This research aims to examine organizational communication between foreign leaders and local employees at PT Sunwood Timber Industries, utilizing a constructivist approach and qualitative research methods, particularly a descriptive case study involving observation, interviews, and document analysis to understand communication patterns and identify barriers in the interaction between these two groups. The study's findings highlight the crucial role of communication in managing cultural differences in the workplace, with effective communication being key to creating an inclusive and productive work environment. The research provides a comprehensive overview and significant contribution to improving organizational communication within the company, offering recommendations for enhancements to enhance the effectiveness of communication between foreign leaders and local employees.

This research aims to investigate and find solutions to the existing problems at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa, focusing on Organizational Communication perspectives to address and resolve issues as well as inhibiting factors within the company. The study adopts a qualitative approach with a constructivist framework. Data collection involves observation and in-depth interviews to gather information for addressing the researched problems. The results indicate that the communication role at PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa is closely tied to the system implemented from superiors to employees and the communication among colleagues. To effectively manage organizational communication, PT. Elephant Agung Perkasa needs to handle it efficiently in both maintaining and resolving conflicts, as identified in this research. This ensures the company can implement effective communication practices and receive positive feedback from employees.

PT. XYZ is an organization that manufactures wood products, including tables, chairs, and other domestic items. Workplace accidents are an extremely probable occurrence at PT. XYZ. Consequently, risk management is essential for reducing the occurrence of workplace accidents. The process of identifying suitable control measures is simplified through the utilization of the HIRARC method. The investigation was conducted in the grinding, sanding, lathe, drill, and corridor areas of the PT. XYZ process area. According to the findings derived from the conducted research, the hazard identification procedure yielded twenty-four indicators of peril. After calculating the 24 hazard indications, the risk level associated with the indicated hazards is determined. One is classified as extremely high risk, thirteen as high risk, eight as medium risk, and two as low risk. And company management can control hazards through the provision of safety signs, utilization of appropriate PPE, and establishment of work areas.

This article discusses the performance evaluation process at the LIA Cibinong Language Institute, which is a crucial step in measuring and assessing employee performance. This process is essential to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of organizational operations, while providing feedback that supports overall performance improvement. LIA Cibinong, as an educational entity, considers performance evaluation management important in monitoring employee achievements. The evaluation process at LIA Cibinong consists of planning, implementation, assessment, and follow-up. The planning stage establishes the objectives of the performance evaluation in line with the objectives of the organization, with criteria that include quantity, quality, timeliness, and collaboration. Implementation involves collecting performance data through self-assessment, supervisors, and colleagues. The assessment stage uses techniques such as rating scales, comparisons, and free assessments, tailored to the evaluation criteria. Ultimately, the follow-up stage uses the assessment results as feedback, not just evaluation, but as a guide to improving employee performance. Careful implementation of performance evaluation by LIA Cibinong ensures that employees contribute optimally in accordance with the vision and mission of the organization. This process is not only an evaluative instrument, but also a foundation for individual development and overall institutional performance improvement.

This research aims to evaluate the differences in the use of the English language in electronic and manual documentation in nursing practice. Documentation is a crucial element in patient care, and with technological advancements, many healthcare institutions are transitioning from manual records to electronic documentation systems. The focus of this study is to identify variations in clarity, accuracy, and efficiency of nurse communication using both documentation methods.The research methodology involves surveys and document analysis on a sample of nurses engaged in both types of documentation. Surveys will assess nurses' perceptions regarding the clarity of documented information, the accuracy of information, and the efficiency of usage. The analyzed documents will include patient records, care plans, and incident reports.The research outcomes are expected to provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of each documentation method, aiding healthcare organizations in decision-making regarding the implementation or development of documentation systems. The practical implications of this research can enhance nurse communication effectiveness and the quality of patient care, especially in the continually evolving healthcare information technology era.

This research focuses on qualitative analysis regarding the influence of Digital Product Management (DPM) on Gojek application development. Gojek, as an application-based service platform, relies on DPM to effectively manage and develop their digital products. This research approach involved in-depth interviews with product development team members at Gojek and content analysis of DPM-related documents. The analysis results show that DPM plays a crucial role in shaping the direction and quality of Gojek application development. Key findings include DPM's success in designing product strategies focused on customer needs and ongoing market trends. Flexible management of changing customer and overall market needs was also found to be a key element in DPM effectiveness. In addition, synergy between the DPM team and the technical development team is the key to success, where effective communication and a deep understanding of the product's goals play a crucial role. Organizational factors such as collaborative culture and flexibility in decision making also influence the influence of DPM on application development. This research provides in-depth qualitative insight into how DPM can influence application development in the Gojek context. The practical implications can help similar companies to understand the importance of qualitative factors in managing their digital products and build strategies that are more adaptive to market changes. Additionally, these findings provide a basis for companies to improve collaboration between DPM teams and technical development teams to increase the success of application development in the future.

