In the 2024 Tanjungpinang City Pilkada, the Rahma-Rizha pair competed with Lis-Raja in the mayoral and deputy mayoral elections. Both candidate pairs have previous mayoral experience. The campaign was conducted directly to the public and utilized digital media. This study aims to compare the political marketing process between the Rahma-Rizha and Lis-Raja candidate pairs with the 4P theory by Philip B. Neffinegger and using qualitative methods. Based on the results of the product indicator study, the Lis-Raja pair excelled in active campaign programs and approaches, while Rahma-Rizha relied on the incumbent's experience and specific religious programs. Although their strategy was less than optimal, the program was an advantage over their political opponents. The promotion indicator showed the Lis-Raja pair's superiority in campaign effectiveness through social media and community support, while the Rahma-Rizha pair was stronger in direct meetings although less optimal in digital promotion and involvement of supporting figures. The price indicator explained that the Lis-Raja pair had greater financial capacity than the Rahma-Rizha pair. Finally, the place indicator shows that the Lis-Raja pair was more effective in approaching the community by involving religious figures as an effort to strengthen the religious brand by changing their appearance as a religious figure in the public eye, while Rahma tried to improve her image and support through Rizha, who has a background in preaching, to strengthen the mass base among religious figures, but this did not achieve the expected results. Although the Lis-Raja pair has an advantage in several political marketing indicators, such as a more active campaign program and effective use of social media, the Rahma-Rizha pair still has the potential to gain support, especially among voters who prioritize experience and personal strength in leadership.

The common cold in infants is a frequent health problem that requires proper management to prevent potential complications such as pneumonia, bronchitis, sinusitis, laryngitis, and febrile seizures. Management strategies for the common cold can be carried out through pharmacological approaches, such as the administration of syrups and powders, and non-pharmacological approaches, including traditional methods like common cold massage. This study aims to analyze the effect of providing education about common cold massage on mothers’ knowledge in managing the common cold in infants. The research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design using a one-group pretest-posttest approach. The study population consisted of 40 mothers who had infants aged 4–12 months registered at the Gunungpati Health Center. A total sample of 36 respondents was obtained through simple random sampling. The research instrument was a structured knowledge questionnaire specifically developed to assess understanding of common cold massage techniques and their role in managing symptoms. Data analysis was conducted using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test to evaluate differences in knowledge levels before and after the educational intervention. The results showed a significant increase in mothers’ knowledge after receiving education, with a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating that the intervention was statistically significant. These findings highlight the importance of non-pharmacological educational programs, particularly common cold massage, as a complementary approach to infant health care. Implementing such education can empower mothers with practical skills to manage early symptoms and potentially reduce complications. It is recommended that further studies be conducted in different settings with more varied sociodemographic backgrounds to ensure broader applicability and to explore the integration of traditional massage education into community health programs.

Liver disease is a health problem that often goes undetected in its early stages due to the absence of specific symptoms, despite the liver's vital role in metabolism, detoxification, and maintaining homeostasis. Early detection is crucial to prevent the progression of liver dysfunction. This community service activity aimed to raise public awareness of the importance of early liver disease screening through the examination of lipid ratios (total cholesterol/HDL and triglycerides/HDL) and physical evaluation for clinical signs of liver dysfunction. The program was conducted at the Cengkareng Baptist Foundation and involved 59 adult participants. The screening included basic laboratory tests and direct physical examinations, followed by health education tailored to each participant based on their screening results. Findings revealed that 83.1% of participants had elevated triglyceride/HDL ratios and 28.8% had total cholesterol/HDL ratios above the normal range, although 100% showed no physical signs suggestive of liver disease. These results indicate the presence of underlying metabolic risks that may affect liver function. This program had a positive impact by enhancing public understanding of the importance of a healthy lifestyle and regular check-ups as part of health promotion and disease prevention efforts related to liver health. Archives management plays a crucial role in ensuring the accountability of an organization, as proper management of archives can enhance transparency and operational effectiveness. Based on observations made at the Maluku Province Regional Library and Archives Office, several issues were identified within the current archiving system. One of the key problems is the lack of knowledge about proper archives management, which causes significant barriers during the archiving process. The office employs two archivists with high school and diploma (D3) education backgrounds. Although they have attended archives management training, the current system remains ineffective, which in turn affects work efficiency, particularly in the process of searching for archives. In many instances, the required archives are either difficult to locate or entirely missing. This study aims to assess the impact of archives management on work efficiency at the Maluku Province Regional Library and Archives Office. The research employs quantitative analysis with a sample size of 42 employees. Data were collected through a survey method, using a questionnaire to capture relevant information from the participants. Simple linear regression analysis conducted using SPSS 24 revealed that archives management accounts for 35% of the variance in work efficiency, while the remaining 65% is influenced by other factors. The findings suggest that effective archives management has a positive and significant impact on employee work efficiency. Based on the results, several practical implications are suggested: (1) the current archiving system should be maintained and improved for better performance, (2) training and development programs should be implemented to enhance the skills of archivists, (3) archivists should be equipped with specialized skills in archives management to improve overall efficiency, and (4) ongoing coaching and mentorship for archivists should be provided to ensure continuous improvement.
