Administration is very necessary for the continuity of the teaching and learning process in the world of education. All of that cannot be separated from the activeness of those who master the administration in the school. People often underestimate the field of administration, even though if the administration is held by less skilled people then the administration will be messy and will not run properly. People who hold administration are people who have been trained in their field (people who have received knowledge or training). Administration is not only in financial terms but also in our neatness and order in bookkeeping. Administration is not only carried out within a certain time but every day systematically. The success of education in schools must be supported by orderly, directed, and planned school administration services. Where in its implementation must follow the direction of the development of an increasingly modern era and growing technological media. For this reason, there needs to be a clear and programmatic division of administrative tasks in each school to create a better school later.

Oral health is an important aspect in maintaining the quality of life of the elderly. However, the elderly often face challenges in maintaining oral hygiene due to decreased physical abilities, changes in cognitive status, and lack of knowledge and access to dental health services. This study aims to identify factors that influence oral hygiene in the elderly and to develop an effective community-based intervention to improve oral hygiene among the elderly. The methods used in this study included a survey of knowledge, attitudes, and oral hygiene practices before and after counseling, as well as direct observation of oral hygiene in 50 elderly in the local community. The intervention was carried out through counseling, training, and providing support from family and community. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge of the elderly, from 60% before counseling to 85% after. Positive attitudes also increased, with more than 80% of the elderly showing a stronger intention to maintain oral hygiene independently. Oral hygiene practices also improved, with 75% of participants reporting brushing their teeth at least twice a day after the intervention, compared to 40% before the intervention. In addition, family and community support play an important role in facilitating these behavioral changes. The conclusion of this study is that a comprehensive community-based intervention is effective in improving oral hygiene in the elderly. This approach, which combines education, attitude change, and social support, can be a model adopted in oral health programs in other communities to improve the quality of life of the elderly.

Preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing cesarean section is a common condition that can negatively impact both physical and psychological well-being before delivery. Anxiety management education is a crucial strategy to help patients manage stress, enhance mental preparedness, and reduce the risk of complications caused by excessive anxiety. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of anxiety management education in reducing preoperative anxiety levels in cesarean section patients. The method used involves an educational intervention through a cognitive-based and relaxation approach, including breathing techniques and preoperative counseling. The results indicate that this education significantly reduces patients' anxiety levels, as evidenced by the difference in scores before and after the intervention. Therefore, anxiety management education programs should be implemented as part of maternal healthcare services to improve maternal well-being before undergoing a cesarean section.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a crucial role in the Indonesian economy. However, MSMEs often face a number of obstacles caused by certain factors, such as low levels of education, lack of understanding of information technology, and unreliability in presenting financial reports. The aim of this service activity is to provide training to MSMEs who are members of the OKE OCE Melawai program regarding simple bookkeeping using the Excel application, in accordance with SAK UMKM standards. This activity involves several stages, including a pre-assessment questionnaire, tutorial, practical training, and a simple accounting assessment. A total of 46 MSMEs assisted by OKE OCE Melawai participated in this activity enthusiastically. The activity went well, and it is hoped that it will produce Microsoft Excel-based financial reports as the output of this community service. Thus, it is hoped that OKE OCE Melawai's MSMEs can improve their basic skills and understanding in the field of accounting, and be able to present quality financial reporting data using Microsoft Excel according to accounting standards.

One of the government's efforts to protect the environment in the Indonesian industrial sector is by establishing laws and regulations that become a reference for the public and business actors and/or activities related to the environment. The government, through the Ministry of the Environment, issued regulations in the form of PROPER as an evaluation of industrial performance in environmental management. Based on the PROPER program mentioned above, the East Java Provincial Government is implementing the Environmental Trust Business/Activity Development Program or known as PUSAKA, which aims to provide environmental management guidelines based on environmental permits held by businesses and/activities (non-PROPER) in East Java. The PUSAKA mentoring program is used to prepare business actors and/or activities in East Java to achieve PROPER. Apart from that, it can also improve environmental management performance in business entities and/or activities in East Java Province, especially PT X. The development project through transmigration in 1984 to several islands in Indonesia, including Papua, was a neoliberal program supported directly by the World Bank. The transmigration project has opened up new consumption spaces, as well as starting the economic marginalization of the local population in Papua. The increase in the Papuan population along with the transmigration program during the New Order era was apparently unable to improve the welfare of indigenous Papuans. Transmigration in Papua succeeded in introducing new cultures or modes of economic production that replaced the old modes of production practiced by Papuans. The transmigration program in Papua has been the beginning of the economic marginalization of indigenous Papuans. The economic inequality generated by the transmigration project results in discrimination against indigenous Papuans in the field of economic endeavors. This is what happens to Papuan mothers who have to be willing to walk on sacks in front of large kiosks for immigrants in Papua. The aim of writing this article is to provide an overview of the economic marginalization created by the neoliberal development project in Papua.