This program encapsulates comprehensive efforts undertaken by Bina Desa in North Ngadilegi, focusing on community-oriented initiatives such as Focus Group Discussions (FGD), the fabrication of waste sorting buckets, and counseling sessions addressing waste sorting and maggot cultivation. The counseling sessions, attended by a diverse group of 33 residents, including village officials, housewives, farmer groups, and youth organizations, aimed to instill knowledge and enthusiasm for sustainable waste management practices. The community's active participation underscores the potential impact of maggot cultivation in mitigating household organic waste while concurrently enhancing economic prospects. Maggot cultivation, particularly utilizing Black Soldier Fly (BSF) larvae, emerged as a promising solution for this problem. The study underscores the ease of BSF breeding and its affinity for organic waste, presenting a valuable opportunity for community-based waste management. The residents' demonstrated enthusiasm signifies a positive reception to the initiatives, fostering optimism for long-term adoption. The collective activities orchestrated by Bina Desa lay a foundation for holistic community development, emphasizing environmentally friendly practices and economic sustainability. As the program seeks to expand waste sorting and maggot cultivation infrastructure, it envisions a future where each household contributes to sustainable waste management, concurrently realizing economic benefits. This study contributes to the discourse on community-based waste management strategies and highlights the potential of maggot cultivation as a transformative solution for both waste reduction and local economic development.

The Influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture is an article which is a review of literature in the field of knowledge. The aim of this article is to provide an understanding of the relationship between two types of organizational culture and employee working conditions. For the purpose of developing hypotheses and variables between roles that will be used in research that will be carried out in the future, within the scope of Human Resource Management knowledge. The article writing method is a research method that is based on information obtained from online sources such as Google Scholar, Mendeley, and other online academic sources. This is a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this article are as follows: : 1) ; Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance 2. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance 3) ; Leadership Style and Organizational Culture have a significant effect on employee performance.

PKK is a sub-district community organization that is able to mobilize sub-district community participation in development, and also plays a role in sub-district growth activities. The PKK organization has been institutionalized at the central, provincial, district, sub-district and sub-district levels. The PKK organization in Sindon Village consists of several PKK groups which exist according to the division of cadres. In Sindon Village there are several hamlets, where ward IV itself includes 3 (three) hamlets, namely Sambiroto, Brajan and Manukan. In each hamlet there are several Neighborhood Units (RT), Sambiroto Hamlet has 3 RTs, Brajan Hamlet has 2 RTs and Manukan Hamlet has 2 RT. Where each RT in the hamlet has its own PKK group. This service activity is located in the MI 2 Sindon yard which is in Sambiroto Hamlet. This service activity was attended by 24 participants from three hamlets. The aim of this service is as a means of increasing the cohesiveness and cooperation of PKK Kadus IV Sindon Village

This study examines the cross-cultural dynamics within Microsoft, a multinational technology company with a global workforce. Utilizing the frameworks of Hofstede and Trompenaars, along with insights into corporate culture types and organizational structures, the analysis delves into the cultural dimensions influencing Microsoft's operations. The study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how Microsoft navigates cultural diversity in its global business environment, shedding light on the formation of core values and organizational behaviors. Through an in-depth examination, the analysis explores the implications of cross-cultural aspects on human resource management strategies, such as recruitment, performance management, and career development. Insights gained from this study can contribute to Microsoft's sustained global success by informing strategies related to cultural training, onboarding programs, and global rotations. Abstract: Osteoarthritis is a cause of disability in the elderly where its prevalence will increase along with the increasing life expectancy of the global population (Sacitharan, 2019). According to the World Health Organization in 2013, it is estimated that by 2050 people aged over 60 years will account for more than 20% of the world's population, of which 15% have symptoms of Osteoarthritis, while a third experience severe disability, namely being unable to carry out daily activities (Nos et al. , 2020). Impairments that arise include (1) pain felt around the knee joint and pain when bending the knee, (2) weakness of the muscles that drive the knee joint, (3) limited range of motion (LGS) of the knee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding TENS on Quadricep exercise settings to reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. The data collection method used a quasi-experimental design with a pre and post design with a control group design. The data collected was tested for normality with Shapiro Wilk. Normal distribution, effect test using paired t-test. The results of the paired t-test obtained a value of p = 0.0001 (p <0.05) in pain and obtained a value of p = 0.0002 (p <0.005) an increase in functional activity in the treatment group I. The treatment group II obtained a value of p = 0.0004 (p <0 .05) in pain and 0.0003 (p<0.05) increased functional activity. The conclusions obtained from this study are 1) Quadricep setting exercise can reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. 2) The addition of TENS to Quadricep exercise settings can reduce pain and increase functional activity in elderly people with osteoarthritis genu. Of course, in the world of education, teachers are educational personnel. Educators are important stakeholders in educational development and are the most influential factor in producing quality educational activities and results. Therefore, teachers must obtain sufficient education, training, development and experience to improve their qualifications in order to fulfill their duties and responsibilities. Responsibility is carried out with the help of skills that bring success, which determines the quality of education. Therefore, training and development is a basic need which is expected to influence increasing teacher competence and performance.

