The purpose of this study is to: 1. (Al Isro:110. 2. Determine the relevance of ethics education in worship. 3. To clarify the background of the concept of ethics education in contemporary worship."This study is a descriptive study, which means that questionnaires or literature searches were used to collect data. both primary and secondary data were used to gather study material. The Qur'an Karim and some of our commentary serve as the primary sources of knowledge. Books, newspapers, journals, internet media, and other materials that are relevant to the thesis subject serve as secondary data sources. The Al-Quran, the Tafsir, and other significant texts are employed as documents as part of the documentation data collecting approach. Textual information is analyzed using both content analysis and discourse analysis. The goal of content analysis is to make the book's contents clear. Discourse analysis, a different approach owing to the constraints of content analysis, studies the meaning of communications with an emphasis on covert (latent) meanings.The following conclusions may be drawn from the author's research findings: (1) Moral instruction in worship is regarded as one of the most crucial aspects of human existence, according to the interpretation of QS. Al-Isra verse 110.(2) The idea of character education in worship refers to human customs or conduct based on the course of action or rules established by Allah SWT.(3) Setting the idea of education at the forefront of growth or the contemporary morals or ethics of the millennial generation,  

Rejection is a speech delivered by the interlocutor as a rejection reaction to the speech spoken by another person. Rejection utterances will be threatening and slap the speaker's face if delivered with impolite sentences. This research was conducted to find out the forms of speech acts of refusal in the Dayak Maanyan language. Based on the research, the research results obtained by the researcher are (1) There are five forms of speech acts of refusal in Ma'anyan Dayak language in residential areas, namely: (a) expressive refusal speech acts using the word puang 'no' in Ma'anyan language (b ) expressive refusal speech acts using reasons in Ma'anyan language, (c) expressive refusal speech acts using thank you in Ma'anyan language, (d) expressive refusal speech acts using praise in Ma'anyan language, (e) expressive refusal speech acts using criticism in Ma'anyan. This is caused by the context spoken by the interlocutor. The most frequent speech acts are caused by the influence of the age of the interlocutor and also the topic of conversation triggers rejection.

The development of world globalization at this time has resulted in all countries having to be able to adapt to the changes that have occurred. One of the impacts of globalization is the growing development of international markets which has led to more open export and import activities between countries. Export activities are activities of selling goods abroad, while import activities are the opposite, namely activities of buying goods from abroad. The development of import and export can improve the country's economy if it is managed effectively. Commodities that are often exported and imported are the non-oil and gas sector. Non-oil and gas itself stands for non-oil and gas. Export and import activities in the non-oil and gas sector in each province tend to be different and fluctuate, one of which is in West Java Province. This analysis aims to determine the development of the non-oil and gas export-import sector in West Java Province. The research method used in this analysis is to use qualitative methods by collecting data using literature study techniques collected through data from West Java BPS (Central Statistics Agency) regarding non-oil and gas exports and imports according to Goods Class (Millions USD) in 2013-2017. The results of this analysis show that (1) the export-import performance of the group of non-oil and gas goods in West Java Province from 2013 to 2017 shows an instability that can be seen in the value of imports, then an increase in the value of exports; (2) The trade balance shows a positive value, meaning that foreign trade in the non-oil and gas sector is dominated by exports.

This research was conducted for 2 weeks and the research subjects were native speakers of Dentong and Duri languages.The results of this study obtained similarities and similarities between Dentong and Duri languages ​​based on five word classes, namely verbs, pronouns, nouns, numerals, and adjectives. The basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ​​total 46 words or 23%, one of the data is that the word [fur] in BDNT is also called [bulu] in BDRI, the basic vocabulary similarities in Dentong and Duri languages ​​are 20 words or 10 % one of the data in the word [two] 'rua' in BDNT and [two] 'two' in BDRI.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the comparison between Dentong and Duri languages ​​has similarities and similarities. The similarities and similarities, if totaled, there are 66 similarities and similarities or 33% of the vocabulary. Therefore it can be stated that the two languages ​​being compared are cognate languages.

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether Integrity and Discipline have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Sibolga City. This study aims to determine the relationship between integrity and discipline on employee performance at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) in Sibolga City. The sample in this study were all employees of the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Sibolga City, totaling 39 (thirty nine) people. The type of research used in this research is the survey method, which is the method used to obtain data from certain natural places and the research collects data through observation, distribution of questionnaire documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the regression analysis with the equation Y = 2.666 + 0.526 X1 + 0.397X2, it can be explained that a constant of 2.666 means that if Integrity (variable X1) and Discipline (variable X2) = 0, then the Performance variable Y = 2.666 and if Integrity (variable X1) and Discipline (variable X2) = 1, then performance (variable Y) = 3.589. From the F test (Simultaneous) or Ftest, Fcount is 21.941 > Ftable 3.259. Therefore Fcount 21.941 > Ftable 3.259, meaning that there is a significant influence between integrity and discipline on performance. So it can be concluded that integrity and significant influence on performance at the Secretariat Office of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Sibolga City. Then the results of the F test, the hypothesis that the author examined from this study can be declared accepted. The results of this study indicate: Integrity partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; Discipline partially has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; Integrity and Discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance

Writing this thesis aims to determine the effect of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The problem encountered in this study is the lack of a sense of mutual support in doing work as a team.                The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? While the purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga? The hypothesis put forward is that there is an influence of work conflict and workload on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. The population in this study amounted to 525 people consisting of employees and contract employees, the sample in this study were 84 people. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis.                The results of the study found that work conflict and workload can affect employee performance at PT. It is known that Timber Sibolga has a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.605. Work conflict and workload together or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where is the Fcount > Ftable value (61.931> 3.11). Partially, work conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Lucky Timber Sibolga. Where the value of tcount = (5.461) is greater than the value of ttable (1.989), Partially the most dominant workload affects performance, meaning that the workload variable is more decisive in improving employee performance compared to work conflict. Where the value of tcount = (8.886) > ttable value (1.989 ). Multiple linear regression equation Y = 11.315 + 0.315X1 + 0.511X2 employee performance shows a positive direction. It is recommended for companies to always try to control conflicts that occur in employees, namely by providing solutions to every problem that occurs in employees.

This study aims to determine how much influence work involvement and division of labor have on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The temporary hypothesis is that work involvement and division of labor have a joint effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The population is 85 people and is used as a sample. Data collection techniques using library research and field research. The results of the study show that the variables of work involvement and division of labor can affect the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government by 54.2%. Work involvement and division of labor jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the Sibolga Kota District Government. Partially, work involvement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Sibolga Kota District Government. The dominant problem that requires special attention in the elderly is a decrease in health and a problem of poor nutritional intake which can be caused by a lack of knowledge or due to decreased functions of the digestive organs due to the aging process. Bivariate data analysis was used to see the significance of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable which was carried out using the Chi-square (x^2) statistical test. The research obtained in Sumber Mufakat Village, Kabanjahe District, shows that the majority are elderly (60-74) as many as 20 respondents (55.6%), the majority have basic education (SD-SMP) as many as 33 respondents (91.66%) , the majority worked as farmers as many as 31 respondents (86.11%), the majority received information from health workers as many as 22 respondents (61.1%), the majority had less knowledge as many as 18 respondents (50.0%) and the majority had a positive attitude as many as 20 respondents (55.6%), where the level of education greatly influences a person's level of knowledge. This shows that the higher a person's level of education, the higher their level of knowledge. The majority of elderly people have less knowledge about a healthy diet, as many as 18 respondents (50.0%). preventing diabetes mellitus where the better the knowledge of the elderly, the better the attitude of the elderly in preventing diabetes mellitus in Sumber Mufakat Village, Kabanjahe District, 2018 with a p value = 0.00.    

Diarrhea is an endemic disease in Indonesia and is also a potential illness of outbreaks that is often accompanied by death. This study aims to determine the effect of clean water sources, handwashing behavior with soap and the use of healthy latrines.The design of this research is observational analytic research using cross sectional approach. The population in this study is the head of the family in the neighborhood of Sumbawa Village, Tanjung Sub-District, Rasanae Barat Kota Bima, which amounts to 673 families. The sample in this study was 249 HH obtained by using simple random sampling technique and in the analysis by using multiple logistic regression test. The results of this study are all variables of this study meaningful, namely: the source of clean water effect on the occurrence of diarrhea (p value = 0,000 <0.05), handwashing behavior with soap has an effect on the occurrence of diarrhea (p value = 0,000 <0,05) Healthy latrines have an effect on the occurrence of diarrhea (p value = 0.002 <0.05). Conclusion in this research: 1) There is influence of source of clean water. 2) there is influence of handwashing behavior with soap. 3) the use of healthy latrines. Suggested: 1) For health service to make policy about PHBS and provide water absorbent tool called Water Softener. 2) For puskesmas to improve the extension of PHBS. 3) For kelurahan to make health program about PHBS and submit to health service. 4) For the community to want to apply PHBS to prevent the occurrence of disease, especially diarrhea diseases. 5) For other researchers need further research with research design and different variables to know other factors that affect the occurrence of diarrhea.

