Radian Rent a Car Semarang, one of developing transportation service provider, faces obstacles in processing data and information since its customer is increasing year to year. The obstacles are spending many times to make report of car damage in mechanic division because weekly or monthly car maintenance data has to be checked one by one, there is not any accounting report that is directly given to the owner since it take long time to look for and reprocess the data, and taking long time to searching car’s receipt and maintenance archive as there are so many unprocessed data that are still in stack of archive. It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error. In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. This program is able to make data processing job be effective and efficient, to cut time spending to process the data, to minimize error input data, and to organize the data saved in one database

For this reason, the author makes the design of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system, using the ALFRED method approach, namely: 1. Administrative Value (Value of use in administration), 2. Legal Value (Value of use in the field of law), 3. Fiscal Value (Use value in finance), 4.Research Value (Use value in the field of research), 5.Educational Value (Value use in education), 6.Documentative Value (Use value in the field of documentation). Making prototype application product Electronic Filing System (e-filing) management system uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software as a design media and as a programming language, and the SQL Server database as a storage media. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through a system design stage that was validated by experts and a prototype of a field-tested product involving users. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system product that has been declared to function well so that it can produce information that is useful for the archiving process to the stage of making a report that can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with procedures that have been exist so as to make it easier to re-access archiving and provide public services with accurate and integrated information.

The management of production and operations in factory machinery is an optimal management effort in the use of resources consisting of labor, machinery, equipment and raw materials. The production and operations manager directs various inputs in order to produce various outputs or results in units of quantity, quality, price, specific time and location according to consumer demand. Efficiency and effectiveness of the production process to be achieved requires proper scheduling management so that the production output produced can be completed according to target. Management of production and customer orders is still simple, besides that the status of raw material inventories that cannot be directly known can often result in delays in the production process and even production cannot be done as soon as possible. Scheduling orders that enter using the system first in first out where the first order that comes is done, but has not considered the number of orders, priority of customers, maturity of workmanship and engine capacity so that the estimated completion of the order can not be known. To make it more efficient and directed, the Earliest Due Date method is used by sorting the production work based on the closest due date. This method can be used for scheduling on one machine or for scheduling on several machines (parallel machine) so that the scheduling management information system can manage effective production scheduling and produce production reports automatically as needed.

Based on observations, UKM have limitations in terms of online marketing.This research aims to present a web design that is able to provide information that can be used to improve marketing or promotion of UKM products in Kendal City.the method used to develop the system is R&D (Research and Development).The results showed that this system is said to be feasible as an effective online promotion media based on the assessment of web expert validator with a value of 2.9 and a validator of UKM with a value of 3.4

This study aims to determine the influence of regional financial information systems on the quality of local government financial reports and the influence of the government`s internal control system on the quality of local government financial reports on the quality of local government financial reports, This study was conducted at 24 Semarang City Government Offices with a sample of 76 respondents in the section head or financial staff using a purposive sample. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control system for the management of fixed assets and assess the obstacles faced in managing fixed assets in the Government of Brebes Regency. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Effectiveness is assessed using 5 (five) elements of the Internal Control System by giving weight to each element. Assessment is done by assessing the results of interviews using the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) test list that refers to PP No. 60 of 2008 and equipped with observations and documents. Based on the results of the interview completed with the results of observations and documents, the results obtained were the elements of the control environment were given a weight of 30% so as to obtain a value of 27.27%. Risk assessment is given a weighting of 20% so as to obtain a value of 8.57%. Control activities are given a weighting of 25% so as to obtain a value of 19.70%. Information and communication are given a weight of 10% so that they get a value of 7.88%. Monitoring was given a weighting of 15% so that it obtained a score of 10.18%. The total value of 5 (five) elements of the internal control system in the Government of Brebes Regency is 73.60% which are classified as effective criteria.  Keywords: management of fixed assets, internal control systems (spi).

Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.

