Reading is important in the teaching and learning process. Reading is the process of absorbing knowledge through reading or writing. This study aims to improve students' literacy skills by holding a reading corner in each class and is expected to increase students' interest in reading and increase knowledge that can be a provision in the future. The lack of interest in reading at SD Inpres 1 malawei, due to the lack of reading space and motivation for students such as in grade 6 who should have been prepared to take the graduation exam to continue to the next level of education, namely junior high school but cannot read. This is our shared responsibility between students, teachers and parents in order to increase students' interest in reading, especially in SD inpres 1 malawei so we conduct research in order to increase students' interest in reading and make it a provision in the next level of education and even in the future.

Creativity in students will be a guide for them when they face problems and make decisions in the future. Students are also able to receive feedback from experience or from teachers with the title of best student and teacher so that later they will be able and ready to receive the development of a creative mindset. A student feels useful and beneficial if he is involved in developing concepts to trigger his creativity and gain the ability to think with broad incentives (Anugraheni, 2018).  

Research objectives To find out strategies that can be implemented in developing community-based Ecotourism in Tipang village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2023. To find out what factors support and inhibit the development of community-based Ecotourism in Tipang tourist village. Using a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach through in-depth interview techniques with informants. From the results of research conducted by researchers, the Tipang Tourism Village, Baktiraja District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is still in the pioneering stage. Therefore, for the Tipang Tourism Village development strategy there are stages that must be carried out, especially the process of approaching the community and providing guidance to assist the community's human resources. As well as the existence of supporting and inhibiting factors in the community-based ecotourism development strategy, more attention must be paid by utilizing the potential of the Tipang Tourism Village. The strategies that have been implemented in the tourism community are: 1. Becoming a government partner in encouraging and disseminating tourism awareness among the community. 2. Providing participation in various related training, such as understanding what tourism potential is and also what it is like to develop a tourist village. 3. Mapping tourism potential, where Pokdarwis has data from every tourist location point in Tipang Tourism Village. 4. Create a tour package where this tour package has a tariff according to the tourist's trip in the Tourism Village and what the tourist's activities will be in the future. 5. Promoting tourism products carried out by Pokdarwis so that Tipang Tourism Village becomes increasingly well known and penetrates the outside world. Potential villages with culture and daily traditions of the community that can be developed as tourist village attractions. Through the factors that influence the development of this tourist village, there are attractions, amenities, accessibility and also superior human resources.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) according to PBB is development that aims to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainable development is defined in a broad sense as a country that seeks to achieve sustainable development. However, the strategy for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the songket industry, songket entrepreneurs use marketing strategies and innovation strategies which create new innovations to maintain and create sustainable songket product innovations. This study aims to find out how the strategies for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the small and medium industry of Cik Mia songket Jambi and the human resource constraints they face. In this study the method used was qualitative by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the strategy for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in the Jambi songket industry can be seen from several aspects, namely that it still has human resource constraints in the weaving sector, therefore it is necessary to optimize the achievement targets in the Sustainable Development Goals.

Analysis of financial performance is the most important thing for business people because financial performance is an indicator to find out whether the business being run will continue to run well in the future or not. All companies will analyze the company's financial performance so that the company can get an overview of the company's financial condition. One of them is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) in Indonesia, namely PT Hutama Karya which is engaged in construction, as well as property and infrastructure development. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of PT Hutama Karya's financial performance as measured using a liquidity ratio based on data, information, and records from the financial statements of PT Hutama Karya in 2020 to 2022. The results of the study show that PT Hutama Karya's financial performance in 2020 to 2022 can be said to be quite good because the company is able to pay its short-term debt. This is because the company's current assets are managed properly by the company's financial management which makes it increase significantly and there is a decrease in its current debt.

This research is motivated by a government policy in 2021 to increase the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate by 11% starting on April 1 2022. In this policy, CV. Harko Jaya Offset is a business actor in the printing and trading sector of paper and plastic. As a Party subject to VAT when selling and purchasing goods. This research aims to determine the effect of increasing the Value Added Tax (VAT) rate on sales. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis with analytical tools, calculating Value Added Tax (VAT) rates of 10% and 11%, calculating the amount of tax paid, calculating sales volume and calculating the increase/decrease in sales volume. The results of this research show that there is no influence on product sales from the increase in the Value Added Tax rate, because the company still uses the same selling price. It can be proven from the calculation results that sales volume increased by 58.19%. The results of this analysis are different from research from (Putri, 2022), (Djufri, 2022) and (Wibowo, 2021) which show that an increase in the Value Added Tax rate has an effect on declining sales. The aim of this research is to find out: (1) The literacy skills of class III children at SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan. (2) Internal and external factors cause the low literacy skills of class III students, especially in reading and writing at SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan. Based on the results of the research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: (1) The habituation of literacy skills in class III of SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan is reading books every day before learning and the teacher also guides students to read books related to the school literacy movement so that students do not feel stressed and bored in reading. Apart from that, teachers also encourage students to participate in making posters, information boards (mading), and literacy trees. It is hoped that this will help foster the school literacy movement, which in turn can shape students' character for the future. (2) Internal and external factors causing the low literacy skills of class III students, especially in reading and writing at SD Negeri 0117 Sibuhuan, namely: (a) In the aspect of students, including students, there are problems in articulating the pronunciation of words, often pronouncing words -words that are not clear enough, and still often mispronounce words in one sentence. Apart from that, students face difficulties in understanding the meaning contained in the reading. Customisation of learning and the ability to track student progress through technology is an important focus in the effort to improve student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education. This research uses qualitative research methods with literature study data collection techniques to investigate the impact of using learning technology on student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education. The purpose of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of how learning technology can be optimised to improve student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The results of this study have the potential to provide relevant recommendations that can help improve Mathematics and Natural Sciences education in the current digital era. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the understanding of how learning technology can be used more effectively in increasing student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, so that it can provide maximum benefits in preparing students to face global challenges in the future.