The enactment of Law No. 24 of 2009 concerning Flags, Languages and State Symbols and the National Anthem which is confirmed by PP No. 57 of 2014, Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 42 of 2018, and SK No. 0424/I/BS.00.01/2022, of course, must be obeyed by all Indonesian citizens. Governance of correspondence in government agencies is one that is regulated in the law, in particular Article 33 paragraph 1 which reads "Indonesian must be used in official communication in government and private work environments". Meanwhile, linguistic problems, such as spelling errors, word choice errors, sentence meaning errors, sentence composition errors, are rarely considered. There are many versions of letters sent by government agencies, especially at the village/kelurahan level. There are many variations and there is no standard one related to this correspondence because government officials do not yet have standard guidelines. There are so many mistakes made by government officials in making official letters. The target group for this community service is the sub-district in Donorojo Village, Mertoyudan District, Magelang Regency, Central Java Province which consists of 12 hamlets. This community service program will be carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of the program is planned to last 6 months starting in mid-2023. This implementation begins with planning, implementation, and ends with evaluation.  

The characteristics of coastal plants in the form of river estuaries, estuaries, and deltas in protected areas in the sub-tropics and tropics are the notions of mangrove plants. It can be concluded that mangrove plants are ecosystems that exist between sea and land with conditions in the form of productive and extensive forests. Mangrove plants are also often called coastal forests, mangrove forests, brackish forests, tidal forests because mangrove plants live near the coast and have an important role in their ecological value to support coastal development activities and marine conservation. This research aims to find out the benefits and functions of mangroves, the types of mangroves, the meaning of mangroves, their role in overcoming some of the existing problems, as well as the differences before and after the planting of mangroves on the coast of Sine Tulungagung. This research method uses qualitative data which is a method for collecting and conducting observations, interviews, documentation, and analysis of various documents such as written documents, namely various journal reference sources and others in a descriptive way.

This study focuses on the objective of describing Islamic education in the identical relation of cigarettes and lighters, so that it is different from previous writings, and focuses on the element of novelty. The research is the result of qualitative research with a phenomenological approach setting on the relationship between cigarettes and lighters through literature reference sources, qualitatively analyzed by emphasizing the findings of meaning. The results of the research show that in Islamic education there are always pioneers who open up space for the advancement of an education. They laid a useful foundation for the robustness of further educational buildings. Therefore, never forget the services of the pioneers of education, because without them you cannot feel the progress of education in the current era. The implications of research on the importance of the process of studying the knowledge of educational pioneers are manifested enthusiastically, not in results. The research is expected to be useful for building sustainable Islamic education

Based on data analysis and discussion of research results, then associated with the formulation of the problem and research objectives, it was concluded that the validation of the media developed by the researchers received an assessment of 94%, meaning that the reliability of the media obtained results worthy of slight revisions. Validation of the material developed by researchers received an assessment reaches 89%, meaning that the reliability of the material in the media gets decent results with a little revision, the practicality validation of the media developed by researchers gets an assessment from the teacher validator reaches 95%, it means that the practicality reliability of the media gets decent results with a little revision, the practical validation of the media developed by researchers gets an assessment From the responses of the students, it was obtained that the percentage mode was ≥ 80% with the category suitable for use. Validation of the effectiveness of the media developed by researchers. From the 10 questionnaire statements, the mode percentage was obtained ≥ 90% with the category suitable for use, and the results of critical thinking test questions from the pretest value of 54% with the value of the increase in the posttest from the value of 95%. Therefore it can be concluded that the pretest data for students' critical thinking skills is very good because they have reached the specified KKM

Abstract. The background of this research is the students' low memory for class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman, which the researchers can see from the low UTS scores and the way students learn during the SKI learning process. In learning the teacher still uses the lecture method so that students tend to feel bored and not focus on following the learning process. One effort that is thought to be able to overcome this is by applying mind maps to the SKI subject for class VIII students at MTsN 3 Pasaman. The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of applying mind maps to students' memory in class VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. This research is a quasi-experimental quantitative research with a true experimental research design. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at MTsN 3 Pasaman. Sampling was done randomly or Random Sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 68 students. Students of class VIII 3 as the experimental class and students of class VIII 6 as the control class. The instrument used by the researcher was the results of the students' SKI posttest in the form of multiple choice of 25 questions with the material on the Intellectual Glory of Muslim and Ulama Sciences during the Abbasid Daulah period. The results showed that the proportion of mastery of the experimental class students was higher than the proportion of mastery of the control class students. In the experimental class, the number of students who completed there were 27 people with a proportion of 79% and those who did not complete were 7 people with a proportion of 21% of the number of students in the experimental class, namely 34 students. Whereas in the control class, 1 person completed with a proportion of 3% and students did not complete 33 students with a proportion of 97% of 34 students. so that there is a 35.5% effect of applying the mind map on students' memory in grade VIII SKI material at MTsN 3 Pasaman. From the results of the hypothesis test tcount = 8.762 and ttable 1.6909. Because tcount > ttable means that H0 is rejected at the significant level α = 0.05. From these results it can be written reject H0 and accept H1, meaning that there is an influence of the application of the mind map media on students' memory on the intellectual triumph of Muslim scientists and scholars during the Abbasid dynasty in class VIII MTsN 3 Pasaman.