The development of the economy in Indonesia in the field of trade and industry has given birth to many types of goods and services. Helped with the advancement of information technology and telecommunications in Indonesia, resulting in the vast area of ​​buying and selling transactions to foreign countries. As the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of halal food. Business actors not only pay attention to the composition of the medical course, but also need food that is consumed legally. Legal certification of food products as a form of consumer protection against the halal of a product, not only to protect consumers but also as a bulwark to eliminate abuse authorities that harm business actors are only in the interests of consumer protection. The above is the basis for the author to take the title: "LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS OF FOOD PRODUCTS THAT HAS NOT HALAL CERTIFIED". The problem in this study is how the form of legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified and the legal consequences for businesses for food products that have not been halal certified. This study uses a normative juridical approach. The research specifications used are analytical descriptive. The data of this research are secondary data obtained through literature study which are then analyzed using qualitative methods.  The research results obtained despite regulations made by the Government, in Act Number 8 on Consumer Protection in 1999 and Act Number 33 on Halal Product Guarantee in 2014, that the facts that occur there are still food products that have not been halal certified . Based on the results of the study, legal protection for consumers of food products that have not been halal certified is regulated in Article 45 of the Consumer Protection Act which regulates if consumers are harmed by products, consumers can file lawsuits with business actors as a form of legal protection against consumers. The obligation as a business actor to have a halal certificate is regulated in Article 4 of Law Number 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Assurance System, as a result of the law received by business actors for the circulation of food products that have not been halal certified, namely by providing administrative sanctions and criminal sanctions that are regulated in Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Act.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Halal Certificate, Legal Effects

The data collected in the form of: sentence, image and flowchart / system. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interview and documentation.The result of the research is that the company already has an organizational structure that separates each function. The document used has been made indupli cate, serial number printed and has been authorized by the authorities. Cashreceipts from reparations services are in accordance with the procedures /systemsthat apply But the cash receipt information system is still there is a lack of the absence of separation of tasks on the accounting department that specificallyhandles the receivables and journal sections. While the cash / part of receipt shouldbe sent to the company account. Because the company implements a non-cash payment system in accordance with the Directors' Decree on financial management mechanisms. All receipt activities, directly received by the Bank. Therefore there is no cash word in terms of acceptance of the repair service.

Hospital medical record is an important component in the implementation of hospital management activities, hospital medical records must be able to provide complete information about the medical and health services process at the hospital,both in the past, present and future estimates of what will happen. The purpose of the medical record is to support the achievement of orderly administration in order to improve health services. Without the support of a good medical record management system, then the orderly administration will not succeed. Medical records arevery supportive not only to organize important instrument processes in handling medical legal problems that may occur in hospitals less successfully in aneffort to improve the quality of service as expected.The most important thing in the medical record is the numbering of medical record documents. One type of medical record numbering used is the Numbering System Unit (UNS) is a numbering system where the system provides one number to outpatients, inpatient and emergency department. Each visiting patient receives one number when the patient first arrives to the hospital and is used forever on subsequent visits. The patient's medical record number is unlikely to be used for the number of another patient, since the numbering is already organized and will be continuous with the filling of the medical record document and in the process of handling the patient. Based on research conducted in Main Clinic of Inpatient PKU Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo in giving medical record number Unit Numbering System (UNS) have been run well and effective start from place of registration of patient, filling of medical record by doctor, giving medicine to patient, with ease in searching, storing, and maintaining patient's medical record but still experiencing the problem of duplicate nu mbering at the time of patient registration where the patient got double number, although not nearly every day found the existence of double patient medical record number. 

This study aims to design an accounting information system for cash flow statements at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Through the creation of an Accounting Information System for Client Server Based Cash Flow Reports, it is expected to simplify the accounting section to record cash flow data, and to make balance sheets more quickly, which are used by BKM as a management tool for financial activities in BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Where this system uses the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, Crystal Report for the preparation of reports and Client Server-based, equipped with the distribution of access rights for each user. The research method used is the Borg and Gall R&D research approach which consists of 10 stages. Of the 10 stages of R&D the authors only approach the research up to the 6th stage alone. The results of the research of the accounting information system design of cash flow statements are to make it easier to record cash flows, and to make balance sheets more quickly compared to the manual system used at BKM Gabahan Makmur Semarang. Currently the BKM still uses a manual system in recording cash flow transactions, whereas by implementing an information system will minimize the risk of recording errors, so as to obtain information more quickly and completely.

The development of information systems is increasingly rapidly nowadays requires a lot of educational institutions to develop information systems in educational environments that do not fall behind with other educational institutions. It's possible the parents and students will move to the educational institutions that have information systems that fast, accurate and reliable way to get the information required with skills no doubt in supporting the learning system. The information that fast, accurate and available at all times would be very helpful in the implementation of the learning process is also in the process of admission of new students. A newly established education institution four years ago was very concerned about the availability of information systems needed by students and parents so that information systems and the fabric of cooperation to do with ease. The purpose of this research is to increase the number of new admissions and quality of service in the admission of new students and in conducting the data collection and reporting so that information needed by prospective students as well as guardians and leaders mmurid can be obtained at any time. In this research, the application used is PHP programming MySQL database.