Community service activities in the form of assistance to facilitate children's reading of the letters of the Qur'an using the talaqii method in the al-Ikhlas prayer room aims to provide guidance and assistance to children so that they can know the letters of the Qur'an at all. do not know the hijaiyah letters and are able to read the letters of the Koran fluently. This activity was carried out in Hamlet 1, Bangun Sari Baru Village, North Sumatra, which was attended by 9 children in the village. Implementation methods include socialization, coaching and mentoring. Activities are carried out every 5 times in 1 week through a test to read the letters of the Koran with Iqra. The results of this service show that the mentoring activities to facilitate children's reading of the letters of the Qur'an using the talaqqi method at the Al Ikhlas Prayer Room went according to what was planned and expected, such as; 1) for children who don't know the hijaiyah letters at all, then after this activity the children will be able to recognize the hijaiyah letters. 2) for children who already know the letters of the Koran, they are able to read the letters of the Koran that are connected. 3) increasing knowledge of reading letters and the different letters of the Koran as well as increasing children's awareness of how important it is to read the Koran. This service activity is carried out to improve the quality of the young generation in the future who love the Koran and have Islamic morals. The results show that as many as 15% of children have entered volume 6 and 10% have entered volume 2. And as many as 75% of children have entered volume 1.

This research aims to increase knowledge and insight in the field of industrial economics and aims to analyze industrial competitive strategies in facing technological advances. The research method uses qualitative methods and library research. The data collection technique is to record important information in carrying out data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions to obtain conclusions. The results of the research show that Indonesia's industrial strategy is to be able to survive in competition and import substitution must be increased to meet the needs of a growing society. increasing even though industry can be one of the strategies in the industrial sector that can be developed in the future in an effort to realize Indonesia's economic growth.

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of variables (X1) entrepreneurship education, (X2) family environment, (X3) entrepereneurial motivation on (Y) students’ entrepeneurial intentions. The type of research used is a quantitative method with descriptive analysis. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale of one to five. The total sample was 134 respondents with the criteria being students who were/had studied entrepeneurship education. Entrepreneurship education. The data analysis techniques used in this research are: Outer Model with calcculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Realibility, Cronbach’s Alpha and Inner Model with calculations of T statistics, R-Square, f-Square, VIP and Path Coefficient using SmartPLS tools (Partial Least Square) version 4.0.9.3. The research results show that: (X1) Entrepreneurship education has positive and significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial intentions (Y). (X2) The family environment has a positive and significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial motivation has a positive and significant effect on students’ entrepreneurial intentions (Y). Recommendations for future researchers are to use other variables such as income expecctation variables and so on    

Indonesia's vision for 2020-2024 is to focus on developing human resources starting from development in the health sector. Priority programs in the Health sector include maternal and toddler/child health. Stunting is a hot issue and urgent to be resolved because it has an impact on the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future. Human resources are the main factor in determining the success of a country and nation. The aim of writing the article is to socialize maintaining zero stunting which was initiated by Kukerta UNRI students in Simpang Perak Jaya village. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data source is an analysis of policy documents. Stunting is defined as a height index for age (TB/U) less than the 3rd percentile. Kukerta UNRI in Simpang Perak Jaya Village, through this activity, took the initiative to carry out socialization activities to maintain zero stunting with the aim of increasing the community's knowledge and knowledge regarding stunting. The implementation of stunting socialization goes through 3 stages, namely preparing facilities and infrastructure, the socialization stage and the evaluation stage. The result of the implementation of this socialization on maintaining zero stunting is an increase in the knowledge of the Simpang Perak Jaya Village community after being given counseling in the form of socialization.  