This research examines village financial management in Bluri Village based on Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 in Bluri Village, Solokuro District, Lamongan Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of village financial management. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, the researcher uses a case study approach in Bluri Village, where the research informants are village officials. Observation, interviews, and document study are the data collection methods used in this research. Data analysis includes data organization, which is done by organizing the data that has been collected during the research so that it is neater. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of village financial management in Bluri Village is broadly in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 starting from the planning, implementation, administration, reporting and accountability processes, although there are several things that are still not in accordance with the target time.

Through web-based business applications, it helps start-up companies to reach their target markets more quickly and in a more organized manner, with a more efficient level of economic costs compared to using conventional consumer marketing methods which require higher levels of economic costs. However, more than 40% of SMEs and startup companies in Indonesia, both digital and non-digital based, experience financial failure and fail to maintain their business continuously, due to inefficient management of the financial aspects of the organization, which becomes an obstacle for business actors in planning and can also disrupt the level of continuity of the business. This is the background for the need for community service activities in order to improve the quality of financial inclusion, especially in terms of working capital management budgeting for mobile-based SMEs and startup companies.  This community service activity was formed to expand knowledge regarding effective and efficient working capital management budgeting, where it is hoped that through this program, mobile-based SMEs and startup business actors will have the knowledge to know the financial strength of their business and can be used as a consideration in decisions and make the business run healthier in the future.

This research aims to find out how the cash disbursement internal control system is implemented and to determine the suitability of implementing the cash disbursement internal control system at PT. Applicationnusa Lintasarta with elements of internal control in achieving the objectives of the internal control system. This research uses a descriptive approach. The object studied is the cash disbursement internal control system implemented at PT. Nusa Lintasarta Application. The informants in this research were the Director and Cashier. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The results of this research show that the results of the list obtained through interviews with the three respondents are 75%, which means the internal control system for cash disbursements implemented at PT. Applicationnusa Lintasarta Medan is quite in accordance with the elements of internal control in achieving the objectives of the internal control system, namely organizational structure, authorization system and recording procedures, healthy practices and employees whose quality is in accordance with their responsibilities.

This article discusses the impact of digital technology on the transformation of internal audit and its implications for the treatment of financial reports. As technology advances, companies are adopting digital solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their internal audit processes. This transformation not only includes the use of new tools and technologies, but also changes the paradigm and methodology of internal audit work. Digital technology provides greater capabilities in collecting, analyzing and understanding data in real-time. Internal audit can leverage advanced analytics technology, artificial intelligence, and natural language processing to identify risks, detect anomalies, and provide deeper insights into a company's finances. With the adoption of digital technology, internal audit transformation can increase audit accuracy and thoroughness, reduce the risk of human error, and enable fraud identification more effectively. In addition, technology also facilitates the implementation of more proactive and adaptive risk-based audit practices, allowing internal audit to focus on the most critical areas and provide significant added value. However, this transformation also brings new challenges, including the need to develop new skills among auditors, manage information security risks, and ensure compliance with regulations related to data privacy and security. This article details effective implementation strategies, as well as providing views on how organizations can optimize the potential of digital technology to improve the quality of financial reporting treatment. This study aims to assess the influence of leadership style on employee performance at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The significance of leadership style in influencing staff engagement, dedication, and productivity has been acknowledged. Having a comprehensive grasp of how leadership style may impact performance is crucial in the banking business, which is characterized by fierce rivalry and continuously evolving market circumstances. The research was carried out by distributing a questionnaire survey to workers from different work units at UOB Buana Bank Medan. The questionnaire was designed to evaluate the employees' perception of the leadership style employed inside the organization, as well as their level of performance. The population under investigation comprises all employees of UOB Bank Medan. The sample approach employed is simple random sampling. The sample size for this study consisted of 110 workers. The acquired data was subsequently examined utilizing statistical methodologies, such as regression, to assess the relationship between the independent variable (leadership style) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this study are anticipated to offer valuable insights for UOB Buana Bank Medan in enhancing leadership approaches to enhance employee performance. The practical implication of this study is that it can aid managers in selecting a leadership style that aligns with the specific attributes of the organization.
