river, consisting of three groups, namely a group of immigrants, a group of housewives and a group of youth who manage modern angkringan businesses. The results of empowerment for angkringan traders were identified, among others, by carrying out social initiatives, namely entrepreneurship training which covers three main aspects, including marketing, financial management and product development.