This research aims to describe the method of implementing education in Islamic religious education lessons, such as the steps for implementing the discussion method and the obstacles faced by teachers in applying the discussion method in Islamic religious education lessons in the classroom. The author conducted this research at SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung. The approach used is a qualitative approach. With descriptive method. So the type of research is descriptive. The research subjects were Islamic religious teachers and students. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, the data analysis technique used is data selection, data presentation and conclusion drawing and the data validation technique is the data triangulation technique. The results of this research explain that the application of the discussion method has proceeded in accordance with the application of discussion but is still not in accordance with existing theories, such as in the preparation step the teacher did not determine the type of discussion that would be used and prepared something related to the technical implementation of the discussion. The steps in carrying out the discussion were not in accordance with the established rules. In the closing section there are several steps that have not been implemented, namely the teacher has not yet reviewed the discussion that has been delivered by the speaker in the discussion. And the obstacles that the author found in implementing the discussion method were such as requiring a long time for discussion, uneven student activity, facilities not supporting it, and teachers not yet mastering the theories in applying the discussion method optimally. In conclusion, the teacher's understanding and knowledge of the theories The implementation of the discussion method needs to be improved further for the smooth implementation of discussions in PAI lessons in the future.

This research aims to determine the implementation and effectiveness of Christian Counseling Guidance provided by Effective Christian Religious Education and Character Teachers in Increasing the Learning Motivation of Class This research uses a semi-case study type of research and uses as informants eight students from broken home backgrounds and Christian Religious Education and Character Teachers. The results of this research show that the process of implementing Christian counseling guidance by PAK teachers starts from: service (attending), empathy, giving advice/encouragement, the final stage provides reinforcement and closes with prayer. Christian counseling guidance is considered effective in increasing the learning motivation of students from broken home backgrounds, this is assessed based on the results of the presentation of the students themselves and the Christian Religious Education and Character Education teachers. Changes in students' motivation began to appear after participating in Christian counseling activities, changes in students' motivation, who previously often daydreamed and did not pay attention to the learning process, are now starting to be enthusiastic about learning, starting to show interest in learning by studying more actively, doing homework/assignments, students who have feelings of worry and fear begins to disappear, they don't give up easily, they are happier and more confident in doing things (independently) and students have a commitment to achieving their goals and hopes in the future.

: The health of adolescents is a valuable asset for the nation's future. They play a crucial role in the continuity of development and progress of the country. Focusing on the health and nutrition of adolescents is key to optimizing Indonesia's demographic dividend potential by 2030. This study aims to conduct Hb level examinations among students of SMPN 2 Nekamese as an initial step in early detection of anemia cases. Additionally, education on a healthy diet rich in iron, vitamins, and essential nutrients is provided to prevent anemia. The method used involves socialization and Hb level examinations using a POCT device. The research results indicate that out of 36 adolescents examined, 5 of them had Hb levels below the normal range (normally 10-15 grams/dL). The conclusion of this study is that students of SMP N. 2 Nekamese have received important information about the significance of health and nutrition, as well as preventive measures against anemia. These efforts involve various stakeholders, including Poltekkes Kemenkes and local health centers, in providing blood supplements and regular health check-ups to support the well-being of a productive and competitive young generation.  

The influence of market trader service quality, which consist of the variables direct evidence, realibility, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, in very important to know how much influence it has on purchasing decisions at supermarkets. Diva can estimate how the community responds and improves the quality of services provided in the future. The sampling technique in this research uses the probability sampling method. Meanwhile the samples taken were obtained through questionnaires, observations and interviews. The service result have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.

In the current era of economic development, Indonesia is focused on how the government maximizes state revenues, government agencies or the Directorate General of Customs and Excise need to expand performance or targets in order to face economic competition, that import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City in 2020-2022 did not reach the target set by the State Budget which is still increasing and decreasing. This study aims to see how much influence the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts on the target of partial and simultaneous import duty receipts. The study used a quantitative approach, information in the form of secondary data, namely time series data totaling 36 samples, data collection techniques using obseration and documentation. This study used the classical assumption test analysis method of multiple linear regression with SPSS. The acquisition of research shows that the value of imports has a positive and significant effect on the target of import duty receipts, while the realization of import duty receipts has a positive and insignificant effect on the target of import duty receipts. Simultaneously, the value of imports and the realization of import duty receipts have a significant effect on the target of import duty receipts at KPPBC A South Tangerang City. For future researchers, it is better to conduct studies in more than one region or port so that the results of the study can represent the overall condition in Indonesia in order to obtain accurate, representative and complete data so that the analysis and findings in the study become more valid.

The habit of storing the harvest in the form of nutmeg is something that has become a culture among the people of Morela village, Leihitu District, Central Maluku Regency. This research will examine theoretically the economic variables that influence the storage of dry nutmeg seeds by farming households. To analyze the relationship between variables that cause savings choices, an inter-time model is used. The choice is based on the meaning of the present and future times. If the present time is more meaningful then farmers will sell the nutmeg seeds they have and conversely if the future time is more meaningful it will increase the amount of nutmeg savings. The variables included in this research are relative price variables, current income and future income. This research uses primary data through interviews and questionnaires. The samples taken based on the purposive random sampling method were 75 farmers in Morela village. To analyze the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, cross-section regression was used using the Eviews tool. The results of the research show that the price variables at harvest, the estimated future price of cloves, and future consumption influence the clove savings of farmer households.

Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally.
