UKM Batik Anisa encounters several problems including limited creativity and innovation to create new designs and iconic motifs that can represent regional characteristics, limited variations in batik color, limited market network, marketing strategies, and promotional media for batik products, limited knowledge about tourism and the important role of souvenir, and limited tools and materials that are relevant for initiating the development of new batik motif called pithecanthropus erectus (PE). This is innovative motif that has the potential to become iconic batik product of Ngawi. This activity aims to overcome problem faced by UKM Batik Anisa. Methods include counseling, discussing, training, and assisting. Results of the activity include innovations of new batik design and motifs (pithecanthropus erectus), variation of batik color through diverse combination of color, website to expand market networks, knowledge improvement concerning tourism and opportunities to create iconic souvenirs, and new tools to increase productivity of UKM Batik Anisa. Keywords: batik; design; iconic; pithecanthropus erectus.

The incidence of depression and anxiety that increases at the age of more than 15 years cannot be separated from the role and identity of students. Someone who has just entered the world of campus will be different from the condition of students who have been around for a long time with the world of campus. This condition is coupled with the position of students who have to live in dormitories where their friends in their environment do not match what they want and there are regulations that must be implemented as residents of the dormitory. Not a few students who experience social anxiety while undergoing college. The impact that arises due to anxiety is very influential on the lives of students. Cruise activities and overnight permits are intended to relieve temporary fatigue from the hectic academic activities by doing personal activities outside the dormitory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cruises and overnight permits on reducing anxiety for new students. This research method is a quasi-experimental one group pre-test post-test design. The research sample uses total sampling. This study uses the DSS-21 instrument. The results showed that the highest level of anxiety during the pre-test was at the moderate level of anxiety as many as 19 children (29%), after the post-test showed the highest results at the normal level of anxiety as many as 28 children (43%), with a p-value is 0.000. The conclusion is that there is an effect of cruises and overnight permits on reducing anxiety in new students. The results of this study can be used for new students who experience anxiety due to facing new situations.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of voluntary disclosure, value relevance, and foreign ownership on information asymmetry, the effect of voluntary disclosure, value relevance, foreign ownership, and information asymmetry on the cost of equity and the mediating role of information asymmetry to voluntary disclosure, value relevance, and foreign ownership of the cost of equity. Population used in this study is the whole manufacturing company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2015 - 2017. Total samples are 240 companies for 3 years selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data, i.e. annual report and financial report collected from IDX database, yahoo finance and each company’s official website. The results of this study indicate that voluntary disclosure and value relevance of financial statements can reduce information asymmetry, while foreign ownership can increase information asymmetry, but the influence of value relevance and foreign ownership is weak. The findings also indicate voluntary disclosure, value relevance, and information asymmetry can increase the cost of equity, while foreign ownership can reduce the cost of equity, but the effect of voluntary disclosure, value relevance, and foreign ownership is weak. This finding implies that companies must pay attention to the problem of information asymmetry because investor trust is important in reducing the company's cost of equity. Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. The expected result of communityservice is the realization of parents' understanding of the importance of the role of the family infostering positive behaviors of children that are applied in daily life through a behavioral approach.Keywords: Family Role, Positive Behavior, Behavior Approach

Efforts to collect taxes for the benefit of national development are still experiencing problems both from internal and external factors. Youth organizations have the potential to build the nation and as agents of change, therefore their existence needs to be managed professionally so that they truly contribute to regional development. Within the village environment, there are many potentials that can be developed as alternative capital for regional development. It is hoped that the implementation of strategic management in its management will produce work programs that are appropriate to the needs and potential resources owned by the village/kelurahan, as capital in developing the village. The concept of strategic management includes how an organization makes strategic plans, coordinates and implements programs and evaluates them. In several kelurahans within the sub-district, the existence of youth organizations tended to show less of their role in promoting village development. The existence of this organization seems to be just a formality to complement activities in the village. The awareness of residents to use this organization as a forum for activities and to participate in developing their area is very lacking. The organizing process requires funds to run the programs that have been planned. In general, the obstacles to realizing work programs include funding issues. With sufficient funding, young people can develop their potential, to empower villages and their communities (carry out the activities needed) and provide added value and increase welfare. However, in reality in society, these organizations are not managed properly and optimally because they are constrained by financing. One of the efforts to attract funds is by submitting proposals for funds to certain institutions, both government and non-government organizations. Most of them do not know how to make a proposal for funding an activity. Furthermore, the regional autonomy policy provides opportunities for regions to develop themselves and their communities in accordance with regional needs/interests, so the role of youth as a nation's potential and development constellation cannot be separated from village/sub-district development.

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. This can be evidenced from the results of the training that was attended by 27 people already able to be a mentor of 21 people.Keywords: Counseling, Guidance learn to overcome learning difficulties, teachers and parents.

Public accountant has an important role to the business. Their opinion through audit statement has been used by stakeholder of the company to make economic decision. Audit statement expected to improve the quality and credibility of the financial statement released by management. But after Enron scandal that involved auditor of Arthur Andersen, one of the biggest public accountant firm in the world, professionalism of auditor was questioned. Implication of the scandal, America released Sarbanes-Oxley Act in 2002, while Indonesia has released UU No. 5 in 2011 to regulate public accountant profession, that can increase professionalism of public accountant at the same time protects public accountant and public interest. Abstract  : Violence to the woment involve every violence based on different of sex which   in cause lost or injury physical, sexual or phychological of woment, involve threat or robbery of independent in privat or public aspect.       Cause of violence to the woment are poverty which cause violence as a cannal of frustration and aggression, instability of society cause of  increase of sadism culture. Brutality is the part of society weapon which flaming because of war.Protection to the woment from brutality  are give same role  of woment  and man  at all aspect and empowering of woment Key word  : Protection, woment, violence. Salesperson plays an important role for the survival of the company. The roleof salespeople in the Multi Level Marketing company is a distributor, which will promoteproducts and business plan. Distributor is very important because of the high competition between companies who also want to increase product sales. The key of success in MLM companies depends on how the company is able to improve the performance of distributors.Problem of this research is how the characteristic Distributors, companies support and organization learning affect the performance of MLM distributors. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling method that used as many as 50 people Tianshi distributors in Semarang.The results of data analysis showed that there is significant influence between the characteristic distributors, companies support and Organization Learning to the performance MLM distributor.
